About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments:
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role:
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments team, focused on maximizing the impact of Claude in the life sciences. Our goal is ambitious: accelerate scientific progress from R&D through translation by an order of magnitude. That means making Claude the go-to tool for the life sciences ecosystem from early discovery in academia to paradigm shifting biotech to reimaging pharma pipelines — and building the technical infrastructure to back that up.
You'll work directly with flagship research partners like Howard Hughes Medical Institute and The Allen Institute, embedded in their scientific workflows. This isn't consulting from the outside — you'll be building alongside their engineers, prototyping agents that fit into real research pipelines, and developing the ecosystem-level tooling (MCP servers, benchmarks, reusable agent skills) that extends Claude's usefulness across the broader life sciences community. This role will be part of the founding Beneficial Deployments applied AI team focused on bringing more of life sciences closer to the frontier and be responsible for building with our partners.
Responsibilities:
Partner deeply with flagship life sciences research institutions — understand their scientific workflows end-to-end, build hands-on with their engineering teams, and help take projects from early exploration to production systems integrated into how they do science day-to-day.
Develop reusable ecosystem infrastructure, like MCP servers for domain-specific data sources (genomics platforms, literature databases, experimental repositories), instruments, scientifically-grounded benchmarks, and agent skills that other institutions can adopt without starting from scratch.
Identify what's actually hard about deploying AI in life sciences (heterogeneous data, auditability requirements, the prototype-to-trust gap) and feed those findings back to product, engineering, and research.
Create technical content and documentation that lets partners self-serve, so what works for one institution can scale globally without the same level of hand-holding.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
4+ years as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder — with production experience shipping systems that real users depend on.
Deep research experience in life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing. Bonus if you've studied genomics, neuroscience, or drug discovery specifically and are comfortable getting deeply technical with academics.
Experience building LLM-powered tools or applications: prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks.
Builder credibility from shipping production code as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or technical founder.
A scrappy mentality–comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. You'll also partner closely with compliance leadership to track regulatory obligations, support public policy engagement, and own the region's legal infrastructure: entity management, governance, policies, templates, outside counsel, tooling, and reporting.
If you're excited to help shape a growing legal function, want real ownership over how law and compliance guide the deployment of real-world robots, and are ready to be the senior legal voice for a fast-growing region, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own legal operations for North America across the United States and Canada, acting as an extension of the Office of the General Counsel in the region.
- Provide regulatory support to our production and R&D functions as HMND‑01 is deployed into industrial environments, working with compliance leadership to translate requirements into workable processes.
- Advise on IP rights across R&D and production, including invention capture, ownership, licensing, and protection.
- Manage disputes and pre-litigation matters across the region.
- Support commercial contracting in North America in partnership with our global contracts function.
- Drive legal support for public policy and government engagement in the United States and Canada, in partnership with our government relations and commercial leadership.
- Support corporate and financing workstreams in the region.
- Engage and manage outside counsel across the United States and Canada, with a clear view of cost and value.
- Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of legal experience following bar admission, including 5+ years in-house in regulated industries.
- Licensed US attorney in good standing.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows.
- Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions.
- Substantive IP experience.
- Dispute resolution experience.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit.
- Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house.
- Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance.
- Experience supporting government relations or public policy work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $220K–$300K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

About the role
Anthropic's Legal Tech engineers play a specialized and critical role in keeping Claude at the frontier. Partnering closely with counsel, we provide custom infrastructure and guidance for complex, novel technical matters, empowering teams across the company to continue meeting our legal obligations as we innovate.
As a Senior+ Software Engineer on our Legal Tech team, you'll build dedicated, highly secure, and reliable cloud environments and data processing and storage capabilities at speed and scale. You will own your scope end to end: from raw requirements all the way through to large-scale production systems that satisfy legal invariants and unlock new possibilities. The systems you build won't just be dependable and scalable; they'll be interpretable and auditable, demonstrating to skeptical audiences exactly how they worked and why results can be trusted.
