We are an international broker. Our clients fund and withdraw through roughly 60 payment methods across Asia, Africa, LATAM and the Middle East.
Payments is now a standalone function, and we are building the team around it.
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who will own our connector layer and everything downstream of it: building a canonical adapter layer so that providers plug in rather than get built one by one, moving payment methods to server-to-server and embedded flows, and making transaction status reliable and observable across the estate.
You will also be the payments function's technical counterpart to the orchestration platform team: the behaviour we need from the platform is specified here, argued here and reviewed here.
Your responsibilities will be:
Building and owning the connector and adapter layer, so that adding or replacing a provider becomes configuration and a thin adapter rather than a new integration each time
Migrating payment methods from redirect flows to server-to-server and embedded flows where the provider supports it, and measuring the result
Owning everything downstream of the orchestration layer: reconciliation, transaction status handling on our side, method configuration and payment flows into the client portal
Making transaction status reliable end to end, through active status polling, idempotent processing and reconciliation
Building observability over transaction status and provider performance across the estate
Specifying the behaviour we need from the orchestration platform: transaction state machine, idempotency, polling, routing and cascading rules. You design it, argue for it and review what comes back
Supporting integration work for our card programme
Extending the same integration set to acquired entities as configuration rather than a new build each time
Requirements
5+ years in backend engineering, strong in TypeScript, Node.js, comfortable in relational databases
Production experience with payment systems: authorisation, callbacks, refunds, reconciliation and retry behaviour
Practical understanding of idempotency, asynchronous status handling, transaction state machines and designing for partial failure. This is the core of the role rather than a detail, and you will both build against it and specify it
Experience integrating third-party APIs of uneven quality, including working directly with a provider's integration team to resolve what the documentation does not answer
The ability to own a service rather than close tickets: architecture decisions, standards and root cause fixes
English and Russian at a working communicative level
Will be a significant plus:
Exposure to .NET for work touching the client portal
Experience with APM and local rails in Asia, Africa or LATAM rather than cards alone
Experience with bank transfer rails, virtual accounts, QR-based methods, mobile money etc.
Event-driven patterns in production: transactional outbox, idempotent consumers, sagas
Background in brokerage, crypto payments, orchestration or another high-volume payments environment; on the provider side, at a PSP, gateway or payment company
Active use of AI tooling in daily work
Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant oversight
Proactive mindset: willingness to propose improvements, fixes, new approaches
What the first year looks like.
In the first months you take over the integration codebase with a documented handover, strengthen transaction status handling, and ship your first server-to-server integration.
By mid-year the adapter layer is in place, new providers go live against it rather than as one-off builds, and transaction status and provider performance are observable across the estate.
In the second half the migration to server-to-server and embedded flows runs as a programme across methods, and the same integration set starts extending to our other entities. As the team grows, a Systems Analyst takes over instrumentation and verification while integration engineering stays with you.
Recruitment process:
HR interview, covering background, motivation and fit
Technical interview on backend engineering and the payments domain
Home task as a case from the real needs
System design and problem-solving interview, covering integration design, failure handling and status modelling
Final interview with senior stakeholder.
Benefits
Fixed monthly compensation of [based on experience]
Fully remote work within GMT to GMT+4, with no relocation required
Ownership of the connector layer and everything downstream, with direct influence on what the orchestration platform becomes
Engineering problems that are not CRUD: asynchronous status across dozens of providers, partial failure, and local payment rails in emerging markets
Scope that grows with the business: a card programme, new entities and new payment products
Corporate AI tooling as part of the working process
Location: Cyprus; Russia; Poland; Belarus; Georgia; Romania
About the Role
We are an international broker. Our clients fund and withdraw through approximately 60 payment methods across Asia, Africa, LATAM, and the Middle East.
Payments Product is now a standalone function, and we are building the team around it. This is an early core hire.
We are looking for a Payment Integration Manager who will own payment integrations end to end—from the initial technical call with a provider through to stable production.
You will also be the first line of response for every payment incident and the person responsible for deciding whether a new integration is ready to go live.
