OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager — Japan Training Quality to support localization for Customer Education, helping ensure Notion training content feels accurate, clear, culturally relevant, and ready to use for learners across the globe.
You’ll work at the intersection of localization quality, training implementation, and program management, collaborating with Localization, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, vendors, and language specialists. You’ll help turn translation feedback, learner experience issues, and regional quality needs into practical improvements across training content, quizzes, LMS setup, and repeatable localization workflows.
The ideal candidate combines native-level Japanese language expertise with a deep understanding of what effective education looks like in the Japanese market.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and apply Japanese localization QA standards across training content, including checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, terminology, and cultural nuance
- Support development of glossaries, style guides, QA checklists, review processes, and localization assets
- Become a go-to partner for translation questions related to Notion-specific concepts, product terminology, and training context
- Support QA of technical implementation in eLearning authoring tools and LMS environments (course files, quizzes, answer selections)
- Coordinate across Customer Education, Partner Enablement, Localization, and vendors to align on priorities, timelines, translation progress, and quality expectations
- Identify workflow risks and recommend improvements that improve translation quality and reduce time-to-launch
- Document repeatable processes that make training and help center localization easier to manage over time
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Strong understanding of localization workflows, including vendor collaboration, review cycles, glossaries, style guides, QA rubrics, and linguistic QA
- Experience with Japanese localization QA, ideally for SaaS, technical training, customer education, or partner enablement content
- Ability to review translated content for quality, clarity, terminology accuracy, cultural nuance, and learner comprehension
- Familiarity with eLearning or LMS tools; experience with platforms like Skilljar or Parta authoring tools is a plus
- Comfort working with technical or product-specific terminology that may not translate directly
- Strong attention to detail, especially in learner-facing content, quizzes, course setup, formatting, and implementation QA
- Strong project management skills and ability to bring structure into ambiguous areas
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We want all of our learners should feel like Notion training content was made for them — not simply translated for them. High-quality localization has a direct impact on learner trust, comprehension, launch readiness, and regional enablement outcomes.
This role will help Customer Education and Partner Enablement move faster while raising the quality bar: reducing rework, catching issues before launch, improving vendor feedback loops, and creating a clearer, more repeatable operating model for training localization
This is a 6-month, part-time role with option to extend. Preferred location is Tokyo, but we're open to remote applicants with strong Japanese market expertise and timezone overlap with Japan and Notion's International Experience team.
Availability: 20 hours/week
#LI-Onsite
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking a creative and experienced Product Manager to lead our end-to-end data products, from SDK data ingest through our data platform to the customer-facing observability, metrics, and experimentation experiences built on top of it. You will own the vision and strategy for this entire pipeline as a coherent product, ensuring the data customers send us is trustworthy, timely, and transformed into experiences that help them ship better software. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data infrastructure, observability/analytics, and how customers and their agents consume and work with software delivery data.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's end-to-end data products, spanning SDK event ingestion, our data platform, and customer-facing data products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
Own the strategy for AI-powered analysis of our data and the agent experience of our data products: how AI surfaces insights, anomalies, and recommendations from software delivery data, and how our data is modeled, exposed, and made consumable so that AI agents are first-class consumers alongside humans.
Own the product strategy, platform definition, and GTM for our data products.
Treat the data pipeline as a single product: drive coherence across ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption so that every downstream experience (analytics, experimentation, insights, integrations) is built on a reliable, well-modeled foundation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the curve.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in all product decisions.
Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and support to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for data products and features.
Mentor and uplevel other product managers, and raise the bar for data-informed product practice across the organization.
About you
Curious:
More than anything, you love learning and are able to build opinions and expertise quickly across many domains.
Purpose-driven:
The how behind all your projects is driven by a clear definition of why we're solving the problem.
Agent-first:
You’re obsessive about pushing agents to their limits and often eschew UIs in favor of agent-first interactions.
Customer-centric:
You are driven to understand customer challenges and needs, crafting solutions that provide real value.
Product sense:
You love great software and can't stand bad software. You have a strong focus on craft, quality, and the ability to deeply empathize with the end user to deliver delightful experiences.
Systems thinker:
You see how the pieces connect. You're as comfortable reasoning about an ingestion pipeline's throughput as you are about the dashboard a customer sees, and you understand how decisions at one layer ripple through the others.
