BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, dedicated growth and experimentation team within Krak, focused on accelerating acquisition, activation, engagement and trading activity across the Krak app. This is a frontend-leaning full-stack role: the majority of your work will be in React Native, supported by enough backend capability to take an experiment from idea to live without waiting on another team.
Rather than executing against a rigid roadmap, you’ll work closely with Product on a continuous pipeline of fast, lightweight experiments, owning each one from hypothesis through implementation, launch, measurement and iteration. The mandate is simple: find the highest-leverage opportunities to grow users and revenue, prove what works, and scale the winners – with direct, measurable impact on how millions of customers discover and use Kraken’s products.
The opportunity
- Build and ship consumer-facing features quickly in React Native and TypeScript, favouring small, high-velocity experiments over long-running projects.
- Own experiments end-to-end – hypothesis, design, build, launch, measurement and iteration – using platforms such as Statsig to test globally or within specific markets.
- Improve onboarding, activation and feature discovery to drive conversion, engagement and trading revenue, iterating rapidly on features that are already live.
- Build viral acquisition features and value-add growth features on top of Krak’s existing product offering.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs wherever an experiment requires it, so you can ship across the stack without being blocked. Our backend is primarily Rust; prior Rust experience is not expected, but enthusiasm for picking it up is.
- Read your own results, including trade-offs between conversion gains and other metrics, and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill – driving technical decisions autonomously amid evolving priorities and limited upfront planning.
What you bring
- 6+ years of software development experience building and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing applications. Strong, hands-on React and React Native experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience running growth experiments at consumer-facing businesses, with measurable impact on conversion, activation, retention or revenue. This is a consumer growth role, so B2B or platform-only backgrounds are not a fit.
- Working backend proficiency: you can design and implement services and APIs yourself. We care about backend fundamentals rather than any particular language, and you should be open to working in Rust.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, with hands-on experience across APIs, WebSockets and real-time systems, mobile performance, testing, and modern development workflows.
- Practical experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests – feature flags, statistical significance, product analytics, funnel and cohort data – with the judgement to act decisively on what the results show.
- End-to-end ownership of product features and a strong product engineering mindset, with the initiative and adaptability to operate with minimal direction amid ambiguity and frequently changing priorities.
Nice to haves
- Customer-facing product experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, trading or crypto.
- Hands-on experience with Statsig or a comparable experimentation platform, including regional and global rollouts.
- Rust experience, given our backend stack.
- SQL and self-serve analytics, so you can pull and interrogate your own data.
- AI fluency. Familiarity with how AI tools and patterns have fundamentally shifted your development workflow and problem-solving approach.
- Native mobile development (iOS/Android), distributed systems or microservices, or engineering within a hyperscaling consumer technology organisation.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE FOUNDING SALES OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia — a rare founding opportunity to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up.
You will be Alan's flag-bearer in KSA: the person who shapes how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build relationships with companies that want to offer their employees a truly great health experience.
This is not a role for someone looking for a well-defined playbook to execute. It is a role for someone who wants to write the playbook — and who has the experience to do so.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demo, offer building, and closing.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
As Founding Sales for KSA, you will also:
- Build Alan's local presence with HR Directors, CFOs, and C-level decision-makers at companies who care about their employees' wellbeing
- Act as the eyes and ears of the company in KSA — feeding market intelligence, prospect feedback, and local insights back to the product and strategy teams
- Shape the sales function in KSA — setting the rituals, tools, and standards that future teammates will build on
- Evangelize Alan's approach in the market, positioning Alan as a trusted and innovative health partner for Saudi employers
- Contribute to Alan globally — leveraging and enriching the playbooks built in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are currently allowed to work legally for any employer in KSA, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
- Have Saudi citizenship
- Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS space (you are familiar with product demos, discovery frameworks, complex deal cycles)
- Have demonstrated the ability to prospect, close, and build — not just manage existing accounts
- Are highly autonomous — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't need a fully built machine to be effective
- Have native or fluent Arabic
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Are analytical, organized, and rigorous — you manage your pipeline with precision
- Have empathy — you genuinely care about understanding and solving the problems of the companies and people you work with
- Are not driven primarily by commissions — you are motivated by impact, ownership, and long-term value creation
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks

- Meaningful equity — you are building this from scratch, and you should share in what you create
- A world-class team to lean on — you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's international sales, product, and operations teams
- Alan's health coverage (of course 😊)
- The tools to do your best work — MacBook, the best software, and an environment built for focus
- Real ownership and impact — you are not a cog in a machine. You are the machine.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
At Alan, we want people to find the right product to take care of themselves, as early and as easily as possible. Getting a new pair of glasses usually means an appointment, a lost prescription, 47 frames tried on in a store, and a two-week delay. Most people put it off for months.
