About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO
to join our
Intelligence & Performance (IP) team
.
This role sits at the intersection of
finance, data, and technology
. You will drive Finance’s digital and AI transformation, connecting finance, business, product, data, and engineering teams, and turning operational and financial management needs into workable processes, data products, and system solutions. Your goal is to raise financial operating efficiency and data quality, give management reliable BI and actionable insight, and help build the financial systems and internal controls the company needs as it scales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation programs end to end.
Build the roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, and define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Run cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch, training, and continuous improvement.
Own financial BI and decision support.
Build a unified financial and operational metrics framework with consistent definitions and dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Turn data into action.
Explain business changes and anomalies to management, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and work with business teams to execute and track the results.
Design finance solutions and automate processes.
Map finance processes, business rules, and system requirements into clear process designs, data models, and functional specs. Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis, and coordinate integration across ERP, finance platforms, data platforms, and business systems.
Improve data quality and control.
Strengthen reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage so that definitions are consistent and key numbers are traceable.
Land AI and Agent applications in Finance.
Identify high-value AI use cases across finance, business analysis, internal control, and audit support. Take them from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval. Define success metrics, human review, permissions, and audit trails.
Build compliance and internal control foundations.
Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit on gap assessments and remediation plans. Drive SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC, and embed key controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows (access, segregation of duties, change management, data integrity, audit trail).
Keep leadership informed.
Give clear executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and act as a force multiplier by driving alignment and execution clarity across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted.
Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points.
Strong data analysis capability.
Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute.
Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering.
Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems.
Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out.
Independent thinking and high ownership.
You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems, and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses. Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate across global teams.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's sales organization is growing quickly across segments, industries, and geographies, and how we sell has to mature as fast as the team does. We are looking for a Head of Sales Excellence & Methodology to own the substance of sales enablement at Anthropic: the sales methodology itself, the standard for what excellent selling looks like here, and the change management that makes it stick in the field.
You will define a common way of selling that holds up across very different customers, from startups to the largest global enterprises, and then lead the organization through adopting it. That means earning sponsorship from senior sales leadership, equipping frontline managers to coach to the methodology instead of only inspecting for it, and building alongside sellers so the result reflects how deals are really won.
This is a leadership role for someone who has taken a sales organization through real transformation and can show that it changed behavior and results. You will set direction, [build and lead a team], and stay close enough to the field to know when something is not working.
Key responsibilities:
Define, document, and evolve Anthropic's sales methodology and process standards, including discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and deal review, so that sellers in every segment and region share a common language
Design and run the rollout and reinforcement of methodology changes across the sales organization, securing executive sponsorship and making clear what is expected of each level of sales leadership
Equip frontline managers to coach to the methodology in pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and forecasting, so that it becomes part of the operating rhythm
Sequence and deliver complex, multi-audience programs across geographies, segments, industries, and roles that scale globally while adapting where local or segment differences matter
Develop content, frameworks, and standards together with sellers and sales leaders, testing them on live deals before scaling
Define the leading and lagging indicators that show whether the methodology is changing seller behavior and outcomes, and act on what the data shows
Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and the wider Sales Enablement team so the methodology is reflected in systems, messaging, and day-to-day workflows
Apply Claude and internal tooling to personalize coaching and reinforcement, so that quality does not depend on headcount
Minimum qualifications:
Practitioner-level expertise in sales methodology and sales process design, including discovery, qualification, deal strategy, deal review, and forecasting
Have led a methodology or sales process change across a sales organization, and can show how seller behavior and results changed as a result
Have run enablement or sales excellence programs spanning multiple geographies, segments, industries, or roles
Have worked directly with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to secure sponsorship for change, including holding a position constructively when they disagreed
Have built programs with sellers and sales leaders, testing them on live deals, instead of handing down finished programs
Have defined and tracked adoption and impact measures that go beyond completion and satisfaction scores
Communicate clearly, in writing and in conversation, with executive audiences
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building and leading a team of senior enablement or sales excellence professionals
A clear, experience-based view of where common sales methodologies break down in practice
Prior experience carrying a quota or leading a sales team
Experience at an AI company or an enterprise technology company during a period of rapid sales team scaling
Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to automate or personalize coaching and reinforcement
Experience selling, or enabling the sale of, complex technical products to both technical and business buyers
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$310,000
—
$360,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Team
Cloud Infrastructure Engineering is a critical engineering discipline and a job function in the company. Its charter is to build tools and infrastructure that promote early detection of production failures, leading to a stellar customer experience.
