ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn
- Develop and refine AI agents capable of navigating complex customer interactions, like troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing product recommendations
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks tailored for industry-specific use cases. See some examples in our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services!
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, such as new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
- Experiment with the latest voice models and figure out how to integrate them at scale to enterprise-grade customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

Work alongside Threat Detection Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other Information Security teams to improve the firm’s security posture.

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ROLE SUMMARY
As our Account Executive for the Nordics Public Sector, based in Sweden, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral AI's adoption across government, healthcare, education, and other public-sector institutions throughout Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
You will own the full deal cycle end-to-end — from strategic prospecting and the first intro call through to closing, deployment, and expansion — working in close partnership with our dedicated implementation specialists, technical and legal teams.
This is a unique opportunity to bring sovereign, high-performance, and cost-efficient AI to the institutions that shape everyday life in the Nordics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Territory & lead development
- Own the Nordics public-sector territory and build a multi-year, account-based plan covering central and local government, agencies, healthcare, and higher education across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Drive strategic outbound and qualified inbound outreach to public-sector buyers and the consultancies/integrators that influence their decisions.
- Convert inbound demand where upselling, framework agreements, or bespoke contracts can be achieved.
Public-sector procurement & value validation
- Guide customers through Proof of Concept (POC) phases, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation, including alignment with security, compliance, and sovereignty requirements typical of Nordic public tenders.
- Navigate procurement frameworks and translate successful POCs into long-term, revenue-generating framework or call-off agreements.
- Translate Mistral's value proposition into public-sector outcomes: efficiency, transparency, cost control, language coverage, data residency and ethical AI.
Deal management & closing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert leads into valued, long-term public-sector customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for all external stakeholders — coordinating customer engineering, product, commercial, procurement and C-level stakeholders on both operational and executive levels.
- Lead customer negotiation end-to-end, in partnership with our legal and implementation specialist teams, including framework contracts, data-processing agreements and public-sector compliance requirements.
Executive engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Director-level executives across government agencies, regions/municipalities, hospitals, and universities — as well as heads of innovation, AI and digitalization.
- Understand their specific policy, regulatory, and operational challenges, and position Mistral's platform as an integral part of their strategic digitalization and AI initiatives.
Technical aptitude
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical intricacies of our products and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical public-sector audiences.
- Work side-by-side with our implementation team to ensure customer questions, concerns, and challenges are handled during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment — including reference architectures for sovereign deployments.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to address security, data-residency and integration inquiries
Training & enablement
- Empower internal teams with the knowledge, win-loss insights and market feedback gathered in customer conversations to drive product roadmap priorities and go-to-market alignment for the public sector.
- Contribute to building reusable playbooks, references and case studies that accelerate public-sector adoption across the Nordics and broader Europe.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling, ideally selling a highly complex, technical product to large organizations.
- Public-sector track record: demonstrable experience selling to or partnering with Nordic governments, agencies, regions/municipalities, healthcare, or higher-education institutions — including familiarity with public procurement processes and frameworks.
- Nordics market knowledge: strong existing network and cultural fluency across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or a related data/infrastructure/cloud field.
- Experience at a successful, fast-growing startup — ideally in deep-tech.
- Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions confidently.
- Excellent academics: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent English and fluent Swedish; additional Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) are a strong plus. Other European languages welcome.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills — with the credibility to engage both technical teams and senior public-sector decision-makers.
- Comfortable operating in a low-ego, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environment; a self-starter comfortable working remote-first with regular travel across the Nordics and to Mistral hubs.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐THE PRODUCT LEAD ROLE ⭐
The Product Lead for Armenia will drive Alan's product strategy and execution in supporting the transformation of healthcare in Armenia. This role involves leading dedicated product teams (designers, engineers) while coordinating with global product areas and a local operations team to deliver on Alan's contractual obligations and member experience goals.
📈KEY OUTCOMES📈
1. Develop and execute a product strategy that serves both the government's public health objectives and the members' experience, supporting our targets in terms of coverage rollout, member satisfaction, and operational reliability under the concession's contractual commitments.
2. Lead product crews to deliver product enhancements and new features, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization across parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.
3. Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Armenian system benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit the B2G model and local healthcare context.
4. Partner with the local operations team, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.
5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust.
6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
⭐IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?⭐
️
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT AT ALAN IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 10 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy) with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale.
- A history of working on software products that delight users in a fast-paced environment from ideation to release.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally involving B2G, public sector, or regulated environments where the end user and the paying entity are different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies under high uncertainty and political sensitivity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders ranging from engineers to government officials.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Armenian is a strong plus.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or government services is a plus, but not required.
- (As a plus) Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate efforts across different geographical locations.
We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up, with a high level of ownership and a lot of room to shape the role.
We hire people, not roles. If this opportunity speaks to you, we would love to hear from you.
Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Workplace: Hybrid

⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

What You'll Get
Arcadia brings a rare advantage to Life Sciences: a
market-leading, scaled payer and provider platform
as its foundation
For more than a decade, Arcadia has been the trusted data and analytics partner to health systems, physician groups, and payers nationwide. That core business provides deep, longitudinal clinical and claims data, embedded clinical workflows, and durable relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Building on this foundation, Arcadia has assembled a large, de-identified real-world dataset combining claims and clinically rich EHR data sourced directly from provider systems. The result is a longitudinal, research-grade asset with depth and clinical context that is difficult to replicate through aggregation alone
Life Sciences is a strategic pillar built on this foundation. Arcadia has made a deliberate, multi-year investment in:
Purpose-built real-world data assets
Clinically connected solutions that link insight back into provider workflows
A growing research and collaboration ecosystem to expand data use rights
Dedicated leadership, product, data, and operational resources
The opportunity is to sell—and help shape—solutions that connect
data, analytics, and real-world clinical activation
across the pharma development lifecycle, backed by enterprise credibility and executive commitment
This role is a
founding, hands-on commercial leadership role, accountable for building the direct Life Sciences revenue engine, and deeply involved in shaping deals, messaging, and market positioning
This role is not a
channel-only or account maintenance role, a narrowly scoped quota-carrying role with a fixed playbook, and insulated from product, delivery, or execution realities

Provectus is a Premier AWS Partner and an Anthropic partner, featured in Forrester's AI Technical Services Landscape. We are roughly 420 engineers building production AI for enterprise clients in Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, and Entertainment. We build custom systems on live client data, not off the shelf products and not demos.
We are opening a Solution Owner seat on our Delivery team in Colombia and Costa Rica. This is an early career seat, but it is not a training seat. You will sit between the client and the engineering team on a real engagement, own a slice of scope, and be expected to figure out the next step yourself.
The profile we are looking for is specific: you started technical, as a software, data, or ML engineer, and you have already moved toward the business side of building products, or you are ready to make that move now. You are the person on the team who automates their own work with AI tools before anyone asks.
What You Will Do:
Own a defined slice of a client engagement, from use case framing through backlog, release, and result
Run discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders, and turn what you hear into written scope engineers can build against
Translate technical constraints into business language, and business goals into technical requirements
Maintain a groomed backlog with sized, technically specific stories, and drive sprint planning and release cadence
Prototype rapidly on live client data using our delivery stack, including Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, and Skills
Work alongside GenAI and agentic AI builds, including RAG, agent workflows, and LLM integrations, closely enough to judge quality and explain trade offs
Define success metrics for your slice of scope and report progress honestly, including when something is not working
Build reusable artifacts, demos, and documentation so the next engagement starts faster than yours did
Partner with Principal Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and account teams across US and LATAM time zones
What You Will Bring:
2 to 4 years of total professional experience, including hands on engineering time as a software, data, or ML engineer
At least 1 year in a product, delivery, or client facing role such as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, or equivalent
Daily use of GenAI tools in your own workflow, Claude and Claude Code preferred, with concrete examples of workflows you redesigned
Ability to read code and technical documentation well enough to hold a real conversation with senior engineers
Practical Agile and Scrum experience: backlog, sprints, planning, retrospectives
Written and spoken English at B2 or above, comfortable leading a client call without a manager in the room
Self direction as a default. You are given a goal and ambiguity, not a task list, and you move anyway
Based in Colombia or Costa Rica
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Financial Services and Insurance or Healthcare and Life Sciences clients
Working understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agentic patterns
Familiarity with AWS, especially Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, or S3
Experience shipping an LLM or RAG feature that reached real users
Experience building your own automations, scripts, MCP integrations, or internal tools
Consulting or professional services background
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
What We Offer:
Real client delivery on frontier AI from month one, not shadowing
Direct access to Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers as your working peers
Anthropic and AWS partnership work, with early access to tooling and premium AI subscriptions
Internal training programs and full support for AWS and Claude certifications
A clear growth path toward Senior Solution Owner or Solutions Architecture
Remote work with flexible hours across US and LATAM overlap
Long term B2B collaboration
Equipment budget and all the tooling you need