The Shop is how Alan members get glasses, lenses and well-being products in a few clicks, covered by their insurance when possible. Most e-commerce teams are incentivized to sell more. We're incentivized to get members the right product at the right time for their health.
We're looking for a fullstack engineer to join the Shop crew. One brief: help our members choose what is right for them, when it is right for them, in a few clicks. Everything else, we figure out together.
ABOUT THE SHOP CREW
The Shop crew is a fully autonomous product team that owns the whole lifecycle of the Shop: not just the code, but the whole business. Product managers, product marketers, ops specialists, designers, data scientists and engineers work side by side on one mission.
What we've built so far:
- An end-to-end optics experience: frames and lenses, virtual try-on, prescription scanning, and checkout priced against each member's coverage.
- One commerce platform behind the whole Shop and its three verticals.
- A growing well-being catalog: about 14 brands and 170 products today, thousands soon.
The Shop is growing fast: more products, smoother flows, and an experience that's more and more integrated into the rest of Alan for our members. The crew needs to grow too, and that means plenty of new opportunities for engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Shop is one of the most varied crews in Alan Engineering. In the same week, you might:
- 🔌 Build integrations with our customized e-commerce back office, our in-house virtual try-on, suppliers and partner opticians.
- 🛍️ Ship member-facing flows: dynamic catalogs, purchase flows tailored to each member's coverage, prescription scanning, returns, and out-of-pocket purchases like lens upgrades and extra pairs.
- 🌿 Scale the catalog beyond optics, with discovery and personalized navigation that still work at thousands of products.
- ⚖️ Navigate legal ground: e-commerce rules, invoicing, France's 100% Santé reform, and supplier compliance. Selling medical devices is not like selling socks.
- 📣 Help products reach members in the Alan app, in campaigns, and through Mo, our AI health assistant. A shop that can't promote its products is just a warehouse.
- 📦 Work with ops on orders, deliveries and customer service, so a two-day delay never surprises a member.
You won't just write code. You'll question supplier contracts, debate marketing copy, and debug prescription-scanning logic. Some days it feels less like building software and more like running a small business. That's the point. And the impact is direct: when someone orders their glasses faster, they literally see better, sooner.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years building scalable software, with full-stack experience across backend and frontend.
- A strong product mindset. You want to understand the why before the how, and you enjoy working with members, ops, legal and marketing.
- Ownership from start to finish: you frame the problem, ship the solution, and watch the numbers afterwards.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems. You help shape the scope instead of waiting for a spec.
- Clear communication with non-engineers, in English (French is a plus, since our first market is France).
- Humility, curiosity, and a real interest in making healthcare more accessible.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with e-commerce: catalogs, checkout, payments, order management, or a headless commerce platform like Saleor.
- Curiosity about where e-commerce meets healthcare.
- Experience with mobile (React Native) or with LLM-powered product features.
HOW WE WORK
- Our stack: React and React Native on the frontend, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL on the backend, all in one monorepo. Saleor powers our commerce back office.
- We deploy daily, and the engineers who make product decisions are the ones who build them.
- We use AI coding agents every day to move faster and focus on the hard problems.
- You own decisions, outcomes and a whole domain, and your incentive is to build what's best for members.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration. We are looking for people who want to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment..
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don't. It's a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it's a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How We Use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn't make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customers' agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - must be proficient in English.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
LOCATION
This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be based in North America.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the role
We’re hiring our first Product Enablement specialist. You will join the Product & Technical Enablement team and help our go-to-market teams get ready for every product launch, across Agents, APIs, and Creative.
You will support our global go-to-market teams. Your mission: help sellers understand, demo, and sell each new launch with confidence, with preparation that starts well before launch day.
What sets this role apart: we’re looking for someone who knows our products well enough to demo them and sell them. You have used agents, APIs, or creative tools hands-on, and you can explain how they work and why they matter to customers. You blend that with sales, solutions engineering, or product marketing experience, so you can teach sellers how to use a product, how to demo it, and how to pitch it.
This role sits within GTM Enablement and reports to the Product & Technical Enablement Lead. You will work in close partnership with:
- Product marketing and engineering teams (keeping content accurate as the platform ships)
- GTM enablement (aligning on shared onboarding infrastructure)
You will support product enablement for our go-to-market teams across Agents, APIs, and Creative, with the most day-to-day focus on API and Creative launches. This is a full-stack role on a lean team: you’ll build content, deliver training, design practice environments, and flex across products as needed.
