HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications

- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment

Overview
We are seeking a Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to provide end-to-end technical governance across all QA layers - frontend, middleware, and backend - for a complex, multi-layered onboarding platform. This role owns the architecture of API contract testing and the data modeling of complex entity relationships (e.g., hierarchical/parent-child style structures), while ensuring that quality assumptions made at one layer (such as client-side validation) are independently verified at every downstream layer rather than trusted at face value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with the ability to set and enforce delivery governance across cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide technical governance across frontend, middleware, and backend testing layers
• Establish and enforce QA delivery standards, evidence requirements, review processes, and quality gates
• Review frontend constraint dictionaries and FSM/state-model outputs for completeness and consistency
• Review API schema reconstructions, network evidence, and tracer replay outputs for technical quality and traceability
• Coordinate with QA Analysts, SDETs, and Test Operations Associates to align technical execution with delivery timelines
• Review test architecture decisions, validation approaches, and coverage strategies
• Coordinate dependency resolution, evidence rework, and cross-layer reconciliation throughout the engagement
• Act as the escalation point for cross-layer technical discrepancies and evidence-quality issues
• Compile and quality-check the raw technical evidence dossiers produced by the workstreams
• Identify evidence gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring rework before handoff to client stakeholders
• Report on delivery health, technical risks, evidence quality, dependencies, and unresolved gaps
• Prepare the technical evidence package for handoff to the client team responsible for final modelling and logic-gap assessment
• Support technical readout preparation by ensuring that findings are traceable to empirical evidence
Project Details
• Title: Lead SDET
• Start Date: 26th October
• Duration: 4 Months
• Location: India (Remote)
• Job Type: Contractual (with the possibility of a Full-time employment extension based on performance and project needs)
Qualifications
• Proven experience of 8+ years in a QA leadership role spanning multiple testing layers (frontend, middleware, backend)
• Demonstrated expertise in API contract testing architecture and governance
• Practical experience with knowledge graph or entity-relationship data modeling and its application to test/data traceability
• Strong understanding of layered system architectures and the importance of independently verifying quality at each layer rather than relying on upstream assumptions
• Strong track record of technical delivery governance, including setting standards and quality gates
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Deep technical grounding across QA disciplines (manual, automation, systems-level testing) to credibly guide teams at every layer
• Experience mentoring or managing SDETs and QA Analysts
• Experience leading complex multi-week technical QA, API validation, or security-assessment engagements is strongly preferred
• Experience establishing evidence/traceability models across complex technical workflows is preferred
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, entity-relationship models, or structured technical dependency/evidence modeling is preferred; deep knowledge-graph engineering expertise is not required
• Ability to synthesize technical evidence into concise stakeholder-ready findings and handoff materials

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a Market Analyst to track the crypto markets, specifically prediction markets and perpetual futures, and turn that understanding into business opportunities for Pyth.
This role is for an analyst who can read the market and explain why it matters to us: someone who can pull on-chain and venue data to quantify a new trend one hour and write the report that convinces the team to act on it the next. You will serve as our eyes on two of the fastest-moving areas in crypto, covering the market side (monitoring events, trader conversations, volumes, and new venues across prediction markets and perps) and the product side (translating that research into a clear picture of our users and concrete opportunities for Pyth).
- Location: Remote (US or Europe)
- Type: Full-time
- Reports to: Head of Technical Operations
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Curiosity and rigor are key to how we operate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need an analyst who can go from question to answer quickly, without waiting for direction.
The Mission: You will be shaping how Pyth grows in prediction markets and perpetual futures. As these markets expand and new venues launch, your research will inform where we build next and how we serve the teams building on our data.
About the Role
This is a hybrid research/strategy role. At the outset, you'll monitor prediction markets and perps day to day and connect what's happening to our business. Over time, your research is expected to directly shape product decisions and new opportunities across Pyth.
