About ActAI There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting. Our application focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations. Our objective is to organise anyone's life. Role As a Web Frontend Engineer, you will build the core web experiences, including Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets. You will own complex, highly interactive product surfaces from architecture through implementation, working closely with product, design, backend and AI engineers to make AI a native part of how users communicate, write, organise and work. What You'll Own Build major web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets. Develop complex interactions including real-time messaging, collaborative editing, rich-text editing, scheduling, tables, and spreadsheets. Build reusable frontend architecture and components that work consistently across ActAI applications. Integrate streaming AI responses, proactive actions, and model-driven experiences directly into product workflows. Own frontend performance, responsiveness, reliability and accessibility across browsers and devices. Work closely with product and design to take ideas from prototype to production quickly. What We're Looking For Strong experience building complex, production web applications using React, TypeScript and modern frontend technologies. Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, browser APIs, and performance. Experience building highly interactive products such as chat, collaboration, productivity, document editing, calendars, or workspaces. Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming APIs, or collaborative interfaces. Strong product and UI judgment with attention to interaction details. Able to independently own features from technical design through production. Outcomes Users can communicate, write, organise and collaborate seamlessly across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets. Complex interactions such as group messaging, editing, scheduling and collaboration feel fast and reliable. AI capabilities are integrated naturally into product workflows rather than added as separate chatbot experiences. Frontend architecture remains fast, maintainable and reusable as ActAI expands into new applications and workflows. Tech Stack TypeScript React.js / Next.js HTML / CSS WebSockets / streaming APIs Node.js REST / GraphQL APIs How We Work The best products today in the world were built by small, world-class teams. We are a high talent density and hands-on team. We make decisions collectively and move at rapid speed, striking a balance between shipping high-quality work and learning. Joining our team requires the ability to bring structure, exercise judgment and execute independently. Our goal is to put in the hands of our users a truly magical product. Interview Process If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach out to schedule 3, but no more than 4 interviews. Applications are evaluated by our technical team members. Interviews will be conducted via virtual meetings and/or onsite. We value transparency and efficiency, so expect a prompt decision. If you've demonstrated the exceptional skills and mindset we're looking for, we'll extend an offer to join us and help bring practical AI benefits to billions of users globally.

Location: San Francisco; New York Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US: AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. THE ROLE: We are looking for strong engineers with experience and interest in designing, building, and maintaining the novel, high-performance systems that make up our serverless platform. Specifically, you'll be working on the distributed object storage system that underpins every container image, volume, and checkpoint on Modal: hundreds of petabytes of data, replicated across multiple cloud object stores and a CDN, cached on local NVMe across a large fleet of workers in many datacenters, and shared peer-to-peer within each datacenter. You'll make cold starts feel local when the data is hundreds of milliseconds away, designing the caching, preloading, and peer-to-peer layers that hide object-store latency and keep public ingress off saturated uplinks. You'll own durability and cost at petabyte scale, from streaming and batch replication between origins, to garbage collection over billions of objects. You'll work across the stack, from local disk and page cache to distributed blob storage and garbage collection and you'll help shape what storage becomes next as we push storage closer to workloads. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code - Experience building high-performance distributed storage or caching systems at a large scale (the more challenges you've worked through, the better) - Strong cloud skills, including deep familiarity with object storage (S3 or similar), CDNs, and their consistency, throughput, and cost characteristics - Strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, page cache, containers, etc.) - Willingness to step into the thick of it with our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents NICE-TO-HAVES: - Experience with replication, content addressing, and consistency models in multi-region or multi-cloud systems - Experience operating storage systems at scale (petabyte-scale datasets, high-throughput read/write paths, large-scale garbage collection or data migration) - Experience with data engineering at petabyte-scale. - Prior experience with Rust KEY THINGS THE TEAM IS WORKING ON: - P2P sharing of data across workers within a single datacenter to dramatically reduce ingress - Replicating data across multiple blob storage providers - Automating garbage collection across hundreds of petabytes of data - Deploying colocated storage clusters to datacenters to accelerate high-throughput customer workloads

We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design. Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver. About the Role Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves. What you'll do Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery. Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts. Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy. Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative. Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel. Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships. Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next. Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working. Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. Skills and Qualifications 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing. Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly. Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression. Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools. Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time. Nice to Have Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences). Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders. You'll Thrive Here If You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem. Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow. Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away. Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset. Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage. Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups. Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard. Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing. Compensation The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location. Perks & Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family. FSA and HSA Spending Account. 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday. 401(k) plan with company match. 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D. Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers). Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace. Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars). Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites. About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a an Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team, where we turn data into the insights that shape decisions across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, and more. Most of your work will be answering business questions directly — pulling and structuring data, summarizing it clearly, and delivering a recommendation. When a request genuinely calls for a dashboard, you'll help scope the requirements and hand them off to our central data team to build. In this role, you'll work on well-scoped, clearly framed requests — writing SQL to pull data, looking up how a metric is already built in Looker or Omni when one exists, using Claude to refine and debug your queries, and shaping the output in Excel or Google Sheets into something a stakeholder can act on. This is a developmental role: as you build experience, you'll take on progressively more ambiguous and higher-stakes requests. This is a full-time position based out of our Costa Rica office. Technologies You’ll Use SQL, Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas), Claude (or similar AI assistants), Salesforce (viewing/reading data) — exposure to BI tools like Looker, Omni, Sigma, or Hex is a plus What You’ll Do Write and adapt SQL queries against well-defined requests, using Claude to refine logic and troubleshoot errors Look up existing metrics in Looker or Omni to understand how they're already built, and reuse that logic where it applies Pull, clean, and structure data in Excel or Google Sheets to answer scoped stakeholder questions Summarize findings into clear, plain-language takeaways for non-technical stakeholders Validate data accuracy against source systems before sharing outputs Ask clarifying questions to properly scope a request before starting work Escalate requests that require deeper analytical judgment to senior team members Maintain documentation of recurring requests and their underlying logic Support ad hoc reporting needs across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others Build working knowledge of dbt Labs' GTM data model (Salesforce objects, opportunity stages, fiscal calendar) Skills We’re Looking For Working knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, basic aggregate functions) Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to write, debug, or refine queries and analysis Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Basic understanding of SaaS sales concepts (opportunity stages, pipeline) Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work Comfortable asking questions rather than guessing at ambiguous requests Comfortable navigating existing Looker or Omni dashboards to trace how a metric is defined and built Bonus Skills Experience building in BI or exploratory-analysis tools like Looker, Omni, Sigma, or Hex (not required — happy to teach this on the job) Familiarity with Salesforce Prior internship or role in analytics, RevOps, or FP&A Basic Python #LI-MM1 #LI-Remote Perks and Benefits 100% employer-paid medical insurance * Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off. RSU stock grants* Professional development and training opportunities Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities Monthly cell phone stipend Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources in areas such as: therapy, coaching, and self-guided mindfulness exercises for all covered employees and their covered dependents. * May vary by country and worker type - please reach out to your recruiter for more information Click here to learn more about Fivetran's Benefits by Region. Location: Americas; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team working on analytics features in RevenueCat. RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of new subscription apps shipped — and the number of apps shipped is growing exponentially. We are uniquely positioned not only to give individual developer impactful information into the performance of their own apps, but also deliver truly unique data and insight given our position in the market; we know what good looks like, and we can not only put numbers in context, but give specific recommendations on metrics to target, experiments to run and anomalies to investigate. Our analytics features help app developers make better decisions that improve the monetization of their apps. As product manager on this team, you are responsible for working with your team to set the vision and roadmap, delivering on it, launching new functionality, and increasing the impact of the team. This role requires: - being technical to understand how our analytics system works and its constraint - being analytical to be able to define how to show data as well as debugging issues and edge cases - being customer obsessed to understand what information app developers need for their decisions and how we can provide this information to them - having an understanding of the app ecosystem, how the economics of app businesses work, and what success means for app developers You will oversee all of the Analytics features at RevenueCat — our charts, benchmarking, dashboard, and predictive LTV. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers understand and grow their revenue. ABOUT YOU Skills & Experience - You have 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products. - You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love diving deep into data yourself. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics. - You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details - You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across. Values and Abilities - You act like an owner. You roll up your sleeves, dive into the logs, and get something done yourself. - You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable making low-information, high-stakes decisions. You can quickly get to confidence, move on, and iterate. - You're a systems thinker. You can step back from a specific customer request and see the broader system. You build things that scale. - You're deep on the details. You care about what users experience, not just what the data says. - You know when it's good enough. You are obsessed with getting things right, but you know when you're at diminishing returns. You have a bias toward shipping. You love building — and are energized by discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration. - You’re passionate about great data visualization. Chart sins grind your gears. Your visualizations deliver meaningful insights. You care what is says — and what it looks like — and you know those things are dependent on each other. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's Analytics products. - Be obsessed with your customers. You will triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems deeply, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig deep to understand what developers really want — distill signal from noise and good ideas from bad ones. - Recommend, develop and maintain new benchmarks and metrics that deliver value to our developers, and help them make more money. Be the go-to person when a number looks off. - Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break that down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline. - Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring robust analytics and experimentation tools to market. This job can not be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that hooks them together. The salary for this role is $230,000 USD. You can view our full Compensation Philosophy here https://www.notion.so/revenuecat/RevenueCat-Compensation-Philosophy-82b57cae23ab4c9bb62dfe4e933d32d0 for additional details. In the first month, you'll: - Get to know the product, customers, and team - Contribute to shipping a meaningful feature to thousands of developers - Be ramped up on ongoing projects in your teams Within the first 3 months, you'll: - Have formed a strong working relationship with your engineering manager and design counterpart - Have taken ownership of the roadmap and prioritization for your team (jointly with the engineering manager) - Work with your engineering manager and leadership to define quarterly objectives for your teams - Have shipped the first bigger feature end to end - Work with your team to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to our customers - Play an integral role in your team’s discovery and delivery processes - Understand the fundamentals of our tech stack and its complexities, and drive the evaluation feasibility/value tradeoffs in collaboration with your teams Within the first 6 months, you'll: - Have helped your team grow and become a high-performing, engaged team in line with our company values - Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels - Be an expert of your areas of the product and the related customer needs, and instill customer empathy in your teams - Independently drive all product-related decisions in your area - Have contributed meaningfully to our knowledge of our customers and their needs, our industry, and important trends - Develop a longer term vision for your area of the product in line with the product strategy - Work with your teams to improve processes and interfaces with other teams Within the first 12 months, you'll: - Be ready to kill something you have shipped if we learned it didn't deliver the value we hoped - Explore completely new opportunities for how RevenueCat may provide greater value to our customers - Make meaningful contributions to our overall product strategy - Have delivered a material, business-impacting new benefit to our customers in your product area WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. Location: Spain; Romania; Hungary; Portugal; Slovakia; Brazil; Poland; Colombia; Mexico Workplace: Remote ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere. We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing: - Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time - Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek - A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance - The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023 Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one. And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply. Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based either within EMEA or Americas. As a GTM Engineer you'll be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. You'll build, connect, and automate the software systems that drive pipeline. Turning high-level commercial strategy into workflows that run reliably, without anyone even touching them. Sitting in Revenue Operations, you'll work alongside GTM Teams. Our GTM stack spans a CRM, enrichment and data providers, outbound tooling, our marketing automation platform, the data warehouse, and Oyster's own product APIs. Your job is to make that a coherent system rather than a pile of disconnected tools: clean data flowing to the right place, leads scored and routed in seconds, and reps working from information they can trust. AI is a key part of the toolkit - you'll use it across the end-to-end funnel to automate and boost workflows, for things like prospect research at volume, personalisation, and buying-signal detection. Where a traditional ops hire would build a rules-based scoring model, you'll build an agent that reads a prospect's careers page, funding history, and hiring footprint and hands a rep a research brief worth acting on. The foundation is a strong combination of commercial processes, systems and data - that's where the work lives. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, sync patterns between systems, and the contracts between them. - Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and sequencing platforms (Nooks, Salesloft), marketing automation (Hubspot), the data warehouse, and Oyster's product APIs (using APIs, webhooks, and scripts rather than waiting for a native connector) - Ship AI-driven GTM workflows - prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate prospect research, personalised outreach, and real-time buying-signal alerts and more. - Optimise our commercial processes. It’s not only about installing Tech & AI, it is also about taking ownership and evolving the ways we generate revenue. - Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM, so reps work from data they can trust. - Work in a system that's already live. Reverse-engineer existing processes and the reasoning behind them, identify what to keep versus replace, and land changes through a migration plan that keeps pipeline, reporting, and day-to-day selling intact throughout. - Instrument what you build: define the metric each workflow is supposed to move, measure it, and evaluate output quality so automations stay trustworthy as they scale. - Keep the stack maintainable and compliant - sensible data handling, monitoring and alerting on the pipelines or agents you build, documented workflows, and no single points of failure that live only in your head. - Partner with GTM to translate commercial goals into technical solutions, and be honest about which ideas are worth building. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role, or a software engineering background you've deliberately pointed at revenue problems. - Clear, proven examples of solutions you've implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact. We'll ask you to walk us through them: what you built, why, and what moved as a result. Specifics matter more than scale - Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack. You've architected a CRM rather than just administered one: navigating existing processes to own the re-configuration of objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and the sync patterns that keep multiple systems consistent. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay. - You build custom integrations, and can wire up a tool nobody at the company has used before from the docs alone. - Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting. - Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context - prompt and context engineering, and strong judgement to know where a model beats a rule and where it doesn't - Commercial instinct. You understand funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics well enough to spot which automation is worth building and which is a distraction - A bias toward shipping. You prototype quickly, put things in front of real users, and iterate rather than designing in the abstract.
