How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to make sure our most important messages are backed by customers who can speak to them. This role works across regions and customer segments on special projects tied to the company's top priorities.
When we launch a new model, feature, or initiative, you'll find the customers who can speak to it and get them on the record. We're looking for an excellent communicator who can turn customer stories into multiple formats that flex across channels. This often means working under compressed timelines and leading customer storytelling on some of the most important projects at Anthropic.
You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Comms, Customer Marketing segment leads, and the writers on our team. The right person has done both product marketing and customer marketing, and has a reporter's nose for a good story.
Key responsibilities
Own the customer evidence strategy for the company's top priorities, deciding which claims need customer proof, which customers are best placed to back them up, and where we have gaps to close
Bring what customers are telling us back to Product Marketing and Sales, so our messaging reflects what lands with buyers
Stand up new programs as company priorities shift, setting the scope, the customer list, and the plan to ship quickly
Lead the customer plan for major model and product launches, from which customers we engage with to how their voices show up in the announcement
Partner with Brand and Creative on which customer stories anchor our campaigns and how we tell them
Build proof point libraries and enablement around our key messages, so account teams know which story to use and when
Shape the customer narrative our executives use in keynotes, posts, and customer conversations
Prioritize customer asks when several teams want to tap the same customer, and work with Comms, Legal, and customer executives to get high-profile stories approved
Minimum qualifications
Can read a messaging doc and quickly spot what customer proof it needs and where the gaps are
Are a strong writer and interviewer who can get a customer to say something specific and true, then turn it into a story people want to read
Have supported product launches and campaigns with customer proof, often on tight timelines
Have built sales enablement that sales teams kept using after launch week
Are comfortable with technical products and can explain/write what a customer built, and why it matters, in plain language
Know how to work across a lot of teams without formal authority, and can say “not yet” when a request doesn't fit the plan
Have good judgment about when a story is ready and when it needs more work
Enjoy moving between very different projects, sometimes in the same week
Already use Claude to help with drafts and interview prep
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years in B2B marketing, with time in both product marketing and customer marketing
Worked in AI or developer tools
A background in journalism or editorial
A background in Product Marketing or Messaging
Written keynotes or LinkedIn posts for executives
Run message testing or win/loss interviews to learn what buyers respond to
Worked with Comms or analyst relations on announcements that featured customers

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

As a Repairs Lead within the Data Center Infrastructure organization, you will define and manage the end-to-end hardware repair program across Anthropic's growing fleet of data centers. You will be accountable for repair turnaround time and the compute returned to service across every site, covering server, GPU/accelerator, network, and optics break-fix, RMA and reverse logistics with OEMs and ODMs, and the spares and repair inventory that keeps repair SLAs achievable. As a subject matter expert in hardware operations, you will develop scalable repair processes and quality targets, set the standards that site operations partners and repair vendors execute against, and turn failure trends into fixes which are driven upstream with engineering and equipment partners. If you are experienced in at-scale datacenter hardware operations, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Define the global repair strategy including repair SLAs, prioritization rules, escalation paths, and reporting methods, and drive standardization across all sites.
Own repair turnaround time and repair backlog across the fleet evidenced by Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry dashboards you help develop.
Author and improve procedures for triage, break-fix, return-to-service validation, and train site operations partners on how to execute them.
Manage RMA and reverse logistics programs with OEMs, ODMs, and depot repair vendors, including warranty claims, return cycle times, and failure analysis feedback.
Set spares pool sizing and stocking levels by site and part, in coordination with supply chain and asset management, so that parts availability never gates repair SLAs.
Analyze failure patterns across sites to identify root causes and drive corrective actions with hardware engineering, suppliers, and site operations owners.
Lead the operating cadence with vendor and site leads, including weekly repair reviews, scorecards, and business reviews, and drive corrective actions for SLA excursions.
Communicate repair constraints, risks, and fleet availability impact to engineering and leadership.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for production availability.
Can demonstrate a proven track record running break-fix programs at a large scale across multiple sites.
Have managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: SLAs, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Possess hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware, enough to independently verify repair quality and audit vendor claims.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes.
Are comfortable working with ticket, telemetry, and inventory data to drive decisions.
Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure, including tray, cold plate, and manifold-level repair.
Experience managing RMA and warranty programs with hyperscale OEMs/ODMs, including failure analysis and supplier quality engagement.
Experience with spares planning, reverse logistics, or depot repair at data center scale.
Experience delivering repair outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties.
Familiarity with optics and high-speed interconnect failures.

