Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the Security Observability & Data Platform (tens of TB/month and growing). This covers ingestion, normalization and retention, plus the query and detection layer on top. Detections are code: tested, reviewed, and measured for precision.
- Own endpoint security across the fleet: deploy, tune and respond with EDR; run and configure binary authorization; and set hardening baselines with IT Operations.
- Lead threat hunting, internal investigations and insider-threat work. Handle security incidents end to end: triage, containment, forensics, root cause, and the control that prevents a repeat.
- Build the next generation of security services and run them in production: zero-trust AuthN/AuthZ, a uniform blocking service, an application proxy, asset inventory, developer portal, and compliance as code.
- Build and run the agent platform (local and Kubernetes). Use LLM agents to automate triage, enrichment, investigation and response, with deterministic checks wherever a model's answer isn't enough.
- Review infrastructure and cloud designs (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, bare metal, CI runners) for security, and help engineering teams adopt the shared services instead of building their own.
- Run red-team and adversary-emulation exercises, and turn the results into detections and fixes.
- Write runbooks and post-mortems that someone who wasn't in the room can follow at 3 a.m.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in security engineering, detection and response, or infrastructure/SRE with a security focus, including hands-on incident response on endpoints and in the cloud.
- Experience operating an EDR, writing and tuning detections. Knowledge of macOS and Linux internals as attackers use them: persistence, credential theft, process injection, living-off-the-land binaries.
- Experience building or operating telemetry pipelines and a SIEM or security data lake at TB scale. Strong SQL, including detection logic over large datasets.
- Hands-on production engineering: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, at least one major public cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, and comfort with Rust or willingness to work in it (most of Mysten's stack are Rust).
- Working knowledge of identity: SSO (OIDC/SAML), phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and how session and token theft work.
- Strong written communication: can run an incident channel and write the post-mortem.
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building zero-trust access, identity-aware proxies or policy engines.
- Binary authorization or allowlisting at fleet scale
- Familiarity with the threat actors that target crypto companies and their methods, from social engineering and fake campaigns to supply chain compromises.
- Digital forensics (memory, disk, macOS unified logs) and malware analysis.
- Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work.
- Compliance as code (CIS benchmarks); experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments.
- Publications, conference talks or open-source security tooling.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

On behalf of
DataTech Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Technical Project Manager
to lead client implementations of a product, a Master Data Management (MDM) platform that runs inside each client's own Databricks workspace and cloud environment.
You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live: planning the work, coordinating Frisco Analytics engineers with client data, security, and business teams, and keeping everyone clear on status, risks, and decisions. Because the platform is deployed in the client's environment, much of the work is shared with client teams, so clear and steady communication matters as much as technical fluency in this role.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and planning
Run two to three concurrent product implementations end to end: scope, plan, schedule, budget, and go-live.
Break each engagement into workstreams such as environment setup, source system onboarding, match tuning, data steward enablement, and production cutover.
Track milestones, dependencies and resourcing, and fix slippage early rather than reporting it late.
Manage scope and change requests through a clear, documented process.
Client and stakeholder coordination
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client sponsors, data owners, platform administrators, and business data stewards.
Coordinate the work clients own in their own environment, such as Databricks workspace access, Unity Catalog permissions, and cloud infrastructure, so it lands on time.
Facilitate decisions on match rules, confidence thresholds, and steward review workflows, and record who decided what and why.
Lead steering committee meetings and executive readouts.
Security and compliance support
Work with Frisco Analytics and product teams to support client security reviews and due diligence questionnaires during onboarding.
Ensure implementation team members follow the access, data handling, and confidentiality requirements that apply to client engagements.
Route security incidents or concerns to the right owners promptly.
Team leadership
Coordinate a delivery team of data engineers and consultants without direct reporting authority.
Run sprint ceremonies, stand-ups and retrospectives, and keep project tooling and documentation current.
Capture lessons learned to improve Frisco Analytics' implementation playbook.
How you'll communicate
Strong communication is the core skill of this role. You will be the person clients and engineers rely on to know where things stand and what happens next.
Translate between audiences.
Explain entity matching, golden records, and access permissions to business sponsors in plain language and turn business needs into clear requirements for engineers.
Write clearly.
Produce concise status reports, RAID logs, decision records, meeting notes, and project plans that a busy executive can scan in two minutes.
Run focused meetings.
Set agendas, keep discussions on track, close with owners and dates, and send follow-ups the same day.
Deliver hard news early.
Raise risks, delays, and scope issues directly, with options and a recommendation, before they become surprises.
Listen and ask good questions.
Uncover unstated requirements, client constraints, and concerns from security and governance teams.
Hold firm, kindly.
Push back on scope creep and unrealistic dates while keeping the relationship strong.
Present with confidence.
Lead steering committees, demos, and executive readouts for client leadership.
Requirements:
4 to 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing client-facing technical or data projects.
A track record of delivering data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise software implementations on time and within budget.
Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar) and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
Understanding of data concepts such as data quality, data governance, role-based access control, and handling of personal data (PII).
Comfort with both Agile and Waterfall delivery, and the judgment to blend them for a client's needs.
Excellent written and verbal English, with examples of client-facing reports, presentations, or executive updates you have owned.
Experience with project tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
Advantages:
Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM), entity resolution, or customer 360 solutions.
Hands-on familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, or Databricks workflows.
Exposure to AI or machine learning features in enterprise software, including how to explain human review and auditability to clients.
Experience supporting client security reviews, vendor due diligence, or compliance requirements such as SOC 2.
A PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification.
Consulting or systems integrator background, working across several clients at once.
About the company:
A Databricks-native SaaS platform built to consolidate enterprise data into a single AI-ready layer. The product covers three domains: master data management (MDM), relationship graphs, and product information management (PIM) — all governed and deduplicated via LLMs and running natively on the Databricks Lakehouse.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
Project Details
- Location: Remote (based in one of the approved countries below)
- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into Bosnian (Cyrillic)
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools
Additional Key Information
- Successful candidates will be provided with a dedicated device for project work.
- A background check is required as part of onboarding.
- Candidates must be physically located in one of the approved countries.
Approved countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
Why Join Us
This role offers a long-term partnership with global teams on high-visibility products. You will benefit from steady project volume, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing upskilling, and access to established linguistic resources.
If this sounds like the right opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This role is available for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,500 to AUD 223,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a Squad. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Some experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Familiarity with observability systems, know when to use metrics, logs, traces, to debug a problem
Nice to haves:
Experience working with Kubernetes is highly desirable
Experience working with queue systems, e.g. the Kafka protocol
Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn
Familiarity with the concept of infrastructure as code
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD
154,000

