What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking a leader for SEO, AEO, and GEO to guide how expecting and new parents discover us across traditional search and AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. As AI changes how parents research products, get advice, and decide what to buy, discoverability is a priority for Babylist. This role will define and execute that strategy end to end including the roadmap and measurement plan.
You will work at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and structured data to make sure Babylist is accurately understood, cited, and recommended wherever parents look for answers. You will partner with the teams across Marketing, Tech, Merchandising and Partnerships to set direction, present to leaders and the executive team, and drive performance.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands where search is heading and wants to build discoverability for one of the most trusted brands in pregnancy and parenting. The role sits in Growth Marketing.
Who You Are
You have built and run an AEO program from first principles.
You write question-based prompts and define the KPIs (citation share, visibility, share of voice). You pick a tracking tool and can say what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
You have deep technical SEO skills on a large, complex site.
Rendering and prerendering, crawl behavior, structured data, internal linking, migrations, and recovery from Google algorithm updates. Babylist has XM+ registry URLs and XK guides, so scale problems are the normal case.
You measure results beyond clicks.
You link AI visibility, citations, and brand search to signups and revenue, and you work with paid search on how to attribute them.
You build with AI.
You have shipped AI-assisted workflows, programmatic pages, or internal tools that moved rankings or citations. You would rather build a system that compounds than ship one-off pages.
Applied AEO or GEO experience
, paired with a proven track record owning organic growth results. Experience at a consumer brand, marketplace, or publisher with a large content library is a plus.
You set content standards that drive organic traffic.
FAQ structure, freshness cadence, and formatting that earns citations, delivered to editors and freelance writers as guidance they can use.
You are hands-on.
You pull the data, write the brief, and fix the markup yourself.Nice to have: experience driving discovery through Reddit, YouTube, or short-form video, and building partner or sponsored organic programs without hurting editorial trust.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You understand agentic commerce,
where AI assistants research and buy products for parents. You make sure Babylist’s product data, registry, and shop pages are structured so those agents can read, compare, and recommend them.
How You'll Make an Impact
Own the organic search roadmap and its KPIs: SEO-driven activated registries against plan, clicks, top-3 rankings, and AEO citation share and visibility.
In your first 90 days, review our AEO tracking (two overlapping tools today), pick one, and lock the prompt framework and KPIs for Registry, Health and Shop.
Keep Google rankings stable and growing across the top categories of Babylist’s business. That covers the technical backlog, internal linking, and content freshness.
Move non-Registry visibility up in the categories where we trail the category leader today, with a thoughtful and actionable roadmap.
Build AI-driven systems with the internal AI Enablement team and Engineering. Replace vendor tools where an in-house build does the job, and articulate the tradeoffs.
Set the content playbook with Editorial: FAQ structure, update cadence, and what earns citations.
Partner with marketing to find new discovery channels like social and Reddit and measure whether they change AI citations and overall discoverability.
Co-own brand search strategy and attribution with Paid Search.
Publish a monthly and quarterly SEO and AEO reviews for the organization with information on performance vs. plan and key projects.
Be the company's source of SEO and AEO guidance across internal communications.
Tie organic discoverability to actual business impact including traffic that converts to registry signups and revenue.
Implement an agentic commerce roadmap for Babylist.
Why This Role
Babylist has the highest citation and visibility scores in its competitive set of registry queries. Holding that position as AI search changes takes a real roadmap, and you will build it.
Room to grow in Health. Health is a newer area for Babylist, and there is a real opportunity to expand our reach with strong content and a sharp roadmap.
You help define success. You co-build the 2027 goals with leadership and own the measurement behind them.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,788.00 to $191,730.00
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Great Forward Deployed Engineers make deployments succeed. The Forward Deployed Engineering Team Manager makes the whole team succeed. In this role you will lead a team of FDEs and own delivery outcomes across your book: clean builds, on-time milestones, and healthy, growing accounts. You set the quality bar for everything the pod ships and turn what works into standard practice
This is a management seat with real autonomy. You decide how the pod runs and own the results. You will work closely with Account Partners, Implementation Engineers, and Product, so your focus stays on your whole book of business, the development of the people delivering it, and the systems that make your team run. The role reports to the VP of Solutions and is the proving ground for delivery leadership at Tennr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own your team’s key metrics: time to first outcome from go-live, delivery predictability on key milestones, and adoption and health across all accounts.
- Hold the quality bar: review scoping and architectures before they are built, require dry runs for high-stakes moments (architecture reviews, demos, UAT), and sample live customer calls to coach execution.
