About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
Improvado is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and run the engine that generates sales pipeline, then step into deals to help close them. You report directly to the VP of Sales.
You’ll build agentic go-to-market loops with the Improvado platform at their core, first for our own sales motion, then for our customers. Our GTM is the lab for what we sell, and you run it.
This is a team-of-one role with no SDR layer behind you. That means real ownership: you own outbound cadences, the data and tooling stack, and event follow-up. You work directly with the VP of Sales to design and run go-to-market experiments, on Improvado wherever possible, and you work alongside the demand generation team so outbound and advertising hit the same accounts and people. You identify which current customers to expand and with which products. And you are forward deployed: embedded with prospects and customers, building working use cases in their environment, and packaging the experiments that worked in-house into outcome-based projects Improvado sells.
It is a hybrid of growth operator, forward deployed builder, and revenue strategist. Most people come to this role strong in one or two of those areas, and we expect you to grow into the rest. If you have done two and are hungry for the third, keep reading.
Why you might love this job
Direct line to the VP of Sales: you design experiments together and see the results fast.
Your work moves pipeline every week, and nothing disappears into a process.
You build real, working things on a real platform, for us and for customers.
A clear path: become an Improvado expert who builds agentic GTM systems and delivers them to customers.
What You’ll Do
Outbound pipeline generation
Design, build, and run multi-channel outbound cadences (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting enterprise marketing and data leaders and agency executives (agencies manage data for many brands at once, so one agency win can open several accounts)
Write and continuously test messaging, subject lines, and personalization at scale, including AI-assisted personalization
Own deliverability, sending infrastructure, and domain health
Sales and marketing alignment
Work with the demand generation team so outbound and advertising target the same accounts, personas, and buying committees, with one shared target account list
Build the operating rhythm between sales and marketing: shared definitions, a common view of account engagement, and a feedback loop from deals back into campaigns
Partner with marketing on content and offers; own the sourced-pipeline number on the outbound side
Go-to-market experimentation with the VP of Sales
Design and run go-to-market experiments with the VP of Sales: messaging by buyer persona, channels, offers, signals, and workflows, each with a hypothesis, a measurement, and a scale-or-kill decision
Run them on Improvado wherever possible, so our own go-to-market is the lab for what we sell
Maintain a messaging playbook per persona that outbound, advertising, and account executives all draw from, and share results with marketing on a regular cadence
Customer expansion
Analyze the customer base to identify which accounts we should be upselling and which Improvado products fit each
Build expansion plays with Customer Success and account executives, and run the outbound layer of those plays
Tooling and data
Own the go-to-market tech stack: sequencing, enrichment, intent data, CRM hygiene, and the integrations between them
Build and maintain target account lists and contact data with enrichment waterfalls and signal-based triggers
Automate the repetitive parts of prospecting so one person operates like a team
Event follow-up
Run pre-event targeting and outreach for conferences and field events
Convert attendees, booth visitors, and scanned leads into qualified meetings within days, not weeks
Forward deployed with prospects and customers
Learn the Improvado platform deeply: connectors, data models, the AI agent, and dashboards
Embed with prospects and customers on active opportunities and expansions to build working go-to-market and marketing-data use cases in their environment. Ship something they use, not a demo
Carry what you learn in customer environments back into our own experiments, outbound targeting, and messaging
Package and sell what works
Turn successful in-house experiments into packaged, outcome-based projects that Improvado sells to customers: the outcome, the data required, the build, and the delivery path
Help account executives position and scope those projects as part of the Improvado offer, and deliver the first ones yourself
Measurement
Track pipeline sourced and influenced by channel, cost per qualified meeting, and conversion through each stage
Share a short daily update with the VP of Sales (a quick async summary of numbers and learnings, not a long report) and stop what isn’t working quickly
Who You Are
4 or more years in a pipeline-generating or growth role at a B2B SaaS company: outbound, demand generation, growth, revenue operations, or forward deployed / implementation work, ideally more than one of these
You have personally built outbound cadences that booked meetings with enterprise buyers, and you can show the numbers
You have designed and run structured go-to-market experiments with a clear hypothesis and measurement, and you can tell the story of one that worked and one you killed
You have taken something that worked internally and turned it into something a customer paid for
You have worked across the sales and marketing boundary and know what it takes to get both teams targeting the same accounts
Technical enough to work with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and data pipelines, and to build on a data platform inside a customer’s environment
Fluent with AI tools for research, personalization, and automation, and interested in building agents, not just using them
Comfortable being a team of one: you set your own priorities, build your own systems, and do not wait for an SDR or an ops team
Strong writer. Your emails get replies
Curious about marketing data and analytics: you want to understand how a CMO measures performance, not just who to email (we’ll teach you the platform; the curiosity has to be yours)
Nice to have
Experience selling or marketing to agencies or enterprise marketing teams
Background in marketing analytics, ETL, data warehousing, or business intelligence
Forward-deployed, implementation, or professional services experience at a data or AI company
Experience with customer expansion or account-based programs
Hands-on experience building AI agents or automated workflows with LLMs
Experience running pre- and post-event programs for conferences
Early-stage startup experience, Series A to C
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway. This role combines skills that rarely sit in one person, so we are looking for strong overlap, not a perfect match.