You'll be an essential member of a collaborative team, working together to solve difficult problems against fixed deadlines. You will own internal customer relationships as well: you'll gather, prioritize, and coordinate needs from colleagues on Privacy, Security, Research, and/or Infra as well as Legal, to ship the right capabilities on the right timelines. You'll act as a trusted advisor: clearly explaining technical concepts and constraints to inform legal decisions, and proactively designing new approaches to prevent classes of problems. Your infrastructure expertise will directly empower our business to calibrate and manage risk, innovating faster thanks to systems that build in legal considerations.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate dedicated cloud infrastructure, storage, and data pipelines for specialized workloads that can't run on general-purpose systems
Design architectures with excellent security, privacy, reliability, scalability, and auditability baked in
Partner with a wide range of internal customer teams to translate requirements into sound approaches and realistic ETAs
Deliver against fixed deadlines
Support complex and novel legal requests on controlled infrastructure, with verifiable chain of custody
Pair with engineering teams across the company to extend existing infrastructure to support new workflows and/or legal requests
Work with nontechnical stakeholders to clarify their needs through responsive, easy-to-follow dialogue
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing, building, and operating highly trusted infrastructure and data systems in production, including owning architectural decisions
Experience working across large, complex, multi-team environments, including in stacks and code you don't own
Ability to take ownership of a cloud account and secure it end to end (networking, storage, identity, encryption, least-privilege provisioning, etc.) on AWS and/or GCP
Ability to translate legal and privacy requirements into sound technical designs and implementations that teams are excited to adopt
A habit of verifying rather than assuming: designing checks for invariants and plainly naming what isn't proved
Self-directed in a high-change environment, and comfortable resequencing quickly when new needs emerge
Clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders, and an understanding of their needs
Preferred qualifications
Software engineering experience with an infrastructure, data, privacy, and/or security focus
Proficiency with large-scale data tooling, such as distributed processing, lakehouse table formats, and/or query engines
Understanding of data processing pipelines, LLM training, and/or provenance and lineage
Experience with secure enclaves, confidential computing, clean rooms, or other purpose-built environments for sensitive data
Background in eDiscovery, litigation support, or records retention at scale, including chain of custody and verifiable integrity

About the role
We are looking for a State and Local Affairs Lead to engage with state and local governments in the Western United States, advancing AI policy, legislation, and regulation that supports Anthropic's mission of ensuring that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI.
In this role, you will report to Anthropic's Head of Western State and Local Affairs and coordinate with our Policy leadership, Communications, and Legal teams. You will own Anthropic's relationships and legislative and regulatory work across many Western states, including a support role in California —engagement with state legislatures, governors' offices, attorneys general, state agencies, and local governments. You will travel regularly across the region.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of political strategy and execution—with specific examples of how you have contributed to complex policy campaigns, built durable relationships with elected officials and community leaders, supported legislative and regulatory outcomes, and executed with accountability and focus in fast-moving environments.
Anthropic is equal parts research lab, policy think-tank, and technology startup. We care deeply about safe development of AI systems, and build partnership with governments through proactive, opinionated, substantive policy conversations. We recognize that our approach to AI policy is distinctive—grounded in honest assessment of technological trajectories and authentic concern for safe scaling—and we need a regional lead who can bring that positioning to life at the state and local level.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of building a high-impact state affairs operation at a critical moment for AI policy. You will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities across your region, building relationships with government stakeholders, and contributing to the broader state affairs function.