What you’ll do
- Support new product launches: get an early heads-up from product marketing, research, and engineering, follow releases from alpha through GA, and have training ready before launch day, not the week of
- Build launch workshops: go beyond what shipped and why it matters, with hands-on workshops on how to use the product, how to demo it, and how to pitch the value
- Support competitive enablement: turn product marketing battlecards into trainings, simulations, and demo workshops, so sellers can answer parity, differentiation, and value questions with confidence
- Support product certification: help define what “product certified” means for GTM teams, and build the playbooks and training content that raise product confidence across the whole field, not only new hires
- Support everboarding and onboarding: keep training tied to new releases and capabilities, and keep content current as products ship
- Craft realistic practice environments: demo certifications, role-play scenarios, and customer simulations with scored feedback, built on our own agent technology
- Operate AI-natively: use ElevenLabs’ own voice and agent technology to build training and practice environments; default to AI tools to build faster, and teach others to do the same
- Measure what matters: define and track the percent of sellers certified within 2 weeks of GA, demo and pitch quality scores, and win rate and stage progression against named competitors, and use the data to improve each launch
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who knows our products well and can teach sellers to demo and sell them. You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 4-7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who moved into product marketing or enablement, at a SaaS, platform, or API-first company
- Are hands-on with agents, APIs, or creative tools, and understand at a conceptual level how they work
- Have demoed and pitched technical products to customers, and can explain the value, not only the features
- Have a track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training, in addition to your customer-facing work
- Are comfortable building a program from scratch, with no playbook to inherit
- Have credibility with sellers, built from time in the seat or supporting sellers directly, and work well with product marketing, research, and engineering teams
- Communicate clearly and can adapt product material for different audiences without diluting it
Bonus
- Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
- Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
- Vertical depth in financial services, healthcare, telecom or CCaaS, or at other AI companies
- Hands-on experience with competing voice and agent platforms
- Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers
- Experience building role-play, simulation, or demo practice environments
Location
Remote-first, globally distributed role. Expect occasional travel to team hubs and onboarding sessions. Candidates should be able to work effectively across US and European time zones.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Execution & NA Enablement Lead to raise how our enterprise sellers plan, pursue, and win complex, technical deals. This is not a traditional training role. You’ll set the standard for what great enterprise selling looks like, turn it into artifacts and operating rhythms, and make sure sellers and managers actually use it.
The role has two mandates: own key global sales execution programs, and act as the primary Enablement partner to North America sales leadership. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Enablement, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product & Technical Enablement, and FDE.
What you’ll do
- Own enterprise sales execution: Build and operationalize the critical artifacts that drive excellent sales execution.
- Enable sellers to win technical enterprise deals: Coach reps to build business cases with champions, read 10-Ks, and connect ElevenLabs capabilities to measurable outcomes for technical and economic buyers.
- Partner with NA leadership on enablement: Diagnose field gaps and adapt global programs to NA needs, including competitive positioning, developer-led motions, and vertical playbooks.
- Facilitate globally: Lead highly engaging, practical sales execution sessions, not just build the programs behind them.
- Manage the coaching and operating rhythm: Embed selling standards and artifacts into how managers inspect deals and coach sellers.
- Build the foundation for a vertical selling motion: Lay the groundwork for vertical selling, which is becoming a global priority, not just an NA need.
- Execute in an AI-native way: Use AI to scale coaching, practice, and reinforcement, going beyond general AI fluency.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise sales leadership and enablement experience, ideally in an AI-native or developer-focused company
- Excellence building and operationalizing value-selling artifacts across sales org with measurable results
- Experience with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies, and the judgment to adapt them
- Experience enabling frontline sales managers and building strong coaching methodologies
- AI fluency, and comfort building in a fast-growing environment where the operating model is still taking shape
- Enough technical depth to credibly support sellers selling to developers and technical buyers
- Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, RevOps, PMM, Product, and FDE teams
- Bonus: Experience working in voice AI

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Global GTM Talent Lead to own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide. You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Your mandate is to bring global cohesion to how we plan, assess, and hire revenue talent, with accountability for hiring quality, speed, and predictability. This is a high visibility role: your hiring plan underpins revenue commitments to the board.
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy. Translate business priorities into clear plans for each team and region, building alignment with executive leaders, Finance, RevOps, and Talent. Partner with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning, connecting coverage, productivity, ramp, and attrition assumptions to hiring needs. Bring a clear point of view on priorities, sequencing, and achievable commitments, and adjust plans as the business changes.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization. Coach, develop, and hire regional Talent leaders, set clear expectations, and give teams the support and resources they need to succeed. Strengthen leadership capability, address performance gaps, and align recruiting capacity with business priorities.
- Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent. Partner with Revenue leaders to define excellence by role and level, and embed it in sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions. Build the team’s ability to attract and close exceptional sellers and revenue leaders. Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date, meeting ambitious goals for both quality and speed.
- Make hiring measurably better. Build trusted relationships and a regular decision-making cadence with the CRO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Set clear metrics, track progress, and act early on risks. Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and the use of AI, so hiring is demonstrably faster and more efficient.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have led Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You have maintained a high talent bar while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- You have built and led teams of recruiting leaders, with a track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions. You lead through your teams and are fully hands on, holding yourself to an even higher standard than those around you.