About the Team
The
Fraud

is a First Line of Defense function within OKX’s
Risk organization
responsible for identifying, assessing, investigating, and helping manage significant internal and external fraud risks affecting the company, its customers, personnel, and operations.
FIT conducts and supports complex investigations involving digital assets, internal and external fraud, employee misconduct, insider threats, unauthorized access or misuse of information, vendor and third-party misconduct, account compromise, social engineering, collusion, conflicts of interest, and other significant fraud-related matters.
The team works closely with Legal, HR, Information Security,Engineering, Physical Security, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other functions across OKX.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst, Blockchain Investigations &
Fraud
Intelligence
to join FIT.
This is first and foremost a
blockchain investigations role
requiring significant hands-on expertise tracing digital assets across complex blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate must be capable of independently conducting sophisticated on-chain investigations, developing and testing attribution hypotheses, identifying relationships among wallets and entities, following assets through multiple chains and protocols, and translating highly technical blockchain activity into clear investigative findings.
Blockchain analysis is a specialized investigative discipline. Accordingly, we are seeking someone who understands not only how to operate commercial tracing platforms, but also the
underlying blockchain architecture, transactional mechanics,
attribution
methodologies, clustering techniques, tracing limitations, and evidentiary considerations
necessary to reach reliable conclusions.
The role extends beyond on-chain analysis. The Senior Analyst will combine blockchain intelligence with enterprise data, system logs, transactional records, open-source information, and other evidence to support complex fraud and insider-risk investigations.
The position will also provide analytical support to the Global Physical Security Team (PST) on selected protective-intelligence and threat-assessment matters.
The Senior Analyst will directly manage
one Analyst
and will be expected to serve as a subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and analytical methodology across FIT.
What You’ll Be Doing
Blockchain Investigations & Digital-Asset Intelligence
Lead and conduct complex
blockchain investigations and transaction tracing
across multiple wallets, counterparties, entities, blockchains, tokens, protocols, and digital-asset ecosystems.
Trace the
origin, movement, conversion, layering, consolidation, and ultimate disposition of digital assets
, including activity spanning multiple intermediaries and blockchain environments.
Conduct investigations using tools such as
Chainalysis
Reactor
, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or comparable blockchain intelligence platforms
, while understanding the methodologies and limitations underlying platform-generated attribution.
Analyze activity involving
centralized exchanges, self-hosted wallets, decentralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges, mixers, privacy-enhancing technologies,
DeFi
protocols, smart contracts, stablecoins, NFTs, OTC activity, gambling platforms, and other relevant ecosystems
.
Trace assets across
multiple chains and cross-chain transactions
, identifying continuity of funds where technically supportable and clearly documenting assumptions or limitations where definitive attribution is not possible.
Analyze transaction graphs, address relationships, behavioral patterns, clusters, counterparties, timing, amounts, transaction sequencing, and other relevant blockchain indicators.
Understand and appropriately apply
wallet-clustering and
attribution
methodologies
, including the limitations and potential for false attribution associated with particular heuristics.
Independently evaluate blockchain intelligence rather than relying solely on automated labels, risk scores, or vendor-generated attribution.
Corroborate on-chain findings, where appropriate, with
internal account records,
KYC
/
KYB
information, transaction data, access information, open-source intelligence, legal-process returns, or other available evidence
.
Identify relationships among blockchain addresses, OKX accounts, external counterparties, individuals, organizations, vendors, affiliates, and other relevant entities.
Reconstruct complex transaction flows and create clear
fund-flow diagrams, transaction maps, timelines, and visualizations
that allow investigators and nontechnical stakeholders to understand the movement of assets.
Analyze blockchain activity associated with suspected
fraud
, theft, account takeover, social engineering, insider activity, collusion, payment diversion, asset misappropriation, or other misconduct
.
Identify new wallets, counterparties, entities, or transactional patterns that may generate additional investigative leads.
Clearly document the methodology, assumptions, confidence level, and limitations associated with blockchain findings.
Distinguish between
confirmed
attribution
, vendor attribution, analytical inference, behavioral similarity, and an unverified investigative hypothesis
.
Avoid presenting blockchain proximity, exposure, clustering, or a commercial risk score alone as proof of ownership, control, intent, or misconduct.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging
blockchain technologies, protocols, tracing methodologies, obfuscation techniques,
fraud
typologies, and developments affecting blockchain
attribution
or investigations
.
Fraud
Investigations & Investigative Intelligence
Conduct and support investigations involving
internal and external
fraud
, employee misconduct, insider threats, vendor and third-party misconduct, collusion, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, unauthorized access, credential misuse, and other significant fraud risks
.
Combine blockchain findings with off-chain evidence to develop a
comprehensive investigative picture rather than treating blockchain activity in isolation
.
Develop investigative hypotheses and objectively test those hypotheses against available evidence, including information that supports, contradicts, or fails to establish the hypothesis.
Conduct
timeline reconstruction, link analysis, relationship mapping, pattern analysis, clustering, and comparative analysis