This is a technical operations role rather than a coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Provider Onboarding & Integration
Manage the full onboarding cycle for new payment providers, including:
Initial technical calls
Credentials and sandbox access
Configuration and test design
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Production launch
Post-release stabilisation
Define integration acceptance standards and own the go/no-go decision before launch.
Review provider API documentation and translate it into implementation-ready specifications for engineering, covering edge cases, failure paths, and confirmation model behaviour.
2. Payment Incident Management
Own the first-line response for payment incidents, including:
Failed and stuck transactions
Unconfirmed payments
Payment method-level anomalies
Investigate and drive incidents to resolution rather than simply escalating them.
Diagnose provider-side versus platform-side issues using logs, API responses, and transaction data.
Communicate findings clearly to providers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
3. Technical Testing & Verification
Perform hands-on verification of payment integrations.
Conduct manual checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Verify callbacks and API behaviour using Postman or equivalent tools.
Execute SQL queries to investigate transaction data.
Validate asynchronous payment statuses, confirmation models, redirect flows, and failure scenarios.
4. Payment Method & Provider Catalogue
Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of payment methods and providers, documenting:
Supported capabilities
Available integration types
Completed testing
Known failure modes
Build the initial capability inventory of all live payment methods and providers.
Convert ambiguous provider documentation and undocumented operational knowledge into actionable specifications.
5. Payment Performance Analysis
Produce a 90-day breakdown of deposit attempts, categorised by outcome:
Completed transactions
Declined by the provider
Abandoned by the user
Abandoned during redirect
Completed but never confirmed back to the platform
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms, with hands-on ownership of integrations rather than coordination alone.
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, asynchronous payment statuses, callback mechanics, confirmation models, redirect flows, and common failure modes.
Ability to review provider API specifications and identify missing information.
Experience using Postman or equivalent tools for API testing.
Experience performing structured checkout testing across mobile and desktop.
Proven ability to investigate live payment incidents using logs and API responses.
Ability to distinguish provider-side issues from platform-side problems.
Experience translating incomplete or ambiguous technical documentation into clear specifications for engineering.
Strong communication skills and composure during incidents.
Basic knowledge of using AI tools in daily work.
Working proficiency in both English and Russian, as both languages are used daily.
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
First Few Months — Operational Ownership
Take ownership of first-line payment incidents, build the payment method and provider catalogue using documentation and direct investigation, and produce the 90-day deposit attempt analysis.
By Mid-Year — Integration Acceptance Standards
Establish the integration acceptance framework and apply it to a live provider onboarding process, from initial engagement through production launch.
Second Half — Established Processes & Decision-MakingAs the team expands, a Systems Analyst will assume responsibility for formal verification, while the integration acceptance gate remains under your ownership.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date provider catalogue, ensure the integration acceptance gate is fully operational, and take ownership of incident-related decisions.
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process consists of four stages:
HR Interview: Background, motivation, and overall role alignment.
Technical Interview: Payment integration knowledge, technical tools, hands-on experience, and incident diagnosis.
Product & Problem-Solving Interview: Integration decisions, prioritisation, and practical problem-solving.
Final Interview: Discussion with senior stakeholder.
Benefits
Fixed monthly compensation of [depending on experience]
Fully remote work within GMT to GMT+4, with no relocation required
End-to-end ownership of a provider from first call to production, and the go or no-go decision on every integration
Scope that grows with the business: cards, alternative payment methods, a card programme and new entities
Corporate AI tooling as part of the working process
Location: Croatia (Hrvatska)

Alvys is building modern infrastructure for the logistics industry. Our cloud-based TMS (Transportation Management System) powers freight operations with intuitive workflows, real-time visibility, and deep automation—helping carriers and brokers scale faster and operate smarter. We’re a fast-growing startup backed by top investors and are passionate about solving real-world problems for an essential industry. We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on
Accounting Manager.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for establishing scalable processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and enabling operational excellence as we grow.
Role overview
Alvys builds the transportation management platform that carriers and brokers use to run their businesses. As we scale, we’re building a finance function that is rigorous, hands-on and increasingly automated. We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting engine behind that growth and work closely with the Head of Finance as the senior accounting lead on the team.