What We Offer
Compensation: OTE $156,000 – $216,000 USD per year.
Final offer depends on experience and skills.
Remote-first environment
Medical and dental benefits
401(k) plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Why Join Neolytix
High-Visibility Pipeline Role
Drive pipeline across the full ABM tier structure, with direct exposure to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Scale an Intent-Driven Motion
Build ABM for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS product targeting the US mid-market.
Ownership Culture
An environment that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Development Support
Learning resources, external certifications, and leadership mentoring.

REPORTS INTO
President & COO
⚠ This is not a delivery role. You will not run RCM accounts, manage billing teams, or handle client escalations. You will own the independent measurement layer that tells leadership whether delivery is doing what it committed to do. If you want to go deeper into governance and analytics rather than climb an operations delivery ladder, read on.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization running RCM, credentialing, and provider services for 270+ provider organizations across the US. Our delivery teams operate from Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
We are creating a new seat: Assistant Manager, RCM Business Excellence. This is the founding role of an independent governance function. You will sit alongside delivery, not inside it: your mandate is to define what good process looks like for every RCM account, measure whether it actually happens, and give leadership numbers they can act on. Quality assurance reports to you. You define the metrics, own the cadence, and build the function as it scales.
The shift is India business hours with overlap into the US morning for leadership reviews. This is not a night shift role. If you have spent your RCM career on a night shift at a BPO, that changes here.
What You Will Own
1. Process SLA Conformance
Define the committed process standard per RCM account: charge lag, posting turnaround, AR touch cadence, denial resolution timelines, and aging thresholds.
Track actual performance against committed standards at a granular level. Strategic accounts reviewed weekly, the rest monthly.
Flag risks proactively with proposed solutions before they breach SLAs.
2. Monthly Performance Insight
Build the monthly performance pack from daily productivity and quality data. The standard: a reader can act on it without asking a follow-up question.
Breaches carry a named owner and a resolution date. Last month's breaches are re-checked before new ones are raised.
Contribute to weekly and monthly dashboards shared with delivery leadership and, where relevant, clients.
3. Quarterly Financial Review
Analyse financial performance across all RCM accounts: charges, collections, AR aging, denial rate, net collection rate, and cost to collect.
Present trends to senior leadership each quarter. You will be supported in building this, and expected to stand behind your conclusions when challenged.
4. Quality Function Ownership
Line management of the Quality Lead and QA analysts. You own the sampling plan, audit calendar, scoring consistency, and auditor calibration.
Ensure QA findings reach the floor and drive change, rather than living in a report.
Audit team output for accuracy; identify recurring error patterns and drive corrective action.
5. Process Change Measurement
When a new coding guideline, SOP, or process rule goes out, measure whether it was adopted and what it did to denials or rework.
Rule issued, adoption measured, impact quantified, result fed back. Close the loop, do not just report the issuance.
What You Bring
Must-Have
6 to 8 years in US healthcare RCM operations, with hands-on exposure to AR and denials and a working understanding of how process failure shows up in revenue.
Experience building a reporting, MIS, or business excellence function from scratch: defining the metrics, sourcing the data, establishing the cadence. Inheriting and running a function is not the same thing.
Fluency in RCM financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one, not just report the number.
Advanced Excel and working SQL. You use SQL to validate data, not to list it as a skill.
Confidence presenting findings to senior leadership and holding a position when challenged. This means publishing numbers that make delivery look bad when the numbers say so.
Strong Preference
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process excellence training you have actually applied to a live project, not just certified.
Experience across multiple billing platforms (AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, Centricity, or similar) and the data normalisation that comes with it.
Prior management of a small quality or audit team.
Power BI familiarity, though the analytics team owns the front end.
Nice-to-Have
Healthcare analytics firm or BPO process excellence background.
Experience designing and running an MIS reporting function in a US RCM environment.
Exposure to SSAE-18 or SOC 2 audit readiness in an RCM context.
Who You Are
You publish findings that make the delivery team look bad, and you sleep fine afterward. If you soften conclusions to keep the peace, this is the wrong seat.
You build something and then measure whether it worked. The artifact is not the point; the change it produced is.