- Hire and develop every FDE in the pod through weekly 1:1s, evidence-based reviews, clear 30/60/90 ramp expectations, and documented growth plans.
- Act as first line of defense on escalations: diagnose root causes, set direction, and coordinate the fix through the team, then coach so it does not recur.
- Serve as the technical solutioning partner for FDEs working through hard architecture and workflow problems.
- Act as the final scoping gate on pre-sales engagements, catching post-sale risk before contracts close.
- Turn patterns across the pod’s accounts into a clear signal for Product, and close the loop with the team on what ships.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading and developing a team of implementation, solutions, or technical delivery professionals
- Track record of successfully delivering complex customer implementations, healthcare or healthcare technology experience is preferred
- Strong technical judgment on architecture and workflow design, with the ability to guide a build without taking it over
- Comfort inspecting work and holding a high bar, including when the work looks fine
- Clear communication with customers and executives, and the ability to surface risk and trends upward early
- Experience partnering with Product to turn recurring field patterns into roadmap priorities
- High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re building something game-changing at Circle: a discovery marketplace where millions can find creators, communities, and products to help them achieve their highest personal and professional goals.
You’ll own generating and growing the demand engine for the Discover marketplace https://circle.so/discover. Think of a Pinterest, Reddit or Instagram-style product, reimagined with a mission to help people achieve their goals instead of distracting them with endless doom scrolling. Through Discover, you will be building technology that could help millions of people grow, self-actualize, and live their best lives.
As the Growth Lead for Discover https://circle.so/discover, you’ll report directly to the GM of Discover and work closely with Circle's co-founders to bring this vision to life. Day to day you'll work with the product team for Discover, our paid media team, data team, brand and design studio, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and more.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in any North American time zone.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own growth for the Discover marketplace. Drive traffic to Discover, experiment with how consumers find and engage with Discover, and grow its GMV and transaction volume.
- A/B testing and experimentation. Run experiments to better acquire, engage, and retain traffic. Test what people see when they arrive on Discover, the algorithms behind recommendations, and marketplace structure.
- Build Circle's end-to-end lifecycle email programs. Build the acquisition funnel for Discover by setting up a recommendations newsletter, creating offers to acquire subscribers, and developing email programs to turn visitors into repeat buyers.
- Build an SEO program. Grow Discover's organic surfaces and SEO / AEO across product pages and distribution partnerships with the creators already building on Circle.
- Drive creator success on the marketplace. Help creators listed on Discover succeed by sending them buyers who convert and stay, diagnosing which categories generate traffic but underconvert, and applying those learnings across the marketplace.
- Build the team's reporting. Track funnel performance by category, cohort retention of Discover-sourced members, and what individual creators earn from the marketplace, and own reporting on performance and recommendations to leadership.
- Help shape and execute Discover's growth strategy. Partner with the GM of Discover and co-founders to shape growth priorities and collaborate with the product team to evolve the product.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- A track record of owning a revenue or GMV number across multiple channels at one time, where you were able to grow the number and deliver real results. Ideally, you can walk us through what moved the number, what worked, and what you got wrong. This matters a lot more to us than your title or how many years you've been doing this.
- Experience with email and lifecycle marketing, including building a program from scratch. You should have a clear view of what it should be judged on beyond opens and clicks.
- Experience acquiring email subscribers profitably and growing their value over time. This mechanic is going to be key here: bring someone in for less than they'll eventually spend, then earning more from them by delivering real value to both them and the creator.
- Comfortable being hands-on as a player-coach. This includes writing the emails, building the pages, talking to the creators, setting up reporting, and reading the results yourself.
- Deep understanding of marketplaces and/or businesses with strong network effects. Ideally, you’re someone who obsesses about marketplace network effects, and shows strong judgment and opinions on growing the demand side of a marketplace.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Accounts Receivable & Denials · US Healthcare
LEVEL
Associate / Sr Associate
EXPERIENCE
1+ Yr / 3–4 Yrs
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
Night (US Hours)
Two openings, one team —
Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US healthcare AR calling; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years with denials depth. Apply to the level that matches your experience.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare MSO serving 270+ provider organizations. Our AR team works US insurance receivables end-to-end — following up with payers, resolving denials, and driving collections for physician groups and specialty practices.
Associates own payer follow-up and claim-status resolution on assigned buckets. Senior Associates handle complex denials, appeals, and aged AR, and act as first-line quality support for the pod.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Work assigned AR buckets — call US payers on claim status, underpayments, and non-payment, and document actions clearly in the billing system.