You’ll own the full accounting cycle — month-end close, general ledger, revenue, AP, payroll, tax and audit readiness — with responsibility for producing a clean, accurate and defensible set of books. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the ledger deeply enough to explain what changed, why it changed and what needs attention.
You’ll run the close end to end, review the work prepared by the team, own the areas that require judgment, and step into the details when needed. You’ll also help develop the team, strengthen our processes and continue building the automation layer behind the finance function.
Key responsibilities
Month-end close and general ledger
Own the close calendar end to end — task assignment, deadlines, review, and the close results package delivered to the Head of Finance.
Review and post the journal entries prepared by the team, and prepare the entries that carry judgment — commission and bonus accruals, payroll true-ups, and period-end reclasses.
Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations covering cash, AR, deferred revenue, prepaids and accruals.
Run flux analysis (MoM, YoY) across the P&L and balance sheet, and write variance commentary that explains the movement.
Maintain the chart of accounts and product master lists, and keep reporting mappings current.
Revenue reporting and billing oversight
Review and approve the monthly revenue close prepared by the billing analyst — the reconciliation of subscription and non-subscription revenue across Stripe, Salesforce and QuickBooks Online, and the entries that come out of it.
Own revenue recognition policy under ASC 606 and make the judgment calls: usage overages, multi-element contracts, contract modifications, concessions and early terminations.
Own annual recurring revenue reporting (ARR and CARR) — the monthly build, the roll-forward of new, expansion, contraction and churn, and the tie-out of that roll-forward back to booked revenue in the general ledger.
Connect recurring revenue reporting to Salesforce pipeline and contract reporting, reconciling bookings, billings and recognized revenue with the billing analyst.
Oversee invoicing, collections and the dunning cycle. Approve concessions, credit memos and refunds, and review the deferred revenue schedule against the billing system.
Accounts payable, expenses and payroll
Oversee vendor bills, payment runs and employee reimbursements in Ramp, in partnership with People Operations.
Partner with People Operations on domestic and international payroll — review the runs, journalize them, and reconcile the clearing and benefits-payable accounts.
Review commission calculations and book the corresponding accruals and true-ups.
Financial reporting and expense forecasting
Update the monthly expense forecast off closed actuals — run rate by department and GL account, vendor and contract commitments, headcount and compensation roll-forward.
Maintain the amortization and accrual schedules that drive forward-looking operating expense, and carry the changes into the forecast as they’re booked.
Explain spend variance against budget at the account and department level, and keep the supporting detail current for leadership reporting.
Tax, compliance and audit
Coordinate with our external advisors on federal, state and franchise tax filings.
Own sales tax, 1099 and entity registration compliance.
Run audit readiness and execution: PBC lists, supporting schedules, and auditor questions.
Team and process
Manage and develop a small analyst team covering AP and expense operations, and billing and AR.
Serve as backup across the team’s work, and as the Head of Finance’s delegate on accounting matters.
Own the accounting SOP library, the close checklist and the task repository, and keep all three current.
Find manual and inefficient processes and eliminate them as we target an “autonomous close.” Our close, billing and reconciliation processes already run on a growing set of automations, and this role is expected to extend them.
Minimum qualifications
Experience
6+ years
of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of a full close cycle and hands-on balance sheet reconciliation.
Solid full general ledger background — you’ve prepared and reviewed entries across payroll, accruals and revenue, can defend a balance, and understand how accounting activity flows through the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Revenue recognition experience under
ASC 606
in a subscription business.
Experience managing, reviewing and developing other accountants.
Systems
QuickBooks Online — required.
Daily hands-on experience: chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, reporting.
Stripe — required.
Subscriptions, invoices, credit memos, disputes, payouts, and reconciling subscription billing activity into the general ledger.
Advanced Google Sheets. Pivots, lookups, nested logic, data validation.
Salesforce
is a significant plus.
AI fluency and automation — required
Demonstrated, current use of AI in your accounting work. Be ready to tell us what you’ve automated, what it replaced, and how much time it gave back.
