About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help build Ondo’s mobile experience. You’ll own features from early product discussions through release and improvement, working closely with design, product, and engineers across the stack.
Financial software asks a lot of its interface. People need to understand what they own, what an action will do, and whether it succeeded. You’ll bring strong iOS judgment to those moments: making complex flows feel clear while treating security, accessibility, performance, and reliability as core parts of the product.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain native iOS features in Swift, from architecture and implementation through App Store release.
Partner with design and product to turn complex financial workflows into clear, responsive mobile experiences.
Shape how the app handles authentication, account state, transactions, errors, and interrupted flows.
Work with backend and platform engineers to define reliable app-facing contracts.
Improve quality through thoughtful testing, observability, code review, and attention to real user behavior.
Help set technical direction for iOS and mentor other engineers through collaboration and feedback.
What you bring
A track record of shipping and improving production iOS apps with Swift.

An overview of this role
Data Products integrates GitLab and third-party SDLC data, and builds the dashboards, APIs, and data products that turn it into trusted, interoperable intelligence for customers and internal teams.
This is a 0 to 1 team and we are hiring for a foundational engineering role. That means you bring technical leadership through ambiguity, helping figure out what to build, making the foundational design decisions, and keeping delivery moving while the picture is still forming. You own the full lifecycle of what ships and stand behind it.
What you'll bring
Proven ability to influence as a Staff owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple engineering and product teams.
High agency, i.e finds the owner, clarifies the path, makes the call, and keeps pushing until the work lands.
Force multiplier and raise the people and the codebase around them
Deep full-stack expertise, including strong proficiency in
Go, Ruby
and
Node
.
Depth in at least one of analytics and metrics platforms, graph data systems, CDC and warehouse integration.
Hands-on experience building production AI-powered tool orchestration.
Experience operating multi-tenant systems across SaaS and self-managed deployment.
Direct communicator who builds alignment across teams.
Bias to write things down and make reasoning legible.
What you'll own
Architect how GitLab and third-party data is ingested, modeled, and synced into the knowledge graph as a near-real-time graph of the development ecosystem.
Lead integration with external systems for business context (Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow), indexed into the graph.
Architect the Data Marketplace so customers consume GitLab data through Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery with no engineering dependencies.
Publish GitLab observability as OpenTelemetry and broker the data-sharing APIs.
Define operational readiness for everything the team ships across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
Translate an ambiguous 0 to 1 problem space into concrete, iterable roadmaps in partnership with Product, Design, and the graph backend team.
Resolve cross-team dependencies across graph backend, AI Platform, and Infrastructure without escalating everything upward.
Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review.
Create organizational leverage through speed. You identify systemic bottlenecks, simplify processes, and design systems that dramatically improve execution velocity.
About the team
Data Products work across three surfaces:
Dashboard and Reporting Framework
Builds AI-native dashboard components so customers and internal teams can see engineering health and GitLab's impact across DORA, VSA, AI Impact, SDLC trends, security, and quality, and launch their own custom dashboards on the same framework.
Internal Ingestion
Ingests third-party data into the GitLab and power tools like Knowledge Graph, building connectors so that signals from systems like Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and observability tools become one queryable, near-real-time graph of the developer ecosystem.
External Ingestion
External makes GitLab and Knowledge Graph data consumable outside the product, through marketplace listings, data-sharing APIs and SDKs, and co-branded partner products.
We are a new team in a highly ambiguous, high-impact space, and we need engineers who can create clarity while building, make practical tradeoffs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep pushing until meaningful customer value lands.

Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
Must be located in Japan and have full working rights in Japan