As part of the Design team, the Brand designer plays a large role in cementing our brand, creates visually compelling assets to support our messaging, and uses their experience to grow a strong brand design practice.
Your missions will include:
- Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems, and make sure they hold up across every touchpoint.
- Own briefs end-to-end: understand the business problem, help shape the strategy, then explore, prioritize, and ship the solution.
- Create and art-direct campaigns and assets across the web, including our landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, bringing the brand to life through art direction, motion, and video.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate business objectives into visuals that convert.
- Extend brand design work into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets without losing quality or brand consistency.
- Leadership & mentoring:
- You lead through influence by shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders around well-reasoned proposals and trade-offs, and proactively communicating progress and plans.
- You raise the bar for others by coaching and mentoring designers and non-designers, and helping Alaners grow through thoughtful feedback and technical or creative leadership.
OUR CURRENT DESIGN PRIORITIES 🌟
Our Design community red thread is to grow our brand design practice and ensure consistency in order to build an established and memorable brand.
To succeed in this mission, we currently:
- Consolidating and scaling our visual identity across every touchpoint: web, email, ads, social, and increasingly our own landing pages, where brand expression and conversion design meet.
- Growing our motion and video capability: it's a big plus for this role, not a nice-to-have.
- Creating impactful physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens.
- You are at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design and creative workflows, actively experimenting with emerging models and tools and turning them into practical ways to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work.
- Extending brand identity into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Shaping how Alan's mascot and visual universe show up, used deliberately, not everywhere.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT 👯♀️
- 4+ years' experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we're hiring at a Senior level.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are an experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere is a plus).
- Comfortable with generative AI tools, and keen to experiment with new approaches as you push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.
- A deep understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, with a strong sense of how visuals drive business outcomes.
- Able to scale and deliver high volumes of assets while keeping quality and brand consistency intact.
- Understands business objectives and audiences, and can turn a brief into impactful visuals autonomously.
- Experienced designing for online platforms: websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- You excel at communicating and articulating creative choices in a compelling way.
- You're structured, and understand that goals and constraints need to be clarified before executing.
- A portfolio showing real product/company work (not just agency spec work), illustration capability, and range across formats.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Paris (preferred), or Marseille, Bordeaux, Madrid, Brussels, or Barcelona.
Nice to have:
- You are familiar with concepts like target audience, branding, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
- You possess great 3D skills

Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount

We believe in being transparent about compensation, which is why we share salary ranges in our job postings. We also recognize that every candidate brings a unique set of experiences and expectations. If you're excited about this opportunity but the range gives you pause, we'd still love to hear from you.

