About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
Product decisions at Finom are made fast, and we want them made on evidence. You join the Growth & Activation product stream as its analyst, working with PMs and engineers on how new customers discover the product, start using it, and grow with it.
There is no established way of doing product analytics here yet, so you define it: how experiments are designed, how metrics are named and counted, what a readout looks like. You come with your own approach rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
What you'll do
Work with the product managers and other stakeholders in the stream. Agree priorities with them, and look for the problems worth solving instead of waiting for a request to arrive.
Bring recommendations to the business, including opportunities it does not see on its own.
Define the metrics for the stream: what activation means, what we expect from the funnel, how each number is counted, and how it stays consistent with the way the rest of the company counts the same things.
Design the tests. Hypothesis, primary metric, audience split, duration, and how the result gets read once it lands.
Automate that work, so running a test is routine and not a small project every time.
Build the infrastructure for testing at scale, with external tools or our own, so a testing culture can spread across the product teams.
What you bring
Product analytics done end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap behind it.
Fluent in SQL, confident in Python, and solid on experimentation and causal methods/
You have chosen or built tooling for tests and metrics before.
You use AI tools in your daily work, not occasionally.
A partner to stakeholders rather than a person who executes tickets.
Proactive, you bring the problems and the hypotheses yourself.
You take an ambiguous problem, structure it, and explain your reasoning to product and business people.

Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
At Finom, we're transforming how small and medium businesses across Europe manage their money - and financial crime prevention sits right at the heart of that promise. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take over DRS: a production ML product that scores our whole client base daily and drives our quarantine, alert suppression, and soon our credit decisions. This is genuine end-to-end ownership on a small team - you'll deploy, serve, monitor, and improve the system rather than inherit a finished one. If you're the kind of engineer who quietly keeps production models honest and wants their decisions to actually reach live traffic, this is your seat.
What You Will Be Doing
Full-stack ML model development (binary classification and regression) for the detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding: gathering requirements, prototyping, and deployment in a production environment.
Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score (DRS) across all markets — daily scoring of the full client base that feeds decisioning across the client lifecycle.
Handle a portfolio of transaction rules with ML-driven detection inside, optimizing their performance and the number of generated alerts.
Set up continuous monitoring of model and rule performance in production, and develop the champion-challenger framework so the best-performing model is always the one live in production.
Participate in infrastructure development for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions, so models of varying complexity can be served and inferred.
Who You Are
At least 5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, with production deployment experience (incl. API services like FastAPI).
Strong in SQL and Python, and with cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks).
Strong architectural skills — able to design and improve infrastructure that serves models of varying complexity.
Experience with model monitoring and champion-challenger / A-B evaluation in production. Exposure to graph modeling or foundation models/embeddings is a plus.
Critical, analytical thinker — proactive, result-driven, comfortable working with little supervision in a start-up setting.
A quantitative education (math, engineering, economics, or CS) and full working proficiency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring our first Demand Generation Lead for EMEA, Middle East and Emerging Markets. You'll own how LangSmith shows up in the region and how that turns into pipeline from partnering with performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, integrated campaigns and webinars to build a localized campaigns.
You'll be deciding what works in the region, run the experiments to prove it, and then scale what works into a repeatable regional playbook. You’ll be a builder with central support from our US demand gen, product marketing, and marketing ops teams.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
REGIONAL DEMAND STRATEGY AND PIPELINE:

- Decide how the regional demand budget gets allocated for localized programs.

You'll own the whole mix for the region and be hands-on in all of it:
- Paid digital: partner with performance marketing to support localized 3rd party promotion, paid search, paid social, and retargeting strategy, including account-level and contact-level targeting to give sellers air cover in named accounts
- Webinars: run a regional cadence across live demos, thought leadership webinars, technical workshops, and customer stories, in local time zones with local speakers where it helps
- Integrated campaigns: adapt global LangSmith narratives and build region-first campaigns when the market needs something different
- Lifecycle: build segmented nurtures and post-event follow-up for regional leads, with attention to language and time zone.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP:
- Work directly with EMEA AEs and SDRs to understand what converts in-region and co-design follow-up plays that drive pipeline.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing to build joint regional plans, align priorities, and create a coordinated interface into the sales team.
- Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals, share campaign hand-off details, marketing programs, and proven outreach plays reps can use in their first 90 days.
- Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and reporting to improve regional execution and pipeline visibility.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS

- You've personally run paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM
- You write the copy, build the landing page, pull the report, and launch the campaign
- Comfortable with a technical product and a technical audience. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to hold a conversation about agents, evals, and observability without a script
- Strong partner to Sales. You've worked shoulder to shoulder with AEs and SDRs and you're comfortable with a pipeline number
- Fluent in the numbers: funnel conversion, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution's real limits
- Working command of a modern stack, Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev http://Reo.dev, and Clay
- Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership

Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.