.
Professional certifications such as
CFE, CFCS, CAMS, GIAC, or comparable investigative,
fraud

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires significantly more than knowing how to enter an address into a blockchain analytics platform.
The successful candidate should be able to receive a complex transaction, wallet, allegation, or investigative question and independently determine
how to trace the activity, which chains and protocols are involved, what the available data establishes, what additional information is needed, what
attribution
can reasonably be made, and where the technical or evidentiary limitations prevent a definitive conclusion
.
The individual should be able to move seamlessly between
on-chain and off-chain evidence
, recognizing that a blockchain transaction may establish movement of assets without necessarily establishing the identity, knowledge, intent, or conduct of the person behind a wallet.
They should also be capable of converting a highly technical blockchain investigation into a concise and defensible explanation that an investigator, attorney, executive, regulator, or law-enforcement partner can understand and act upon.
At the same time, this person must be sufficiently versatile to apply the same investigative discipline to
internal
fraud
, insider risk, enterprise data, third-party misconduct, and protective-intelligence matters
when required.
The hierarchy is much clearer this way:
blockchain investigations are the specialized core competency;
fraud
/investigative intelligence is the broader mission; enterprise analytics and PST support are complementary capabilities.
That should materially improve the candidate pool versus a title that makes blockchain expertise appear interchangeable with general data analytics.