Key responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with state legislators, legislative staff, governors' offices, attorneys general, and state agency leaders across your region
Engage directly with local officials whose decisions affect Anthropic's work—mayors, city councils, county commissions, and economic development boards
Track state and local legislation and regulatory proceedings affecting AI and the technology sector, provide analysis and intelligence to inform company strategy, and represent Anthropic's positions
Build durable partnerships with local and regional organizations, including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, universities, and school districts
Represent Anthropic at legislative hearings, regional events, and public forums, including with audiences who are skeptical of AI
Work with the Communications team to develop clear, accurate messaging for regional policy campaigns
Translate Anthropic's technical research and policy positions into engagement strategies tailored to Western state political environments
Manage the outside advisors and registered lobbyists who support Anthropic's work in your region
Coordinate with Anthropic's policy, communications, legal, and executive teams to ensure that regional activity aligns with company-wide positioning
Minimum qualifications
Align with our mission and embrace the imperative of policy impact and change
Have experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles, with demonstrated success contributing to legislative and regulatory outcomes
Have existing relationships with state and local leaders in the West, including legislators, governors' offices, attorneys general, or county and municipal officials
Understand how state legislatures and executive branches work—committee processes, legislative and regulatory procedures, and how to move policy forward—and understand where local authority begins and ends
Have a track record of executing on strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes in government affairs roles
Are prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles
Have experience building partnerships with external organizations including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, and universities
Have exposure to technology policy or emerging technology regulation; you understand the unique challenges of navigating policy for rapidly evolving technologies
Demonstrate understanding of how to build coalitions and identify aligned constituencies to advance shared objectives
Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across different states and adapt to different political environments
Can work well under time pressure and manage competing demands
Can translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for policymakers and residents alike
Have experience working with communications teams to develop effective messaging for policy campaigns
Are comfortable being honest about tradeoffs, including in rooms where people disagree with us
Are drawn to working with an organization that approaches AI policy with intensity and intellectual honesty

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called “Fluid compute”. Fluid changed what’s now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we’ve delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you'll decide where that platform goes next.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel's compute platform.
Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic.
Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files.
Partner with Engineering on the performance and reliability bar for compute, including cold starts and creation time latency
Define pricing for new products and resources.
Set the compute primitives that adjacent product areas build on, and work with those teams on what they need from the platform
Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field on compute requirements that block adoption or scale
What you need
You've built and shipped infrastructure or developer platform products, ideally compute, serverless, containers, or runtime platforms
You have the technical depth to reason about concurrency, cold starts, isolation models, and the cost and performance tradeoffs of a compute platform
You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
You have experience with AI or agent workloads and how their resource profile differs from conventional web traffic
You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on infrastructure requirements
You have experience using usage and product analytics data to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on multi-runtime platforms and the tradeoffs of supporting several language runtimes
Have worked on sandboxing, isolation, or secure execution of untrusted code
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification and were awarded our first contract with a federal agency. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead Sierra’s public sector sales team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of account executives serving strategic federal, state, or local government accounts. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and consistent execution.
- Own revenue growth and territory strategy: Translate Sierra’s public sector ambitions into territory coverage, account priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue plans. Allocate resources thoughtfully, maintain rigorous forecasts, and drive the team to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Create opportunities around mission outcomes: Build executive relationships with agency leaders and help your team translate priorities such as constituent access, service delivery, workforce effectiveness, and program integrity into compelling AI agent opportunities. Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
- Guide complex sales cycles from discovery through award: Coach account executives through long, multi-stakeholder government buying processes and engage directly at critical moments. Mobilize cross-functional support for executive alignment, solution development, business cases, security and legal reviews, pricing, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close.
- Shape acquisition and capture strategy: Ensure every priority opportunity has a credible path to contract and a disciplined capture plan. Help the team navigate funding, fiscal-year timing, competitive dynamics, and procurement pathways—including GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, state schedules, and cooperative purchasing agreements. Lead deal reviews that surface risks early and turn strategy into clear next steps.
- Scale Sierra’s partner ecosystem: Partner with public sector and partnerships leadership to build productive relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, small-business partners, and technology providers. Guide decisions about direct sales, subcontracting, teaming, and partner-led transactions to expand customer access and accelerate growth.
- Lead strategic prime and teaming relationships: Establish executive alignment with key partners and help shape account ownership, deal registration, workshare, and joint go-to-market plans. Ensure partnerships bring meaningful customer access, past performance, implementation capacity, or procurement pathways—and translate into qualified pipeline and successful delivery.
- Drive disciplined pursuit and proposal decisions: Partner with the Public Sector GM on bid/no-bid recommendations and prioritize resources across strategic pursuits. Align sales, legal, security, product, engineering, and delivery teams to produce procurement responses that are compliant, differentiated, and precise.
