foundation
the company runs on: compute and deployment, reliability and on-call, CI/CD and monorepo health, developer environments, the infrastructure that model training and inference run on, and the security boundaries around all of it.
AI and agent tooling is the clearest example. You will contribute to how models are trained and served here, as well as how agents work inside our codebase: the environments they run in, the verification that makes their output trustworthy, and the review paths that keep it all legible. There is no industry standard and you’ll help form our opinions rather than inheriting one.
Our users are other engineers. Expect to spend time with all the other engineering teams, understanding their needs and building a roadmap. The scope is large, so you'll be choosing what to leave alone as much as build.
Architecture decisions here last: this is a small team covering a large surface. You'll have real room to decide things, and you'll stay close to the systems you decide about.
What you'll own
Own our platform:
GCP, Kubernetes, Temporal, the GPU fleet behind cloud export, and the deploy and rollback machinery everything ships through. You'll be in the on-call rotation, and we'll expect you to make it quieter and more actionable.
The AI enablement substrate:
GPU capacity, training and inference pipelines, and the reliability and cost of the systems serving models in production.
Cost is an engineering constraint:
infrastructure decisions have a number attached and you're expected to make smart trade-offs. As inference grows with usage, the metering and attribution behind those numbers sit with this team.
Security comes with the systems you run
: identity and access, secrets management, least-privilege boundaries, and supply-chain integrity.
Make what you build legible.
Infrastructure-as-code that explains itself. Runbooks and in-repo context written for someone jumping in to help. Observability that tells you what failed and why.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What you bring
Required:
You have 8+ years building and operating production distributed systems, or equivalent server-side engineering with a heavy infrastructure focus.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how and when to harness AI in your work.
You've run systems where failure was expensive, and your opinions about reliability and deployment come from consequences rather than reading.
You've carried a pager, commanded an incident, and rolled back before you understood why.
You use SLOs and error budgets as operating tools.
You’ve used a major cloud provider and Kubernetes in production, with infrastructure-as-code as your default.
You've owned an architecture or migration, from planning through launch, whose consequences outlived the project, and you can say what you'd do differently.
You've found important unowned work, scoped it, earned buy-in, and delivered it without being handed a spec.
You build a minimal repro, read the logs, and write targeted checks to prove a fix works instead of trusting output.
Experience that helps:
GPU and ML infrastructure:
capacity planning, training or inference pipelines, serving cost and latency. If you haven't run a GPU fleet, experience with expensive capacity-constrained systems transfers well.
Production security engineering:
IAM, secrets, supply chain, least privilege. You don't need to have held a security title, but you should have owned these boundaries for systems you ran.
Cloud cost modeling:
commitment strategy, reservations, unit economics.
CI/CD:
at monorepo scale, and developer-environment work.
Intricacies of Video:
Media, video, or GPU-backed workloads.
Small teams owning a large surface:
whether at a Series B to D company or on an internal platform team.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the role
Come and join the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world, and run real spend on ecommerce accounts where search and shopping mastery decides who wins.
Our client is the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world. Led by their founder and CEO, Jem, they manage nine figures in annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce DTC brands, powered by direct relationships with Google's product teams and access to alpha and beta features most agencies never touch. Their strategies are not public, their standards
are high, and their results do the talking.
They grow fast because the work is that good, and they keep the team senior and selective on purpose. Their average client stays with them well beyond a year, close to unheard of in this industry. Join them and you plug into a team operating at the top of the game, and a founder whose personal brand is becoming the loudest signal in performance marketing.
- This is a senior seat for a full stack Google buyer whose core is search and shopping, done at real scale, and who can prove it. You own accounts end to end and run them against real spend, where the numbers are the only thing that matters. Search and shopping are the heart of the role. Get those right and the rest follows.
- On the search side, you build a clean, profitable structure, you split brand from non-brand without being told, and you research top of funnel keywords that open a category before a buyer knows the brand, at the category level, the problem level, and the ingredient or mechanism level. You know which demand is worth paying for and which is not.
- On shopping, the feed is the account. That is the part most buyers get wrong, and it is where you are strongest. You live in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, and you turn a raw product feed into a shopping and PMax engine: clean attributes, smart custom labels, supplemental feeds, and constant title and image testing at the feed level. You know a title test can move an account more than a bid change, and you run those tests as a discipline, not a one off.
- You are full stack, so YouTube and Demand Gen are part of the picture too, but we are happy to teach those if your search and shopping foundation is elite. And you are deep in the data throughout: Triple Whale and Northbeam are where you check your work, and you optimize to profit, not to whatever the Google interface wants to celebrate.
