ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead our customer support experience for highly technical users, from AI engineers to infrastructure architects. You’ll be on the front lines helping teams debug production LLM applications and agents, improve AI observability and evaluations, and unblock critical issues. You’ll also help define what world-class technical support looks like for modern AI platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to escalation point for technical support inquiries—diagnosing issues across customer setup, LangChain products, and deployment issues.
- Work directly with engineering, operations, documentation, and product teams to resolve bugs, suggest patches, and advocate for customer needs.
- Partner with Deployed Engineering to support critical enterprise customers.
- Build and refine internal tooling, diagnostics, and runbooks for complex issue triage.
- Lead post-mortems for critical incidents and feed learnings back into product and documentation.
- Help refine KPIs for support health (MTTR, CSAT, bug recurrence) and drive continuous improvement.
- Improve documentation and knowledge articles to improve 1-to-many resources and provide proactive support.
- Mentor and coach other support engineers.
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- 6+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or SRE roles in deeply technical B2B environments (e.g., observability, infrastructure, data platforms).
- Expert troubleshooting skills across APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks.
- Programming experience with Python. Bonus if you have TypeScript experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Comfort working with logs, traces, metrics in Datadog, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., OpenTelemetry, LLM providers).
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and collaborating with engineering on complex escalations.
- A bias for clarity and continuous improvement: you write succinct, helpful, and accurate responses and build a foundation for case deflection.
- High ownership — want to do what’s best for the customer and the company and are relentlessly results oriented

COMPENSATION
- Annual salary range: $130,000 - $195,000 USD + equity

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team, working directly with enterprise customers to build reliable, production agents. You'll translate vague enterprise workflows into concrete software specs and guide engineering teams through the resulting solution, or build it for them. You might spend a week designing a customer's agent architecture, a few weeks co-building their evaluation pipeline, or a quarter embedded inside their team shipping alongside their engineers. You are someone who's built real AI systems for production and can defend the technical tradeoffs within them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advising: Agent architecture design, evaluation strategy review, and best-practice production guidance.
- Building: Co-build with the customer's engineering team across the full Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) in outcome-scoped engagements.
- Embedding: Serve as a deployed engineer inside the customer's team for extended engagements, operating as a de facto member of their org to ship agent systems directly.
- Agent Engineering: ADLC end-to-end, architecture design, orchestration patterns, evals, custom conversational UIs, and production deployment.
- Applied AI: Post-training, supervised fine-tuning, harness engineering, trace mining, model selection and evaluation methodology.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python. TypeScript/JavaScript a plus.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production agent systems.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to confidently articulate architectural decisions to technical stakeholders (engineers, architects, CTOs).
- Strong experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or comparable frameworks, including multi-agent patterns and state management (short and long-term memory).
- Deep familiarity designing and implementing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Comfortable operating across the full spectrum from advisory to embedded delivery.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to dataset curation and post-training techniques (SFT, DPO, RLHF) on open-weight models using tools like Axolotl, Unsloth, Hugging Face transformers, or TRL.
- Experience with trace mining to drive continuous improvement loops

