OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). Own the hunt. Open doors. Win the business.
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven
Account Director
to join our growing sales team and help accelerate our expansion across ASEAN.
This is a
true hunting role
. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business across strategic target accounts, building relationships with senior decision-makers and taking opportunities through the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation and close.
You’ll need to be comfortable creating opportunities where none currently exist, navigating complex organisations and selling consultatively to senior marketing and business leaders.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants significant ownership, autonomy and a direct impact on revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Own new business acquisition:
Identify, target and win new clients across ASEAN, with a strong focus on strategic and enterprise accounts.
Build your own pipeline:
Proactively prospect into target accounts using research, outbound engagement, networking, referrals and creative approaches to open new doors.
Penetrate strategic accounts:
Develop account strategies to identify multiple stakeholders, understand organisational priorities and create relationships across the buying committee.
Engage senior decision-makers:
Build credible relationships with Directors, VPs and C-level stakeholders across marketing, demand generation, sales and related functions.
Own the full sales cycle:
Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through solution development, commercial negotiation, procurement and close.
Sell consultatively:
Understand the client's business challenges, objectives and priorities and connect them to solutions that deliver measurable value.
Drive significant revenue:
Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity management and deal execution.
Create strategic opportunities:
Identify whitespace within target accounts and develop new opportunities rather than relying on existing relationships or inbound demand.
Manage complex sales:
Navigate multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles and commercially complex negotiations while maintaining momentum and deal control.
Expand relationships:
Once new business is secured, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, expand into additional teams or markets and increase account value.
Maintain strong forecasting discipline:
Own your pipeline, accurately forecast revenue and maintain clear visibility across opportunities, next steps and close plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with marketing, campaign, delivery and client success teams to develop compelling solutions and ensure a strong transition from sale to execution.
Be a market advisor:
Stay close to developments across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing and the technology sector, bringing relevant insight into client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, SaaS, media, advertising, demand generation, marketing or a related environment.
A
proven track record of hunting and winning new business
, particularly within mid-market or enterprise organisations.
Demonstrated success
consistently meeting or exceeding significant revenue targets
.
Strong experience owning the
entire sales cycle
, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiation and closing.
Proven ability to
open doors into net-new accounts
and build relationships from the ground up.
Comfortable selling to
senior marketing, sales and business stakeholders
, including VP and C-level decision-makers.
Strong strategic account planning skills and the ability to identify buying committees, business priorities and commercial opportunities.
Excellent consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
A strong understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing or the technology ecosystem
is highly advantageous.
Commercially astute, resilient and persistent, with the ability to maintain momentum through complex sales cycles.
Highly self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over pipeline and revenue.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who can operate independently while working effectively across a broader commercial organisation.
The Person We’re Looking For
You are a
hunter by nature
.
You don't wait for leads to be handed to you. You know how to identify the right accounts, find the right people, create a reason to engage and turn a cold prospect into a commercial conversation.
You are comfortable operating at senior levels and can hold your own in conversations with experienced marketing and business leaders. You understand that enterprise sales is rarely about one conversation or one contact — it's about building a compelling business case, navigating stakeholders and creating momentum towards a decision.
You're commercially ambitious, resilient and competitive, but you also know how to build genuine relationships.
Most importantly, you
take ownership
. You own your territory, your pipeline, your opportunities and your number.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with opportunities to progress within a regional sales environment.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives that reward strong commercial performance.
Autonomy & Ownership:
Significant responsibility for developing your territory, target accounts and new-business pipeline.

Play a key role in shaping new business growth and expanding our presence across the region.
Ready to build something?
If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who knows how to
open doors, create demand, navigate senior stakeholders and close new business
, we'd love to hear from you.
Come and help us build the next stage of our growth across ASEAN.

for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Understand client challenges:
Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
Drive revenue growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Build and manage pipeline:
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams:
Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
Stay commercially curious:
Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
A
proven hunter mentality
— you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
and consistently delivering revenue.
Experience managing the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting to closing.
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
Confident engaging with
senior decision-makers
and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking
full ownership of their number
.
Experience or understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing
is highly advantageous.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.
You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.
You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly,
your number
.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
Autonomy & Ownership:
The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.

Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we help customers shop from their favourite retailers and support our partners in growing their businesses.
We’re looking for a Senior Retail Development Manager to manage and grow partnerships with some of Kazakhstan’s largest supermarket and retail chains.
You’ll own a portfolio of key retail partners, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and turn business opportunities into results. Working closely with our Retail Lead, Marketing, and Operations teams, you’ll help partners grow sales, invest in advertising and promotions, and improve the customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you'll be managing a portfolio of enterprise partners. As Manager, you will own the strategic relationships with key accounts, set team direction and goals, coach your team to deliver excellence, and oversee performance improvement initiatives. You will work closely with your partners, operational stakeholders, and the Retail lead to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership while building a high-performing, motivated team.
Day-to-day in this role:
Grow your partners’ business.
Build joint growth plans that increase sales and Gross Order Value (GOV) across your portfolio.
Build strong relationships.
Be the main point of contact for your partners, from store teams to senior leaders. Lead quarterly business reviews to discuss results, priorities, and next steps.
Lead commercial negotiations.
Negotiate agreements and commercial terms that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
Grow advertising and promotions revenue.
Identify upselling opportunities and help partners choose campaigns that support their goals. Work with Marketing to plan campaigns and review results.
Improve store performance.
Work with store managers, pickers, and Operations to improve product availability, picking times, order acceptance, and order accuracy.
Turn data into action.
Use dashboards and spreadsheets to understand performance, spot opportunities, and decide where to focus.
Deliver on agreed priorities.
Take ownership of your targets and partner development projects, track progress, and adjust your plans when needed.
Help the team improve.
Share your experience, support colleagues with complex partner situations, and improve how we manage and grow retail accounts.
Our humble expectations
At least
5 years of relevant experience
managing large B2B accounts or strategic partnerships in retail, FMCG, grocery, delivery, marketplaces, or distribution.
A track record of growing partner sales, improving commercial performance, and delivering measurable results.

Confidence working with senior decision-makers and coordinating with operational teams.
Experience in upselling or cross-selling, with the ability to connect a partner’s needs to the right commercial opportunity.
Strong analytical skills. You’re comfortable using data to explain results, solve problems, and set priorities.
Confidence using Google Sheets and Google Slides, plus experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker.
A structured, proactive approach. You can manage competing priorities and take ownership from planning through to delivery.
Fluent Russian, at least conversational Kazakh, and English at
B2 level or above
.
Nice to have:
Experience working with supermarket, grocery, or pharmacy chains.