About the team
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
Within Security GRC, Compliance & Audit Programs runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework, the single set of controls that the whole program is built on. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and owns the framework and the assurance view across every control domain.
About the role
As part of the Security Audit & Controls team, you will own the CCF across every control domain, from access and change management to logging, encryption, and people controls: which controls we have, what each one says, how each maps to the frameworks and commitments we hold, and whether each one is actually working. You'll work with control owners and GRC Partners to draft and validate control descriptions and activities that describe reality rather than policy intent, build the monitoring that shows operating effectiveness continuously instead of once a year, and drive what monitoring finds to closure with control owners.
Building with Claude is a normal part of the job: drafting and mapping controls, testing evidence, and monitoring control health, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who works well independently, writes clearly, and gets satisfaction from a control set that is accurate, tested, and trusted by auditors and engineers alike.
Key responsibilities
Own the Common Control Framework: the canonical control set, its mappings to SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and customer commitments, and the change process for adding, retiring, or rewording controls
Draft and validate control descriptions and control activities with control owners, so each control states who does what, how often, in which system, and what evidence proves it
Design and run continuous monitoring of control efficacy: define the metrics and automated tests that show operating effectiveness, tune out false positives, surface failures to owners before an auditor does, and build the controls maturity model that shows where each control domain stands and what it takes to move up a level
Verify remediation and carry it into steady state:
GRC Partners lead remediation in their domains and control owners implement the fixes. This role advises on control design and implementation, confirms fixes against what the auditor actually asked for, and keeps one source of truth for control and finding status. Once a fix holds, it works with the partner to standardize the evidence pull and, where appropriate, automate it or build continuous
Map new frameworks and commitments onto the CCF as we commit to them, and support gap assessments when a new framework, certification, product, or entity comes into scope, using the CCF as the baseline and writing the requirements for each delta
Support the integrated audit and customer audits: readiness checks, walkthrough preparation, evidence request lists, and the readout of external findings back to GRC
Evaluate evidence reliability, including the completeness and accuracy of system-generated reports and AI-generated evidence, and set the standard for what audit-ready evidence looks like here
Build with Claude: automate control mapping, evidence testing, and monitoring, and verify machine-drafted control language before it becomes the record
Minimum qualifications
Several years in IT audit, security compliance, or controls assurance, including hands-on ownership of a control framework or control library across more than one framework (for example SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
Working command of audit mechanics: scoping, walkthroughs, sampling, design versus operating effectiveness, deficiency evaluation, and evidence reliability
Experience writing control descriptions, control activities, and test procedures that other teams and external auditors relied on
Experience with continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence collection, whether you built it, ran it, or audited it
Enough technical fluency to read a runbook, a configuration, or a pipeline definition and judge whether it enforces what the written control claims
Clear writing, because your control language and status reports are what auditors, engineers, and leadership work from
Ability to get control owners and partner teams to prioritize and close work without having authority over them
Preferred qualifications
Have designed or rebuilt a common controls framework and led the remapping of existing frameworks onto it
Have stood up continuous controls monitoring or automated evidence programs and can speak to coverage, false-positive rates, and what changed as a result
Have applied LLMs to assurance work, such as control drafting, framework mapping, evidence testing, or monitoring
Have defined or assessed controls for AI systems or agents operating in production, or for home-built internal systems
Have provided requirements for a homegrown GRC platform and worked with the engineers who build it
You don't need to
Have done everything on this list. The scarce combination this role exists for is framework ownership plus the judgment to tell whether a control actually works
Write production code. The bar is fluency sufficient to read, query, and challenge
Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, or similar are welcome and not required
Have prior AI-industry experience

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them.
As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs.
Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open.
Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early.
Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard.
Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete.
Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner.
Our humble expectations
You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them.
You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center.
You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions.
You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased.
You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently.
What we offer
A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform.
A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch.
Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product.
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As an Account Executive working remotely in the UK and focused on the UK region, you manage target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies with 501 - 2,500 employees based in the United Kingdom. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You are also responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role with a regular travel component. You will be expected to work from 1Password’s London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days per week based on business needs.
You will also regularly engage in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel required to effectively support your territory. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts OR top performance in SMB and ready to step up.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent experience closing deals with $50k+ ARR and the ability to clearly articulate deal strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to both new customers and across a book of business, and in uncovering customer pain points beyond what's initially shared.
- Proven track record of leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, effectively multi-threading opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.
- Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite.
- Written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom, with the demonstrated ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
What you can expect:
- Own Your Territory: Manage and grow your designated territory in the UK region, focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Manage Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing our formalized sales process (MEDPICC preferred).
- Drive New Business Growth: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintaining a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Developing and closing new business opportunities within your territory.
- Drive Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of Extended Access Management.
- Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify opportunities and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.

Interact with CISOs, CIOs, and other VP level-contacts, demonstrating excellent executive presence and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and developments, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to provide valuable insights to clients and position 1Password as an industry leader.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g. BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction, optimize client engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance overall account health and long-term success.
- Strategically leverage Partner, Alliance, and MSP relationships to create and close opportunities.
- Focus on Solution Selling:
- Implement selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives, focusing on their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential, strategic tools.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
- Present and Negotiate:
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, using a consultative approach while articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Create mutual action plans to align the sales team and prospects on responsibilities, steps and timelines for closing deals.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with a focus on driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
UK-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between £53,000 GBP and £74,000 GBP, and is commission-eligible. At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to work