Responsibilities:
● Own Google Ads accounts end to end, with search and shopping as the priority
● Build and manage profitable search structure and the brand versus non brand split
● Research and structure top of funnel keywords that open new demand at the category, problem, and mechanism level
● Own the feed as part of the account: build and optimize attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Sheets
● Run continuous title and image testing at the feed level and turn the winners into scale
● Grow into YouTube and Demand Gen, scaling them deliberately as you go
● Scale winners and cut waste quickly against real spend
● Live in Triple Whale and Northbeam and let profit lead every decision
● Partner with the creative team so the right angles and formats get tested against the right traffic
● Keep clients informed with clear, honest reporting on what is working and why
Requirements
● Proven experience buying Google Ads for ecommerce at real scale, with a core in search and shopping and results you can point to in hard numbers
● Elite on search: account architecture, the brand versus non brand split, and top of funnel keyword research at the category, problem, and mechanism level
● Elite on shopping and feeds: hands on in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, with real command of attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds
● Runs structured title and image testing at the feed level as a habit, and reads the results honestly
● Full stack across Google, comfortable owning whole accounts. YouTube and Demand Gen experience is a plus, but we will teach it if your search and shopping are strong.
● Deep in the data: Triple Whale, Northbeam, and the Google Ads interface, always optimizing to profit
● A genuine understanding of the whole Google Ads ecosystem, not just the buttons in one campaign type
● Ecommerce or DTC experience
Benefits
Fully remote. Work from anywhere, with flexible hours.
A seat inside a premium agency managing nine figures in ad spend, running accounts that move real budgets from day one.
A small, senior, global team with no bureaucracy and no busywork.
Direct access to the founder and to work that actually stretches you.
Weekly personal mentoring directly from the founder himself.
Paid time off.
A wellness bonus.

Job Type:
Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Meta Ads Manager to spearhead lead generation efforts for a rapidly expanding UK-based agency. This is not a generalist media buying role; it is a specialist position for a technical expert who lives and breathes the Meta Ads ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads for clients in the renewable energy sector, ensuring maximum ROI through data-driven optimization and strategic scaling. As the agency grows, this role offers a direct path toward leadership as Head of Paid Media for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end execution of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, from initial setup to advanced scaling.
Monitor account performance daily, making proactive adjustments to campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and lead funnels to ensure lead quality remains high.
Manage conversion tracking, including Pixel setup, Conversion API (CAPI), and UTM tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and landing page elements to combat creative fatigue and audience saturation.
Manage client accounts independently, providing strategic insights and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to align campaign messaging with client goals.
Oversee lead flow integration between Meta Ads, GoHighLevel CRM, and third-party automation tools.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) at scale.
Proven track record in Lead Generation (not E-commerce) within sectors such as Renewable Energy, Home Services, Real Estate, or B2B.
Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+ features, horizontal/vertical scaling, and CPL/CPM/CTR analysis.
Deep technical knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution settings, and API integrations.
Experience building and optimizing landing pages with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Leadership experience with the ability to own client results and make high-level strategic decisions independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and an agency-growth mindset.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and Zapier automation workflows.
Familiarity with Google Ads (Search and Performance Max).
Direct experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industries.
Experience managing multi-location or high-spend accounts.

CloudLinux OS
, the operating system behind a large share of the world's shared hosting. To learn more about our company and products, visit our websites:
cloudlinux.com
and
imunify360.com
. Alongside those established product lines we run a small innovation team whose job is to find and prove the next ones.
We are looking for a
Product Owner
to lead that team: a small, senior, fully remote squad of engineers that takes new product concepts from idea to a working MVP in customers' hands, then hands proven products to a product line and moves on to the next concept. You will be accountable for the pipeline of ideas, the speed and rigour with which they are tested, and the evidence behind every go / no-go recommendation.
This is a hands-on lead role, not pure people management: roughly 50% discovery and leadership (customer conversations, scoping, prioritisation, coaching, reporting to the CPO) and 50% building (prototypes, spikes, design and code review, demo stands). You will not be the team's only builder, but you must be able to build a credible prototype yourself and hold a technical opinion about every part of it.
You don't need to arrive as an expert in web hosting or security. If you have taken a product from nothing to its first paying customers before — as a founder, an early engineer, or the lead of an incubation team — and you get deep into unfamiliar technical territory fast, we will teach you the market.
What the team works on
The innovation team sits across CloudLinux and Imunify and owns the product concepts that do not yet have a home in an established product line. Ideas come from customer conversations, industry events, telemetry across more than 80,000 servers and the CPO’s strategy; the team’s job is to turn them into something a customer will pay for within a quarter, using AI coding agents throughout.
What you will own
Discovery and delivery
Run the pipeline of product concepts: capture, size and rank ideas with their assumptions written down, and keep the backlog of bets visible to the CPO and leadership.