Analyze EOBs/ERAs, identify denial reasons (CARC/RARC), and take corrective action — rebill, reprocess, or escalate.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets (claims worked, resolution rate, call quality).
Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI at all times.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complex denials and appeals — draft appeal letters, track appeal TAT, and follow through to overturn.
Work aged AR (90+/120+) with root-cause notes that feed prevention, not just recovery.
Support the TL on quality — spot-check documentation, coach new associates on payer-specific nuances.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US healthcare AR calling (provider side). Sr Associate: 3–4 years with hands-on denials and appeals work.
Working knowledge of the US revenue cycle — claim lifecycle, EOB/ERA reading, denial codes (CARC/RARC), and timely-filing rules.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena Health preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Multi-specialty physician-group experience.
Exposure to both government (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial payers.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Voice-facing role — excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and confident US payer-call handling, plus good written English for accurate documentation.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable working in billing/EHR platforms and MS Office; good computer proficiency and clear note-writing.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Claims worked per day (productivity target).
Resolution / collection rate on assigned buckets.
Call and documentation quality score (from QA audits).
Aged-AR (90+/120+) reduction and denial-overturn rate (Sr Associate).
Hiring Process
HR Screening
2 Technical Interviews
Assessment Round
HR discussion (fitment, shift, salary).

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Principal, Product Analytics who loves getting to the bottom of things. You'll do the deep investigative and technical work that explains why users and customers behave the way they do, and turn it into decisions that change the product and the business.
We're building a more proactive data function, and this role is its deep-investigation engine. You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes questions about user behaviour and customer experience and follow them wherever the data leads, across acquisition, activation, usage and the wider customer journey.
You'll work hands-on and independently, partnering with Product Managers, engineering managers and commercial teams, and working alongside a VP of Growth who will set the function's direction and build the team. Your findings will inform experiments, the roadmap and company strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go looking for what nobody asked about. This is the heart of the role. You'll notice when something looks off in a funnel, a cohort or a metric, disappear into it, and come back with a product issue, a cost leak or an opportunity nobody was looking for. You set much of your own agenda, and you don't wait for a request to start digging.
- Lead deep investigations into user behaviour and customer experience across product and non-product touchpoints, including support, customer success and sales.
- Find where activation breaks. Identify failure points in the user journey, including those that could become productised capabilities.
- Understand acquisition and intent. Dig into acquisition channels, user use cases and what people are actually trying to achieve.
- Do rigorous causal and statistical work. Go beyond correlation with regression, causal analysis and well-designed experiments, and be clear about what the evidence does and doesn't support.
- Build models that drive action. Apply data science to real business problems, such as churn modelling that can trigger real-time product action, and explain clearly how models are applied and what impact they have.
- Analyse unstructured and AI-specific data. Work with agent-user conversations, context layers and evaluation systems alongside structured product data.
- Size opportunities. Produce market opportunity sizing that helps the business prioritise.
- Measure how we build. Partner with engineering managers on organisational productivity metrics.
- Communicate for impact. Translate findings into clear recommendations for product teams, management and executives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST-HAVES
- Deep product analytics experience across growth and broader product areas, with a record of investigations that changed decisions.
- Data science and modelling experience, and the ability to explain how you applied it and what business impact it had.
- Strong grounding in correlation, regression and causal analysis.
- A proactive approach. You surface insights and shape the agenda rather than working to a brief.
- Genuine curiosity. You notice what looks off and dig until you understand why.
- Clear communication with management and executives about business impact, simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
PREFERRED
- Experience with unstructured data.
- Experience at an AI-native company, or with the added data complexity AI products bring.
- Understanding of subscription businesses.
- Understanding of the PLG motions in a B2B space.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU'VE…
- Worked on multi-product platforms where upsells, cross-sells and bundling were a key revenue driver.
- Worked alongside qualitative research, connecting the what (data) with the why (qual).
- Done pricing and packaging work: willingness-to-pay, price testing, bundle performance.
-
HOW WE WORK
We optimise for responsibility and freedom.
- No ticket conveyor belt. We run on ownership and a small number of high-impact projects.
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth and commercial teams to ship real outcomes.
- A bias toward pragmatic solutions that get used, measured and improved.
WHY JOIN
- Do the hardest, most interesting analytical work in the company, with direct line of sight to product and strategy decisions.
- Work across structured and unstructured data, customer conversations and AI evaluation, at the intersection of product usage, AI and revenue.
