What the Role Is
Babylist serves nearly a million expectant parents every year through one of the most trusted registry experiences in the market. Wishlist is the next chapter — a product that keeps families connected to Babylist well beyond the newborn phase, giving parents of young children a simple, intelligent way to guide gift-giving for birthdays, holidays, and everything in between. This PM will own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, and execution. It sits within Babylist's consumer growth and LTV organization and reports to the Senior Director of Product. You'll run it like a general manager: accountable for the customer experience and the business it builds.
This is a multifaceted job. Be the best Staff PM your team has ever worked with: opinionated, customer-obsessed, outcome-owning, force-multiplying. And help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development by modeling what an AI-native PM does every day — in your own work and in the standards you set for the team around you.
Who You Are
You've built something from 0 to 1
— a product, a company, or a line of business. You've lived the uncertainty, the false starts, and the iteration, and you don't need a playbook to get moving.
You have sharp product sense and judgment.
You know what's worth building and what isn't, what the right UX is, and what will delight users. You can point to shipped work that proves it - both features you added for a better experience and ones you cut for simplicity.
You think like a general manager, not a feature owner.
You understand how a business like Babylist makes money and which levers actually move it, and you make roadmap calls with the unit economics in mind.
You build engagement and growth loops.
You understand activation, retention, and the push/pull triggers that bring users back around moments that matter.
You're obsessed with customers.
You talk to users directly, synthesize fast, and let what you hear actually change what you build.
You can prioritize across a multi-sided product.
Parents want simplicity, kids have preferences, gift-givers need guidance. You weigh all three without defaulting to whoever's loudest.
You default to action in ambiguity
. Faced with an unclear problem, your instinct is to try something and learn quickly. People who've worked with you would say you just get things done.
You're comfortable getting hands-on when it's the fastest path to an answer
— light SQL, Figma, or AI-assisted prototyping to test an idea or unblock a decision — and you know when to hand off to a specialist instead.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next. You also stand up working prototypes yourself, query the data and codebase directly, and contribute to code execution when that’s the most valuable use of your time.
You learn visibly and adapt.
The next 18 months won't look like the last. You reflect on what's working, change course when it isn't, and bring curiosity to ambiguity rather than anxiety. You're humble, low-ego, and work across team boundaries without waiting for permission.
How You Will Make An Impact
Make parents' lives easier by simplifying the answer to “what can I get your child for their birthday?”
Extend Babylist's relationship with parents from the 40 weeks of pregnancy into the 1,000 weeks of early childhood that follow.
Define and own the roadmap from today's MVP to a scalable, multi-sided gifting experience.
Discover the needs of your customers: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and gift-givers.
Engage users during their most important moments: birthdays, holidays, and seasonal occasions
Set the outcome metrics for the product and own the results — what moved, why, and what's next.
Partner closely with engineering and design to run experiments and iterate fast, serving as the connective tissue between product, design, and engineering as the team grows.
Why This Role
You get access to nearly a million new parents per year from day one. Most founders spend years trying to acquire the audience this product already has.
This is a net-new line of business with no prior PM, meaning the roadmap, the team shape, and the definition of success are yours to establish.
There's a clear path to real revenue, and you'll be building something that matters to Babylist's long-term business.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team. This is an individual contributor role with outsized technical scope: you'll be the technical anchor for how Xsolla builds secure, high-scale auth infrastructure — setting direction, making hard architectural calls, and raising the bar across the org.
You will own the strategy behind authentication, authorization, and session management at scale, and evolve our OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows and token lifecycle to meet both product and compliance needs. You operate with significant autonomy, but your decisions ripple across teams — so you'll spend real time building buy-in with engineering and security stakeholders, not just designing in isolation.
You are technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the escalation point when production IAM issues get hard. You write the RFCs and design docs that people actually read, and you create leverage for the broader engineering org through documentation, tooling, and mentorship — without needing a management title to do it.
HOW WE WORK
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones, and the IAM platform underpins authentication and authorization for every product we ship. Strong written communication is essential — your architectural decisions and designs need to stand on their own and be actionable without you in the room.
We value directness, technical depth, and follow-through. If a design or production issue has real security or reliability implications, we expect you to say so clearly, defend your position with evidence, and stay engaged until it's resolved.

About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits:
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

About the role
🤓
We are looking for a
Senior Analytics Engineer
to own the analytics enablement layer across seQura's core business domains — building the trusted, well-governed data foundation that business, product, and data science teams rely on to make decisions and ship models.
This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, business domain understanding, governance, and semantic precision. You will design and deliver production-grade dbt models, shape the semantic layer to be AI-ready, and set the quality bar for the analytics enablement team. You will work closely with business circle leads, Data Scientists, across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, and the Platform and Data Engineering team.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Championing a single source of truth for core business metrics — unifying definitions, socializing, and governing the canonical KPIs used across seQura, so that whether a metric appears in a dashboard, a DS model, or an executive report, it means the same thing.