- You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment. You can credibly partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions, translate them into achievable hiring commitments, and bring stakeholders into alignment.
- You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve. You have improved hiring speed and efficiency through better processes, tools, and data, and can articulate where AI should change the work and where human judgment remains essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling ElevenLabs’ global Talent organization. You will help shape strategy, turn priorities into action, and lead work that requires deep talent expertise and focused execution. Your remit will span the entire Talent organization: GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs. You will embed with teams where additional leadership or expertise can accelerate progress, and own high visibility projects sponsored by the Head of Talent and senior leadership across ElevenLabs.
- Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes. Bring an informed point of view on where the organization needs to invest or change, build alignment with Talent leaders and cross-functional partners, and follow through to delivery.
- Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Step into teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity. Diagnose what is holding progress back and take responsibility for improving it, whether that means leading a hiring initiative, strengthening a process, or supporting a function through change. Build capability as you go, with clear ownership and a sustainable handover.
- Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and other senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns. Turn early ideas into focused experiments, lead the execution, and use evidence to decide what to scale, adapt, or stop.
- Improve how the Talent organization works together. Partner with Talent leaders to resolve issues that cut across teams, improve decision-making, and share effective practices. Use hiring data and direct experience to identify opportunities, and help turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of working, including better use of tools and AI.
REQUIREMENTS
- You bring deep talent expertise and have helped a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You understand what needs to evolve as hiring volume, team size, and business complexity increase.
- You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering the work yourself. You can advise an executive on a difficult tradeoff, build a plan from an ambiguous brief, and go deep into a search, process, or team to understand and solve the underlying problem.
- You have led teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results. You can earn trust quickly, lead through influence or direct ownership, and strengthen the teams you support. You bring the judgment to know when to step in, when to coach, and when to hand ownership back.
- You have delivered high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to evolving priorities. You can challenge an idea constructively, test it pragmatically, and communicate clearly about progress, results, and decisions needed.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Research Engineer to join our newly forming Search and Services Platform team within Research Platform. You will build and operate the large-scale search and services that our models rely on as tools — from self-hosted, web-scale, search indexes to knowledge graphs and databases served through MCP. You will work closely with researchers and with the pretraining data, sandbox and data platform teams to make these services reliable, scalable and fast, on infrastructure measured in hundreds of terabytes of NVMe storage and thousands of CPU cores to support both data generation and critical training runs.
What you will do
As a Research Engineer on the Search and Services team, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Designing, building and operating large-scale search infrastructure: self-hosted Vespa clusters indexing web-scale corpora, managed indexes for smaller corpora, and vendor search endpoints.
- Self-hosting and maintaining a wide range of structured data sources — knowledge graphs (Wikidata, UniProt, Materials Project), scholarly data (OpenAlex, OpenAIRE), statistical databases (Eurostat, World Bank, IMF, OECD), open data portals and more.
- Designing interfaces and tools to expose to the models and agents to use the services in different ways (direct YQL or SPARQL queries, or more refined and constrained MCPs to mimic external services) to support data generation and agentic training.
- Building the data pipelines that ingest, index and serve massive datasets, including indexing our own pretraining corpora for exploration, deduplication and eval-leakage checks.
- Building strong relationships with researchers and adjacent teams (pretraining data,, sandbox, data platform), understanding their workflows and enabling them to achieve more by leveraging your expertise.
- Communicating and producing documentation or any content that will help teams make the most of the services you'll build.
About you
- 5+ years of successful experience in search engineering, data infrastructure, or a similar SRE / platform role.
- Proficiency in software development (Python, Go...) and programming best practices.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale search or data systems (e.g. Vespa, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, ClickHouse or similar).
- Exposure to site reliability engineering: root cause analysis, in-production troubleshooting, on-call rotations...)
- Exposure to infrastructure management: containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), infra-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability...).
- Experience designing and operating data pipelines that address large amounts of data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ability to contextualizing, gauging risks and getting buy-in for high stakes and impactful solutions).
- Ownership, high agency and constantly seeking to learn and improving things for others.
- Autonomous, self-driven and able to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Low ego and team spirit mindset.
- Your application will be all the more interesting if you also have:
- First-hand Vespa (or equivalent large-scale information retrieval) experience.
- Experience building or operating MCP servers / tool-serving infrastructure for LLMs.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RDF / SPARQL, or large structured databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DuckDB...).
- Experience with large bare-metal infrastructure or HPC environments.

And beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks.
The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams.
The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan’s existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners.
The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan’s ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
1. Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks.
2. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients.
3. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities.
4. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management
- Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities
- The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English
Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE NOT ROLES.
