WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth runs on data, and this role owns it.
This role owns the analytical engine behind growth:
- Data parsing & pipelines
- Dashboards & reporting
- Funnel analysis
- Insight & hypothesis generation
YOU MAKE SURE:
- The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why
- Every channel, cohort, and funnel step is measured accurately
- Hypotheses that could grow reach and revenue are surfaced constantly
- Decisions are made on data, not gut feeling
You are the person who turns raw data into growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data & Analytics
- Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
- Own ETL processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards the growth team will use daily.
- Analyze the full funnel, from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue, and find where we're suboptimal.
- Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Insights & Hypotheses
- Constantly look for insights: anomalies, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.
- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.
Enabling the Growth Team
- Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.
- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes
- Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, Python, APIs, or scripts – we use AI heavily, so resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Reduce manual work and increase reliability as volume scales.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a high-agency https://www.highagency.com analyst.
You should have:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
- Python at entry level is fine – we use AI heavily, resourcefulness matters more than syntax.
- Understanding of ETL processes and how data moves between systems.
- Ability to visualize data for humans: clear, decision-ready charts.
- An always-on instinct for insights.
- Resourcefulness, responsibility, and an ownership mindset: you get things done.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+ level.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Data or marketing analytics with strong execution bias
- Growth Ops / BizOps people
- Early startup analysts who built reporting from scratch
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait to be told what to analyze
- Prefer building models over driving decisions
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Are uncomfortable presenting findings and pushing back
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt are building the open data infrastructure that powers AI agents you can trust.
Fivetran is looking for a Staff R&D Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Fivetran AI team. Your data stack was built for humans — but agents are the new primary data consumers, and they have fundamentally different requirements. Agents can’t intuit context; it must be explicitly codified, governed, and traceable. We’re building the governed context layer that solves this problem: Agents Schema, an open standard for storing agent-ready context directly in the customer’s own data warehouse, and Context Builder, the managed service that keeps it filled and fresh.
This role goes well beyond standard engineering. You’ll research emerging techniques in the fast-moving AI landscape and bring real product and market understanding to decide which ideas are worth pursuing — and then you’ll take what you’ve learned and ship it as production software. We’re looking for a true generalist who is willing and able to wear whatever hat the moment calls for: prototyping a new retrieval technique one week, hardening a backend service the next, then doing SRE or QA work when the team needs it. At this level, you’re expected to be a trusted expert beyond your own team — defining technical direction that other teams build on, taking high-level direction and turning it into concrete plans with a high degree of independence, and using sound judgment to decide what deserves your attention. Fivetran AI operates like a startup within Fivetran, and we need engineers who thrive on that range and ambiguity rather than staying in one lane.
Fivetran is the epitome of data-driven development — our engineering team is focused on building a world class product that:
Builds Infrastructure Agents Can Trust
— join our mission to deliver the governed context layer that AI agents depend on: accurate semantic definitions, traceable lineage, data contracts, and auditable history baked in from the start.
Embraces Open Standards
— help build portable, interoperable data infrastructure: Agents Schema, open formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), MCP-native interfaces, and connector skills that work with any model and any compute.
Scales Without Breaking
— work to make Fivetran AI efficient at agent scale, where unit costs deflate as volume grows and context retrieval is fast, accurate, and cost-controlled.
We emphasize using no-nonsense tools and take great pride in the simplicity and effectiveness of the systems we build. Our back-end is built on Java, Python, Postgres, and Kubernetes, and our front-end is built on React and TypeScript.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python, Java, SQL, dbt, LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), vector databases, BigQuery / Snowflake / Databricks, MCP protocol, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes
What You’ll Do
Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, and decide what’s actually worth pursuing for Fivetran AI’s roadmap — then convince others
Prototype new ideas quickly, then take the ones that prove out and turn them into shipped, production-grade features
Define technical direction that spans multiple teams within Fivetran AI, ensuring architecture decisions made in one area don’t create problems in another
Build and maintain both back-end and front-end systems for the Fivetran AI product — from Agents Schema pipelines to the Context Catalog UI
Drive the AISQL capability forward: natural language to SQL grounded in dbt metric definitions, executed natively against the warehouse
Take ownership of production reliability across the platform: on-call rotation, incident response, and SRE work to keep the system trustworthy at scale
Set the bar for testing and QA practices, and do hands-on QA work yourself when it matters most
Use coding agents to automate the repetitive parts of the job, freeing up time for the research and design work that needs a human
Take high-level direction from product and leadership and independently define and execute the concrete plan to get there
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the Fivetran AI team
Contribute to hiring by participating in and helping shape the interview process
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of programming experience across Python and/or Java, with the ability to move fluidly between back-end and front-end work
Considered a trusted expert beyond your own team, able to exert influence and define technical direction across multiple teams
Comfortable reading AI/ML research and turning promising findings into working prototypes, then production systems
Strong product and market awareness — able to judge which emerging techniques are worth building versus which are hype
Track record of taking ambiguous, high-level direction and independently defining and executing the concrete work to deliver it
Experience with SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
Genuine willingness to work across the full stack: research, backend, frontend, SRE, and QA, as the team’s needs demand
Writes well-structured, performant code and can dive into unfamiliar codebases to suggest improvements
Experience using coding agents or similar AI tooling to speed up day-to-day engineering work
Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and influence technical decisions beyond your immediate team
Thrives in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of ownership
Bonus Skills
Experience with LLM-powered applications — RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation frameworks, or agent frameworks
Familiarity with semantic layers — dbt, LookML, Sigma, or similar
Experience with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem or building AI agent integrations
Background in site reliability engineering — monitoring, alerting, incident response
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or building data connectors
Experienced working in a cloud environment utilizing AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker
Contributions to open source AI or data projects