We want research that leads to action: every piece of work should end with a clear view on what it means for Pyth and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities
Market Monitoring
- Track news, launches, and structural shifts across prediction markets and perpetual futures
- Monitor the conversations where traders are active, including X, Discord servers, Telegram groups, and other trader communities, to spot sentiment shifts and emerging trends early
- Follow volumes, open interest, funding rates, and market share across major venues
- Connect recent events to their impact on Pyth and share timely takeaways with the team
- Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape, including oracles and data providers serving these markets
User Research
- Research prediction market and perps protocols to understand how they use price data
- Map who our users are, what they need, and where current solutions fall short
- Build dashboards and datasets the team can use to follow these markets
Product Opportunities
- Turn research findings into concrete product ideas for Pyth
- Size opportunities using market and on-chain data
- Work with product, engineering, and BD to prioritize and pressure-test ideas
- Track how launched initiatives perform against the original thesis
Research and Reporting
- Write clear, convincing research reports for internal and external audiences
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build a repeatable research process the team can rely on
About You
- Background as an analyst at a crypto research firm or in a research/data role at a perps exchange or prediction market
- Deep understanding of prediction market and perpetual futures market structure
- Active in trader communities and comfortable picking up signal from X, Discord, and Telegram
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Dune or similar)
- Strong writer with a track record of research that drives decisions
- Analytical and a self-starter, comfortable owning a research agenda independently
- Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Research to build and deepen Higgsfield’s relationships across investment banks, equity research, institutional investors, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
This is not a traditional IR role focused on quarterly earnings, filings, or maintaining an investor database. As a private, fast-growing AI company, our goal is to establish Higgsfield as a primary source of insight for the financial community on Creative AI and the transformation of the broader creative economy.
You will build relationships with the analysts, bankers, and investors shaping how emerging technology categories are understood, helping ensure they have the data, context, and access needed to understand the size of the market and Higgsfield’s position within it.
The goal is not paid placement. It is to build the relationships and credibility that lead analysts to independently recognize Higgsfield as one of the companies defining the Creative AI category.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage relationships with investment bankers, equity and thematic research analysts, institutional and private-market investors, hedge funds, and other influential members of the capital markets ecosystem.
- Establish a systematic engagement program with research teams at leading investment banks.
- Develop a regular cadence of analyst briefings, executive conversations, and relationship-building across Wall Street.
- Track relevant research covering Creative AI, generative video, the creator economy, advertising, media, AI infrastructure, and adjacent markets.
- Make Higgsfield a trusted resource for analysts by providing market intelligence, data, executive access, and informed perspectives on how AI is transforming creative industries.
- Educate analysts and bankers on the size and structure of the Creative AI opportunity and why the relevant TAM extends across multiple large existing industries.
- Identify upcoming sector reports and research initiatives where Higgsfield can provide insight and contribute to the underlying investment thesis.
- Create opportunities for earned inclusion of Higgsfield in thematic and sector research.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate on or co-commission credible research examining Creative AI and the transformation of the creative economy, while maintaining a clear distinction between sponsored research and independent analyst coverage.
- Partner with Higgsfield leadership, communications, and finance to develop the data, market frameworks, benchmarks, and narratives needed to explain the category.
- Track analyst and banking relationships, engagements, relevant reports, upcoming research themes, and resulting outcomes.
- Build a deliberate strategy for converting relationships into tangible outcomes rather than treating relationship-building itself as the objective.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how relationships with analysts and investment banks are built.
- Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences.
- Ability to translate a fast-moving technology story into a credible capital markets thesis without turning it into marketing language.
- Highly relationship-driven while remaining focused on measurable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the category, company, and market narrative are evolving quickly.
*Nice to have:
- Existing relationships across investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, or the broader capital markets community.
- Experience covering or working within AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, the creator economy, or high-growth private technology companies.
- Experience working with thematic or sector research and understanding how emerging technology categories become incorporated into broader investment theses.