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

We are looking for an Application Security Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Security is not a pre-launch checklist here — it is an engineering requirement embedded across every phase of delivery, from architecture through launch and into multi-year support.
You'll be the security authority on a full-lifecycle engagement, validating controls across a composable CMS, video pipeline, advertising integrations, personalisation services, and public-facing APIs — on a platform designed to sustain extreme traffic during breaking-news events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and validate application and platform security controls across all delivery phases.
- Perform architecture and threat-model reviews at design stage and as the platform evolves.
- Review authentication, authorization, and privileged-access controls across CMS, APIs, and integrated services.
- Validate API and integration security across a composable, multi-vendor platform architecture.
- Review secrets, credentials, and token-management practices across the full stack.
- Support vulnerability scanning and penetration-testing activities — coordinating findings and remediation.
- Validate encryption and secure data handling across storage, transit, and third-party integrations.
- Review security logging, monitoring, and incident-response requirements.
- Support GDPR and privacy engineering requirements throughout delivery.
- Conduct third-party security assessments for integrated services and vendors.
- Provide remediation guidance and produce security acceptance evidence ahead of launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in application security, security engineering, or a closely related role.
- Experience performing threat modelling and architecture security reviews on complex, multi-component platforms.
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns — OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, privileged access management.
- Hands-on experience validating API security and reviewing integration patterns across third-party services.
- Solid understanding of secrets management, credential handling, and token lifecycle best practices.
- Experience supporting or coordinating vulnerability scanning and penetration testing programmes.
- Knowledge of encryption standards and secure data handling practices across storage and transit.
- Familiarity with GDPR and privacy-by-design engineering requirements.
- Ability to produce clear remediation guidance and security acceptance documentation for engineering and delivery teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience securing composable CMS or media platform architectures — AEM, Amplience, or similar.
- Background working on high-traffic, public-facing platforms where availability and security intersect.
- Experience with security logging and monitoring tooling — SIEM, alerting, incident response playbooks.
- Familiarity with third-party vendor security assessment processes.
- Relevant certification — CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Experience working within a phased, full-lifecycle delivery programme alongside engineering and architecture teams.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Video & Streaming Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Video is not a feature here — it is the product. The platform is built around an always-on livestream, automated broadcast clip ingestion, and a player architecture that needs to perform reliably under the extreme traffic conditions of breaking-news events.
You'll own the video and streaming layer end-to-end: platform integration, adaptive playback, livestream workflows, newsroom clipping tools, advertising, analytics, and resilience testing ahead of launch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own video, livestream, and player technical implementation across the platform.
- Integrate the selected video platform and player with the broader content and delivery architecture.
- Implement adaptive bitrate streaming and device-aware playback across web and mobile environments.
- Support livestream and breaking-news streaming workflows — including failover and resilience requirements.
- Implement clipping and newsroom video-processing capabilities for broadcast clip ingestion and editorial use.
- Integrate captions, subtitles, thumbnails, and poster frames.
- Support rights management, availability-window controls, and geoblocking requirements.
- Integrate video advertising and analytics capabilities.
- Implement playback telemetry, error handling, and fallback logic.
- Support load testing, resilience validation, and major-event readiness testing ahead of launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience integrating and configuring enterprise video platforms — Brightcove, JW Player, Mux, THEOplayer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adaptive bitrate streaming — HLS, DASH — and device-aware playback implementation.
- Experience implementing livestream workflows in a production environment.
- Familiarity with video processing concepts — clipping, transcoding, thumbnail generation, caption and subtitle integration.
- Experience integrating video advertising — VAST, VPAID, or similar — and video analytics.
- Ability to implement playback telemetry, error detection, and fallback handling.
- Experience supporting performance and resilience testing for high-traffic video delivery scenarios.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work across CMS, frontend, and infrastructure teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering video infrastructure for news, media, or broadcast organizations.
- Familiarity with rights management, availability windows, and geoblocking implementation.
- Experience with CDN configuration for video delivery at scale.
- Background working on platforms designed for major-event traffic spikes.
- Familiarity with DRM implementation — Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady.
- Experience with poster frame, chapter marker, and structured metadata workflows for editorial video.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
2. Onboarding & Offboarding

Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with different HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What You Need For This Role
Background
• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Experience
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
• Advanced English — written and spoken; most team communication is in English
• G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) — advanced level required
• AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
Bonus track — what sets great candidates apart
• High tolerance for ambiguity — you don't need everything to be defined to take action
• Dynamism — you shift context quickly and don't lose quality when the pace picks up

• Proactive communication — you flag issues before they become problems
• Discretion — you handle sensitive information with maturity and judgment

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate.
We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own Runway's offices: where they are, how they get built and how they feel to work in.
Today that means New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, & Tel Aviv. Over the next few years it means more room in those cities and new locations elsewhere. You'll handle the real estate and the buildouts, what it costs to run each site, and the events and visits that happen in these rooms. You'll work with cross functional partners including People and Finance on how much space we need and when, and with IT and Security on what it takes to make a site usable.
Expect to be close to the work itself, not only the strategy behind it. Things are always moving quickly at Runway, so this role calls for exceptional organization and the judgment to know what needs a plan and what just needs doing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle the daily operation of each office: cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety
- Own the workplace budget and the reporting behind it, from rent and capex through daily operating spend
- Run Runway's onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings and visits from partners and press
- Decide how much space Runway needs in each city and by when, working from hiring forecasts with People and Finance
- Take new offices from shortlist to signed lease, working with brokers, Legal and Finance on terms
- Manage design, construction and furniture projects to move-in dates that hold
- Work with IT and Security on network, AV and physical access ahead of each opening
- Set up local vendors, services and compliance in markets where Runway hasn't operated before
- Travel occasionally to Runway's other offices, usually around an opening or a large onsite event
- Decide what good looks like for a Runway office, then keep checking each one against it, from the perspective of both the people working there and the people visiting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations
- Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting and short-notice logistics
- Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, and a budget you personally signed off on
- Cross-functional experience with teams such as Finance, People, IT and Security
- At least one office you took from first site visit through opening day
- International real estate, employment or compliance experience is a plus
- Comfort writing the process docs, service standards and vendor scorecards a workplace function depends on
- Accountability for offices you don't sit in every day
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