Building domain data products that serve both operational reporting and ML feature needs, ensuring downstream teams can self-serve reliably.
Designing, building, and shipping production-grade dbt models across multiple business domains — Payments, Debt Collection, Risk, and Finance — writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented SQL.
Owning the governance layer: data contracts, column-level lineage, tests, and semantic definitions — not just shipping models, but making them trustworthy.
Structuring the semantic layer to be machine-readable and AI-ready, supporting both self-serve BI and AI-powered use cases.
Setting and upholding standards for testing, documentation, and data quality across the analytics engineering team.
Collaborating closely with Data Scientists, circle leads, and the Platform team to understand domain logic deeply and translate it into precise, unambiguous data models.
Making cross-domain architectural decisions with a systems mindset — thinking beyond individual models to how the full data layer fits together.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power decision-making across the company.
The team builds the foundations that enable Product, Finance, Risk, Payments, Data Science, and AI teams to work with reliable, consistent, and discoverable data, ensuring everyone speaks the same language when making decisions.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics
Data contracts and governance standards across domains
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products
Team Structure
The Analytics Engineering team consists of four Analytics Engineers working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
The team partners closely with business stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, while collaborating with Data Platform, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data products are reliable, scalable, and easy to consume.
How we work
Product mindset: we treat datasets as products, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Strong focus on data governance, documentation, and discoverability.
Collaboration with business stakeholders to translate operational concepts into trusted data models.
Analytics Engineering sits at the intersection of business knowledge, software engineering, and data architecture.
Continuous improvement through testing, observability, and reusable modeling patterns.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
You'll immerse yourself in seQura's data ecosystem, becoming familiar with our dbt project, semantic models, and governance principles. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and fellow Analytics Engineers to understand your domain, existing data models, and opportunities to improve consistency and data quality.
Month 2:
You'll deliver your first production-ready dbt models for your assigned business domain, applying testing, documentation, and governance best practices. You'll begin contributing to the team's standards around data quality, maintainability, and semantic consistency.
Month 3:
You'll take ownership of a meaningful portion of the Single Source of Truth within your domain, enabling downstream teams to confidently self-serve reliable data. You'll also contribute to cross-domain initiatives, helping define shared semantic models, governance standards, and reusable data patterns across the organization.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our modern data platform is built on AWS, with dbt at the heart of our transformation layer and Redshift as our analytical data warehouse.
Analytics Engineers work extensively with SQL and dbt to build trusted, reusable data models, while leveraging Git-based development workflows, automated testing, documentation, and data quality monitoring to ensure reliable data products.
The team collaborates closely with Data Platform and Data Engineering, building on top of cloud-native infrastructure and contributing to a governed data ecosystem designed to support analytics, business intelligence, and AI use cases across seQura.
What you’ll need 🤝
5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, with a strong track record of building and delivering production-grade data models (mandatory).
Genuine curiosity about the business domains you model — you want to understand what decisions are made using the data not just how the data looks
Strong hands-on dbt experience: modeling, testing, data contracts, documentation — not just running dbt, but understanding how to design a reliable model layer (mandatory).
Expert SQL on a modern cloud data warehouse (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
Systems thinking: ability to make cross-domain architectural decisions, not just implement individual models. You see how the pieces fit together.
Semantic precision: you write metric definitions and data documentation that are unambiguous to both humans and AI agents.
Experience with Python for data tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with data governance and lineage tooling (OpenMetadata or similar) is a plus.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring a Principal Engineer to help define the technical direction for core product experiences at 1Password.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer who can translate ambitious product strategy into systems that scale technically and operationally. You will drive architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction across the product ecosystem, working across client applications, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure to build experiences that are secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable. This is not a role scoped to a single team or subsystem. The expectation is organization-level technical leadership: shaping how Product Engineering approaches complex cross-cutting problems, guiding long-term architectural investments, and establishing the technical patterns and operational standards other teams build against.
You will operate across the full lifecycle of product engineering work, from architecture and system design through production operations and long-term evolution. Success in this role requires balancing product velocity with engineering durability, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs, and driving alignment across teams with different priorities and constraints.
You will help evolve the next generation of 1Password’s product architecture, including the responsible integration of AI capabilities into core product experiences. Security and privacy by default, cross-platform consistency, operational resilience, and enterprise-scale reliability are foundational requirements that must be reflected in every architectural decision.
If you want to build systems used daily by millions of individuals and hundreds of thousands of businesses, and solve engineering problems where distributed systems, reliability, usability, security, and intelligent automation all matter simultaneously, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have designed and operated large-scale distributed systems where reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence matter.