Location and Working Hours
This role is based in the APJ region and requires substantial daily overlap with APJ business hours. The Territory Operations team works asynchronously across regions, so comfort with written handoffs and documentation is more important than real-time availability outside your local hours.
About the Role
This is an early-career role designed for someone with foundational operations, analytics, or CRM experience who wants to build depth in sales systems and territory management. You will learn our territory carving and account routing processes from the ground up, with structured onboarding, a defined ramp plan, and close support from the broader Territory Operations team. Prior territory operations experience is not required — curiosity, care with data, and clear communication matter more.
Responsibilities
Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for the APJ region, with guidance from senior team members
Help maintain and document territory operations processes, including runbooks and onboarding materials for APJ stakeholders
Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field, escalating complex or ambiguous cases to senior analysts
Support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis requests for APJ sales leadership
Partner with APJ Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy to understand regional coverage needs and surface opportunities to improve territory processes and tools
Assist the Sales Systems team on automation improvements enabled by territory management (such as automated opportunity assignment)
Support data hygiene and enrichment for APJ accounts using tools such as RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, and Openprise, including validating account data across multiple APJ countries and markets
Document questions, edge cases, and process gaps encountered in day-to-day work so they can be addressed systematically
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, business support, or CRM-adjacent role — sales operations experience is welcome but not required
Based in the APJ region, or able to maintain consistent overlap with APJ business hours
Working familiarity with Salesforce (navigating records, reports, and list views); exposure to Salesforce Sales Territories, Salesforce Maps, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable working in spreadsheets — sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables; advanced modeling is not expected
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to working with data
Clear and concise written communication, particularly in asynchronous settings across time zones
Collaborative and comfortable asking questions; you will be supported, not left to figure things out alone
Interest in learning sales operations systems and processes in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple APJ countries or working with multilingual account data
Exposure to data enrichment or data quality tools (RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, Openprise, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other reporting tools
Salesforce Administrator certification or coursework in progress

With deep experience in the modern SDLC and agentic tooling, you collaborate with developer advocacy and conduct primary market analysis to drive positioning, field assets, competitive plays, and partnership strategy.
In your first year, you will establish a defensible AI and agentic narrative and an agile operating rhythm that turns market signals into action.

Own the operating rhythm that converts competitive signal into a position and action within days
Give Product an opinionated read on what competitive movement means for roadmap sequencing, bringing evidence and a recommendation rather than a summary of what competitors shipped
Build the compete assets, plays, and objection handling the field uses against named competitors, define the sales motion that moves win rate, then measure whether it did
Partner with Growth and Campaigns on competitor displacement campaigns, accountable for their contribution to pipeline
Brief Investor Relations, industry analysts, sales, and executive leadership with the same rigor, owning the competitive-landscape narrative with analysts and PMMs
Raise the competitive bar across the PMM team

Experience briefing executives, investor relations, and industry analysts
Ability to form and articulate a clear point of view quickly despite incomplete information
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives
Practical experience using AI tools within your workflow
Self-directed, data-driven mindset using win/loss insights to guide strategy

The Associate Renewals Manager owns a book of customer renewals end-to-end, following established playbooks to retain and grow revenue while building the skills to take on more complex accounts over time.
About the Role
Reports to: Manager, Renewals
This is an individual-contributor, tactical role focused on timely, accurate execution rather than strategic decision-making. The Associate Renewals Manager works under the general direction of Senior Renewals Managers and their manager, following specific instructions and frameworks in day-to-day work. Solutions and outputs are reviewed by more senior team members and/or the direct manager.
What You'll Do
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure.
Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand how they're actually using the product and where they're headed next.
Identify and surface expansion opportunities — additional seats, tiers, or modules — that come out of those conversations.
Probe for new use cases and unmet needs within existing accounts, connecting what customers describe to relevant GitLab capabilities they aren't yet using.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
Analyze moderately complex renewal situations (usage trends, contract terms, pricing) by reviewing existing account factors, escalating anything unusual to a senior team member or manager and helping to mitigate any risk identified.
Explain moderately complex renewal terms and issues to customers and internal stakeholders, working to build alignment.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You'll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
Full working rights in India, based in India
Able to work ANZ & Asia timezones

