How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Peec AI
Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As search rapidly evolves with AI changing how people discover information online, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where new growth opportunities exist. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
About the role
We're looking for a Visiting Brand Designer to join our team for a minimum 3-months internship and get hands-on with real design.
From week one you'll ship real assets across our website, social, campaigns, and events, and quickly grow into someone the team relies on for sharp, on-brand design.
A big part of the role is being a design partner to people across Peec AI: helping teammates turn ideas into polished, on-brand presentations (internal and external), and tackling the everyday design tasks that keep a fast-moving startup looking sharp. You'll learn how a brand actually gets built and maintained day to day, working side by side with our designers and marketers, and walk away with a portfolio full of real, shipped work.
If you love clean visual craft, exploring different art directions, and iterating your way to something great, and want to learn fast in a high-energy team, this one's for you.
What you'll do
- Design on-brand assets across marketing channels, social content, campaign visuals, event materials, and web graphics
- Become our go-to for amazing presentations: transforming internal and external decks into polished, persuasive, on-brand stories
- Support stakeholders across the company with day-to-day design tasks, helping everyone communicate visually and stay on-brand
- Work inside our design system and help keep things consistent, scalable, and cohesive
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, and GEO teams, learning how great brand work comes together end to end
What we're looking for
- A growing portfolio (university projects, freelance, personal work, all welcome) that shows a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, and ideally some Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Confident presentation design skills, turning information into something clear, structured, and beautiful
- Detail-obsessed, with the instinct to make things look right, not just done
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B and worked in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Hands-on internship or studio experience, ideally in a B2B or startup environment
Bonus points
- A strong interest in software products, AI, and emerging tech
- Experience with motion, animation, or prototyping (After Effects, Lottie, Framer)
What we offer
- Real ownership and shipped work from week one
- Close mentorship from experienced brand and growth designers
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office environment in the heart of Berlin
- A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
Location: UK: Manchester (Landmark, St Peter's Square, 1 Oxford St)
Workplace: Hybrid

As Financial Markets Analyst, South Africa, you’ll create clear, accurate and engaging content about financial markets for a South African audience. You’ll explain market movements, macroeconomic events and product concepts in a way that retail clients, media partners and internal stakeholders can easily understand.
The role combines market analysis, writing and education. You’ll work closely with the Brand, Communications, Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Compliance teams to make sure everything we publish is accurate, balanced, client-centric and appropriate for a regulated financial services environment.
This is a content, education and market-commentary role. It doesn’t involve giving advice, managing portfolios, dealing or making trade recommendations, and all content must stay in line with Capital.com’s execution-only, non-advisory model.
Capital.com South Africa is an Authorised Financial Services Provider and an FSCA-approved Over-the-Counter Derivative Provider.
Responsibilities:
• Produce regular market commentary across major asset classes, including indices, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, crypto assets and key macroeconomic themes.
• Prepare and contribute to written content for publication, including market updates, educational articles, explainers, and website content.
• Create educational content that helps clients understand financial markets, CFDs, leverage, margin, risk management concepts and platform/product mechanics.
• Work with Compliance to ensure market commentary and educational content meet applicable regulatory, financial-promotion and brand standards.
• Monitor market news, economic calendars and relevant local/international developments to identify timely content opportunities.
• Collaborate with central content, brand and communications teams to adapt global market themes for the South African audience.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice: clear, balanced, factual, risk-aware and suitable for a regulated, execution-only business.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in financial markets content, brokerage education, market research, fintech, trading education or a related financial-services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Investment Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including FX, indices, equities, commodities, macroeconomic data, market sentiment and derivative products such as CFDs.
• Excellent writing ability, with experience producing clear and publishable financial markets content for external audiences.
• Good judgement in distinguishing general market commentary and education from advice, recommendations, trading signals or personalised guidance.
• Comfortable supporting media-facing activity, including preparation for seminars, webinars, podcasts, video content or written Q&A.
• Fluent in English.
Advantageous:
• SAIFM / RPE modules, particularly Introduction to Financial Markets, Regulation and Ethics, or Derivatives.
• RE5 regulatory exam.
• Additional South African language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
Local market knowledge:
• Understanding of the South African financial-services landscape, retail investor behaviour and local media environment.

Are you comfortable navigating complex software systems, working with coding agents, and defining what makes developer tools actually useful? Do you want to shape how developers and AI work together inside IDEs?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Agentic development is changing how software gets built. Developers no longer just chat with AI – they delegate tasks, run parallel agent sessions, and steer autonomous changes. As agents take on more work, reviewing and owning the output is becoming the hardest part of the process.
JetBrains Air is our open system for agentic development. It brings tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Agent, Gemini, and Junie directly into JetBrains IDEs, providing an agentic-first user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of Air. You’ll take ownership of high-impact workflows, work closely with cross-functional teams (including software engineers, designers, ML researchers, analysts, DevRel, and product marketing), and turn technical complexity into clear product direction.
