1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Vice President of Platform Engineering reports to the CTO and leads the strategy, organization, and execution for 1Password’s core service and development platforms. The VP is accountable for building secure, reliable, and scalable foundations that enable teams across 1Password to deliver, operate, and own with autonomy, speed, and unambiguous accountability. The VP owns operations, drives delivery, and develops a high-performing team to achieve impactful results.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
Supabase is the backend of choice for a growing wave of AI-native builders, and we're deepening structured partnerships with the platforms they build on top of — Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable. These partners' teams are talking to thousands of developers and agents who need exactly what we build—a full backend platform with Postgres at the core—without the vendor lock-in. This is an opportunity to get Supabase in front of the right partner SAs and make us the default recommendation for a modern, AI-ready backend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Platform Solutions Architect to join our Success Team and help embed Supabase into the Solutions and Engineering communities with AI Builders.
You’ll work closely with Partner Solutions Architects and Partner Engineers at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, helping us proactively identify builder problems where Supabase is the right solution and closing the gap between partner intent and real developer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions of AI-native apps and agents.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you’ll focus on three core pillars:
TECHNICAL EVANGELISM & EDUCATION
- Build deep relationships with Technical counterparts at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, focusing initially on defined use cases and agent/app-migration motions.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content to give partner SAs the fluency to position Supabase.
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures that make Supabase’s fit with Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable immediately legible.
- Partner with SAs at these companies on active opportunities to move deals forward and feeding technical pipeline intelligence back to the alliance lead.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & ENABLEMENT
- Resolve blockers for partner SAs working on Supabase implementations to maintain their credibility with the builders they support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets.
- Maintain a close feedback loop with Supabase product and engineering teams to ensure technical guidance reflects the latest platform capabilities.
- Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced, influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics across the Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable partnerships.
CONTENT CREATION & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Write technical blog posts and case studies that demonstrate real-world Supabase implementations built on Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable.
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and partner-sponsored events (e.g. Anthropic and OpenAI dev days, Vercel Ship, Lovable community events).
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce the "time-to-fluency" for partner SAs.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on experience building on modern AI infrastructure. Previous experience working at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Lovable (or a similar AI builder platform) or as a partner to one is required.
- Understand how partner SAs at AI builder platforms are incentivized, how they make recommendations, and how the partner ecosystem influences developer decisions.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts with ease.
- Have a strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks like React and Next.js, plus fluency with AI/agent tooling (LLM APIs, MCP, agent frameworks).
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch.
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers building the next generation of AI-native products.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Our Strategic & Leadership Hiring team leads Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite hiring across functions and global locations. We’re looking for an experienced, research-led recruiter to deliver the market insight, candidate engagement and initial assessment behind these business-critical searches. You’ll own research, sourcing and screening for assigned roles, turning complex briefs into thorough talent maps and credible shortlists. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership, work closely with senior stakeholders and help shape Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s leadership teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Turn role briefs into focused search plans. Build thorough company and talent maps, understanding organisational structures, role scope and transferable experience to identify strong candidates beyond the obvious talent pools.
- Write tailored outreach that gives senior, passive candidates a compelling reason to engage. Build rapport, communicate the opportunity credibly and sustain interest through thoughtful follow-up.
- Lead substantive screening conversations to explore expertise, achievements, leadership behaviours and motivation. Make evidence-based recommendations, highlighting strengths, gaps and areas for further assessment.
- Keep multiple searches moving. Get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar roles and markets, prioritise effectively and adapt your approach when feedback or results point to a better route.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders through responsive communication, discretion and clear expectations. Share concise search updates, candidate summaries and useful market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate candidate intelligence, market maps and applicant tracking system records. Stay on top of commitments and next steps, and flag search risks early.
- Use research platforms, market intelligence and AI tools to improve search speed and quality, checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Recruitment experience with substantial hands-on responsibility for research, sourcing and candidate screening, and a track record of building strong pipelines for senior or specialist roles.
- Thorough market-mapping skills. You can build a clear picture of a talent market, identify relevant organisations and people, and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
- Compelling written and verbal communication. You create personalised outreach, engage senior candidates and ask thoughtful, probing questions.
- Sound judgement across functional expertise, interpersonal skills and leadership behaviours. You distinguish demonstrated capability from polished presentation and recognise where more evidence is needed.
- High attention to detail and reliable follow-through. Your candidate notes, research, written updates and records are accurate, organised and handled with discretion.
- Pace, resilience and adaptability. You learn new briefs quickly, balance competing priorities and respond to unanswered outreach, candidate declines and changing requirements with practical alternatives.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach. You take ownership, welcome feedback, share insights and ask for help early when needed.
NICE TO HAVES
- Executive search or search-firm research experience, particularly on confidential leadership appointments.
- Experience sourcing across fintech, payments or technology, and using AI or market-intelligence tools to strengthen research and outreach.
WHY JOIN

Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
As a Mid-level Game Artist at Wooga, you will join the Content Creative team of June's Journey, Wooga's most successful title, and bring our features, events, and in-game offers to life for millions of players. Every campaign we run is a small piece of storytelling: a moment with June and her friends that invites players into a new event or feature. You will work closely with product marketing managers, monetization managers, UI artists, writers and the wider art team to turn briefs into striking in-game announcements that tell these stories at a glance.
Your canvas is the game's rich library of existing art - characters, isometric sets, hidden object scenes, key art - which you will recombine, repaint and compose into fresh, exciting campaigns. This is a role for someone who thinks like an illustrator, has a strong instinct for composition and moves at the pace of a live game.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Creating in-game announcements and campaign visuals for new features, live events and sales offers, from brief to final asset.
Telling the story of June and her friends in every campaign, so that announcements feel like a natural part of the game's world rather than an advertisement.
Recombining, adapting and painting over existing art assets to build compelling compositions that communicate a clear message and a clear emotion.
Applying strong composition, colour and visual hierarchy so that every announcement reads instantly and beautifully on mobile screens.
Working with monetisation and product marketing to understand the goal of each campaign and translating it into the right visual and narrative treatment.
Using AI-supported workflows as a natural part of your process to explore variations, speed up production and keep quality high.
Maintaining consistency with the established art style and visual grammar of announcements, while bringing freshness and creativity within it.
Reacting to late changes in offer composition quickly and accurately, ensuring every asset reflects what players will actually receive.
Contributing to templates, documentation and process improvements for the Content Creative team.
About You
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and composition skills, with a sense for character, mood and storytelling in a single image.
You have solid digital painting skills and an advanced understanding of Photoshop, and can seamlessly blend existing assets with your own paintwork.
You have a keen eye for composition, colour and visual hierarchy, and understand how to guide the viewer's attention.
You enjoy working with narrative and can translate a story beat or a character moment into an appealing visual.
You are open to and curious about AI tools, and willing to integrate them into your daily workflow as part of a modern production pipeline.
You thrive in a fast-paced live-ops environment, can manage several small tasks in parallel and are comfortable with quick turnarounds.
You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and receive feedback from colleagues.
You embrace teamwork and can communicate both effectively and respectfully.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Be yourself, we like you that way!

We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology environments (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact > years). Specifically we’d like to see experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles, sales background a plus.
- A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities - while maintaining high quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills — you influence hiring leaders with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication — you craft compelling role narratives and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- You know what great looks like, whether from building Revenue teams at standout tech companies or from your own experience carrying a number and winning in sales
Bonus:
- We’re especially excited about candidates with regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets:
- Middle East
- Having deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions is a strong plus as we continue expanding our global GTM footprint.
- Additional bonus points for:
- Data fluency — tracking and improving recruiting metrics and operating with an analytics mindset.
- A builder’s mindset — you iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
- Arabic language is plus

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Dev Platform team builds the internal platform that Kraken's engineers use to build, ship and run software. Within Dev Platform, the AI Gateway is Kraken's company-wide LLM gateway: a single, governed entry point that gives teams self-service access to leading models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with visibility into usage and cost, configurable budgets and rate limits, and routing across models and providers for efficiency and resilience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the reliability, availability and performance of the AI Gateway as a production-critical service used across the company, including SLOs, error budgets and on-call practices
- Design the gateway's resilience: multi-provider routing, failover, retries, rate limiting and graceful degradation when an upstream model provider is slow or unavailable
- Set the technical direction for gateway architecture, capacity planning and scaling as LLM traffic grows and more workloads move onto the gateway
- Build observability for LLM traffic, covering latency, errors, token usage and cost, attributed by team and use case
- Partner with Security, Finance and AI governance stakeholders to put access controls, budgets, audit logging and data-handling requirements into the platform
- Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Automate operations through infrastructure as code, safe deployments and progressive rollouts
- Mentor engineers and raise the operating standard across Dev Platform
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- Extensive experience in site reliability, infrastructure or platform engineering, with a track record of owning high-traffic, business-critical services in production
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, a major cloud provider and infrastructure as code (for example Terraform)
- Strong command of SLOs, observability and incident management, and the judgment to know which reliability work matters most
- Proficiency in a language such as Rust or Python, and comfort reading and contributing to a production service's codebase
- Experience with API gateways, reverse proxies or traffic management: load balancing, rate limiting, failover and caching
- Experience with Consul and Vault for service discovery, configuration and secrets management
- Working knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms for internal platforms and APIs, such as OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, mTLS and API keys, and how to apply them to a multi-tenant service
- Experience with model evaluations: building or operating eval pipelines to compare models, prompts and agents, and to catch quality regressions before and after rollout
- Familiarity with coding agents and agent harnesses (for example OpenHands, Claude Code or similar), including running them safely in sandboxed environments for engineering teams
- Experience with agent memory systems and the databases behind them (vector stores, search, relational and key-value stores), and operating them reliably
- Staff-level influence: you set direction across teams, write clear design documents and bring others with you
- Good judgment balancing reliability, cost and developer velocity for internal customers
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience operating LLM gateways or integrating LLM provider APIs at scale (streaming, token-based rate limiting, model routing, caching)
- Experience hosting and serving models yourself, including vLLM, and running distributed inference or training workloads with Ray (GPU scheduling, batching, autoscaling, cost per token)
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining Kubernetes controllers and operators (for example with controller-runtime or kubebuilder), including CRDs, reconciliation loops and safe upgrades
- Experience with cost attribution, budgeting or FinOps for usage-based services
- Background in security-sensitive or regulated environments such as financial services or crypto
- Contributions to open-source gateway, proxy or observability projects
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In 2025 we doubled, from 95 to 200 people. Today we hire fewer roles, but more senior ones, and every single hire moves the needle. We have built a hiring system we believe in: a clear profile for every role, structured interviews, real-life cases and culture fit assessment on every final. Now we need recruiters who make it run every day, go out and find people who raise the bar, and close them fast.
You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.
- Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar.
- Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it's wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so.
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role's competencies.
- Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
- Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn't, and make the process faster and better.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
- You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.

- You are a strong stakeholder partner. You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
- You move fast and own your results. When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
- You write and speak fluent English and Russian.

- Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