- Stay accountable for customer success: Build trust with senior agency leaders, establish strong handoffs from sales to delivery, and remain engaged through deployment and expansion. Help resolve escalations and ensure commitments made during the sales process support lasting customer relationships.
- Build a repeatable public sector go-to-market motion: Work with public sector leadership to refine account segmentation, hiring and capacity plans, capture processes, partner strategy, contract-vehicle priorities, and sales playbooks. Bring market signals and customer feedback to product and company leadership to shape Sierra’s platform and public sector strategy.
- Lead an AI-native sales organization: Embed AI into how the team researches accounts, develops outreach, synthesizes calls, plans opportunities, creates proposals, and forecasts. Model effective use, share successful practices, and help account executives spend more time on judgment, strategy, and customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 15+ years of selling experience: Extensive experience in enterprise customer-facing sales role, specifically selling to the U.S. government.
- People leadership experience: 10+ years managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Enterprise experience: You've run and managed end-to-end complex deals ($1M+).
- Strong fluency in government acquisition and procurement, including funding and budget cycles, competitive solicitations, proposal processes, task orders, and common Federal or state contract vehicles.
- Experience developing and executing capture strategies before a solicitation is released—not simply responding once an RFP is public.
- A strong network and demonstrated ability to work with government technology partners, including prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and small-business teaming partners.
- Sound judgment about direct, channel, prime/subcontractor, and teaming models, with the ability to select and execute the right path for a particular agency and opportunity.
- The ability to build credibility with agency executives, program leaders, contracting and procurement officials, security teams, and technical stakeholders—and to align those groups around a shared path forward.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, account planning, and forecasting skills. You are rigorous about details, procurement milestones, and next steps.
- A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of government institutions to improve outcomes for the people they serve.
- Comfort operating with high ownership in an early-stage business: you create structure where it does not yet exist, move with urgency, and collaborate deeply across functions.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to launch targeted campaigns across Alchemy's full platform, from product launches to new vertical and segment pushes, and to own the always-on content that fills the gaps in between. This is a high-ownership, high-influence seat with a long runway: you'll start as an executional hire, but there's a real path to Product Marketing Lead and to building a team under you if that's the direction you want to grow.
Alchemy isn't just infrastructure, it's a full platform: building blocks for reads, writes, launching custom chains, and more, spanning verticals from crypto-native builders to traditional finance moving assets onchain. Every campaign we run, whether it's a product launch, a new vertical push, or a piece of evergreen content, needs to tie back to one thing: Alchemy as the platform builders trust to build the future on. You'll own that positioning day to day, from the company-level narrative down to how a single launch is framed, working closely with Lisa (Product Marketing) especially early on as you build that domain authority.
You'll run point end to end: strategy, tactics, project management, measurement, and reporting, on everything from major campaigns to the product launches, newsletter beats, and social content that run continuously. You can and should delegate execution (design, technical content with DevRel, and more), but you own the outcome. When there's no active campaign, you're not idle: you own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content, filling the gap with mid- and bottom-funnel work that drives activation and cross-sell across our existing platform.
What You’ll Do
- Launch targeted campaigns across product launches and new vertical/segment pushes, owning the strategy, the tactics, and the project management from kickoff to report-out.
- Own and evolve Alchemy's platform positioning: the throughline that connects every campaign back to Alchemy as a frontier leader built for reliability and performance, backed by real customer stories.
- Own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content cadence, mid- and bottom-funnel work, product launch beats, and activation/cross-sell content, whenever there isn't an active campaign in market.
- Go deep on individual product areas and wide across the full platform, building the kind of product and audience understanding that lets you spot the next campaign or market opportunity before anyone asks for it.
- Generate and pitch ideas for breaking into new markets and verticals, backed by a real read on the audience and the competitive landscape.
- Partner with DevRel to produce the technical content (docs-adjacent explainers, videos, tutorials) that supports a campaign or fills a content gap.