Take each funded concept to a working MVP on a fixed timebox, typically one quarter, with a named customer or design partner testing it.
Define success criteria up front and report against them with real numbers rather than adjectives: usage, conversion, willingness to pay, support load.
Make the go / no-go call honestly: hand proven products to a product line with a written runbook and roadmap, and capture what was learned from concepts that did not prove out.
Report status and risk to the CPO weekly; every item carries an owner and a due date.
Prototyping and technical direction
Choose the fastest credible build for each concept — buy, borrow, open source or write — with the trade-offs made explicit.
Build prototypes and demo stands yourself where that is the quickest route to evidence; review designs and code on everything the team ships.
Keep MVPs production-worthy enough to run on real customer servers: packaging, safe rollout, rollback and observability from the first release.
Work with the architecture group and the product teams so a successful MVP can be adopted without a rewrite.
People
Lead a small distributed team: 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
Hire: define the profile, run technical interviews, onboard, and mentor engineers.
Set the working agreements that make fast async work possible — written decisions, public-by-default communication, demos over status meetings.
AI-augmented engineering
We evaluate engineers partly on how effectively they work with coding agents, and in the innovation team this is the main lever on speed. As the lead you model and coach it: prompt specificity, review quality on agent-generated code, context provision, iteration and error recovery, and end-to-end task completion. Expect to use agents to build prototypes, generate test corpora and draft customer-facing material.
First 90 days
30 days:
Complete 1:1s with every team member and produce a written read on the team's strengths and gaps; review the concepts in flight and the evidence behind each; spend time with sales, support and at least three hosting customers.
60 days:
Own the concept pipeline and the weekly status; publish success criteria for every active concept; ship at least one prototype or demo yourself.
90 days:
Present a ranked portfolio of bets for the next two quarters agreed with the CPO, including one go / no-go recommendation backed by customer evidence and a staffing recommendation.
Requirements
Must-haves:
5+ years as a software engineer, with 2+ years leading a small team (team lead, tech lead with people responsibility, founder or engineering manager) building new products in a product company or startup.
A track record of taking at least one product from concept to first paying customers, and of stopping one that did not work.
Strong Linux proficiency at a software engineer level; comfortable building and reviewing code in a modern language (Python, Go, TypeScript) and debugging live systems on the box.
Practical product discovery skills: customer interviews, assumption mapping, pricing experiments, and reading usage and conversion data yourself rather than via reports.
Experience mastering a complex technical domain quickly and making credible architectural decisions in it.
Demonstrated people leadership: 1:1s, performance conversations, hiring, and growing engineers.
Experience working in an agentic / AI-assisted development workflow.
Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Availability to work EU hours.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the web hosting ecosystem: cPanel/WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or running infrastructure for a hosting provider.
Background in security products — runtime protection, web application firewalls, malware detection, vulnerability management or patching.
Experience with freemium or product-led growth models and self-serve billing.
Familiarity with the Node.js or Python runtimes and their package ecosystems.
Comfortable presenting to customers and at industry events.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (

We're hiring a Procurement Lead to build Perplexity's procurement function. You'll design how Perplexity buys, from the workflow and policies teams follow to the agreements we sign and the vendor relationships we manage after signature. You'll be a key partner to teams across the company, helping them choose the right vendors and structure strong agreements without becoming a bottleneck, and making sure every dollar we commit to third parties earns its keep.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build the function, not inherit one, with room for your scope to grow as the company does. We value someone who can set direction, dig into the details, and follow through. This position is based in San Francisco and requires in-person attendance 2-3 days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead our highest-impact vendor deals across software, cloud services, data, and professional services, from competitive alternatives through pricing, terms, and signature
- Structure committed-spend, usage-based, and multi-year agreements that scale with our usage and preserve our flexibility
- Own relationships with our most important vendors, including performance tracking, business reviews, and renewal negotiations
- Design an efficient procurement workflow, policies, and approval thresholds, and implement the tools and AI automation to run them

- Build visibility into vendor spend and contracts, and drive savings through consolidation, right-sizing, and renegotiation
- Partner with Legal, Security, and Accounting on contract terms, vendor risk reviews, and audit-ready controls
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing at a high-growth technology company, including building or scaling the function.
- A track record of personally negotiating multi-million dollar software, cloud, or data agreements, managing those vendors and renegotiating at renewal, and delivering measurable savings
- Experience building procurement processes, policies, and systems from scratch
- Ability to run multiple deals at once with incomplete information, and sound judgment about when to move fast and when to escalate
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate your work and improve workflows
- A low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to projects large and small and to working across the organization
- Strong communication skills, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a reputation for being commercially tough and fair

What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking a leader for SEO, AEO, and GEO to guide how expecting and new parents discover us across traditional search and AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. As AI changes how parents research products, get advice, and decide what to buy, discoverability is a priority for Babylist. This role will define and execute that strategy end to end including the roadmap and measurement plan.
