What skills do I need?

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Go Developer to design and develop high-performance, secure, and reliable software components for enterprise-scale data collection and processing systems. You'll be building software that runs across Windows and macOS, processes high-frequency events, securely buffers and transmits data, and integrates with cloud-based data platforms — with production-grade engineering practices throughout.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and background services in Go, following clean architecture and production-grade engineering practices.
- Build multi-threaded and concurrent processing components using goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives, worker pools, and efficient memory-management techniques.
- Develop reliable event collection, processing, batching, compression, serialization, and transmission mechanisms for high-volume telemetry and event data.
- Implement robust local persistence and encrypted buffering — supporting offline operation, checkpointing, retry queues, recovery, and protection against data loss.
- Develop secure integrations with cloud platforms and data services using REST APIs, HTTPS, SDKs, and other integration mechanisms.
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication and security mechanisms, including RSA key-pair authentication, JWT/OAuth, TLS, certificate validation, encryption, and secure credential handling.
- Design resilient distributed-client behavior — idempotency, duplicate prevention, exponential-backoff retries, acknowledgement handling, failure recovery, rate limiting, and network resilience.
- Develop efficient data-processing capabilities across formats such as JSON, Parquet, and Protocol Buffers.
- Optimize applications for CPU, memory, disk I/O, network utilization, startup time, and long-running stability using Go profiling and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and support cross-platform software for Windows and macOS, including interaction with OS APIs, system services, file systems, networking, and OS-native security facilities.
- Build comprehensive unit, integration, performance, stress, resilience, and security tests.
- Implement production-grade logging, metrics, health monitoring, diagnostics, and telemetry — ensuring sensitive information is never exposed through operational logs.
- Contribute to application packaging, versioning, configuration management, automated deployment, upgrade, rollback, and enterprise software-distribution strategies.
- Provide senior-level technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
- Advanced knowledge of Go concurrency — goroutines, channels, mutexes, contexts, synchronization, and worker-pool patterns.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience building long-running services, agents, system utilities, telemetry applications, or distributed client applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTPS, TLS, JSON, authentication, and secure API integration.
- Experience implementing RSA/public-key cryptography, JWT/OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and secure credential management.
- Experience with local persistence, caching, queueing, batching, compression, retry, and failure-recovery patterns.
- Knowledge of Parquet or similar columnar/binary data formats and high-volume data-processing patterns.
- Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, mocking, profiling, debugging, and performance testing in Go.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, code-quality tooling, dependency management, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms and cloud SDK integration.
- Experience with Windows and/or macOS system programming, enterprise endpoint software, or large-scale telemetry systems.
- Familiarity with C/C++ or .NET interoperability, Windows APIs, macOS APIs, or OS-level encryption and key stores.
- Experience with MSI/MSIX packaging and enterprise device-management platforms.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Marketing Team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role.
Role Overview
As Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the day-to-day delivery and performance of our promotional and incentive campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure every offer is targeted, well-timed, and commercially sound.
Incentives sit at the centre of how customers experience value on the platform - they influence whether someone tries the app, comes back, or drifts away. This role owns that layer day to day: turning the promotional calendar into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and making sure every campaign earns its budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be joining the Middle East Marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Data Science, and Global/Central teams to build promotional plans that improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like:

Promo Strategy Development:

CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns:
Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring offers reach the right customer segment at the right moment.
Campaign Set-up & Accuracy:
Own the set-up of promotions end to end - eligibility, caps, dates, and copy - so every offer goes live as briefed and on time.
Customer-centric Programmes:
Work with Data Science to translate customer and performance data into promo mechanics that are genuinely relevant, not just discounted.
Budget Tracking:
Own campaign-level budget tracking and reporting, flagging when a promotion’s ROI or margin impact is off plan.
Performance Optimization:
Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, identifying what worked, what didn’t, and what’s worth testing next.
Test & Learn Agenda:
Design and run local test-and-learn experiments, feeding results back into the broader promotional strategy.
Competition Monitoring:
Keep on top of competitor trends and market activity to keep our offers sharp and well-positioned.
Customer Advocacy:
Champion the consumer voice, ensuring every promotion offers genuine value rather than just a lower price.
What You'll Need to Thrive:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Promotions within a high-growth technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform.
Commercial Acumen:
Experience owning or supporting customer incentive strategies and promotional campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, with working knowledge of core commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, GMV, margin impact) and how promotional decisions move them.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Analytical Rigor:
Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, and comfortable interpreting data to shape campaign decisions.
Technical know-how:
Experience running or supporting A/B tests and translating results into recommendations.
Attention to Detail:
Organised and accurate, able to run several campaigns at once without letting the details slip.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Execution Focus:
A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Language Skills:
Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage in this market.