Keep HubSpot accurate:
activities, notes and meeting outcomes
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling
at an agency or B2B service company
(SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
Experience selling into the US market

We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).
What We Offer
As a growing fintech with ambitious goals, we offer you the chance to make a real impact on the infrastructure that powers Finom's teams and products. You'll work with genuine ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to shape how we build and operate our internal systems.
This is a role for a curious builder - someone who wants the internal platform to be a product, engineered to be reliable, automated, and secure by design. If the idea of deleting an entire category of manual work by building the right integration is what gets you out of bed, this is your team.

Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We are looking for a freelance Marketing Designer to join our design team and collaborate with our Visual Designer and Design Lead to help refine Qdrant’s visual identity across various marketing channels.
We want someone whose daily workflow is built around creative AI tools, who uses them to explore faster, produce more, and push ideas further than a traditional process allows, while maintaining a strong focus on the fundamentals: typography, spacing, and color. Art direction for AI-generated imagery is a key component of this position.
You'll help build and refine the internal AI tools and workflows that power our visual direction, then apply that direction across marketing assets, landing pages, ad creatives, email visuals, and event materials to keep the brand cohesive and polished.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- AI tools & workflows: Help build and refine the internal AI tools and workflows we use to scale our visual direction across the team.
- Marketing assets: Design compelling visuals for campaigns, social media, blog posts, and presentations.
- Website & landing pages: Design and update website pages, including marketing and campaign-specific landing pages.
- Ad creatives: Design banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and other performance marketing assets.
- Email design: Develop eye-catching graphics and layouts for email campaigns.
- Event & conference materials: Create slide decks, booth designs, and printed assets.
- Brand consistency: Keep every marketing visual aligned with Qdrant's visual direction and guidelines.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have minimum 4 to maximum 8 years of experience designing marketing assets, websites, or both, ideally in a B2B or tech company.
- AI is central to how you work. You use tools like Midjourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, and Claude every day and can show us how they shaped real projects in your portfolio..
- Experienced in designing websites or marketing assets, with a solid understanding of design principles and user interaction.
- Proficient in Figma, with practical experience using an established design system.
- You work fast without cutting corners. You're comfortable running several projects in parallel, switching between them easily, and you consistently ship polished work on tight timelines.
This role is probably not for you if you need someone else to:
- Hand you a fully detailed brief before you can start exploring.
- Tell you which AI tools to try or how to get better results from them.
- Keep you up to date on new creative tools and techniques.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

The Role
Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider that is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand. We're competing for larger enterprise and government contracts, and the operational and strategic workload behind those deals now outstrips the commercial team's capacity.
This role is the ANZ General Manager's right hand. You take ANZ market priorities (a product gap, a compliance requirement, a go-live risk, a new market opportunity) and drive them to a finished outcome across Intellect's regional functions: Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue. You do this without the GM chasing each step.
This isn't a sales role and it isn't a tender-writing role. It's the operating and strategy engine that lets the ANZ commercial team spend its time winning and keeping clients. The target: this role helps unlock AUD 1.5M in additional new business for ANZ within 12 months.
What You'll Do
Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ (core of the role)
Turn the GM's priorities into clear, structured requests for Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track each one to completion.
Run the ANZ-to-HQ rhythm: a weekly status on open items, with escalation to the GM only when a decision is needed.
Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome
Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, such as new service lines, critical incident service improvements, and psychosocial risk products. Define scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria for each.
Write structured requirements for Product rather than making verbal requests, and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
Research the market: competitor proposals and pricing, value proposition and pricing strategy for 2027, and SLA gaps against what the market expects.
Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
Run pipeline and reporting operations
Keep the ANZ HubSpot pipeline accurate every week: stage, close date, ACV and last activity.
Own the data for the ANZ section of the monthly business review (MBR), in the regional standard format.
Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
Coordinate tender compliance and capacity
Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria.
Own compliance pre-checks before any submission, including insurance, the Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation.
Back up the dedicated RFP specialist on priority bids, and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost.
Handle people and business administration
Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team, scope office and operating requirements, and keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration.
Requirements
The deciding trait is operating with authority. You'll lead conversations with people more senior than you, push an agenda they may not want, and hold the line when they push back, all without the GM in the room.
Must-haves
3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision. You can describe one in detail.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
Comfort with ambiguity: you make a call on partial information and adjust, rather than waiting for certainty
Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
Nice-to-haves
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
Knowledge of the Australian market, or of EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster
