ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

- Sandbox, network, and MCP tool policy enforcement
- Image and artifact integrity (Docker Hardened Images, SLSA Build Level 3 provenance, verifiable SBOMs)
- Software supply chain visibility
- Agent and MCP tool governance controls
- Secure build pipelines
- Define clear success criteria, evaluation frameworks, and executive-ready value summaries.
- Influence decision-making through demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and technical executive briefings.

- Identity and access governance for AI workloads (IdP-based role and policy assignment)
- Audit, logging, and SIEM visibility for agent activity
- Act as a subject matter expert on secure software supply chain and AI security trends in customer-facing engagements.
Technical Champion Ownership and Thought Leadership
- Build, own, and expand relationships with technical champions across Security, DevOps, Platform, and AI teams.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor through technical thought leadership, architectural guidance, and industry best practices.
- Leverage champion relationships to influence broader buying groups, shape requirements, and uncover cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain engagement beyond the initial sale, ensuring outcomes are realized and leveraging insights to support future sales motions.
Customer and Internal Advocacy
- Advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering, providing clear, actionable feedback informed by field experience.
- Coordinate with Post Sales and Support resources to ensure continuity across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop reusable technical assets (workshops, demos, reference architectures, enablement content) to scale impact across accounts.
Competitive and Strategic Selling
- Actively support competitive sales motions by identifying differentiation and influencing evaluation criteria throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Sales to develop technical win strategies for strategic and competitive accounts.

Location: Severna Park, MD
What The Role Is
This role keeps Babylist Health’s billing operations moving and serves as the on-site anchor for our physical office. You’ll blend revenue cycle support — processing and routing critical billing documents accurately and on time — with the day-to-day of running the office. You’ll be the in-person point of contact, working closely with remote teammates and outside partners to keep people, paperwork, and place connected. It’s hybrid in title, but the on-site presence is real: you’re on-site at our Severna Park, MD office (just outside Baltimore) five days a week during business hours (EST). If you like being the dependable person who keeps things running and enjoy a mix of billing support and office ops, this is a strong fit.
Who You Are
You can run the operational backbone of an office
— sorting and routing mail and documents, uploading paperwork accurately, and keeping daily workflows on track.
You’re available on-site at our Severna Park, MD office, five days a week
during standard business hours (EST) — you’re the in-person anchor for the office, so consistent presence is essential.
You’re detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
— billing documents and confidential data pass through your hands, and accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable.
You’ve worked in administrative, operations, or office support roles — healthcare or insurance billing exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
You’re quick with digital document, mail, and call tools like Niko, Earth Class Mail, and Aircall — or a fast learner who’ll be fluent in weeks.
You’re a clear, kind communicator who keeps remote teammates and external partners in the loop.
You’re proactive and flexible — you spot what needs doing and pitch in without being asked.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You’re already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what’s coming next.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support daily billing and revenue cycle workflows so operations stay timely and accurate.
Open, sort, and prioritize incoming mail and documents — routing or uploading each to the right place.
Upload and manage required documentation in Niko with care.
Flag urgent items, discrepancies, and issues, and escalate them to the right partners.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Answer live calls via Aircall during office hours, return voicemails promptly, and direct callers to the right people.
Monitor incoming communications and respond or route as needed.
Why This Role
You’re the connective thread between people, paperwork, and place — visible, relied on, and central to how the office runs day to day.
It’s a genuine blend of revenue cycle exposure and office operations — a strong on-ramp if you want to grow in healthcare ops.
Babylist Health is a small, growing team, so your reliability is felt right away and your ideas for smoother workflows actually land.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff engineer to set technical direction for the systems that move billions of messages a day. This isn't a role about shipping more, faster. It's about deciding what gets built, where the architecture needs to go next, and raising the ceiling for the engineers around you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership at company scale
You take on the problems nobody has claimed yet — the ones that span squads, have no obvious owner, and would quietly cost us a year if left alone. You either solve them or get leadership aligned to.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You connect architectural decisions to what customers actually experience, and you can explain that connection to people who don't write Go.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Your best quarter isn't measured by what you shipped. It's measured by what the department can now do that it couldn't before.
What You'll Do
Shape the technical direction of our distributed messaging systems in Go — making the high-level architectural calls on mission-critical services where scale, cost, and reliability are all in tension
Take on ambiguous, high-stakes problems that cross squad and function boundaries, and drive them to a decision when the right answer isn't obvious to anyone yet
Build consensus on contested technical questions across teams, and communicate the tradeoffs clearly enough that senior leadership can act on them
Raise the department's bar — set quality and design standards, mentor senior engineers, and turn what you know into frameworks and documentation other teams can use without you in the room
Drive engineering process and tooling improvements that span multiple squads, not just your own
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Interview and calibrate against our career ladder, giving honest, evidence-based assessments of candidates
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
10+ years building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages), including several as the person others turned to on architecture
Depth across multiple systems or domains, not just one — you've been the recognized expert in more than one place
A track record of designing for production reality: you quantify tradeoffs in throughput, cost, and reliability rather than picking a reasonable path and defending it
Experience designing observability and recovery as first-class concerns — metrics, alerting, rollback, backpressure, checkpointing — not logging added afterward
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP), with relational databases (we use MySQL) and a real understanding of performance tradeoffs
Evidence of making other engineers better: mentorship, technical writing, design review, standards that outlasted your involvement
A bias for action over perfection, and the judgment to know which decisions are worth slowing down for
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