- Bring creative, visual thinking to launches that could otherwise be a dry API announcement, pushing for the campaign concept, not just the campaign checklist.
- Delegate execution to design, agencies, and other specialists as needed, while remaining accountable for the outcome, the timeline, and the numbers.
- Build stakeholder trust across Product, Engineering, and DevRel, so that partner teams want to work with you again.
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling to developers on a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard, not a B2B SaaS platform candidates sign up for and self-manage. This is a hard requirement.
- A track record of owning a campaign end to end: you can walk through, in detail, how you align stakeholders, launch, measure, and report on a campaign from a template through to results.
- Genuine curiosity and a love of learning: going deep on a single product area and wide across an entire platform both excite you.
- Creative instincts: you notice good brand and campaign work in the wild, and you bring visual or conceptual ideas that make a technical launch land.
- Experience leading a large, high-visibility project end to end, e.g., a website overhaul, a rebrand, or a sales enablement overhaul.
- Strong cross-functional operator: Product and Engineering partners trust you and want to work with you again.
- Bias for speed and pragmatism: you default to "how do I get this out the door as fast and sharply as possible," not "how do I make this perfect."
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it's changing marketing and the developer tools landscape.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services.
- Breadth of experience marketing to developers across crypto/Web3 verticals.
- Experience as a software engineer prior to marketing.
- Leadership or management experience, or a clear interest in growing into it.

About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape where Alchemy invests growth: full-funnel, from self-serve signup all the way through the enterprise sales funnel. This is a high-ownership, strategic seat. You'll decide, each cycle, where our marketing dollars and headcount go for the highest return, and you'll have real influence over the tactics we run to get there.
This role has real breadth. You'll own the channel mix we run today, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, a lifecycle program we're just getting off the ground, and our website, and you'll decide where each of those gets more or less investment based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. You'll also go looking for what's next: new channels worth testing as the audience and the industry evolve, and product-led signals worth turning into a marketing motion. And you'll bring visibility to parts of the funnel we can't see well today, both self-serve and the enterprise sales flow, so the whole company can make better calls on where to spend.
This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who's already built full-funnel growth measurement from scratch at a developer-focused B2B company, and who knows how to rank channels by ROI and act on it. You won't be building a growth program from zero, you'll be evolving one: an AI-powered SEO/AEO system already in production, a defined tool stack, and agencies already engaged. You'll decide what stays, what goes, and where you build a team to get us to the next level of growth maturity.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel visibility for Alchemy's growth motion, from self-serve signup through the enterprise sales flow, including the quality of leads reaching the sales team, so the company can see how every channel performs end to end.
- Set the channel investment strategy each half: given current resourcing and goals, decide where marketing dollars and efforts go, and defend that call with data.
- Own and continuously re-rank channel ROI, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle/email, website, ecosystem/partner-driven channels, and any new channel you stand up, identifying the highest-ROI area each cycle and reallocating toward it.
- Evaluate and evolve the existing tool stack and agencies: keep, renegotiate, or replace based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline.
- Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals, including product-led growth signals you pick up working with Product, as Alchemy's audience and the industry evolve, then scope and delegate what you find to the right owner: a product marketer, an ecosystem marketing manager, an agency, or your own hire.
- Build and lead a team over time: propose and open headcount as the highest-ROI areas demand dedicated ownership, and directly manage the specialists and agencies you bring on.
- Represent growth and channel performance in the twice-yearly marketing planning cycle and retro, as a primary voice in where the company focuses its tactics next half, backed by your own data.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience and both self-serve and enterprise motions.
- Track record of owning full-funnel measurement: connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups to pipeline, and using that to make investment calls, not just channel-level reporting.
- Proven ability to rank and reallocate spend + efforts across channels based on ROI, and to kill or scale channels based on evidence.
- Experience evaluating and managing agency relationships and a marketing tool stack, with the judgment to know what to keep versus replace.
- Comfortable identifying, testing, and standing up entirely new channels rather than only running the established playbook.