You ask what a number means before you report it. A chart that describes what happened is the beginning of the work, not the end.
You would rather be right and uncomfortable than comfortable and wrong.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree, any discipline. An analytical or healthcare-adjacent background is preferred.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the COO and CEO quarterly. Communication below this standard will not progress past the screening stage.
Shift: India business hours with US morning overlap for leadership reviews. Onsite, Gurugram.
Notice Period: Up to 60 days preferred. Beyond 60 days considered only for an exceptional profile.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like across the first year:
Day 30: a current-state assessment published that honestly names what can and cannot be measured today. No softening.
Day 60: SLA conformance tracking live for strategic accounts.
Day 90: SLA conformance extended to the full RCM book.
Month 3 onward: monthly performance pack running reliably. Leadership reads it and acts on it.
Year 1: four quarterly financial reviews delivered and defended, MIS Analyst hired and producing independently, at least one process change closed end to end with adoption measured and impact quantified.
End of year 1: the business argues from your numbers rather than about them.
Career Path
This is the founding seat of a function, not a standalone role. Business excellence and governance are established career tracks in RCM that run to Director and VP level at the large players. We are building ours from its first hire.

The function at company scale
The move to Manager is earned against stated milestones, not time served. The rungs beyond it describe where the function is heading as the business grows.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: TA screening call (30 minutes). Role fit, domain depth check, and shift confirmation.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO (45 to 60 minutes). Process knowledge, multi-account RCM experience, measurement approach, and how you handle findings that are unwelcome.
Stage 3: Analytical exercise. A take-home case using real account data with a genuine deterioration in it. You have 3 days to complete it. We are watching whether you reach for root cause or describe the chart.
Stage 4: Conversation with the CEO (45 minutes). Scope discussion, career trajectory, and how you think about building a governance function.
Stage 5: Reference checks (minimum 2 calls). Specifically: an occasion when this person delivered findings that were unwelcome, and what happened next.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Founding Seat of a Function
You own this from its first hire. The metrics, the cadence, the standard: none of it exists yet. That is rare at this level and reads strongly on a CV.
Scope from Day One
The whole RCM book, not one account or one process. At AM level in most RCM organisations you own a slice. Here you own the view across all of it.
Day Shift, Not Night
India business hours with US morning overlap. Not a night shift role. If you have spent your career on a night shift, this changes here.
AI Makes This More Important
As automation absorbs transactional delivery work, the measurement and governance layer becomes a larger share of the organisation. We are building an RCM platform now, and its analyst roles report into this function.

Tabby creates financial freedom in the way people shop, earn and save by reshaping their relationship with money. Over 25 million users choose Tabby to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.
The company’s flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Over 70,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores.
Tabby generates over $18 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.
Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $6,5 billion.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located (or ready for relocation) in the UAE to lead the development and growth of our P2P and local transfer products in Tabby Cash. Since our vision is to become a financial service for daily use, we need a passionate, driven individual to make sending money to friends and family a daily habit for millions of Tabby customers.
You will lead a dedicated team focused only on P2P and local transfers and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance and our banking partners to deliver a seamless and scalable experience in the UAE and KSA.
What you will be doing
Own the strategy and roadmap for money moving between people inside the country: P2P between wallets, local bank transfers and instant payments.
Launch new local payment rails and partner integrations end to end, from discovery and regulatory requirements to scale.
Invent creative, viral social money mechanics that people love to use and share: request money, split the bill, QR, payment links and sending to people who don't have a wallet yet.
Grow the network by turning millions of Tabby app users into active senders and recipients.
Work closely with legal, compliance, risk and core banking teams so products meet local regulations and security standards without killing innovation, because we are about balance.
Lead the launch of local transfers in KSA together with local partners.
Shape how the team works together with the Team Lead: planning, rituals and a predictable delivery cadence.
Set and track KPIs (senders, transfer frequency, recipients per user, retention) and run experiments to move them.
Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour and best-in-class P2P products to keep us ahead of the game.
Plan launches with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.
What you will need
UAE residence or ready for relocation
5+ years
of experience as a Product Manager with hands-on expertise in P2P payments, wallets, instant payments or mobile banking
Proven track record of launching and growing consumer payment products with measurable results
Experience delivering products with banks, payment rails or other regulated partners
Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Fluency in English
Benefits
Ownership & Impact:
A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.
Culture:
Collaborative, inclusive, and driven environment where your voice matters.
Flexibility:
Enjoy flexible working hours designed to optimize productivity and balance.
Growth:
Participate in the company’s employee stock options program and shape your career trajectory.
Support:
Comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO and a Flexible Benefits budget to meet your personal needs.
We are passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow, and meet their goals (whatever they may be).
If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!
