About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast

• Set the strategic and tactical asset allocation across public markets, private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, hedge funds and other alternative investments.
• Review the portfolio regularly and recommend rebalancing in response to market conditions and the family's objectives.
2.2 Private Investments and Deal Execution

• Implement a risk management framework covering market, concentration, currency, counterparty, liquidity and reputational risk.
• Ensure all investment activity complies with applicable laws, KYC and anti-money laundering requirements, and the family's confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies.
• Ensure clear separation and arm's-length treatment between the family's private investments and AHS Group companies, with any related-party transactions properly documented and approved.

The Experience Capability & Performance Manager defines what a competent KAIZEN Experience Manager looks like, measures every Experience Manager against that standard, and closes the gap — so community and building performance is consistent across the portfolio regardless of which Experience Manager is assigned.
The role owns capability, standards, assessment, development and KPI visibility. It also owns the orientation, technical onboarding and readiness of all new Experience Managers, and builds the SME, trainer, buddy and mentor network that makes the model scalable across a growing population.
Portfolio Managers remain the Experience Manager's line manager and retain full accountability for day-to-day management, operational performance, formal performance management and consequences. This role works through influence, not line authority.
What You’ll Do
✅ Set the Standard
Own and maintain the Experience Manager Competency Standard
Assess all 27 EMs against it; re-assess every 6 months
Publish the live Capability Matrix and population-level gap analysis
✅ Develop & Coach

Design and deliver the EM technical curriculum & certification
Provide field-based 1:1 coaching; build a network of SMEs, trainers, buddies & mentors
Verify application on-site — self-reported completion is not accepted
✅ Onboard for Readiness
Own the full orientation & technical onboarding journey for all new hires
Assess at Day 30 and Day 90; no unsupervised assignments until certified
Target: median time to CORE certification ≤ 60 days
✅ Clarify Performance
Own the EM KPI framework & monthly Performance Scorecard
Reconcile data across Masterplan, SnagReport, Finance & Mollak
Diagnose gaps: capability vs management vs process vs data — Portfolio Managers decide the action
✅ Raise Standards Continuously
Build and maintain the EM Standards Library (SOPs, playbooks, checklists)
Update within 15 working days of any regulatory change
Fix the process before training the person
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, Business Admin or related)