- Strong cross-functional operator: able to work with Product on in-product growth signals, with Sales/SDR on lead quality and funnel handoff, and with Product Marketing and Ecosystem Marketing on execution you delegate out.
- Efficiency-obsessed: instinctively pressure-tests where a dollar or a headcount is going before committing to it.
- Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted growth initiatives.
- Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week.
Nice to Haves
- Startup experience building a growth function from 0 to 1, standing up measurement and channel testing where little existed, not just optimizing an established program.
- Has built and led a team, or is ready to hire and manage one as the highest-ROI areas justify dedicated headcount.
- Experience in crypto/Web3 or blockchain infrastructure marketing.
- Experience marketing an API-first or infrastructure product.

About the role
Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily—and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We care deeply about craft—the details that make something feel polished and trustworthy—but we ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection.
We're looking for designers who ship fast and stay in motion—people who would rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You're excited to question fundamental UI assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI, and you're already using tools like Claude Code to extend what you can build. You pay attention to where model capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today, and you find ways to keep caring about the pixels, the copy, and the edge cases while shipping quickly.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

About the role
The Account Abuse team is tasked with ensuring Anthropic's computing capacity is allocated fairly, minimizing resources available to bad actors and preventing them from coming back. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the machine learning systems that help us detect and stop abuse at scale. The ideal candidate can see things from opponents' perspectives, understand their means and motives, and anticipate their responses to countermeasures.
We're looking for full stack machine learning engineers with experience across model training, productionization, and evaluation. You'll also look for ways to use Claude to speed up how these models get built and maintained.
This is classical ML on structured and behavioral data. You do not need a deep learning background or knowledge of LLM internals. What matters is that you have trained and shipped models where the stakes are real, and that you care about building robust production systems as much as the model itself. A false positive here is a legitimate customer locked out, so measurement, precision, and safe rollout are part of the job.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate a feature computation platform that serves both model training and real-time scoring, with point-in-time correct training data and low-latency online retrieval
Train, evaluate, and deploy models that detect account-level abuse and fraud, running them both offline and online
Build tooling that automates more of the model development lifecycle, including using Claude to speed up feature development, training, and evaluation
Make backtesting, shadow deployment, and staged rollout the default path to production, with monitoring for training / serving skew, drift, and adversarial adaptation
Work with our data scientists and our Policy & Enforcement team to improve label coverage and quality
Partner with product and platform teams to gather signals and integrate model decisions with minimal impact on their systems' latency, stability, or overall architecture
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience training machine learning models and deploying them to production
Experience building data pipelines with a batch processing engine (e.g., Spark, Beam) and a workflow scheduler (e.g., Airflow)
Working understanding of point-in-time correctness and training / serving skew, and how to prevent both
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred qualifications

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across Garner's product portfolio and priority customer segments. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will own the strategy, messaging, and launch execution for a book of product lines while helping set the operating model and standards for the broader product marketing function.
You will drive the narrative around Garner's differentiated approach to healthcare economics - translating complex data and clinical insights into compelling value propositions that resonate with benefits leaders and health systems. You will serve as a senior strategic partner to Sales, Product, and executive leadership, mentor other product marketers, and have direct, measurable impact on revenue generation and market positioning.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of product lines - including market segmentation, value prop development, competitive positioning, and messaging architecture. You’ll translate complex healthcare economics and data insights into narratives that drive customer acquisition and expansion
Lead major product launches and feature releases, owning a repeatable launch process and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market readiness, sales enablement, and customer adoption
Set the standard for data-driven marketing plans with clear KPIs (pipeline generation, win rates, deal velocity, positioning lift) and run regular business reviews to measure impact and drive iteration
Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to analyze revenue processes, develop segment-specific go-to-market approaches and competitive playbooks, and equip external-facing teams with tools that directly improve close rates and deal velocity
Mentor and develop product marketers, raising the bar on craft, and help shape the structure, priorities, and operating rhythm of a growing product marketing team
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare benefits and provider landscape - including buyer personas, economic drivers, regulatory landscape, and key decision-making criteria
Collaborate with Product leadership to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature differentiation based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive gaps
Own thought leadership and content strategy, working with internal and external resources to establish Garner as the authoritative voice on healthcare economics and benefits optimization
The ideal candidate has:
8+ years in B2B product marketing, including 3+ years leading product marketing strategy at scale
A track record of launching products and leading strategic repositioning initiatives at companies with high-caliber customers (Fortune 500, sophisticated tech buyers, etc.)