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Billing team sits at the intersection of product, finance, and infrastructure. They're responsible for ensuring every observable event—errors, logs, traces, tokens—gets accurately measured, priced, and billed. Their work directly impacts company revenue and customer trust, requiring distributed systems expertise, attention to financial accuracy, and deep understanding of product usage patterns. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, BizOps, marketing, and sales to build systems that enable new products and pricing models.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and scale the core systems that power Sentry's billing infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and reliability at massive scale.
- You will collaborate on building the next generation of Sentry’s usage tracking pipeline, processing hundreds of billions of events daily with low latency and financial-grade accuracy.
- You will help design flexible pricing primitives that support everything from per-event usage billing to complex enterprise contracts, enabling product and sales teams to experiment rapidly while maintaining revenue accuracy and reduced time-to-market for new products.
- You will contribute to technical decisions on data consistency challenges unique to billing—like handling event delays, retroactive pricing changes, and distributed count reconciliation across our infrastructure.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want to solve the "easy to explain, hard to build" problems—like ensuring a customer's bill matches their usage perfectly, even when processing hundreds of billions of events daily across distributed systems.
- Thrive on constraints that force elegant design: financial accuracy is non-negotiable, customer trust depends on billing transparency, and the system must scale with Sentry's user and product growth without rearchitecting every year.
- Enjoy partnering across the organization—from BizOps and sales to marketing and leadership—where your code directly impacts ARR and your architectural decisions show up in board-level metrics.
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE
- Built or significantly improved systems with high-stakes accuracy requirements.
- Mentored engineers through ambiguous, high-stakes projects.
- Operated services where reliability includes uptime and also financial correctness.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $227,000 to $420,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and as a People Systems Engineer, you’ll build what keeps it moving. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, and working alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer, you’ll design, build and maintain the automations, integrations and AI-powered workflows that connect Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and the tools that power our global workforce. You’ll own features from request through tested code, deployment and ongoing reliability across Workato, Google Cloud and Claude. With an AI-forward mindset, you’ll rethink how People work gets done, eliminating manual effort and creating streamlined, delightful experiences for team members. If you think like a software engineer, love solving puzzles and want to grow your career at the intersection of people systems, AI and automation in an all-remote, async-first environment, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
Build, test and maintain People system automations and integrations across Workato, Google Cloud Platform, Claude, Workday, Greenhouse and GitLab, owning your features from design through deployment.
Develop integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack’s API and Bot SDK, and build Slack apps and bots that turn manual steps into simple, automated workflows for team members around the world.
Write clean, readable automation code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, stored and versioned in GitLab, with clear documentation and peer code reviews.
Keep pace with a high-growth company by monitoring integration health, troubleshooting failures quickly and fixing root causes so our automations stay reliable at scale.
Ship changes safely through GitLab CI/CD pipelines, following testing, change-management and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT general controls (ITGC) standards with care.
Lead with AI: use AI tools, large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, every day to accelerate development, prototype AI agents and reimagine how People work gets done, then share what you learn so the whole team moves faster.
Look past the surface of a request to find the real problem, then recommend and build solutions that are durable, scalable and easy to support. Partner with People Technology Analysts on configuration, testing and releases, and with Information Security, IT and AI Engineering on security and standards.
Raise the bar for how automations are architected, documented and maintained, learning from and contributing alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience building automations or integrations, ideally with human resources or business systems.
Experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, and a willingness to learn Ruby if you haven’t already.
Hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable integration platform as a service (iPaaS) in a production environment.
Experience working with APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP, and an understanding of how data moves between systems.
Proficiency with Git for version control and code review; you treat automation code like production software.
A forward-thinking, AI-forward mindset: you use AI tools every day to automate tasks, speed up development and improve processes, and you’re energized by what AI makes possible next.
The ability to work independently, solve problems with curiosity, come with options and a recommendation, and collaborate openly. You protect highly confidential information and take ownership of code quality, reliable outcomes and the end user’s experience.
Additional relevant experience includes Workday integrations (WWS, Reporting as a Service or Workday Studio), Slack apps or bots, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, Docker or Kubernetes, building with LLMs, AI agents or MCP frameworks, SOX ITGC controls, Greenhouse, Serval, Google Workspace, or all-remote and asynchronous work. A related computing degree or equivalent experience is also welcome; none of these is required.
About the team
The People Technology team is building the systems foundation that lets GitLab scale as a global, all-remote company. We’re always raising the bar for what People technology can do, improving reliability, usability and intelligence across the platforms that power our People organization. We work across core systems, integrations, reporting and compliance, and partner closely with stakeholders across time zones to move fast, build with purpose and create seamless experiences that empower people to do their best work. If you want to grow your career building something that matters at a company working at the edge of what’s possible, this is the team.