- You have deep experience driving architecture and technical direction across multiple teams, organizations, or product domains.
- You have strong systems-thinking instincts and can reason effectively about platform boundaries, distributed systems constraints, developer ergonomics, and long-term technical sustainability.
- You have experience building customer-facing product systems across clients, APIs, distributed services, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- You have experience building or scaling event-driven systems, microservices architectures, or shared platform infrastructure in production environments.
- You have practical experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into production applications and understand the engineering tradeoffs involved in introducing AI into trust-sensitive product experiences.
- You have strong instincts for privacy-preserving and security-conscious system design, including thoughtful handling of telemetry, user data, permissions, and auditability.
- You are effective at driving alignment across teams with different incentives, priorities, and technical perspectives.
- You communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners, and can explain complex technical tradeoffs in practical terms.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organizations make durable technical decisions before every variable is known.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in identity, authentication, authorization, secrets management, enterprise security, or trust-oriented product domains.
- Experience building large-scale event-driven or multi-region distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Experience building cross-platform applications or shared platform architectures at scale.
- Experience with developer platforms, internal engineering frameworks, CI/CD systems, or large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-assisted workflows into customer-facing SaaS applications.
- Experience with endpoint trust, browser or extension security, enterprise administration workflows, or device posture systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across organizations through technical leadership and operational excellence.
What you can expect:
- Define architecture and technical direction for core product capabilities spanning clients, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards and reusable architectural patterns for scalable, maintainable, and resilient product systems across Product Engineering.
- Drive long-term technical strategy across critical product areas, balancing immediate delivery needs with scalability, operational excellence, and platform sustainability.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Security, Privacy, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure technical decisions support both customer outcomes and long-term operational durability.
- Guide how AI-powered capabilities are integrated into customer-facing product experiences, ensuring systems are reliable, observable, operationally safe, and aligned with customer trust expectations.
- Define engineering expectations for AI-enabled product systems, including evaluation frameworks, rollout safety, telemetry, fallback behavior, auditability, and operational controls.
- Establish shared platform capabilities and infrastructure patterns that allow teams to build product features consistently across clients, services, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Influence and drive key architectural decisions around distributed systems design, event-driven architectures, synchronization models, scalability, performance, reliability, extensibility, and platform interoperability.
- Help teams navigate difficult technical tradeoffs, unblock large cross-functional initiatives, and reduce systemic engineering complexity across the organization.
- Raise the operational bar for production systems through stronger reliability practices, observability standards, incident readiness, performance analysis, and engineering discipline.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the organization through technical leadership, architecture reviews, design guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
What success looks like:
Success in this role means Product Engineering can scale product development without sacrificing reliability, maintainability, security, or customer trust. That includes:
- Durable architectural patterns that enable teams to move faster with less duplication and lower operational overhead.
- Product systems that scale reliably across platforms, enterprise environments, and growing customer complexity.
- Engineering teams making more consistent technical decisions with clearer standards and stronger shared foundations.
- AI-powered product experiences that are useful, measurable, trustworthy, and operationally safe.
- Reduced systemic friction across development, delivery, observability, and cross-team coordination.
- Stronger operational resilience, including improved reliability, debuggability, rollout safety, and incident response readiness.
- Technical investments that improve long-term engineering velocity instead of creating organizational drag or platform fragmentation.

We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
Own one or more product lines within the Ondo platform (e.g., tokenized equities, treasuries, or investment strategies), driving roadmap prioritization and delivery end to end
Lead customer and partner discovery to surface high-value opportunities across tokenized securities, structured products, and related asset classes
Translate ambiguous market and stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Assess feasibility and complexity of new features and product lines in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Engineering
Build business cases rooted in ROI, risk, and strategic alignment, and secure cross-functional buy-in for go decisions
Represent Ondo credibly with external stakeholders — institutional partners, issuers, distributors — and serve as the product point of contact in those discussions
Define delivery milestones, manage execution to production, and instrument post-launch reviews to iterate based on results
Maintain a prioritized pipeline of product opportunities that continuously feeds the roadmap
Contribute to overall product strategy by bringing capital markets insight, competitive analysis, and ecosystem signal to internal discussions
Requirements
5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including end-to-end ownership of shipped products
Meaningful exposure to capital markets — equities, fixed income, funds, or structured products — whether through TradFi roles, fintech, or working closely with institutional clients and partners
Prior experience in a blockchain or crypto-native environment, or working on tokenization, digital assets, or DeFi products
Understanding of how financial products are structured, distributed, and regulated, and the ability to engage credibly with institutional counterparties
Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to turn insights into crisp product decisions
Proven track record turning ambiguous requirements into shipped products with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documentation
Solid analytical skills and comfort defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
High ownership, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
Nice to have
Experience working alongside Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on product-adjacent initiatives
Familiarity with brokerage, exchange, or market-making operations and the systems that support them
Exposure to frontend or UX practices sufficient to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

About the Role
As a Senior Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will own the design of our smart contract
systems
- not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly
and
safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design:
Architect entire smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Own contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Technical Leadership:
Serve as tech lead and subject matter expert for blockchain projects, guiding the engineering team toward high-impact, scalable solutions and making sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.
Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation).
Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization.
Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope."
What we offer
•Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
•Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
•Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
•A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
•Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ROLE: PRODUCT LEAD, GROWTH ⭐️
We are looking for a proven product leader to lead the next phase of Alan’s growth.
Our self-serve business now brings in €1M of incremental ARR every week. We got there with a funnel that was ahead of the market for years, built for health insurance, one country and one way of buying.
That playbook will not get us to the next 10x. Alan is moving to many products, many countries and new segments, and prospects are starting to buy through AI assistants. We need someone who has scaled growth before to write the next playbook and lead the product team that delivers it.
About the Growth area
The Growth area owns Alan’s self-serve business: every member and company that signs up without a sales account executive.
- It covers individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc) and small companies.
- It covers everything that happens before someone becomes a member: how prospects find Alan, how they decide we are right for them, and how they start.
- On the go-to-market side, segment leaders own offer, pricing and channels for their segments, and marketing teams run paid, SEO / GEO, partnerships, brand and more.
- On the product side, product crews build. Conversion owns the flows and referral surfaces that turn prospects into members. Growth Infrastructure owns the website, marketing measurement and marketing ops.
As Product Lead for Growth, you will lead the product side of the area and partner with our business and marketing leaders to accelerate growth.
A subset of hard questions to answer:
- One funnel to many: how do we make launching a new funnel for a new product, country or partner as easy as writing a prompt? How do we empower business owners to iterate on the conversion flows?
- Experience before signing: how does a prospect get to try Mo, the Clinic and the Shop before signing, without slowing down their decision?
- The comparison moment: how do we become the place people compare insurance on fit and value, when comparison sites rank only on price?
- Buying through AI: when the journey starts in ChatGPT, how do we become the answer it cites, and the product people can buy right there?
- Channel leverage: how do we use technology to make each acquisition channel faster, cheaper and smarter, and how do we decide spend on incrementality?
- Cross-sell at acquisition: how do we sell more than one product from the first signature?
We have strong convictions on some of these and open questions on others. We expect you to bring your own view and to change ours.
What you will do:
- Set the vision. You will own the multi-year growth product vision, turn it into a small number of big bets, and align the roadmaps behind them. You will also decide what we stop doing, so that we both invest in incremental optimization and big bets.
- Build an experimentation engine that compounds. We have a baseline of A/B testing and a shared bar for what counts as a win. You will take it to the level covering velocity, rigor, incrementality and learning loops.
- Make Growth AI-native. You will lead conversational AI in our sales flows, AI-native acquisition surfaces and Alan’s presence in LLM ecosystems. You will also build the AI tooling our marketing teams need to scale their output (content, landing pages, campaigns, lead qualification) without scaling headcount at the same rate.
- Lead and grow the team. You will manage the PMs in the area and help lead Design, Engineering and Data in the area.
- Go deep yourself. At Alan, everyone is also an individual contributor, and AI makes that more true every month. We expect you to personally drive selected initiatives to kickstart or unblock them.
- Partner with business leaders. You will work with segment leaders and marketing as a peer, and you will own growth outcomes jointly with them.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
- You have 6+ years of experience leading product teams, with a track record of moving the numbers at scale. You have led growth for a product with significant self-serve or B2C acquisition, and you can point to the curves you bent.
- You have led growth teams. You have managed PMs directly and you have handled hiring, coaching, hard feedback and performance calls.
- You set the vision. You have a track record of setting the direction and balancing optimizations and big bets. You have brought business, marketing and engineering leaders along with you.
- You coach. People you hired and coached have grown into strong PMs and leaders, and you raise the craft bar of the people around you.
- You deep dive. You open the funnel analysis yourself, challenge an experiment read, question attribution and spot a vanity win before anyone else.
- You are data-driven. Experimentation, incrementality and attribution are your native language, and you can push a data team to a high standard.
- You have worked across a portfolio of products and countries, ideally by building shared platforms rather than one-off flows. This is a strong plus.
- You have an opinionated view of where AI is taking acquisition and buying journeys (LLM discovery, conversational selling, agentic commerce), and you have turned that kind of view into shipped product.
- You talk to prospects and members often, you enjoy it, and what you hear changes your mind.
- You care about healthcare. Alan’s mission has to matter to you, and for us this is essential.
- You are fluent in English. French is a nice-to-have.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F or higher level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