Exceptional analytical skills — you are comfortable building and interpreting financial models, conducting cohort analysis, and using data to drive marketing decisions and validate assumptions
Deep comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you thrive in fast-growing environments where you must move quickly while maintaining intellectual rigor
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences (executives, clinicians, benefit managers)
A demonstrated ability to lead and partner across functions — you influence without authority, synthesize diverse perspectives, and build credibility with Sales, Product, and Executive teams
Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in healthcare economics, benefits design, and/or data-driven decision making; you ask the right questions and never accept surface-level explanations
A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative leadership role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $250,000 - $280,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

Docker is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to own internal and external partner enablement and drive aligned GTM outcomes across our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and deliver the training, certification, and enablement programs that connect Docker’s partner community — Channel partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Global System Integrators, and Technology ISVs — to a shared, coordinated go-to-market motion.
Every program you build, every piece of content you ship, and every internal enablement session you run exists to accelerate GTM outcomes: more partner-sourced pipeline, stronger co-sell execution, and faster revenue through the ecosystem.
Docker’s partner ecosystem is a strategic growth lever, and AI Governance (AIG) is our primary co-sell motion. You’ll ensure every partner type understands Docker’s AIG value proposition, knows how to run joint sales plays, and is ready to engage customers alongside our field teams. Equally, you will serve as the internal GTM connector for Docker’s own sellers — equipping AEs, SEs, and CSMs with the partner playbooks, account mapping skills, and co-sell readiness they need to drive pipeline through the ecosystem. If you love building from scratch, orchestrating complex programs across diverse partner types, and making an entire ecosystem move toward a common GTM goal, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Partner GTM Enablement — Training & Certification
- Design, build, and continuously improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and Technology ISV partners — all anchored to enabling partners to execute Docker’s GTM motion.
- Develop role-based learning paths that give partners the product knowledge, messaging fluency, and technical depth they need to sell and support Docker effectively — with AI Governance as the primary GTM anchor.
- Leverage and extend Docker’s Accreditation Platform to scale partner certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise across the ecosystem.
- Manage certification tracks end-to-end — from curriculum design and facilitation to assessment, badging, and ongoing recertification — tying completion to measurable GTM readiness.
External Partner GTM Enablement — Content & Programs
- Develop and maintain a library of partner-specific GTM content including joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection handling guides — all built to activate partners in the field.
- Partner with the Partner team to identify enablement gaps across each partner segment and build scalable programs to close them in service of shared pipeline goals.
- Own and administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure, with Impartner as the primary partner management and learning platform.
- Establish Impartner as a world-class partner portal — driving adoption, improving the partner experience, and continuously optimizing the platform for discoverability and GTM engagement.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate new launches and messaging — especially around AIG — into partner-ready GTM materials that are accessible, timely, and field-tested.
Internal GTM Enablement — Enabling Docker’s Field to Win with Partners
- Own the internal side of partner GTM: equip Docker’s AEs, SEs, and CSMs to confidently work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline.
- Build and maintain “How to Win with Partners” resources for Docker’s field teams — covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, joint pipeline management, and partner engagement models tied to GTM outcomes.
- Build co-sell plays and joint sales materials that connect Docker’s AIG story to each partner type’s unique value proposition (e.g., Hyperscaler integrations, G/SI delivery models, Channel resell motions).
- Develop and deliver enablement on how to run effective account mapping sessions with partners — including preparation, joint prioritization, and follow-through.
- Support account mapping in Salesforce (SFDC) between Docker AEs and partner sales teams, ensuring the right structure and training exists to make joint pipeline sessions productive.
