ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We write a lot, and it's read by millions of people around the world. Our content team is already strong, and now we want to make it stronger. You'll be the native voice of the brand: everything our users read will go through you.
What you will work on
- Reviewing and editing the team's copy across the blog, Help Center, changelog, Creator Hub, case studies, PR and news, newsletters, product updates, and UI text;
- Fact-checking every piece before it ships: checking model and feature names against the product;
- Keeping facts consistent across every surface, so the same number reads the same in the blog, Help Center, landing pages, and press releases;
- Shaping content for AI answers: a direct answer up front, question-based headings, useful FAQs, and internal links;
- Keeping the writing alive and human, with no traces of AI or template-speak;
- Working on tone, rhythm and clarity, not just fixing grammar;
- Writing your own pieces too, including editorial work like our Inside Higgsfield series;
- Holding one consistent brand voice across everything we publish.
Your must haves
- English as your native language;
- A strong background in editing and writing, with a portfolio to show for it;
- An instinct for style, tone and rhythm. You feel when a sentence works and when it doesn't;
- The ability to explain your edits and how they make the text stronger. "It sounds better" is a start, not an answer;
- An owner mindset: you see what could be better, and you make it happen;
- Comfort with startup pace. We move fast, ship weekly, and the writing has to keep up.
Nice to have
- Experience editing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Experience building or maintaining a style guide or brand voice;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD;
- Fully remote position;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE?
As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team!
At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead.
As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. No day will be the same as the one before, and the dynamic high growth environment will be absolutely perfect for anyone excited about solving novel problems, bringing structure to oftentimes chaotic and fast-paced environments, and ambitious about scaling their own impact and growth alongside the company!
Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST).
AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably
- Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact
- Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models
- Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance
- Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership
- Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management
- Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs
- Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI.
- Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed
- Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management
- Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better!
- (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems
If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you.
We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. If jobs are viewed on other sites then please verify these through our official careers https://cohere.com/careers page.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Quality Platform Engineer at OnePay, your work will directly shape how confidently every engineering team ships to production, building the internal tooling that catches problems before they reach customers of a financial platform millions of people trust. You will:
- Design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services
- Build and maintain infrastructure that runs automated suites reliably at scale, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling
- Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity, embedding quality practices into the development workflow rather than bolting them on afterward
- Develop platform for test environment provisioning, data management, and parallelized execution to keep feedback loops fast
- Define quality standards, provide observability (coverage, pass rates, run times), and maintain documentation and best practices to help engineers write and maintain effective automated tests
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend/backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages, with experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized test environments
- Familiarity with testing across the stack: API/integration testing, end-to-end testing for web and mobile (e.g., React Native)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence testing practices across multiple engineering teams
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Applicants in need of special assistance or accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us at talent@onepay.com.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
Our Salesforce team is at the center of how Docebo sells, renews, and serves customers. We're investing in how it operates, and this is a net-new role we're adding to lead that change. We have strong senior technical talent on the team — what we're adding is a product owner who can set direction, manage stakeholders, and give that talent well-scoped work to build.
You'll own the backlog and the priorities. You'll define the intake and process the team runs on. And you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and admins as an advisor and partner — not to out-engineer them, but to make sure the team is solving the right problems in the right order, with the business bought in.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- The product backlog and priorities. Turn business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize with stakeholders so the team always knows what's next and why.
- Stakeholder management. Be the connective tissue between the Salesforce team and the business — Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and bring the team into solution design early instead of receiving pre-baked requests.
- Process and ways of working. Define and stand up how the team intakes, prioritizes, and delivers work. Set the standard for a good request and make it stick, so work enters the team ready to build.
- Partnership with senior technical leads. Work with the team's architects and admins as an advisor and thought partner. You bring the product and process lens; they own the technical design. Together you keep the org healthy and the roadmap realistic.
- AI-driven innovation. Champion how the team uses AI to work smarter — from AI-assisted ticket triage and intake scoring to identifying where automation and AI can improve how Docebo runs on Salesforce.
- A seat at the table. Represent the Salesforce team when the business evaluates new tools, so decisions that affect the platform are made deliberately, not discovered later.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡
- Platform Depth: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise needed to speak fluent platform and earn instant respect with technical leads.
- Product Ownership Mastery: Strong track record of running backlogs, scoping airtight requirements, prioritizing high-value features, and confidently saying "no" with strategic reasoning.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to align competing business priorities across departments, negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership, and keep everyone bought into the plan.
- Process Architecture: Demonstrated success building lightweight, effective operating frameworks that bring structure and clarity to team workflows without adding bureaucratic bloat.
- Impactful Communication: Talent for translating technical complexities into business-friendly language for executives while keeping developers clear on the mission and priorities.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Natural curiosity and drive to leverage emerging AI solutions to optimize team operations and CRM efficiency.
- Governance Savvy: Deep comfort navigating regulated environments, including SOX controls, structured deployment schedules, and strict UAT standards.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Certified Expertise: Holding active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect track credentials).
- RevOps Synergy: Direct experience acting as the designated product owner partnering with a fast-paced Revenue Operations organization.
- Revenue Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or leading complex billing system migrations.
- Applied AI Experience: Practical background implementing AI-driven workflows or tools within CRM or delivery environments.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific region, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires that you be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3
In this highly strategic and cross-functional role, you’ll own and evolve Oyster’s global network of external payroll partners and core compliance providers that underpins end-to-end payroll delivery across our markets. Operating with a primary focus (~80%) on core multi-country payroll delivery, vendor accuracy, calendar adherence, and operational controls, alongside secondary oversight (~20%) of specialized Compliance vendors, you’ll ensure our partners deliver scalable, high-quality, and fully compliant solutions that enable our customers to hire anyone, anywhere. You’ll combine commercial acumen, operational excellence, regulatory monitoring, and strong relationship management to drive vendor performance, execute risk assessments, resolve complex payroll escalations, and continuously strengthen our global partner ecosystem. From leading commercial negotiations, compliance tracking, and governance frameworks to identifying new partner opportunities and ensuring alignment with local legal and statutory payroll standards, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Oyster delivers global employment solutions at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can confidently influence stakeholders internally and externally. You are commercially minded, data-driven, solutions-oriented, and energized by building strong partnerships that create long-term business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert and primary operational and commercial owner for Oyster's strategic multi-country payroll partners worldwide.
- Maintain deep operational mastery of end-to-end payroll delivery workflows, cut-off calendars, variance analysis, Gross-to-Net (GTN) calculations, statutory filings, and failure modes across key markets
- Partner with internal Pay & Payroll operations teams to monitor partner SLA compliance, data payload delivery, and payroll cut-off adherence
- Proactively evaluate vendor capacity, operational readiness, and processing controls ahead of peak payroll cycles and expansion into new markets
- Define partner strategy, governance, scorecards, review cadences, escalation thresholds, and improvement plans
- Hold partners accountable for payroll accuracy, timeliness, statutory compliance, compliance tracking, responsiveness, controls, and customer outcomes
- Manage the full vendor relationship lifecycle, from partner selection and onboarding through transition, consolidation, or exit decisions
- Evaluate partner capabilities, market coverage, operational maturity, security/compliance posture, and scalability
- Build and maintain expertise in multi-country payroll delivery, regulatory dependencies, and contractual trade-offs
Vendor Performance & Governance
- Establish baselines and monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and remediation plans
- Lead recurring executive business reviews and performance discussions with partner leadership teams
- Translate payroll-partner performance data into recommendations for Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Customer teams, and leadership
- Monitor operational performance and proactively identify service risks or quality concerns