An overview of this role
As a Staff Security Governance Engineer, you will be the individual contributor who owns how GitLab writes, maintains, communicates, and measures its security policies and standards. You will turn emerging regulations, including AI regulation, into clear requirements that engineering, product, and legal teams can act on, and you will use automation to keep governance lightweight and continuous rather than a point-in-time exercise. You will sit on the Security Governance team within Security Assurance and work closely with Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering. You will report to the Director, Customer Trust & Security Governance.
What you'll do
Policies and standards
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GitLab's security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines: drafting, stakeholder review, approval, publication, annual review, and retirement.
Define and run the exception management process, including risk-based approvals, expiry tracking, and trend reporting that shows where policies need to change.
Run policy attestation and investigate non-adherence.
Keep policies clear, practical, and aligned with how GitLab's engineering teams work in a DevSecOps environment.
Regulatory and framework alignment
Monitor emerging regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, sector or regional requirements) and partner with Legal well ahead of compliance deadlines to assess impact and update policy.
Maintain mappings between our policies and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, so requirements are written once and reused.
Measurement and assurance
Define KPIs for policy adherence and report trends to Security leadership.
Run targeted internal assessments of adherence and drive remediation to closure.
Support audit activities by coordinating evidence, testing, and remediation management.
Customer trust
Support customer questionnaires and customer meetings, and help turn recurring customer requests into better policies and self-service content.
Automation and AI
Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted workflows for policy management, evidence collection, control monitoring, and assessment work, in partnership with GRC Engineering.
Technical leadership
Act as a technical and program leader across Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering, influencing without direct authority.
Mentor other team members and help set the direction of the Security Governance roadmap.
What you'll bring
10+ years in security governance, GRC, or IT risk, with hands-on ownership of a policy and standards lifecycle and measurable outcomes, ideally at a global technology company.
Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, including how to put them into practice, not only how to read them
Experience creating and maintaining an enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS), ideally including hands on involvement in ISO 27001 certification or recertification.
Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and DevSecOps practices, and the ability to write policy that engineers will follow.
A risk-based mindset that balances compliance with real security risk.
Demonstrated use of automation or AI to reduce manual GRC work.
Strong written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for engineers, executives, auditors, and customers.
Experience collaborating with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
What success looks like
First 30 days: Assessed the current policy library and exception process, built relationships with key stakeholders, and proposed a prioritized roadmap.
First 90 days: Uplift the existing security policy library to align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27017/27018/42001, and PCI-DSS.
First 120 days: A refreshed review cadence is in place, exception reporting is running, and can demonstrate a measurable improvement in policy adherence.
First six months: Develop Policy as Code and collaborate with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering for implementation into existing workflows.
About the team
The Security Assurance organization helps GitLab build and maintain trust by strengthening how we approach security, compliance, and risk. Security Governance sits within it and owns customer trust, security awareness, policies and standards, and other governance functions. Our counterparts are Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering.
You will join a small team of four direct reports under the Director, where each person has broad scope and visible impact. We work remote-first and asynchronously, and we write things down and share them openly, so you'll draft and revise policies and standards in the open with input from Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering.

Deploy and configure GitLab in customer environments, including on-premises and major cloud providers, using Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit (GET) aligned to reference architectures.
Plan and execute source system migrations to GitLab using Congregate, partnering closely with customer stakeholders to reduce risk, protect data integrity, and minimize downtime.
Provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best-practice guidance, including advising on internal frameworks such as the Delivery Governance Framework (DGF) and GitLab Flow.
Coordinate and oversee implementation work across GitLab team members, partners, and customer points of contact (POCs), ensuring clear asynchronous communication and decision capture, effective execution, and high-quality outcomes.

Review and provide input to Professional Services training materials and presentations
Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies
Work closely with customer project teams to ensure accurate task-level articulation of work required
What you’ll bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and partners and communicate risks/trade-offs clearly in an asynchronous environment.
Prefer location in PST, MST or CST timezone alignment.
Comfortable with up to 30% travel at times.
Demonstrated experience delivering two or more of the following consulting services: source code management migration, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) consulting services.
Enterprise software development experience, with the ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
Progressive DevOps platform experience, including designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems with clear performance and security trade-offs.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in cloud providers and on-premises environments, including using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Ability to write clean, maintainable automation/integration code (e.g., Terraform modules, Ansible roles, scripts) and validate changes with appropriate testing and code review.
Experience performing migrations to GitLab, including using Congregate or similar migration tooling.
Working knowledge of data consistency and integrity concepts (e.g., ACID properties) and how they impact migration design and performance trade-offs.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment, using documented decisions (e.g., issues, proposals, and runbooks) to keep work unblocked across time zones while collaborating effectively across GitLab team members, partners, and customer stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience
About the team

Working closely with Engagement Managers, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders, we focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, sharing best practices, and helping customers realize faster time to value from their GitLab investment. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both