Our work is to drive safety, health and uptime of our platform, and the ability to remedy unforeseen problems. By removing some of the complex burdens on how to scale and maintain uptime in distributed systems, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer allows development teams to focus on feature development instead of the nuances of achieving and maintaining service level commitments.
About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a creative and driven individual that can spearhead our effort to push “outside the box” infrastructure implementations, that will have a tremendous impact on our platform’s stability and scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for the maintenance and configuration of AWS products and services
Responsible for the research, architecture and project implementation solutions based on AWS products
Responsible for the daily maintenance of each AWS cloud environment
Support the deployment, maintenance and scaling of big data and machine learning platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Aliyun DSW) to enable data processing and model training workflows
Own the Databricks platform on AWS end to end: workspace provisioning, account/workspace configuration, cluster policies, instance pools, and SQL warehouses, managed as code via the Databricks Terraform provider
Monitor and optimize Databricks cost and performance, including cluster sizing and autoscaling, Photon/serverless adoption, DBU usage tracking via system tables, and job reliability tuning
Automate the provisioning, scaling, and configuration of infrastructure resources using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving production database issues during incidents
Monitor company services and handle alerts in a timely manner to ensure service stability and uptime
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
Design, build and maintain internal platforms and tooling to improve operational efficiency, and support unified multi-cloud management across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and other providers
What We Look For In You:
Bachelors degree or above, major in Computer Science or relevant domains, with over 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, DBA or related positions
Proficient in AWS distributed management, large-scale clustering, fault tolerance, backup, load balancing and other technologies
Have a deep understanding of high availability architecture, capacity planning, and rich experience in handling complex problems
Have solid Linux platform operation and maintenance and debugging capabilities, and be proficient in troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and performance analysis
Familiar with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration and management
Familiar with the functional features of AWS products and core products, and have rich practical experience in deployment and tuning of EC2, EKS, VPC, or big data products
Experience with microservices architecture, including deployment, scaling, and maintenance
Experience in monitoring, O&M and management of AWS large-scale servers and containers
Experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL or big-data storage systems (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, HBase) is a plus
Hands-on experience with big data / machine learning platforms such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, or Aliyun DSW, including supporting data pipelines, notebook environments, and model training/deployment workflows
Familiar with the deployment, configuration and maintenance of Nginx, kong and other software
Proficient in using Python/Go/shell for development
Strong engineering skills, proficient in at least one infrastructure sub-area, public cloud networking, SRE, DevOps or cloud-native
Experience with internal developer platforms and proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to improve engineering efficiency
Working knowledge of Terraform or similar IaC tools is a plus
Excellent business analysis ability, system architecture ability, and problem-solving ability. and strong self-drive
Nice to Have:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Familiar with the operation and maintenance management of Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud and other cloud providers.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
Benefits
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options
🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the primary partner to your Sales counterparts helping to win deals and grow customers
- Go from first discovery to a tailored, working agent in days, not weeks, across prospects and existing customers
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s incredible platform, leading technical and architecture reviews, and serving as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
- Work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy
- Go deep on your industry, the patterns, and winning motions to scale your work
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-4+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers with deal sizes ranging $200-$500k
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
- Experience in relationship-building with prospects, including executives and technical leaders
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it
- A track record of handling a high number of deals concurrently without cutting quality, and comfortable switching between sub-industries and use cases
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements
- Selling a technical AI product
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT THE CONSUMER BUSINESS SERVICES TEAM
- Sierra partners with the businesses that power everyday life for consumers and enterprises alike — from the CPG brands on every shelf to the logistics networks that get products there, the real estate and facilities teams that manage the buildings people live and work in, and the energy and utility providers that keep the lights on. Our agents handle everything from order tracking and account management to field service scheduling and billing support, tuned to the voice and workflows of each business.
- This vertical spans a wide range of industries — consumer products, commercial real estate, automotive & mobility, transportation & logistics, industrial manufacturing, information & data services, consumer electronics, professional services, facilities management, construction, energy, and utilities — giving you the breadth to build relationships across some of the largest and most established companies in the world.
- Join us to bring AI agents to the businesses that quietly run the economy — and help build technology that makes these essential services faster, more reliable, and more human for everyone who depends on them.

- Go from first discovery to a tailored, working agent in days, not weeks, across prospects and existing customers

- Work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy
- Go deep on your industry, the patterns, and winning motions to scale your work
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-4+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales

- A track record of handling a high number of deals concurrently without cutting quality, and comfortable switching between sub-industries and use cases
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.