Comfort writing prompts, iterating on output, and knowing when not to trust it. Everything AI produces is reviewed before it touches the ledger.
Our finance function runs on a library of custom AI workflows built in-house. You’ll use them daily and be expected to build on them.
Preferred
CPA or active CPA candidate — someone committed to a career in accounting and finance.
SaaS or technology industry experience.
Prior exposure to a modern expense, HRIS or close-management platform.
Personal attributes
Hands-on by instinct. You review the work, and you prepare it yourself when the cycle calls for it — working a reconciliation, chasing a variance or covering a teammate’s queue during close week.
Comfortable operating on a small team where the person who owns the number also understands and builds the schedule behind it.
Growth mindset. This role is deliberately scoped to expand, and we’re looking for someone who wants that.
Clear written communication. A large share of this job is explaining a variance or accounting issue to someone who does not work in finance.
Why Alvys
Ownership.
You’ll run the close and monthly financial reporting, with direct review from and partnership with the Head of Finance.
Modern stack.
A cloud-native finance stack — QuickBooks Online, Stripe and Salesforce at the core — with an AI tooling layer we build ourselves.
Proximity to decisions.
You’ll work directly with leadership and have real influence on how the accounting function is built as the company scales.
Growth.
This role is designed to expand in scope, with a path toward Controller as the business and finance organization mature.
Collaborative culture.
Mission-driven people building the future of logistics technology, grounded in trust and transparency.

They will be a business-minded litigation leader who knows when to fight, when to settle, and when litigation risk should drive changes in the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide senior leadership with clear and actionable assessments of litigation risk, including exposure, ranges of potential outcomes, strategic alternatives, costs, business implications, and recommended courses of action.
- Select, retain, and manage outside counsel, establishing clear expectations regarding strategy, staffing, budgets, work product, responsiveness, and outcomes, and independently pressure-testing outside counsel’s strategic recommendations throughout the entire litigation life-cycle.
- Exercise rigorous oversight of litigation spending, including reviewing budgets and forecasts, scrutinizing staffing and billing practices, identifying opportunities for alternative fee arrangements, and ensuring that legal spending is proportionate to the Company's exposure and strategic objectives.
- Develop settlement strategies and lead significant settlement negotiations, balancing legal exposure, litigation costs, business considerations, precedent risk, reputational considerations, and operational impacts.
- Partner closely with Finance and Accounting regarding litigation reserves, contingent liabilities, insurance recoveries, settlement accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and other financial implications of litigation.
- Partner closely with the People Team regarding employment disputes.
- Manage litigation-related insurance matters, including providing timely notice of claims, coordinating with insurers and brokers, pursuing available coverage, and managing coverage disputes where necessary.
- Oversee discovery and evidence-preservation obligations, including litigation holds, document collection and review, information governance, e-discovery strategy, privilege issues, and the use of technology and outside vendors to manage discovery efficiently.
- Conduct and oversee sensitive internal investigations where appropriate and coordinate with employment, compliance, privacy, security, or other specialists depending on the subject matter.
- Establish and continuously improve litigation playbooks, processes, and technology, enabling the Legal team to manage a growing litigation portfolio efficiently and consistently as the Company scales.
- Promote appropriate use of data and technology in litigation management, including e-discovery tools, matter-management systems, litigation analytics, and emerging AI-enabled legal technologies.

- Experience in building and improving legal processes, playbooks, and operational infrastructure to support a scaling business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows

Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in data architecture and platform engineering to drive data initiatives for a top-tier life sciences client. This role sits at the critical intersection of scientific research informatics, clinical data systems, and manufacturing process engineering.
In this position, you will own the architectural vision and hands-on execution of scalable data platforms and pipelines. You will bridge complex data domains—from small and large molecule research, genomics, and clinical trial datasets to active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes, batch data, and industrial control systems. Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, clinical scientists, and platform teams to build high-performance data infrastructure that accelerates drug discovery and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific & Clinical Data Platform Architecture
Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and architecture tailored for scientific, clinical trial, and research informatics data (small/large molecule, genomics, proteomics, LIMS).