- Experience helping position a private, high-growth company with sophisticated financial audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $240,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

We are looking for an experienced and operationally sharp Security Operations & Incident Response Analyst (L3) to join Aleph's global IT Security team.
Reporting to the Global CISO, you will be the first line of defence when incidents occur and the engine behind the team's threat detection and response capabilities. You will own the end-to-end incident response process, lead threat hunting and intelligence activities, and manage the vulnerability and identity governance programmes — ensuring Aleph is both able to detect threats quickly and respond to them effectively across a complex, globally distributed environment.
What you'll do:
Incident Response
Own and coordinate the
end-to-end incident response process
: identification, triage, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review (lessons learned).
Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents escalated from IT Operations, the Security Engineer, and external sources.
Maintain and continuously improve
incident response playbooks
for the most relevant threat scenarios (ransomware, phishing, account compromise, data breach, insider threat, etc.).
Manage the
security incident log and register
: track all incidents, document timelines and actions, and produce trend analysis and reporting for the CISO.
Coordinate with external
SOC or MDR providers
where applicable: review daily reports, validate alert quality, and manage escalation workflows.
Data Breach Management
Lead
data breach investigations
: scope the breach, gather and preserve evidence, assess PII exposure, and coordinate response with Legal, Privacy, and HR.
Produce breach investigation reports with findings, root cause, and recommendations.
Threat Hunting & Intelligence
Conduct
proactive threat hunting
across the environment: develop hypotheses based on threat intelligence, search for indicators of compromise (IoCs), and investigate anomalous behaviour.
Manage the
Threat Intelligence function
: track relevant threat actors, TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK), and sector-specific threat campaigns; integrate intelligence into SIEM/XDR detection rules and hunting queries.
Produce threat intelligence summaries and briefings for the CISO and relevant stakeholders.
Vulnerability Management
Own the
vulnerability management programme
: schedule and execute periodic vulnerability scans across infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments.
Analyse scan results, prioritise findings by risk and exploitability, and coordinate remediation with IT Operations within agreed SLAs.
Track remediation progress, produce vulnerability metrics, and report status to the CISO.
Validate remediation effectiveness through re-scanning and spot-checks.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Manage
periodic access reviews
: coordinate with system owners and HR to review and certify user permissions across critical systems, ensuring least privilege is maintained.
Oversee the
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
programme: define PAM policies, monitor privileged account usage, and review access rights for administrator-level accounts.
Investigate and respond to identity-related anomalies and access policy violations.
What we are looking for:
3–5 years in a SOC analyst, incident response, or security operations role, with at least 1–2 years at L3 level is a plus.
Experience implementing or managing IAM and PAM solutions
Experience working within international or multinational environments.
Hands-on experience with incident response engagements (internal or consulting) is strongly valued.
Relevant certifications:
GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CEH, CompTIA CySA+
, or equivalent. OSCP is a plus.
Strong hands-on experience with
SIEM platforms
(alert triage, rule writing, query development) and
EDR/XDR tools
.
Solid knowledge of the
MITRE ATT&CK framework
and its application to threat hunting and incident response.
Experience conducting
vulnerability scans
using tools such as Tenable Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar.
Familiarity with
IAM and PAM
concepts and platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Azure PIM, or equivalent).
Experience with
digital forensics and incident response (DFIR)
methodologies: evidence collection, log analysis, and timeline reconstruction.
Knowledge of
threat intelligence platforms
and feeds (e.g. MISP, VirusTotal, threat intel feeds).
Understanding of
ISO 27001 incident management controls, NIS2 incident reporting obligations, and PCI DSS requirement 12.10
.
Calm and decisive under pressure.
Strong investigative mindset with structured problem-solving approach, excellent documentation skills.
Ability to communicate incident status and findings clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
English
: full professional proficiency (C1/C2) — primary working language.
Spanish
: professional proficiency is a plus.