WHY BACKEND ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Langfuse ingests terabytes of AI tracing data per day. When a Fortune 50 company instruments their application with Langfuse, they hit the infrastructure you built. Everything you ship is open source and immediately visible.
The core of your role is making Langfuse fast and affordable at scale: owning the ingestion pipeline, optimizing ClickHouse data models and queries so dashboards load instantly, and building the backend abstractions that let product engineers ship data-heavy features without reinventing the plumbing each time.
You will also make sure Langfuse runs everywhere. You’ll operate Langfuse Cloud across multiple production environments, and make self-hosting effortless. You will support a single Docker Compose setup to enterprise-grade Helm chart deployment.
You won’t be solving these problems alone. Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the people who built the database you’re optimizing are one channel away. Few backend roles give you that kind of access to the internals of your core datastore.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own and optimize our ingestion pipeline: Langfuse ingests massive volumes of tracing data through a pipeline that flows from our API to ClickHouse. You'll work on throughput, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at every stage of this pipeline.
- Make ClickHouse fast: our tracing data lives in ClickHouse. You'll design schemas, optimize merge strategies, tune batch inserts, write and review analytical queries that power dashboards and the UI. You'll become an expert on ClickHouse internals — and you'll have the ClickHouse database engineering team one channel away.
- Build new infrastructure-heavy features: things like LLM-as-a-Judge (where we post-process large volumes of ingested data asynchronously), alerting at scale, client-code execution, or batch dataset operations. Build the foundation and, if you like, dip your toes into the frontend for those.
- Test with real data in production: when evaluating a new ClickHouse schema, migration, or query optimization, you'll run load tests against production data to validate that changes actually improve things. We don't guess at performance. We prototype new table designs, run them in parallel on real traffic, and compare before committing.
- Scale for what's next: we're growing fast and new product directions like complex long-running agent observability and real-time evaluation push the infrastructure in new ways. You'll be thinking ahead about what breaks at 10x scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong backend engineer who gets excited about database internals, query optimization, and distributed systems
- You get excited when working with a ton of data
- Experience with analytical databases, data pipelines, or high-throughput event processing. ClickHouse experience is a big plus but not required
- You organize yourself. You have strong opinions about what to build and how to ship it
- Comfortable reading and writing TypeScript (our backend) and SQL
- Interest in open source software and genuine enjoyment talking to users about their scaling challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse, other OLAP databases, or observability infrastructure
- Former founder
- Background in building data-intensive systems at scale
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Mistral AI is building a new Compute Support team to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our GPU clusters in a Kubernetes environment. As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its processes, standards, and culture.
In this hybrid L1/L2 support role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for compute-related inquiries. This is a support-focused role that blends system administration, customer-facing communication, and compute infrastructure expertise. While coding is not the primary focus, familiarity with Go for debugging and automation is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes, StorageClasses).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes, node affinity).
- Troubleshoot container runtime issues (Docker, containerd) such as image pull failures, OCI compliance, or runtime errors.

DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation for common compute issues (e.g., GPU debugging, Kubernetes troubleshooting).
- Contribute to post-mortems with actionable follow-ups to prevent recurring incidents.
- Train internal teams on best practices for compute infrastructure and debugging.
- Help define and refine support processes as a founding member of the new Compute Support team.
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, technical support, or infrastructure operations, with a strong focus on compute-heavy environments (bare metal, cloud, HPC, or virtualization).
- Deep Linux/Unix expertise:
- Debugging kernel-level issues (e.g., OOM killer, I/O bottlenecks, CPU throttling).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resolving issues efficiently and improving system reliability.
- Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-pressure situations with a structured, calm approach.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
