Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me

, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a product-driven marketing leader to accelerate the growth and adoption of OKX products across North East Asia.
This is not a traditional brand or events-focused marketing role. The role sits at the intersection of
Product, Growth, Marketing and Business
, with a strong focus on understanding CeFi products, identifying market opportunities, and translating them into measurable user and business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong product sense, understands crypto users and trading behavior, and is highly data-driven. You should be comfortable working closely with Product, BD, VIP, Affiliate and local market teams to identify growth opportunities, build GTM strategies, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
You will also need strong judgment when operating across different market and regulatory environments, ensuring that growth strategies, user targeting and marketing execution are appropriate for each market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the
product growth marketing strategy for NEA
, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes, including user acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention and revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of
CeFi
products and crypto trading
, including Spot, Derivatives, Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bots, VIP products and other key trading tools, and identify which products and features can become meaningful growth drivers in each market.
Build and execute
product-led GTM strategies
based on local user behavior, competitor dynamics and market opportunities rather than relying primarily on brand campaigns or offline events.
Work closely with
Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams
to translate product capabilities into user acquisition, conversion and monetization opportunities.
Use data to understand the full user funnel, identify growth bottlenecks and continuously optimize campaigns, product positioning, incentives, conversion journeys and user segmentation.
Understand and effectively use different
digital and growth marketing tools
, including performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL/influencer channels, promotions and incentive mechanisms.
Develop clear user segmentation strategies across retail traders, active traders, high-value users and other relevant customer groups, and design differentiated product propositions and growth strategies for each segment.
Act as the
voice of NEA users
to global Product teams by identifying product gaps, competitive disadvantages and emerging user needs, and help prioritize opportunities that can materially improve growth.
Conduct structured analysis of competitors, including their products, pricing, incentives, campaigns, user journeys and growth mechanisms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for major marketing initiatives, with strong accountability for their impact on product adoption and business growth.
Develop market-specific GTM strategies with appropriate consideration for
local regulatory requirements, user targeting, communication boundaries and distribution approaches
, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
Build scalable growth playbooks that can be tested in individual NEA markets and expanded when proven successful.
What We Look For In You
Strong
CeFi
and crypto product knowledge is essential.
You should understand how centralized exchanges work and be familiar with major trading products, user journeys and the competitive landscape.
Strong
product sense
— able to understand why users choose one product over another, identify product-market gaps, and translate product capabilities into compelling growth propositions.
Highly
data-driven and commercially minded
. Comfortable using data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities and measure whether marketing initiatives actually contribute to user and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of
digital growth tools and mechanics
, including performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL channels, promotions, incentives and conversion optimization.
Proven experience driving
measurable business or product growth
, rather than primarily managing branding, communications, events or community activities.
Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, particularly active traders and high-value users. Direct crypto trading experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work cross-functionally with
Product and Business teams
and influence priorities without relying on direct reporting lines.
Strong market judgment and awareness of how growth strategies may need to differ across regulatory and market environments.
Ability to balance
growth ambition with responsible execution
, including appropriate user segmentation, targeting, communication and channel strategies.
Strong analytical capability in market research, competitive analysis, funnel analysis and campaign performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to turn complex product and market insights into clear priorities and executable plans.
Experience in major North East Asian crypto markets is highly preferred.
Fluency in 1 or more NEA Language and English.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not measured primarily by the number of campaigns, events or impressions generated.
We expect this leader to demonstrate measurable impact on:
Product adoption and active users
Trading activity and revenue
Acquisition and activation efficiency
User retention and reactivation
Conversion of high-potential user segments
Successful adoption of priority products in NEA
Identification and closing of meaningful product and market gaps
Effectiveness of collaboration between Marketing, Product and Business teams
Perks & Benefits

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH:
North https://cohere.com/north is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for Software Engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows.
You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
Location: UK
Active DV clearance is highly preferred
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources, with enterprise-grade reliability and performance
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across customers and teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
You may be a good fit if:
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python; you write clean, testable, observable, scalable code
- You've built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute
- You're deeply familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks, moving well beyond trial and error, to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- You’re experienced working directly with customers and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs
- You have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end
- You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and can execute well even when priorities are shifting
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you are responsible for executing regional marketing strategy and independently leading programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Working within regional priorities, you are trusted to make decisions, adapt plans as conditions change, and take ownership of program performance from planning through results.
Approximately 50% of your work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and accountability for outcomes. Success in this role comes from balancing execution with strategic thinking, identifying opportunities for improvement, and sharing best practices that increase team effectiveness.
You are expected to leverage AI as a core part of your work, applying it thoughtfully to improve productivity, scale repeatable processes, and enhance decision-making. This includes identifying where AI can create efficiencies, where human judgment remains essential, and developing workflows that can be adopted across the team.
What makes you a Great Fit:
Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including program strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting.
Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams while contributing to prioritization and program planning.
Independently manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Serve as a proficient user of core marketing platforms, including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
Develop and document AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, event execution, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across regional marketing programs and contribute to the development of shared team processes and best practices.
Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Plan and manage projects independently, set realistic timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver on commitments.
Provide guidance and support to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives.
Build expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, and the ecosystem of channels, vendors, and partners that support growth.
What you'll bring at this level:
Located on the West Coast of the United States
3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, including end-to-end ownership of programs
Strong project, time, and stakeholder management, with consistent attention to detail
Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar
Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work: reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations
Open source go-to-market motion and the regional market a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 40%
What success looks like at:
The program you own runs cleanly, from start to finish, and hits its goals.
You keep moving as priorities shift, without direction at each step.
Problems get caught and handled before a customer ever feels them.
Your reporting leaves people with a story and a lesson, not just numbers.
The AI workflows you build get picked up by others, so the team produces more without adding headcount.
You find and close process gaps, and the junior teammates you guide do better work for it.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $123,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Global Health Security (GHS) Advisor will support the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection Department of Epidemiology and Disease Control (DELM) in carrying out life-saving health assistance in full alignment with the U.S. Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives. Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €350,000 - €408,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer. When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them

Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
What You’ll Bring:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth

We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals —
Financial Services & Insurance
and
Healthcare & Life Sciences
— where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens.
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What we look for:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.