- Independence and impact at principal level, without the management overhead.
Location: San Francisco
Workplace: Remote
ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Corporate Account Manager Lead, you'll lead a team of Account Managers across our highest-velocity, highest-volume post-sales segment. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value across a large, fast-moving book of accounts.
This is a revenue-critical role at an inflection point: ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and Corporate is where that scale shows up first - more accounts, more velocity, and less room for anything that doesn't repeat well. The decisions you make around segmentation, playbook design, and how AI agents and automation get embedded into everyday AM workflows will define how this motion performs as volume keeps growing. Making ElevenAgents the agent of choice across the Corporate portfolio is a core part of that expansion playbook.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
- Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate - building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells are owned with the same rigor as any quota-carrying sales function.
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold up across hundreds of accounts, not just a handful.
- Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume without simply adding headcount.
- Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment where every AM is actively experimenting with and adopting AI-powered approaches to their work.
- Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business scales, partnering closely with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional or corporate-segment books of business.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross sell), with a clear commercial instinct.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience - managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
- Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and automation can do, and are ready to lead a team through a meaningful shift in how work gets designed and executed.
- Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling) adapted for a high-volume, scaled motion.
- Strategic operational thinking: able to make sound calls on segmentation, playbook design, and process at scale as account volume grows.
- Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.
- Bonus: Hands-on with tools (ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, Sigma) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the U.S., with the ability to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones required. We'd love for you to be based in New York or San Francisco where you can work out of our office, but it's not a requirement.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.

The Role
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in North America. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across North America.
What You’ll Do
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia’s platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value.
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
We’d love to hear from you if you have
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer’s use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You have previous experience as an AE.
- You have experience with video AI.

WHOOP is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the successful execution and ongoing management of Government & Defense (G&D) programs after the sale. This role will own tactical customer management, program coordination, onboarding, adoption, and the development of scalable post-sale resources to create a consistent experience across G&D accounts. This person will serve as a day-to-day customer partner while coordinating across internal teams to ensure programs launch successfully, customers remain supported, and repeatable processes are established as the G&D business scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned G&D accounts, managing customers from sales handoff through onboarding, launch, adoption, and ongoing program execution.
- Own customer onboarding and program launch execution, including kickoff preparation, onboarding plans, program setup, participant enrollment, administrator training, launch timelines, and participant and account administration.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, onboarding progress, participant activation, adoption, and overall account health, proactively following up with customers and participant groups requiring additional support.
- Build and maintain scalable G&D post-sale resources, including onboarding materials, admin and participant guides, FAQs, troubleshooting resources, customer communication templates, launch checklists, implementation plans, and training materials. Identify recurring customer needs and opportunities to improve or standardize these resources as products and processes evolve.
- Troubleshoot common customer and participant issues, coordinate escalations through resolution, and gather customer feedback to surface risks, blockers, recurring product or platform questions, and operational trends to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate account information, program trackers, documentation, customer activity, and account health reporting, while identifying opportunities to standardize repetitive workflows and create a consistent post-sale experience across G&D programs.
- Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Support, Product, and other teams supporting G&D customers to ensure clear ownership, communication, and follow-through on internal and external deliverables.
- Support account reviews and renewals by gathering relevant program information, account health data, and customer feedback, while driving successful outcomes across program launches, onboarding, activation, adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients across the Middle East, including participating in occasional early morning meetings (7:00–9:00 AM Eastern Time) to accommodate regional time zones and ensure effective communication.
- Primarily support Government & Defense clients, while also partnering with select corporate healthcare clients to address their unique needs and drive successful outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing customer programs, onboarding, implementation, customer success, account operations, or similar post-sale responsibilities.
- Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple customer programs, milestones, dependencies, launches, and action items simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear customer updates, training, guidance, and next steps.
- Experience developing repeatable processes, documentation, enablement materials, training materials, or other resources that improve customer experience and operational scalability.
- Ability to independently manage tactical customer relationships, onboarding, program launches, routine communications, troubleshooting, and ongoing program execution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams, manage follow-ups, and drive internal and external deliverables through completion.
- Ability to identify customer risks, adoption gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! The role
We’re hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in North America. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal. This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time and continue to scale across North America.
Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.
- Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer’s broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, assess opportunity stage, and forecast your book of business for leadership.
Demo excellence
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill building, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handoff, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- We expect this person to have a minimum of 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM, and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.
- Willingness to travel to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You're a MEDDPICC & Command of the Message expert.
- You bring experience with video AI.