Structure complex, multi-modal clinical and scientific datasets to enable advanced analytics, enterprise reporting, and downstream machine learning models.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing Integration
Ingest, harmonize, and model operational technology (OT) and manufacturing process datasets, including API manufacturing pipelines, batch processing data, MES, SCADA, and OSIsoft PI systems.
Unify disparate laboratory and facility data pipelines into centralized, highly available enterprise data platforms.
Enterprise Data Engineering & Compliance
Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure), PySpark, and SQL.
Ensure all data pipelines and platform integrations strictly adhere to enterprise governance, data residency, and GxP regulatory standards within a heavily monitored environment.
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with process engineers, chemical engineering leads, and research informatics directors to translate operational friction into robust technical specifications.
Establish engineering best practices, data modeling standards, and pipeline monitoring frameworks across the enterprise data stack.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience:
Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software development, data platform architecture, and complex ETL/ELT engineering.
Domain Adaptability:
Demonstrated ability to engineer data pipelines across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering data and clinical/scientific research informatics).
Location & Work Auth:
Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication:
Exceptional problem-solving mindset, strong adaptability, and the ability to articulate complex technical architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks:
Advanced Python, PySpark, and expert-level SQL.
Data Platforms:
Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS/Azure enterprise data ecosystems.
Orchestration & ETL:
Extensive experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, and enterprise data orchestration engines.
Data Pipelines:
Proven track record building streaming and batch data architectures via REST APIs, message brokers, and database integrations.
Domain Competency (Scientific & Process Focus)
Deep exposure to either scientific/clinical informatics (CDISC/SDTM, LIMS, clinical trials, multi-omics)
OR
chemical/process engineering data (API manufacturing, batch data, SCADA, MES, OSIsoft PI).
Nice-to-Haves & Certifications
Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Bio-process Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
Direct experience working inside regulated GxP environments in the Life Sciences or Specialty Chemicals sectors.
Certifications:
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Senior/Professional, Snowflake SnowPro Core/Advanced, or AWS Data Engineer Associate/Professional.
What This Role Is NOT
Not a pure Data Scientist or ML Researcher:
You will not be building or training machine learning models; you are designing and scaling the underlying data architecture, pipelines, and platform infrastructure.
Not a non-coding Architect:
This is a 100% hands-on engineering lead role requiring direct pipeline construction and technical execution.
Not a Fully Remote Position:
This role requires a steady hybrid commitment of 3 days onsite per week at the client site in Indianapolis.
Location: New York, New York, United States

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our B2B team and help us expand our presence and partner network across Thailand and the wider Asian market.
Your primary focus will be on business development and new partner acquisition — identifying potential clients, building relationships, expanding our local network, and creating new business opportunities for our B2B SaaS solutions for CFD and Binary brokerage operations.
This is a highly relationship-driven role. You will actively represent our company in the market, attend relevant industry events and conferences, meet potential partners face-to-face, organize business meetings, and develop relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and other potential strategic partners.
You will work closely with our international Business Development team to identify promising opportunities, introduce potential partners to our solutions, understand their business needs, and support them throughout the commercial process from the first introduction through negotiation and onboarding.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and commercially minded person who is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and actively creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Tasks
Identify and approach new potential B2B partners across Thailand and Asia
Build and continuously expand a strong local and regional business network
Attend conferences, expos, networking events, and private industry events
Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners

Represent the company and our B2B solutions professionally in the local market
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Work closely with the international Business Development team on negotiations, presentations, and partner onboarding
Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)
Flexible working hours
High autonomy in launching marketing campaigns and technical setups
All necessary tools for comfortable and efficient work

Experience operating scalable production infrastructure, including debugging, troubleshooting and improving reliability.
Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, observability, capacity management and operational excellence.

Nice to have
Experience contributing to Kafka or related open source distributed systems.
Experience with Redpanda, WarpStream, AutoMQ, Pulsar or similar streaming technologies.
Experience with JVM tuning, broker tuning, partition management or Cruise Control.
Experience with tiered storage, diskless streaming architectures or multi-region event streaming platforms.
Experience operating Tier-0 infrastructure at large scale.