Prior experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy, research or analytical team, with strong quality-control standards.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, digital assets, payments, banking, brokerage, investment or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Group Strategy & Portfolio Stewardship
Own and maintain the group strategy process, including the strategic narrative, priorities, key choices, assumptions and periodic refreshes.
Maintain a portfolio-wide view of businesses, products, markets, capabilities and strategic initiatives, and identify imbalances, gaps, duplication, concentration risk and adjacency opportunities.
Develop evidence-based recommendations on where the group should focus management attention, strategic resources and future investment, while preserving the Investment Committee's decision authority.
Ensure that major roadmaps and programs remain coherent with the approved group strategy and portfolio logic.

Set the strategic research agenda based on the group's highest-priority decisions and uncertainties.
Build and maintain structured intelligence on markets, competitors, regulation, technology, customer behavior, business models and relevant macro trends.

Value Creation Opportunities
Continuously identify and prioritize value creation opportunities across the existing portfolio, including growth, cross-business synergies, product / market adjacencies, partnerships, operating-model improvements and other strategic moves.
Structure each opportunity into a clear thesis covering expected value, strategic rationale, risks, dependencies, required capabilities, sequencing and success measures.
Work with the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners to convert approved opportunities into roadmaps and executable initiatives without taking over day-to-day execution ownership.
Evaluation of New Projects, Markets & Strategic Moves
Lead independent strategic review of new project proposals and market plans before they are submitted for approval.
Assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive position, economics, risk, execution readiness, alternatives and portfolio implications; test critical assumptions through scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
Formulate a clear recommendation - proceed, revise, stage, defer or stop - and define the key conditions or milestones required for success.
Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning
Establish a systematic after-action review approach for major strategic actions, initiatives and completed deals.
Compare actual outcomes with the original strategic thesis, expected economics, risk assumptions, milestones and value-creation plan, and assess the resulting effect on the group portfolio.
Capture lessons learned, identify repeatable patterns and feed findings back into strategy, evaluation frameworks and future recommendations.
Investment Committee & Executive Decision Support
Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade strategic recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure strategic materials are complete, internally consistent and framed around the decision required, alternatives, trade-offs and implications.
Support interpretation of execution feedback and result reporting from the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners, focusing on strategic implications and any need to revisit prior assumptions or decisions.
Maintain a disciplined distinction between analysis / recommendation, governance decision-making and execution ownership.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.
Build repeatable methods, templates and analytical standards for strategy development, market / project evaluation, portfolio review, research and after-action analysis.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-H level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.

- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