What the Role Is
This role owns replenishment and order writing for Babylist's Furniture and Monitors categories — a mix of bulky, freight-heavy furniture and dropship-fulfilled monitor SKUs. You'll manage inventory flow across a heavily dropship vendor base, balancing in-stock performance against the longer lead times and fulfillment complexity these categories bring. You'll report into Division 3 Planning and work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep the category healthy.
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience managing dropship inventory
— you know how to plan and track stock you don't physically hold, coordinate with vendors on availability, and catch outages before they become customer-facing problems.
You've owned replenishment and order writing
for a category with real complexity — long lead times, freight considerations, or a fragmented vendor base.
You're comfortable working in a planning system day to day and can pick up new tools quickly (NetSuite, Sigma, or similar planning/BI platforms).
You have advanced Excel skills and are confident working with large data sets.
You have a strong foundation in retail math and inventory planning concepts (OTB, WOS, sell-through).
You communicate clearly with vendors and cross-functional partners, especially when flagging risk early.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Execute replenishment and order writing across Furniture and Monitors, keeping inventory aligned to forecast and in-stock targets.
Manage a dropship vendor base — tracking availability, coordinating on delivery timing, and resolving discrepancies before they hit customers.
Own monthly Open-to-Buy inputs for the category: trend analysis, risk flags, and forecast updates.
Deliver weekly sales and inventory recaps with clear, actionable takeaways for the planning team.
Build pre-season inventory forecasts at the category, brand, and SKU level.
Track out-of-stocks and discontinued items, proactively communicating risk to internal partners.
Partner with Merchandising on new product introductions and assortment changes.
Why This Role
You'd be stepping into an established category with real scope from day one — Furniture and Monitors are being handed off as part of a broader team restructure, not built from scratch.
Dropship is a genuinely different planning problem than owned inventory, and this is a chance to specialize in it rather than treat it as a footnote.
You'll have direct exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on a category that carries real freight and vendor complexity — good ground for someone who wants to grow into bigger scope.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$93,820 to $125,081
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth.
In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops.
Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence.
- Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications.
- Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy.
- High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance.
- Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SPIKES
We are hiring across several priority business lines and do not expect every candidate to cover all of them. We are especially interested in profiles with one or more of the following spikes:
Consumer SaaS / self-service
Experience scaling consumer SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth businesses with high-volume digital funnels, including conversion, lifecycle, retention, pricing, experimentation, and efficient acquisition.
Consumer SaaS / expert-assisted services
Experience scaling SaaS subscription businesses where software and service delivery are deeply connected, including expert support, operations, quality control, capacity planning, and service economics.
SaaS for self-employed professionals
Experience building and scaling Business SaaS solutions for self-employed professionals, SMEs, accountants, or similar B2B ecosystems, including sales-led or partner-led GTM, onboarding, retention, expansion, and platform monetization.

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Product Operations is central to how Product and R&D teams work, creating systems and practices to focus on solving the right problems and delivering products. AI is increasingly important, with teams experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude, automations, agents, and AI usage throughout product development.
The role of AI Product Operations Lead involves building and operating internal AI Operations capability for R&D. It requires turning ambiguous opportunities into reliable solutions by identifying high-value AI problems, understanding workflows, designing solutions, building or coordinating delivery, and being accountable for performance after launch.
Responsibilities include:
— Building and improving a backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, prioritizing impactful AI jobs.
— Taking ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery: understanding users and workflows, exploring options, designing systems, implementing, testing, documenting, launching, measuring, and improving.
— Designing simple AI-native solutions fitting naturally into workflows, deciding when prompts, automations, integrations, agents, databases, or custom apps are appropriate.
— Helping R&D get value from enterprise AI tools like Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration, connectors, enablement, and support.
— Owning the lifecycle of AI systems including automations, skills, agents, and internal web apps.
— Establishing evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance practices, improving systems over time.
— Partnering across R&D to uncover needs, unblock delivery, clarify ownership, and involve experts.
— Running and evolving R&D AI governance and enablement practices, providing leaders visibility into work, risks, adoption, and outcomes.
— Participating in broader AI governance efforts as an R&D contributor.
— Working with Finance and partners to improve visibility into AI tool usage, spend, and value to inform investments.
— Exploring and supporting autonomous agents to improve planning, discovery, design, build, evaluation, and management across product development.
Requirements:
— Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems, building usable solutions.
— Proven track record taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and improvement.
— Excellent systems thinking to understand people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and constraints, making trade-offs.
— Strong user and workflow discovery skills to understand real jobs and simplify solutions.
— Hands-on technical fluency building, modifying, troubleshooting internal workflows, automations, agents, or apps.
— Practical experience with modern development tools like GitHub, repositories, pull requests, application hosting, deployment, logging, and troubleshooting.
— Ability to manage work independently: prioritizing backlog, handling dependencies and risks, documenting decisions, communicating with stakeholders.
— Strong approach to evaluation and reliability, defining "good", testing, collecting feedback, and improving live systems.
— Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, asking questions, challenging assumptions, seeking expert input, and progressing without close supervision.
— Good judgment on responsible AI, security, access, governance, and knowing when to involve partners.
The role reports to VP of Product Operations and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, and AI practitioners across Typeform.
You’ll be the in-person point of contact, working closely with remote teammates and outside partners to keep people, paperwork, and place connected; It’s hybrid in title, but the on-site presence is real: you’re on-site at our Severna Park, MD office (just outside Baltimore) five days a week during business hours (EST)
