WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era.
As a Senior Accountant on Corporate Accounting, you’ll own key areas of general ledger accounting and the month-end close, helping ensure accurate, timely reporting. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to explain fluctuations, surface issues, and support accurate reporting at Notion’s scale.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own assigned areas across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: Prepare accurate journal entries and adjustments with clear supporting documentation, and complete close work on time.
- By your 90th day, independently manage your assigned close areas, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve outstanding items with a clear rhythm for identifying and escalating issues.
- By your 90th day, analyze financial results and explain variance drivers in management reporting, partnering with FP&A and other stakeholders to make the numbers clear and actionable.
- By your 90th day, use AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline analysis, reconciliations, and recurring workflows—freeing time for higher-judgment accounting work.
- By the end of your first year, strengthen controls and accounting processes across your areas, supporting accurate financial statements.
- By the end of your first year, drive scalable improvements across Corporate Accounting, collaborating with FP&A, AP, Legal, and other teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting, applied to produce accurate and well-supported accounting outcomes.
- Progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years with hands-on ownership of month-end close processes.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and an active, practical approach to using AI and automation to streamline accounting workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers.
- Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the operating system for knowledge work, and we want people to be able to do substantive knowledge work from their phone.
A great native app is what makes that possible. On Android, that means Notion should feel like it was built for the platform: fast to open, smooth to scroll, and reliable offline or on a spotty connection. We’re investing in a more native foundation for how people read, write, and edit in Notion. That lets users capture ideas in the moment, find answers across their workspace, manage tasks and projects, and work with teammates, with the speed, polish, and dependability people expect from the best apps on their phone.
As an Android engineer, you’ll help build that native foundation, from how pages render and how people write and edit, to the navigation and app chrome people use every day, like Home, Search, and Inbox, along with the shared frameworks the rest of the app is built on. You’ll work across the Android stack, with chances to dig into our shared Rust layer and the AI tools we use for mobile development. Along the way, you’ll pair with experienced product and mobile AI engineers to find what slows the team down, try new Android capabilities, and help decide what ships in the app.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Ship the core Notion experience on Android: Build and polish the surfaces people use every day—opening and reading pages, writing and editing, navigating the app, and the Home, Search, and Inbox tabs—on a native Kotlin and Jetpack Compose stack that is fast to open, smooth to scroll, and dependable offline.
- Build with product and design, and iterate fast: Partner with product managers and designers to turn ideas into shipped features, then use feedback and data to make them better. Use AI coding tools and agents to build, test, and investigate faster, while you stay accountable for review, validation, and quality.
- By the end of your first year, own a core product area: Take a core part of the Android app, like Home, Inbox, or a piece of the editor, from idea to launch, and shape it into an experience that helps people do their life’s work from their phone.
- Make the app feel fast and reliable: Find and fix issues in startup time, scrolling, typing latency, crashes, and memory use across the surfaces you own, and add the tests and monitoring that catch regressions before users do.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Solid Android fundamentals: You’ve built and shipped Android apps, through work, internships, or your own projects, and you’re comfortable with modern Android—Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, and Gradle. Experience with a large, modular codebase is a plus.
- Care for native UI and performance: You enjoy making UI feel fast and smooth, and you’re curious about things like custom text rendering, complex lazy lists, or rich-text editing. Experience with performance profiling, realtime collaboration, or offline sync is a plus.
- Product instincts: You care about how the app feels to use, not just how it works. You sweat the details of interactions and polish, and you use feedback and data to decide what to build next.
- Thoughtful problem-solving and clear communication: You build a clear picture of the problem before jumping to a fix, you can explain trade-offs in writing, and you ask for help early when you’re stuck. Experience moving a hybrid or web-based surface to native, or building something from 0→1, is a plus.
- AI-native, end-to-end engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective. Web experience (TypeScript, React, Node) is welcome but not required.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith. Building AI products is changing the way software teams work; LangSmith is the observability, evals and deployment platform that makes shipping reliable AI systems possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role sits at the intersection of user experience and production infrastructure. You'll partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems: versioning complex prompt chains, debugging multi-step agent failures, or designing evaluation systems that scale from 10 to 10,000 test cases.
You'll work directly with customers — from early-stage startups shipping their first agent to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems — to understand where the platform breaks down and what capabilities unlock new workflows.
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
- Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Deeply technical — you can hold your own in conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than build the perfect solution upfront.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
NICE TO HAVE
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
- Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
Location: Remote, California, United States, AMER

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
Fivetran's mission is to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity — with dbt Labs now part of Fivetran, that mission extends from moving data into the warehouse to transforming and modeling it for trusted, governed analytics.
We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales to understand Enterprise customers' complex data requirements — spanning ingestion, transformation, and data modeling — and demonstrate how the combined Fivetran + dbt platform helps them build reliable, end-to-end data pipelines. From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.

Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models are still evolving, and the ability to balance speed with rigor
Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity, marketing-sourced vs. influenced pipeline, and attribution concepts
Comfortable with SQL, Excel/google sheets and BI/visualization tools like Looker to move quickly through data
Working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity data), marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), and ad platforms (Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, chatgpt Ads, etc)

Python or R proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, or building lightweight models
Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms (Bizible/Marketo)
Exposure to experiment design, significance testing, or applied statistics in a marketing context
Experience with predictive modeling: LTV estimation, propensity scoring, or cohort analysis applied to marketing audiences
Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker)
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software industries

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Teleport, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-sized organizations looking to secure their infrastructure in an AI-driven world. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Sales Engineering, Account Development and Marketing to identify, qualify, and close new business, building a repeatable, high-velocity motion across a defined territory or vertical. This role is ideal for a driven, autonomous seller who thrives on prospecting and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — while helping customers eliminate credential sprawl, reduce identity-based attack surface, and prepare their infrastructure for the demands of agentic AI.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with Engineering, InfoSec teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop a territory plan and relentlessly execute against it in order to exceed your quota.
- Understand the nuances of selling open source technology.
- Help us foster our open source community and grow our commercial offering.
- Identify and excite champions at your key accounts so they become your executive sponsors.
- Navigate complex deals involving several stakeholders across engineering and InfoSec without coming across as "Salesy."
- Mentor our Sales Development Reps. You will collaborate with them in order to break into your target accounts.
- Strong listening and storytelling skills.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of quota attainment at a software startup in the infrastructure, security, open source space
- 1+ year experience working at a growing start up selling to scaling AI, fintech or e-commerce companies
- Experience in articulating the value of a product, aligning with the specific needs and compliance requirements amongst complex organizations
- Humility, curiosity, resilience, and a sense of humor.
- You're not afraid of prospecting.
- Based in NYC or SF Bay Area
How We Hire — Instructions
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and four team member, a presentation including clear instructions.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

LaunchDarkly’s SDKs are used in systems that perform trillions of feature flag evaluations each day, giving our engineering work a direct connection to the reliability and customer experience of software around the world. As the company grows, we are expanding beyond traditional feature management into experimentation, observability, and AgentControl—helping customers control more of the software and AI lifecycle. That creates an unusually broad set of technical challenges, visible customer impact, and room for engineers to shape what comes next.
We believe in the power of teams. We work with humility, openness, curiosity, and care; we value clear communication, thoughtful technical judgment, inclusive collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. We encourage people to apply even when they do not meet every qualification listed below. We are interested in the experience, perspective, and potential you would bring to the role.
About the role
Staff scope at LaunchDarkly is defined by impact rather than title alone. The specific domain may include platform infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, data systems, observability, experimentation, feature management, or AI/agent capabilities.
As a Staff Engineer at LaunchDarkly, you will provide technical leadership beyond a single team. You will help define direction for important systems or product areas, guide complex initiatives, and create leverage by enabling other engineers to make better decisions and deliver with confidence.
Staff Engineers at LaunchDarkly are trusted for their judgment, influence, and ability to connect customer needs, business goals, product strategy, and technical execution. You may lead architecture across multiple teams, establish durable patterns, improve developer effectiveness, or help the organization navigate a significant change in technology or product direction.
This is an individual contributor role. You will lead through expertise, communication, and influence rather than through direct people management.
What you’ll do
Set technical direction for complex, high-impact systems, products, or cross-team initiatives.
Lead architecture and design work that improves scalability, performance, reliability, security, operability, and developer experience.
Clarify ambiguous problems, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and help teams make timely, well-informed decisions.
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering Managers, and senior leaders to connect technical investments to customer and business outcomes.
Influence teams outside your immediate area through strong technical proposals, inclusive decision-making, and clear communication.
Improve engineering effectiveness through reusable patterns, paved paths, documentation, mentoring, and thoughtful process improvements.
Contribute directly to critical projects when hands-on technical work is the best way to create leverage.
Represent customer needs and production realities in technical and product discussions.
Develop other engineers through mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to grow their scope.
Qualifications
This level of expertise is typically found in engineers with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, streaming protocols (e.g., Server-Sent Events, WebSockets), and stateful connection management at scale.
Expertise in Go, Java, Rust or similar systems programming languages. (We use Go and a little bit of Rust.)
Significant experience delivering and operating production software, including systems or products with meaningful scale, complexity, or reliability requirements.
Demonstrated technical leadership across team or organizational boundaries, without relying on formal authority.
Experience making architecture and design decisions for complex systems and communicating the tradeoffs clearly.
A track record of turning ambiguous, high-impact problems into aligned plans and shipped outcomes.
Strong understanding of software quality, observability, operational health, security, and sustainable delivery practices.
Ability to balance long-term technical direction with pragmatic, incremental execution.
A collaborative leadership style grounded in curiosity, inclusion, clear communication, and respect for different perspectives.