Collaborative:
You excel at working with diverse teams, seamlessly bridging customer stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and product development teams.
Effective communicator:
You build strong relationships and communicate with clarity and precision. You're an incredible writer who can concisely explain complex ideas in simple ways to a wide variety of audiences.
Adaptable:
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively prioritize in order to manage multiple projects at once.
High agency:
You are motivated to achieve success and have a strong sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes across a broad range of responsibilities. Even if it's not your responsibility, if you see something that needs to be done, you make sure it happens.
Business acumen:
You understand how technical solutions tie to business objectives and can align projects to meet customer and company goals.
Qualifications
8+ years of product experience, especially with data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools.
Alternatively, 8+ years of engineering experience in data-intensive systems with a strong product mindset and a desire to transition into a product management role.
We will consider candidates with fewer years of experience who demonstrate exceptional potential and excitement to get into the space, or who bring significant hands-on experience with AI-powered data analysis.
Proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving strategy across multiple teams or a platform-scale product area.
Strong understanding of modern data architectures: event/streaming pipelines, data warehousing and lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and the trade-offs of processing data at scale.
Experience with both platform products (where the customer is internal teams or developers) and end-user-facing data products (analytics, observability, insights, experimentation), and an understanding of how the two must work together.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the search landscape shifts and our market gets more crowded, Help Scout is investing more than ever in paid and performance marketing to accelerate signups, expand brand awareness, and diversify how we reach customers.
It's an exciting time to be here. We've got a best-in-market product story, strong creative assets, and stellar copywriting. What we need now is a strategic owner to take our performance marketing motion from early-stage to a durable growth engine that fuels our self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted growth. You'll report to the VP of Marketing, setting and executing the strategy for how Help Scout invests in paid channels while building deep partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and company leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Own performance marketing strategy. Set the quarterly and long-term strategy for how paid, lifecycle, and conversion work together to hit the signups number, defining what's needed from each channel and building the plan B when something's off. You'll be the person leadership turns to for the full picture of paid performance.
- Move Help Scout upmarket. Own iteration of ad copy, creative, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across paid search and display, and set the bar for how we drive both our horizontal motion for volume and our vertical motion for larger deals.
- Build the business case for new channels. Identify and evaluate new channel investments, paid social, affiliate, direct mail, OOH, and drive alignment with leadership on where to place new bets and how to measure them.
- Partner on pipeline outcomes. Work closely with Sales and RevOps to connect paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel volume, and make sure channel investment decisions reflect what's actually converting downstream.
- Partner to grow organic and paid in harmony. Work with content, social, SEO, and AEO to make sure paid and organic acquisition reinforce each other rather than compete for the same ground.
- Represent Help Scout's performance marketing point of view. Bring an informed perspective on where the paid landscape is heading, and use that expertise to keep Help Scout ahead of a crowded, competitive market.
- Own our presence in AI-driven discovery. As search shifts toward AI overviews and LLM-based answers, you'll define how Help Scout shows up in that landscape alongside traditional paid and organic search.
- Shape the future of the function. This is currently an individual contributor role with agency support. You'll build the roadmap for what performance marketing needs to look like over the next 12-18 months, including where headcount should come in as the motion scales.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including experience owning strategy for a B2B SaaS company.
- You have significant experience in paid/performance marketing, with a track record of owning strategy for B2B SaaS companies – not just executing campaigns.
- You're an expert across paid channels and know the search landscape and the benchmarks that matter (PPC, CPM, ROAS), and you can identify which channels and investments matter most for the business right now.
- You have a scrappy, results-driven mindset. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, a modest budget, and a lean marketing team, and you know how to out-creative the competition while also spending in the right way to drive results.
- You have strong analytical skills, with deep experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms, and you know how to turn data into a clear recommendation for leadership.
- You know how to run rapid experimentation and adapt strategy based on what the data tells you – and you have a plan B ready before you need it.
- You use AI tools daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, or scale of what you delivered.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, know how to communicate and build relationships across a remote, async organization, and can present insights and strategy to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: you have experience managing an agency and/or direct reports to execute a paid marketing strategy.
