How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Policy Communications Manager to help drive external communications for our security, governance, and responsible scaling programs, and associated work. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how Anthropic communicates about our approach to developing secure AI systems and products, our work to uphold and iterate on our Responsible Scaling Policy framework, and the unique corporate structure that keeps the company accountable to its mission, including our Long-Term Benefit Trust (LTBT) and our status as a public benefit corporation.
You'll partner closely with our security, product, legal, governance, and Responsible Scaling Policy (RSP) teams to communicate Anthropic's approach to building safe and secure AI models as the technology becomes increasingly capable across critical domains like cybersecurity. You'll also help lead communications about how Anthropic is governed: the role of the LTBT's independent trustees in overseeing the company and electing members of our board, the obligations that come with our public benefit corporation charter, and why we believe this structure matters as AI systems grow more powerful. As governments establish regulatory frameworks for frontier AI, you'll help articulate how Anthropic approaches its transparency obligations and public reporting commitments, translating evolving requirements into clear, credible external communications. This will include balancing proactive storytelling about product security updates and launches with thoughtful handling of reactive matters as they arise. We're charting new terrain communicating about fast-moving frontier model capabilities and threat surfaces, and about institutional structures few other companies have built. You'll bring strong communications fundamentals to the role but recognize that traditional approaches may not map cleanly to the novel issues we're tackling.
The ideal candidate is an experienced issues handler with strong executive management skills, attention to detail, and the judgment to navigate sensitive topics with care. You should be able to move quickly under pressure and tight deadlines, write crisply, and distill complex security, governance, and technical topics for a broad audience while maintaining accuracy. This is a unique opportunity to help define how one of the world's leading AI safety companies communicates about the security and governance challenges that will shape the future of the technology.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute communications strategies for Anthropic's approach to AI security, governance, and responsible scaling
Drive external communications about Anthropic's corporate governance, including the Long-Term Benefit Trust and our public benefit corporation status, explaining how these structures provide independent oversight and accountability to our mission
Serve as a trusted communications partner to security, product, legal, governance, and RSP leaders on sensitive, fast-moving matters
Develop proactive communications around emerging regulatory frameworks and transparency obligations, including public reporting commitments, disclosure requirements, and Anthropic's engagement with oversight bodies
Manage reactive inbound media requests on complex security and governance topics
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers covering security, corporate governance, and technology policy
Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances, developing thought leadership opportunities that position Anthropic's leaders as credible voices on AI security, governance, and responsible development
Write blog posts, statements, talking points, and other communications materials that explain our security, governance, and responsible scaling work clearly and accessibly, maintaining accuracy
Support reactive communications efforts with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment
Minimum qualifications
Experience in policy communications, including managing communications around complex security or governance topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics accurately for broad audiences
Experience in issues management and developing reactive communications under pressure and tight timelines
Strong executive management skills and a proven ability to work seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams
A track record of building media relationships
A results-oriented, high-agency working style, with a bias toward flexibility and impact
Comfort operating in new terrain, where the technology is evolving quickly and the right communications approach may not yet exist
A deep commitment to ensuring that transformative AI systems are developed safely
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in policy communications, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Experience communicating about corporate governance, regulatory affairs, or oversight structures, and comfort explaining novel institutional arrangements to broad audiences
Existing relationships with security, governance, and tech policy reporters and influencers

A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
COMPANY CULTURE
- Embracing the differences
- Embrace your own differences
- Respect and welcome the unique qualities of others
- See others’ differences as an opportunity to grow
- Own it, do it
- Own tasks end-to-end
- Hold yourself to a high bar for execution
- Make bold decisions, and be accountable
- Understand your limitations and seek for help
- Fail forward
- Try - don’t be afraid to fail

WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Annual company offsites — we've explored Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece together. Next stop for 2027: TBD!
- 30 days of PTO
- Flexible remote days
- Flexible working hours
- Equity participation from day 1
- Entitlement to work computer (choice of equipment)
- An annual 1,000€ personal development budget once you have worked 6+ months (pro-rated the first year)
- A one-time 1,000€ remote budget to use on coworking, office setup, etc.
If you join us as an independent contractor, you’re only entitled to the first five benefits of this list.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Strategy Lead to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
Patreon’s Strategy & Operations team drives decision-making on the company’s most important priorities. We tackle business-critical problems, shape initiatives that move the company forward, and make sure our growth levers, investments, and opportunities are clearly understood and acted upon.
We translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action — partnering closely with the executive team and leaders across the business to turn ideas into business outcomes.
We’re a small, high-impact team known for our curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. Joining us means exposure to the full breadth of Patreon’s business and the opportunity to help shape its next phase of growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead major strategy workstreams: Own strategies like fan community, international expansion, and new monetization methods, from diagnosing what's working and where we're exposed to defining the strategy, then supporting teams as they execute and tracking progress against it.
- Ground every strategy in rigorous analysis: Size opportunities with models, desk research, and data, using AI tools to move quickly and work autonomously, and pressure-test quantitative work from Finance, Data Science, and Research.
- Drive alignment and delivery: Bring executives and cross-functional leaders to clear decisions on high-stakes questions, and keep large teams moving from strategy to shipped outcomes.
- Own company-level strategic narratives: Translate company performance and strategy into clear, decision-ready narratives, and shape recurring forums like All Hands, Business Reviews, and Board meetings.
What you'll need:
- Strategy Experience: 8+ years in consulting and corporate strategy, helping companies make high-stakes decisions. You're energized by untangling complex problems and turning analysis into real-world impact.
- Structured Thinking: You break down ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking, challenge assumptions, and land on well-reasoned recommendations, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Analytical Rigor: You can build and stress-test models (market and opportunity sizing), and you have a sharp eye for flaws in others' analysis. You're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and you use AI tools to move faster.
- Influence Without Authority: You build trust and drive outcomes across executives and cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Science, Research, Product, GTM), even when priorities compete.
- Executive Storytelling: You distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from partner teams to the board.
- Execution: You connect strategy to shipped outcomes and keep large cross-functional efforts moving.
- Ownership: You thrive on a small team with a large scope, minimal structure, and real accountability.
- Mission Alignment: You are deeply energized by Patreon's mission to fund the creative class and our vision of building an internet that rewards human creativity.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with creator-economy, marketplace, subscription, or consumer platform businesses
- Background in strategic finance, FP&A, or data analytics
- Prior ownership of board or investor materials at a growth-stage company
- Experience with international expansion
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

Patreon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the interview process, please let us know via email at accommodations@patreon.
Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching.
Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office three days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