And beyond.
⭐️ THE RISK & INTERNAL CONTROL ROLE ⭐️
Alan's Corporate team brings together Risk, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Internal Control helps design, implement and monitor controls within the business so operations run in line with members' interests, the strategy, our objectives and the law.
We are looking for a high-potential risk and internal control professional who can identify and manage risks, define and own control activities end-to-end, and grow into ownership of more complex control scopes over time.
This is not a traditional, box-checking control role. We build solutions and act as genuine business partners on risks. This is an opportunity to be part of the next generation of risk professionals: developing automated controls, documentation and using AI to detect emerging risks early.
⭐️ YOUR MISSIONS ⭐️
- Risk Management
- You will help strengthening our system for identifying and monitoring risks on an international scope
- You will co-build the next generation of risk tooling
- Internal Control
- You will define and implement control frameworks on processes, leveraging Alan’s culture of transparency and distributed ownership, and pushing for reliability and scalability: AI and automation, smart processes
- You will perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas
- You will drive efforts to ensure proper controls documentation and communicability to third parties partners
- You will support the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors
- Team growth
- You will help expand risk management reflexes throughout the company, and assist teams such as Insurance, Operations, Security and Legal to design and implement action plans to mitigate our risks
- You will create resources to raise awareness and empower the team for risk management, internal control and regulatory compliance;
- You will support the identification and hiring of new talents for the team.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function - in insurance, a Big Four, or a regulated / fast-growing environment
- Fluent in both French and English
- A solid understanding of Solvency II and domain expertise (e.g. insurance operations, reserving, underwriting, reporting frameworks)
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls, as well as anticipation of how AI reshapes controls
- A builder's mindset: you're excited to build something differentiated, you don't thrive solely on established processes
- A business-partner attitude: you act as a true partner to product teams, helping solve their control issues and risks rather than acting only as a controller
- A written-first and rigorous working style: you’re structured, precise and at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada/OSFI)
- Exposure to the DORA framework
- Exposure to HDS and ISO 27001
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0 to C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Role will preferably be based in Paris.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

⭐️ THE SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR ROLE ⭐️
Internal audit sits with Alan's Corporate team which brings together control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly.
We don't do traditional audits, we are reinventing Internal Audit https://www.linkedin.com/posts/f%C3%A9licien-guilbaud-75b161b7_healthtech-internalaudit-insurance-ugcPost-7424754447500869632-PjHy/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABjC7PcBghrbT-Xu1F-DUgObH07qjLWZ9BA. We build things, challenge assumptions, and act as genuine partners to the business — without ever compromising our independence. The team is small, senior, and highly autonomous. And the internal audit role sits at the heart of it.
Alan is growing fast, across France, Belgium, Spain, Canada and new countries to be opened. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will:
- Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security — from scoping through to Audit Committee reporting
- Own and drive closure of a meaningful share of our open recommendation backlog (15 to 20 open items)
- Represent the Internal Audit function at Audit Committee level when needed
- Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation within the function and the broader Corporate community
- Act as a genuine business partner and challenger — working closely with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations
By the end of your first year, you will have independently led at least 3 full audits, contributed to at least 2 automation or tooling initiatives, and built the trust to represent the function at governance level without oversight.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on internal audit experience, spanning operational, compliance, and financial audits
- Deep expertise in risk management across Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Security domains
- Fluent in both French and English — you operate confidently across geographies and in front of senior governance bodies
- Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry — you understand how the business works, not just how it's regulated
- Sharp legal and regulatory instincts — you can interpret complex frameworks and translate them into actionable audit findings
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills — comfortable analyzing policies, claims, and financial data; autonomous in SQL and actively leverages AI tools in day-to-day work
- A builder at heart — excited to shape something differentiated, not looking for a conventional audit career path
- Written-first — structured, precise, and fully at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Comfort auditing automated and data-driven processes (data quality, system controls, operational workflows)
- Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure audits
- Experience managing recommendation tracking at scale, including with engineering or product teams
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