- Run internal enablement sessions on partner engagement models, referral and resell programs, and co-marketing strategies to drive joint pipeline and GTM velocity.
GTM Velocity & Impact
- Drive velocity in Docker’s partner program by ensuring partners are enabled, certified, and ready to engage customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Track partner readiness KPIs — including pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, and account depth — and tie every enablement investment to measurable GTM outcomes.
- Use partner performance data, completion metrics, and field feedback to identify gaps and continuously sharpen programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes — not just content management.
- Proven experience managing a partner portal or LMS — Impartner experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics across Channel, Hyperscaler, and G/SI partner types.
- Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs between a vendor’s field team and partner sales organizations.
- Excellent communicator — able to engage and build credibility with both external partners and internal field stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset — you use metrics to prioritize, measure, and connect enablement investment to GTM results.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience building partner enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or other structured sales methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms — Docker experience a significant plus.
- Experience enabling partners around a primary GTM motion or strategic product category (e.g., AI/ML, security, cloud infrastructure).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to align enablement with go-to-market priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with partner stakeholders and influence GTM execution without direct authority.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s platform, partner ecosystem strategy, and the current state of partner enablement across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and ISV segments — with a specific eye toward GTM alignment gaps.
- Audit existing partner programs, content, and the Impartner platform — understand what exists, what’s missing, and what partners actually need to execute Docker’s AIG GTM story.
- Build relationships with the Partner team, Sales leadership, and key partner stakeholders to understand the ecosystem’s GTM motion from the inside out.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Take full ownership of the Impartner platform — establish governance, improve the partner experience, and begin driving adoption tied to GTM engagement.
- Deliver the first partner training or certification module (with AIG as the GTM anchor) and gather field feedback to iterate.
- Launch at least one “How to Win with Partners” internal enablement resource and one account mapping framework for Docker’s field teams.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE GTM IMPACT
- Operate a fully functioning partner enablement program with measurable readiness scores, certification completion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.
- Be recognized by the Partner team, partner community, and Docker’s field teams as the go-to resource for partner GTM enablement, co-sell readiness, and joint pipeline execution.
- Demonstrate clear linkage between partner enablement investment and partner-driven GTM outcomes — pipeline generated, quota retired, and account depth increased.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$166,950 – CA$238,500 + equity
United States: $120,400 – $172,000 + equity

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Runway is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build and scale high-impact marketing programs across our creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystem.
This is a generalist marketing role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. Some immediate areas of focus include influencer creator partnerships, sponsorships, and partnership marketing.
The right person is commercially minded, highly organized, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. We are looking for someone who can build repeatable programs, manage relationships, and execute campaigns to turn marketing ideas into measurable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will own and support marketing programs that help Runway reach priority audiences, grow demand, and deepen our presence among our target audiences.
- In the near term, this will include managing creator and influencer partnerships including affiliates, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, and building co-marketing programs with customers, technology partners, model providers, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- You will work across the full program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing briefs, managing outreach, coordinating execution, tracking performance, and recommending what to scale, change, or stop.
- You will partner closely with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, business development, legal, and finance to make sure programs are clear, on-brand, operationally sound, and connected to business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- We’re looking for a marketing generalist with strong executional judgment and enough strategic range to work across multiple types of programs for a range of B2C and B2B audiences.
- Experience managing creator partnerships with a clear view of how long-form content performs differently from short-form and other social channels.
- 4+ years of experience building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
- Experience managing external relationships: creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors.
- Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and translating broad goals into concrete plans.
- Strong taste, communication skills, and judgment around brand, audience fit, creator quality, partner value, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
- You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build from scratch. This role requires someone who can create structure where it does not yet exist, but without slowing the team down with unnecessary process.
- You should care about measurement and be able to connect marketing programs to outcomes such as subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline influence.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in AI, SaaS, subscription products.
- Experience creating partner-facing materials such as briefs, sponsorship packages, or co-marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Runway, AI video, creator communities, internet culture, and the broader creative technology ecosystem.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
