Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Systems and Software Team Lead
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a Systems and Software Team Lead to own systems and software production and satellite-level testing for ICEYE's SAR satellites, from production integration through to proof that every onboard system performs reliably before a satellite ships.
Your team is responsible for onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production, and full satellite-level functional and end-to-end system checkout, including RF testing in the anechoic chamber as part of that satellite-level test campaign. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across systems and software, and carry the ultimate responsibility for flight readiness on the systems and software side of the build.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of production. You'll spend time on the floor with your team, troubleshooting, unblocking issues, and improving processes, while working alongside the Integration and Mechanical team leads to keep the overall satellite build on schedule and to the highest quality standards. ICEYE's production volumes are scaling significantly, and this role is central to building the systems, tooling, and team needed to support that growth.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADING SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE PRODUCTION
- Own systems and software production for ICEYE's SAR satellites, ensuring mission readiness from integration through launch
- Plan, coordinate, and execute satellite build stages across production, from initial integration through flight readiness
- Own end-to-end production flows for onboard software, avionics, and SAR payload system integration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, unblock issues, keep production momentum
OWNING SATELLITE-LEVEL VERIFICATION
- Drive execution of system-level functional testing, verification, and acceptance for SAR flight units, once integration is complete
- Prove that all onboard systems (avionics, power, software) perform reliably in full configuration
- Own planning, execution, and reporting of system-level functional tests and inspections, including RF testing of the full satellite in the anechoic chamber
- Ensure anechoic chamber test setups are properly scheduled, maintained, and executed as part of the satellite-level test flow
OWNING SOFTWARE IN PRODUCTION
- Own onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production and verification
- Maintain and improve test automation, scripts, and software-supported verification flows with keeping supporting stakeholders in loop.
- Ensure robustness of SAR mission software, including payload control, data handling, and spacecraft operations
DRIVING QUALITY, TRACEABILITY & COMPLIANCE
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline, and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Manage technical risks, anomalies, and non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective action, identifying and driving resolution of the issues most critical to the production line
BUILDING SCALABLE, REPEATABLE PROCESSES
- Define and continuously improve scalable production workflows, work instructions, test procedures, and checklists together with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable verification processes, reducing reliance on tribal knowledge
- Drive throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality, as production volumes scale
LEADING & DEVELOPING THE TEAM
- Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team across systems and software, including satellite-level test execution
- Mentor and lead the team, fostering operational excellence, accountability, and a high-reliability spaceflight culture
- Train and mentor on systems and software test best practices and fault diagnostics, including anechoic chamber test execution
WORKING ACROSS TEAMS & SCALING
- Act as the primary technical interface between AIT engineers, engineering, production, and mission operations for SAR missions
- Coordinate closely with the Integration and Mechanical team leads to ensure a unified, on-schedule satellite build
- Prepare verification and production processes for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and growth
- Proven expertise in systems and/or software integration for complex hardware, ideally in satellite, aerospace, or a similarly regulated high-reliability environment
- In-depth knowledge of onboard software, avionics, and payload systems, and how they interact with the broader satellite build
- Comfort with software in test: flight software loading/validation, test automation, and scripting
- Strong background in root cause analysis, anomaly management, and non-conformance resolution
- Familiarity with satellite-level test methods, including exposure to RF/anechoic chamber testing (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to coordinate across multiple technical disciplines and manage competing priorities
- Effective communicator, able to convey technical updates clearly to engineers, technicians, and senior management, including C-level executives
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite's systems and software performance is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships, including its RF/anechoic chamber test results
- Systems and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of production and verification quality and traceability
- Production and verification throughput keep pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You bring systems and software production and verification together under one scope, including the satellite's final anechoic chamber test
- You own the moment of truth: proving that every satellite works end-to-end before it ships
- You'll shape how production and verification are done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where your decisions have immediate impact

WHY WE'RE OPENING THIS APPLICATION
We're growing our HAPS team in Valencia: the people building ICEYE's stratospheric electric aircraft and getting it safely into the sky. The program covers the aircraft itself along with the ground infrastructure and flight test campaigns that support it. It's early-stage enough that the people who join now will shape how it gets designed and operated for years to come.
This posting isn't tied to one fixed opening. We're building a pool of strong engineers so we can move fast as specific roles open, and we'll reach out directly about where you'd fit.