Day to day, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs, driving work from problem framing and discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
Define and refine core agentic workflows, including task delegation, session monitoring, steering, and code review.
Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering and design decisions.
Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances quick improvements with long-term strategic investments.
Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions.
Study how developers interact with leading AI agents and tools to inform product priorities.
Engage with the Agent Client Protocol (ACP) ecosystem and collaborate with partners building on it.
Partner with enterprise sales and support teams to address governance, privacy, and control requirements.
What you’ll bring
A systems-thinking mindset that easily breaks down complex architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
A data-driven approach to product decisions, including hands-on experience querying and analyzing telemetry.
Active personal experience using coding agents and clear perspectives on where current AI tools succeed and fail.
Strong product intuition for complex technical user experiences and developer workflows.
Clear, concise, and collaborative communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and build alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating fast-changing technical landscapes with high ambiguity.
What you’ll need
Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, git, code review, CI/CD, and package management.
A hands-on technical background sufficient to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers.
An understanding of core AI and agent concepts, including tool use, protocols (MCP/ACP), context retrieval, evaluations, and latency/cost trade-offs.
The ability to write SQL or Python to analyze product metrics and experiment results independently.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
What success looks like
In your first 6 to 12 months, success in this role means:
Driving measurable growth in active Air users and improving weekly/monthly retention (D7/D30).
Increasing agent session completion rates and the proportion of agent-generated changes accepted by developers.
Establishing clear, telemetry-backed decisions across your product roadmap areas.
Delivering validated product hypotheses consistently each quarter.
Contributing directly to JetBrains AI revenue growth and overall IDE value.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events – Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, send us your resume and a short note on why you're interested in Air.

Requirements
We're looking for a Senio/Staff-level engineer with an open mind and a builder's instinct - someone who goes beyond executing tasks and is ready to own the High-Performance practice end-to-end: establish engineering processes, drive R&D, evaluate and champion new technologies, and lead their adoption in production.
The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business requirements for low latency and high throughput and the realities of existing infrastructure - translating "we need to be faster" into an actionable technical roadmap. You bring a fresh perspective, know how to organize the work, and are equally comfortable optimizing a hardware parameter and presenting a strategy to stakeholders.
We expect 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineer in performance-critical environments - and the maturity to grow yourself and grow a team around you.
Linux:
Advanced administration and OS-level tuning — real-time OS configurations, cgroups, CPU isolation, memory management, and low-level network stack configuration.
Hardware Internals:
Deep understanding of CPU power and performance states (C/P-states), Hyper-Threading / SMT trade-offs, TX/RX ring configuration, and the full data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU. Ability to reason about and tune each stage of that path under production load.
Networking & TCP Internals:
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP — congestion control, ACK behavior, buffer tuning, and protocol-level latency sources. Strong Linux networking fundamentals: low-latency NIC configuration, bypass networking technologies (DPDK, RDMA), and market connectivity (multicast feeds, co-location networks, VPNs).
Performance Engineering:
Practical experience profiling latency-sensitive systems; familiarity with tools such as perf, flamegraph, strace, tcpdump, eBPF, and hardware performance counters.
Containerization:
Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including low-overhead deployment patterns and performance trade-offs of containerized workloads.
IaC:
Proven track record with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm in production environments.
Monitoring:
Hands-on experience with the Prometheus / Grafana stack; ability to build latency-aware dashboards and alerting (P99, jitter, throughput KPIs).
Scripting:
Solid scripting in Bash and Python; Golang is a strong plus given its role in systems tooling.
CI/CD & Secret Management:
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines with experience integrating performance validation stages; familiarity with Vault for secrets management.
Security:
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and Kubernetes security policies.
Key Performance Metrics You'll Work With
Latency Distribution
- P99 / P99.9 across the tick-to-trade path, using hardware-level timestamps (NIC/PTP).
Jitter
- variance between min/max latency, measured over large sample sets in live market conditions.
Throughput
- messages per second (orders + cancels) under exchange burst scenarios.
System Reliability
- сontinuous monitoring of uptime
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Hands-on experience with kernel-level optimization: syscall reduction, network stack bypass (DPDK, RDMA, Solarflare OpenOnload).
Background in HFT, algorithmic trading, or other ultra-low-latency production environments.
Experience with hardware timestamping, PTP/IEEE 1588, and precision time synchronization.
Familiarity with colocation operations and exchange connectivity (cross-connects, proximity hosting).
Proven SRE track record with formal SLO/error budget frameworks in latency-sensitive contexts.
DevSecOps: vulnerability scanning, Zero Trust, RBAC, and secure delivery pipelines.
Understanding of business processes in FinTech, crypto, or electronic trading.
Responsibilities
Low-Latency Infrastructure Ownership:
Design, deploy, and continuously optimize infrastructure for latency-sensitive trading systems — market data handlers, order/deal gateways, and risk check engines. Own the full stack from bare metal to application delivery. Define and maintain a reference architecture for low-latency connectivity when onboarding new trading venues, including reproducible configuration baselines, validation procedures, and performance acceptance criteria — so every new venue goes live on a proven, optimized stack.
Cloud & Hybrid Network Connectivity:
Design, implement, and maintain complex low-latency network solutions for cloud provider interconnects - including cross-connects and Direct Connect / ExpressRoute links between cloud regions, hybrid on-premise/cloud topologies, and high-throughput inter-server fabrics. Ensure both latency minimization and fault tolerance at every layer: physical redundancy, failover routing, and path diversity across providers and regions.
Hardware & OS Stack Tuning:
Go deep on the full hardware and OS stack - CPU pinning, C/P-states, HT/SMT configuration, NUMA topology, IRQ affinity, TX/RX ring sizing, NIC offloading, and network stack bypass (DPDK/RDMA where applicable). Understand the complete data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU - and optimize every hop.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate provisioning and configuration of high-performance environments using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm - with performance reproducibility as a first-class requirement.
Latency Profiling & Benchmarking:
Systematically profile and debug latency hotspots across the full execution path. Establish and maintain SLA/SLO targets; track P99/P99.9 distributions, jitter, and throughput - not just averages.
CI/CD for Performance:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that include automated latency regression testing, so performance degradations are caught before they hit production.
Monitoring & Observability:
Design and operate comprehensive latency monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) - including hardware timestamping (NIC/PTP) and fine-grained performance telemetry.
Colocation & Network Placement:
Research, evaluate, and manage optimal server placements - colocations, cross-connects, proximity hosting. Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to minimize physical and logical distance to exchanges.

Requirements
We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / SRE and deep expertise in the following technologies:
Linux:
Advanced administration and OS-level tuning — real-time kernels, process scheduling, memory management, cgroups, CPU isolation, and I/O optimization.
Cloud platforms:
Understanding of and experience in building complex systems focused on high availability (HA), low latency and high-performance computing (HPC)
Networking:
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, Ethernet, VLANs, and PTP at the wire level. Experience with low-latency network configurations and familiarity with kernel bypass technologies (DPDK, RDMA) is a strong plus.
Containerization:
Deep-dive knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including performance trade-offs of containerized workloads and low-overhead deployment patterns.
IaC:
Proven experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm in production environments.
Hardware Performance:
Working knowledge of how CPUs, NIC queues, memory, and storage behave under pressure. Hands-on experience with hardware tuning (BIOS configs, CPU isolation strategies, NIC queue management).
Monitoring:
Practical experience with the Prometheus / Grafana stack; ability to build latency-aware dashboards and fire meaningful alerts rather than noise.
Scripting:
Proven track record writing production scripts in Bash and Python. Golang is a significant plus.
CI/CD:
Strong grasp of core CI/CD tools and experience with secret management using Vault.
Security: Understanding of DevSecOps principles and hands-on experience configuring security policies in Kubernetes (Zero Trust, RBAC, secure code delivery).
Databases:
Solid working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases under operational conditions.
On-Call & Incident Response:
High sense of ownership for production systems — willing to participate in on-call rotations and available to respond to critical incidents outside business hours when the situation demands.
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Linux: Deep-dive into kernel-level optimization — from syscalls and network card tuning to DPDK or FPGA-based networking.
Proven experience operating High Availability / Ultra-Low Latency solutions in live trading environments.
Experience with hybrid infrastructures (on-premise + cloud) — colocations, cross-connects, and proximity hosting.
Background in building and operating Big Data and Data Analytics platforms.
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech / Banking / Crypto / HFT sector.
Proven track record as an SRE with formal SLO / error budget frameworks.
DevSecOps: Vulnerability detection, enforcing security best practices, and experience with scanning tools (Trivy or Snyk).
Blockchain / crypto-native background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Hybrid Infrastructure (Baremetal and Clouds):
Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), drive incident resolution, and take end-to-end ownership of system reliability.
Low-Latency Systems Operations:
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and tune latency-sensitive trading systems and exchange connections across multiple asset classes. You treat P99 latency as a first-class metric.
OS & Hardware Tuning:
Go deep on the Linux stack — CPU pinning, NUMA topology, IRQ affinity, kernel parameter tuning, NIC offloading, and BIOS-level configurations. If it affects the tick-to-trade path, you own it.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm with performance reproducibility as a hard requirement.
CI/CD:
Build and maintain rock-solid CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) including automated performance regression checks.
Monitoring & Observability:
Design and operate comprehensive monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK). Build latency-aware dashboards and alerting — P99/P99.9, jitter, throughput, and error rates.
High Availability & DRP:
Design and implement architectures adhering to HA, scalability, and Disaster Recovery principles — zero regressions while continuously reducing latency.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with quant, trading, and network engineering teams to squeeze every drop of performance from the full stack — from hardware up to application logic.