Location: USA - Austin (dbt)

About the Opportunity
The Workplace IT Specialist ensures a reliable, secure, and high-quality workplace technology experience for employees across our EEA-region offices. Based in our Malta office, this role is the primary owner of local office IT and workplace facilities, and the first-line point of contact for EEA-region user support. The role also provides remote backup and support for other EEA offices as needed, and works as part of our Global IT team.
Second-line support for SaaS platforms and network infrastructure is handled by the broader Global IT team; this role focuses on delivering first-line support and knowing when to escalate. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, works well independently, and looks for ways to improve day-to-day IT operations through automation and process improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, business applications, and workplace technology, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues for the Malta office and EEA-region users.
Provide first-line, user-facing support for our collaboration, productivity, and business applications, helping employees resolve day-to-day usage questions.
Manage the local endpoint lifecycle — device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, asset inventory, and secure device retirement — in line with Global IT standards and security policies.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding: device preparation, account provisioning, access requests, and introducing new employees to IT systems, security practices, and workplace technology.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the local office's workplace technology, including conference room AV systems, video conferencing, VOIP, printers, CCTV, access control systems, and other office infrastructure.
Troubleshoot first-line endpoint, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, identity, and access issues, escalating to and collaborating with the Global IT Operations team on anything beyond first-line.
Support Global IT initiatives, office moves, technology refreshes, and security projects as they affect the local office and the EEA region.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation, using AI-powered tools and automation to improve documentation quality and reduce repetitive work.
Own the local end-user support experience: manage support requests, maintain SLA adherence, spot recurring issues, and suggest improvements to IT service delivery.
What We Look For In You
2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, IT Operations, or a similar enterprise technical support environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting enterprise productivity platforms such as Google Workspace and Lark Suite, with a working understanding of SSO authentication fundamentals, endpoint security, password management, and drive encryption.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, operating systems, networking basics, and endpoint technologies.
Fluent, professional English, with the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. (Hard requirement.)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as the sole on-site IT presence in Malta, with sound judgment on when to escalate to the broader Global IT team.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and produce high-quality documentation.
Nice to Haves
Experience supporting enterprise environments with global or multi-office operations.
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and basic network troubleshooting.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
The role:
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering for RC Capital - a zero-to-one team on the ground floor of a brand-new business line. You'll help design, build, ship, and support the infrastructure behind Early Payouts and whatever we build next: underwriting and risk monitoring, money movement and reconciliation, partner bank integrations, and fraud detection.
This role blends the technical depth of our core Engineering Manager bar with direct exposure to financial products — factoring, underwriting, risk, banking integrations — so a background in fintech, financial services, or a related regulated/risk-sensitive domain is essential.
Please note: although we're fully remote, this team is based across US and European time zones, so there's some expectation of overlap in working hours.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- You have 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- You have experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps for your teams.
- You can balance shipping new features, managing tech debt and investing in system improvements.
- You are hands-on and perform code reviews and bug investigation when needed.

- Design and implement scalable, secure AWS architectures based on client requirements.
- Assess current-state environments and propose effective migration and modernization strategies.
- Build patterns and frameworks to support repeatable, high-quality delivery.
Project Delivery and Technical Leadership
- Lead implementation of AWS services including compute, networking, storage, IAM, databases, and serverless.
- Troubleshoot issues during delivery and guide teams in operational best practices.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security across deployed solutions, including multi-region and disaster recovery considerations.
Resilience Testing and Gamedays
- Plan and facilitate gameday exercises to validate failover behavior, runbooks, and team readiness.
- Design and execute fault injection experiments using AWS Fault Injection Service (FIS) to verify recovery objectives under realistic failure conditions.
- Capture findings, drive remediation of gaps uncovered during testing, and iterate on experiment coverage over time.
Client Engagement and Advisory
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solution designs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on cloud strategy and modernization options.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with CI/CD for infrastructure, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with multi-region architectures, failover mechanics, and RPO/RTO tradeoffs.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, taking it over from the Solutions Architect (SA) at deal close. Your focus is continuity: customers renew the annual TAM engagement because their technical outcomes improve each year. This role requires travel to customer offices 4 to 8 times a year.
What you'll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship and the annual TAM renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running a weekly check-in, monthly review, quarterly business review (QBR), and annual roadmap workshop for each
Lead incident follow-through when an escalation or a pattern of incidents emerges: run the post-mortem, find the architectural root cause, own the remediation roadmap, and respond to priority 1 and 2 escalations within 4 business hours
Deliver proactive architectural reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope hands-on engineering work for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and audits for Professional Services, and track their outcomes into the customer's technical roadmap, without shipping production code yourself
Relay customer technical needs to Product, Engineering, and Support, and hold those teams to the commitments you have made to your customers
What you need
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company, such as technical account management, solutions architecture, developer success engineering, or support engineering
Owned customer relationships at the $1M+ annual contract value (ACV) tier, including QBRs, roadmap workshops, and renewals
Architected, debugged, and optimized production systems on Next.js and Vercel, including App Router, incremental static regeneration (ISR) and caching, Fluid Compute, and the AI SDK
Led technical outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Support without formal authority, and written the incident summaries, post-mortems, and executive readouts that came out of them
Bonus if you
Carried a TAM portfolio at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company, such as AWS, Cloudflare, Datadog, or GitHub
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
Led cloud financial operations (FinOps) or cost-optimization engagements, or ran an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review for an enterprise customer