Since this is an open application rather than a posting for one specific role, here's what happens after you apply:
Our recruiting team reviews your background against current and upcoming openings on this program
If there's a fit, we'll reach out for an initial conversation about where you'd land
From there, you'll follow the standard process for that specific role: hiring manager interview, technical interview (often including a technical challenge), hiring team interview, and an offer decision

Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll lead the Finance side of the core banking system project — turning accounting needs, regulatory obligations, and product-administration realities into system requirements, and delivering against them.
What you'll do:
- Lead the core banking system project from the Finance side: own the plan end to end — scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking — and act as Finance's subject-matter voice across vendor selection, design, and rollout.
- Run UAT, data-migration validation, and cutover planning from the Finance side, coordinating closely with IT/Engineering and vendors.
- Connect the dots across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance — surfacing regulatory gaps tied to system limitations and helping close them, and keeping Finance leadership informed on progress, risk, and dependencies.
What you'll own:
- Turn accounting needs, regulatory obligations (such as BSP/MORB), and product-administration realities into concrete system requirements, and manage delivery against them.
- Build and drive the accounting-backlog remediation plan with real milestones, pulling in Finance colleagues and outside help where it makes sense.
- Get month-end and period-end close and reporting, based on the core banking system, integrated directly with the GL — and keep it that way.
- Take the Odoo accounting-automation work into properly owned, documented, controlled, and audit-ready process.
- Identify and prioritise efficiency gains — automating manual entries, reconciliations, and reporting, using AI where it applies — to cut team effort and errors.
- Contribute to IPO-readiness work wherever it touches financial systems and controls.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in finance/accounting project management.
- A solid grip on accounting fundamentals and the close process.
- Proven automation experience — you've led or driven process-automation initiatives, not just used automated tools — including practical Odoo (or a comparable ERP) experience for accounting automation.
- Strong IT literacy: comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and technical requirements — enough to bridge Finance and IT/Engineering without a translator.
- Strong project-management discipline: scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance.
- Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into a plan with real milestones.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll own the NPV and unit economics model behind Salmon's credit card business — the core logic behind how we price, size, and monitor profitability across the portfolio.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with the Head of Economics to turn model logic into production-ready Python/SQL code
- Build and maintain the datasets that feed the model — cohorts, cashflows, losses, funding, fees, revenue — with help from other analysts
- Automate scenario and sensitivity runs so pricing, limit, and product decisions are backed by real numbers
What you'll own:
- Own the end-to-end NPV / unit economics model for credit cards — clean, testable, versioned logic
- Validate model outputs against actual portfolio performance and investigate gaps when they don't match
- Translate model logic into clear, implementation-ready specs when other teams need to build on it
- Step outside your immediate scope when the work calls for it — we value ownership over rigid roles
What makes you a strong fit:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
- Strong Python (pandas) and SQL — for data exploration and for implementing analytics logic in production
- Solid understanding of unit economics / financial modeling — cashflows, NPV, cohorts — through direct modeling experience or hands-on work with such models
- High attention to detail — small errors break economics in production
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000/month per child under two, USD 500/month per child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's enterprise business is growing fast, and enterprises are adopting Claude across product surfaces. Before they can deploy at scale, they need the same foundations everywhere: security and compliance controls, identity and access management, data governance, admin controls, and cost and spend management. This work is especially critical for customers in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector), whose security, privacy, and resilience requirements set the bar for everyone else.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with the teams that own these enterprise foundations, own the planning and execution rhythm that gets each capability onto every surface, and contribute to a coherent leadership view of coverage, gaps, and progress across products. This is a senior role: product, engineering, and GTM leaders will look to you for where we stand on enterprise readiness and for the plan to close the gaps.
Responsibilities
Run the planning and operating cadence for the foundational-capability roadmap across surfaces: clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on coverage and status for product, engineering, and GTM leadership
Drive the highest-priority foundational capability programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery on every surface
Shape the readiness bar for new products and features: what a surface must have in place before it reaches enterprise customers, and the call on in-flight features that are missing controls
Work across teams and directly with customers: partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations, join customer security and compliance reviews, and bring what enterprises are blocked on back to product and engineering
Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs: work with legal, compliance, and GTM to prioritize the highest-impact enterprise asks and map them to roadmaps with dates
Sample projects include
Take a regulated customer's security control assessment from findings to closed gaps, with owners and dates across product, security, and infrastructure
Stand up a data residency program: gather requirements by market, what each surface must support, and sequencing with infrastructure
Build the operating model for co-building with a large enterprise design partner: staffing, cadence, and how their asks reach the roadmap
Extend healthcare compliance coverage to new product surfaces, with a migration path customers can actually take
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities, and are comfortable plainly articulating what is and is not ready for enterprise customers
Have driven adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across product teams that don't share a reporting line, where success depended on other teams building on what you shipped
Understand what enterprises require before they adopt at scale, particularly for customers in regulated industries: security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP), identity and access (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), data governance (retention, residency, customer-managed keys), audit logging, and spend controls
Have worked directly with regulated customers on their security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines, and understand how control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery fit together
Thrive when the operating model itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Owned a HIPAA program end to end at a software company, including BAAs, PHI handling, and supporting product controls
Worked with financial services customers on data retention, data residency, and encryption requirements (including retention and deletion commitments, regional hosting, customer-managed keys, and contractual evidence and attestations)
Run a design partnership or co-build with a large enterprise customer
Experience using Claude or other LLM tooling to automate program tracking and reporting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$435,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
