About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.
-Проектирование, разработка и поддержка гибкого функционала CRM. -Участие в оптимизации процессов: детализация задач, разбор и предотвращение инцидентов.

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload.
Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren’t designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren’t built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far.
Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabric team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world’s top containerd maintainers.
As Engineering Manager for Storage Products on the Runtime Fabric team, you will lead the engineers who build and run the storage products behind that stack: the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN), which sits in the cold start path of every model on the platform, the snapshotters and filesystems that expose model weights and container images to a running container, and the storage that model deployment and training need next. The team is advancing the next generation of caching for inference workloads, from the origin tier to the GPU host. You will own reliability for the area as a measured outcome, report to the head of Runtime Fabric, and stay close to the code through design and code review. If you’ve managed systems engineers and have hands-on experience with caching, content-addressable storage, or distributed filesystems, we’d love to talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/
- Extending BDN from model weights to container image layers, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts
- Lazy-loading snapshotters and block-level delivery (EROFS, FUSE, ublk) so a container can start before the full image or model has arrived
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Culture
- Hire and grow a team of 5 to 10 systems engineers with storage, caching, and Linux expertise
- Run the team’s planning and delivery: scope work against the Runtime Fabric roadmap, set priorities, and ship on a predictable cadence
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your direct reports
- Own on-call health for the team’s services, including escalation paths and follow-through on incidents
Technical Direction
- Guide the architecture and evolution of the Baseten Delivery Network: the tiered caching and weight delivery product that makes cold starts 2-3x faster and eliminates thundering herd failures during burst scaling events
- Shape storage products tailored to Baseten’s workloads: extend BDN from model weights to container images, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts, and define the interfaces that model deployment, training, and customers use to reach them
- Oversee the on-host side of delivery: lazy-loading snapshotters, EROFS and overlayfs layouts, and block-level delivery (FUSE, ublk) for multi-gigabyte files
- Own reliability of the delivery path as a measured outcome: end-to-end instrumentation from snapshotter initialization to first inference request, targets for cold start and cache behavior, tolerance for failing upstream registries and object stores, and safe rollout of changes to a path every customer depends on
- Make the delivery path work across heterogeneous clusters and cloud providers, each with its own object store and network
- Review designs and code across the area, and take on hands-on work where it unblocks the team
- Champion the team’s contributions back to containerd and the snapshotter ecosystem alongside the maintainers on the Runtime Fabric team
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the point of contact for storage across Baseten, ensuring model deployment, training, and platform teams have the integration support they need
- Optimize requirements for the underlying storage platforms with the infrastructure team: object storage, local NVMe and block storage, and network bandwidth per cluster, so that capacity and provider decisions account for what the delivery path needs
- Manage the team’s dependencies in both directions: sequence work that model deployment, training, and infrastructure teams block on, and negotiate interfaces and timelines with the teams and upstream projects the storage path depends on
- Work with the head of Runtime Fabric and product stakeholders to prioritize storage investments based on customer impact and infrastructure reliability
- Communicate team progress, technical trade-offs, and incidents clearly to the team and to leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a systems, infrastructure, or storage context, including hiring and performance management
- Hands-on background in distributed storage systems, content-addressable storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Strong systems programming background in Go, Rust, and/or C/C++, with the ability to engage credibly in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Working knowledge of the Linux storage stack: filesystems, the page cache, block devices, and mounts
- Understanding of how container images are structured, stored, and delivered at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Contributions to containerd/containerd, snapshotter projects (stargz, soci, nydus, overlaybd), distribution/distribution, or closely related open-source projects
- Familiarity with lazy-loading snapshotters or peer-to-peer image distribution
- Experience with EROFS, FUSE, ublk, or io_uring
- Experience building or operating CDN, object storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Experience running storage services on Kubernetes
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong.
We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Lead and grow the team
- Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback
- Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths
- Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices
Own support outcomes
- Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more
- Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster
Run AI-assisted support
- Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand off to a person
- Set the quality bar for agent answers and the process for catching incomplete ones
- Decide where automation is worth building and where it isn't, based on data
Handle escalations and partner across Sentry
- Run the escalation process with Engineering: make sure bugs reach the right team with a reproduction and clear impact, and that customers hear back
- Be the support lead on high-stakes enterprise issues, working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales
- Bring a clear picture of customer pain to Product and Engineering, backed by numbers
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Think great support is an engineering problem, not a staffing problem
- Want to build the team and the systems at the same time
- Can debug a tricky SDK issue yourself and also explain to a VP why their incident took four hours
- Would rather fix the cause of 200 tickets than answer them faster
- Have strong opinions on where AI helps in support and where it makes things worse, and be willing to discuss this at length.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, or software engineering at a SaaS or developer tools company
- 3+ years managing technical support engineers, including hiring and growing a team
- Technically credible with senior engineers: comfortable reading code in at least a few of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Ruby, and debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and how observability tools (errors, tracing, logs) fit into them
- Hands-on experience running AI or automation in a support org, and a clear view of its failure modes
- Track record of using support data to drive product and process changes
- Clear, direct written communication with customers, executives, and engineers
Bonus
- Experience at a developer tools or observability company
- Former software engineer
- Managed a team spread across multiple time zones
- Open source contributor or maintainer
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. Priority Facility Capacity
Identify facilities and services that could be made functional through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Assess demand, readiness, staffing, operating costs, financing requirements, procurement routes, and time to service for identified priority opportunities.
Develop a shortlist of potential investable or contractable opportunities and prepare decision briefs for DOH and relevant LGUs.
Distinguish immediate operational improvements from projects requiring formal feasibility studies, procurement processes, or PPP approval.
Coordinate with relevant technical, finance, legal, and procurement offices in developing recommendations.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You'll join our GTM Systems team, which owns the systems LangChain's go-to-market actually runs on — Salesforce above all: the account and contact model, territory and routing, the sales process from first touch to closed-won, and the quote-to-cash and provisioning stack behind it.
We design and ship internal product for the GTM organization. AI agents do a growing share of the building: they draft design docs, open changes, and run Salesforce deployments, while humans hold the approval gates. Build capacity — engineers plus the agent bench — sits on this team, and you'll help decide what it works on next.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll own the requirements, prioritization, and quality bar for LangChain's Salesforce-centered GTM systems, turning ambiguous revenue-team needs into shipped process and systems changes that scale.
This is not a ticket queue role. You'll be accountable for a small number of high-leverage GTM systems programs at a time: defining the problem, aligning stakeholders, specifying the solution, and ensuring what ships changes how the revenue org operates.
You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance in a fast-changing environment where priorities move quickly and influence matters more than reporting lines. The core challenge is operating with authority but not control: aligning teams around tradeoffs as the business changes underneath the plan.
You won't be expected to write production code. You will be expected to write clear enough specifications that engineers and AI coding agents can build from them, and to review the output with enough Salesforce and systems judgment to decide whether it is correct.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area — in office 4 days a week. The people whose processes you're redesigning are in this building, and so are the engineers who build LangGraph.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Carry multi-quarter programs
- Own the Salesforce sales process from lead to close — routing, qualification, territory assignment, and stage progression — driving each initiative from discovery through UAT, change management, and adoption.
- Be the person stakeholders come to before they file a request, especially when the system was never designed for what the business now needs.
- Own the intake and prioritization model for hundreds of quarterly GTM systems requests, ensuring the team works on the highest-leverage business problems rather than the loudest tickets.
Own what gets specified and what ships
- Run discovery and turn ambiguous asks into BRDs, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria — with a clear problem statement and ROI justification, precise enough to execute without a second conversation.
- Hold the quality gate: you write the specification, engineers and coding agents write the code, and nothing reaches production without your sign-off.
- Run vendor evaluations when the right answer is buy, integrate, or replace rather than build.
Protect revenue data integrity
- Trace anomalies in revenue fields — Net ARR, initial pipeline, lead source — back to the automation, trigger, or integration that wrote them.
- Own the reconciliation seam between Salesforce, usage-based billing, and cloud-marketplace transactions.
- Identify which design decisions are load-bearing and which are cosmetic, and catch the downstream failure modes before they reach production.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 6–12 months, you might:
- Redesign the lead-to-opportunity process so routing, qualification, and stage progression are measurable, enforceable, and adopted by the field.
- Create a prioritization model for hundreds of GTM systems requests per quarter, with clear tradeoffs and business rationale.
- Ship a Salesforce change that improves pipeline hygiene, quote-to-cash accuracy, provisioning reliability, or cloud marketplace reconciliation.
- Establish a specification and UAT standard that engineers and AI agents can reliably build against.
- Build enough trust with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance that stakeholders bring you the problem before they prescribe the solution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
SYSTEMS AND DOMAIN DEPTH
- Domain and tenure — 6–8 years in business systems, sales systems, revenue systems, or GTM systems, with Salesforce as your primary platform throughout.
- Sales process depth — you've partnered with Sales Ops on the things reps feel every day: territory and account coverage, lead qualification and routing, stage gates, and pipeline and forecast hygiene.
- Sales systems / RevOps depth — experience across quote-to-cash, CPQ, territory and lead routing, forecasting, or adjacent revenue processes.
- Technical fluency — you can read a data model, a Flow, and enough Apex to design against what's really there, even though you are not expected to write production code.
PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
- Program ownership — you've been the single accountable owner, at the working level negotiating the commitments yourself, of a program that spanned four or more functions and changed how a revenue org works day to day.
- Release risk — you've delivered a program into a core system on a release process you didn't control, where another team's change could break your release.
- Re-scoping under change — you've re-scoped a program mid-flight because the business changed under it, a sponsor moved, or the original scope no longer matched reality.
- Holding the line — you've turned down a request with executive backing and kept the relationship; you hold the line when something breaks pricing discipline, a legal constraint, or the architecture, and you arrive with the alternative.
JUDGMENT AND COMMUNICATION
- One tradeoff, two audiences — you write for the reader in front of you, not the one you find easiest: the VP gets the page, the engineer gets the spec.
- Maximum agency — you find the friction and start the project. You don't wait for a ticket.
- AI judgment — you give an agent the same brief you'd give a new engineer, and you check its work the same way.
- Architecture judgment — you know which design calls are load-bearing and which are cosmetic: why a usage event belongs on its own object rather than a field on Account, and how you'd catch that renaming one picklist breaks the provisioning saga before anyone deploys it.
STRONG SIGNALS:
None of these is a screen; any one makes you useful faster.
- You've owned a core Salesforce object domain — Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity — through a full redesign.
- You've traced a Salesforce field into a usage record into a provisioning step, and seen what broke downstream when it moved.
- You've worked with cloud marketplace operations — AWS or GCP private offers, co-sell, entitlement mapping, metering, and the failure modes when they break.
- You've worked with usage-based billing systems such as Metronome, Orb, or similar, and CRM↔billing identity reconciliation.
- You have LangChain or LangGraph experience, or you're excited to learn it here from the people who build it.
Annual salary range: $180-200k USD

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build AI-powered developer tools and the platform behind them on our AI Developer Tools team. You will work at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering, building tools that make Docker's engineers more productive and the platform that lets teams across Docker prototype, deploy, and scale their own AI developer tools.
As a Senior Engineer you will design, build, and operate:
AI-Powered Developer Tools. AI agents and tools that accelerate developer productivity, surface observability insights, and automate operational reviews. You will help teams adopt an AI-native way of working and speed up adoption of tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Examples include AI-powered code review and refactoring assistants, automated test generators and local environment setup tools, deployment pipeline diagnostic agents, and agents that simplify on-call work during incidents.
Self-Service AI Developer Tools Platform. Platform infrastructure that lets product and platform teams across Docker unblock themselves by prototyping, building, and deploying their own AI developer tools, using the patterns and standards the team sets.
You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Developer Tools, and work closely with the team's Principal and Staff engineers, product engineering teams, and platform teams across Docker.
WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You are a strong, hands-on engineer who enjoys building at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering. You have built software on top of LLMs and AI agents and have a good sense of what works in practice. You care about the people using your tools, and you can tell a tool developers love from one they put up with. You take a feature from a vague request to production: you ask the right questions about requirements, design it sensibly, ship it iteratively, and operate it afterward. You are comfortable in a fast-moving AI landscape and balance quality with pragmatism. You make the engineers around you better through thoughtful code review and by sharing what you learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and Operating AI Developer Tools
- Design, build, and operate production AI agents for developer productivity, including code review assistants, test generators, deployment diagnostics, and incident response automation
- Integrate LLM providers, agent orchestration frameworks, and MCP servers into reliable tools, following the team's patterns and standards
