ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager
Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band
FUNCTION
Marketing
EXPERIENCE
3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Why Join Neolytix
High-Visibility Pipeline Role
Drive pipeline across the full ABM tier structure, with direct exposure to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Scale an Intent-Driven Motion
Build ABM for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS product targeting the US mid-market.
Ownership Culture
An environment that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Development Support
Learning resources, external certifications, and leadership mentoring.

Experience gate —
This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

Two openings, one team —
Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years including payer-enrollment ownership.
About the Role
Neolytix runs credentialing and enrollment for US provider organizations — getting physicians and facilities enrolled with payers accurately and fast, because every stalled application is delayed revenue for the client.
Associates manage application preparation, submissions, and follow-up. Senior Associates own end-to-end enrollment files, payer escalations, and re-credentialing calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans).
Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.
Follow up with payers on application status and resolve deficiencies quickly and accurately.
Maintain accurate trackers — effective dates, expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice), and re-credentialing timelines.
Handle provider and client data with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complete enrollment files end-to-end for assigned clients, including complex group/facility enrollments and payer escalations.
Run the re-credentialing and expirables calendar so nothing lapses.
Review associates’ submissions for accuracy and coach on payer-specific requirements.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment. Sr Associate: 3–4 years with end-to-end enrollment ownership.
Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals; strong understanding of enrollment workflows and timelines.
High attention to detail — credentialing errors are expensive and slow to unwind.
Preferred
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Experience with credentialing software (Modio, MD-Staff, Verity, or similar).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Moderate-to-strong — good spoken and written English for payer follow-ups and professional, client-facing emails and notes. Accuracy in writing matters as much as speed.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with payer portals, CAQH / PECOS / NPPES, tracker maintenance, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:

Zero lapses on expirables and re-credentialing dates.
Accuracy / rework rate on submissions.

Education:

Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.

Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.

Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.

The 6-Month Learning Journey
Joining Neolytix as a Management Trainee, RCM is a full-time opportunity that begins with a structured 6-month learning journey. You are not thrown on the floor from day one. You will be trained, assessed, and made ready for live operations before you independently handle client work. Every stage of the journey is designed to build your skills progressively.
Phase 1
Classroom Training
8 to 12 Days (Max 14)
Structured instructor-led sessions covering US healthcare, medical billing, coding basics, and RCM workflows. Your LOB is decided within the first 2 to 3 days based on your performance, knowledge check, and operations team input.
Phase 2
Operations Readiness Training
8 to 12 Days
You move to the floor alongside senior team members and trainers. You apply classroom learning in a supervised, live operations environment with ongoing assessments.
Phase 3

You begin handling real client work under close supervision. Accuracy, speed, and process adherence are tracked. Performance here determines your readiness to go live independently.
Phase 4
Go Live
Full Production

Senior Associate 1

About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States. We are building our next generation of RCM professionals through this full-time opportunity and we are looking for fresh graduates who are motivated, disciplined, and ready to build a real career in US healthcare operations.
Revenue Cycle Management is how US healthcare providers get paid for the services they deliver. As a Management Trainee, you will be assessed, trained, and placed into one of three core RCM functional areas based on your skills and performance during the first days of training. Your LOB is not a default assignment. It is matched to where you will thrive.
The Three RCM Areas
Charge Posting & Payment Posting
Translating patient services into medical billing codes and submitting claims to insurers, plus recording and reconciling payments received. Requires speed, accuracy, and coding discipline.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Following up on submitted claims, resolving denials, and ensuring payments are collected from insurance payers. Requires analytical thinking, persistence, and clear communication.
Credentialing
Enrolling healthcare providers with insurance payers so they can legally bill for services. Covers CAQH, PECOS, payer portals, expirables, and compliance. Requires strong process discipline and attention to deadlines.
Your LOB assignment is made within the first 2 to 3 days of classroom training, based on your knowledge check scores and the evaluation of the operations team. Once assigned, your entire training is aligned to that LOB.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete all classroom training modules within the defined timeline, meeting assessment benchmarks at each stage.
Commit to the LOB assigned to you and engage fully in the training path designed for that functional area.
Apply classroom learning during operations readiness training under the supervision of senior team members and trainers.
Meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks during the 4-week production ramp-up before going live independently.
Support team leads and senior specialists in achieving client SLAs and compliance targets once on the floor.
Continuously learn and adapt to US payer requirements, billing rules, and client-specific workflows.
Demonstrate consistent progress through assessments to qualify for transition to Associate 1.