You will work at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and structured data to make sure Babylist is accurately understood, cited, and recommended wherever parents look for answers. You will partner with the teams across Marketing, Tech, Merchandising and Partnerships to set direction, present to leaders and the executive team, and drive performance.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands where search is heading and wants to build discoverability for one of the most trusted brands in pregnancy and parenting. The role sits in Growth Marketing.
Who You Are
You have built and run an AEO program from first principles.
You write question-based prompts and define the KPIs (citation share, visibility, share of voice). You pick a tracking tool and can say what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
You have deep technical SEO skills on a large, complex site.
Rendering and prerendering, crawl behavior, structured data, internal linking, migrations, and recovery from Google algorithm updates. Babylist has XM+ registry URLs and XK guides, so scale problems are the normal case.
You measure results beyond clicks.
You link AI visibility, citations, and brand search to signups and revenue, and you work with paid search on how to attribute them.
You build with AI.
You have shipped AI-assisted workflows, programmatic pages, or internal tools that moved rankings or citations. You would rather build a system that compounds than ship one-off pages.
Applied AEO or GEO experience
, paired with a proven track record owning organic growth results. Experience at a consumer brand, marketplace, or publisher with a large content library is a plus.
You set content standards that drive organic traffic.
FAQ structure, freshness cadence, and formatting that earns citations, delivered to editors and freelance writers as guidance they can use.
You are hands-on.
You pull the data, write the brief, and fix the markup yourself.Nice to have: experience driving discovery through Reddit, YouTube, or short-form video, and building partner or sponsored organic programs without hurting editorial trust.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You understand agentic commerce,
where AI assistants research and buy products for parents. You make sure Babylist’s product data, registry, and shop pages are structured so those agents can read, compare, and recommend them.
How You'll Make an Impact
Own the organic search roadmap and its KPIs: SEO-driven activated registries against plan, clicks, top-3 rankings, and AEO citation share and visibility.
In your first 90 days, review our AEO tracking (two overlapping tools today), pick one, and lock the prompt framework and KPIs for Registry, Health and Shop.
Keep Google rankings stable and growing across the top categories of Babylist’s business. That covers the technical backlog, internal linking, and content freshness.
Move non-Registry visibility up in the categories where we trail the category leader today, with a thoughtful and actionable roadmap.
Build AI-driven systems with the internal AI Enablement team and Engineering. Replace vendor tools where an in-house build does the job, and articulate the tradeoffs.
Set the content playbook with Editorial: FAQ structure, update cadence, and what earns citations.
Partner with marketing to find new discovery channels like social and Reddit and measure whether they change AI citations and overall discoverability.
Co-own brand search strategy and attribution with Paid Search.
Publish a monthly and quarterly SEO and AEO reviews for the organization with information on performance vs. plan and key projects.
Be the company's source of SEO and AEO guidance across internal communications.
Tie organic discoverability to actual business impact including traffic that converts to registry signups and revenue.
Implement an agentic commerce roadmap for Babylist.
Why This Role
Babylist has the highest citation and visibility scores in its competitive set of registry queries. Holding that position as AI search changes takes a real roadmap, and you will build it.
Room to grow in Health. Health is a newer area for Babylist, and there is a real opportunity to expand our reach with strong content and a sharp roadmap.
You help define success. You co-build the 2027 goals with leadership and own the measurement behind them.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,788.00 to $191,730.00
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Senior Engineering Manager, Data & AI
Lead the engineering team behind Foundry, Insights, Intel, and Voice: the agents, analytics, and data intelligence of the modern freight platform.
About the Role
Remote, United States. Some travel is required for team onsites, customer visits, and industry events. Relocation assistance is not provided.
The Senior Engineering Manager, Data & AI leads the engineering group behind Foundry, Insights, Intel, and Voice. You'll own the group's technical strategy, delivery, and quality, hire and develop its engineers, and stay hands-on by prototyping, writing evals, reading traces, and reviewing architecture in depth.
The team is about eight engineers today and growing. It also owns the shared foundation those products run on: a context graph that connects loads, trips, carriers, drivers, customers, documents, and conversations; event-sourced platform data streaming into the warehouse; and the evals, tracing, guardrails, and model routing every agent depends on.
Alvys facilitates more than $1 billion in funds every month across invoices, carrier payments, and driver settlements. Behind that volume is one of the richest operational datasets in freight. This team turns it into agents that do real work and intelligence customers can't get anywhere else.
Engineering leaders at Alvys are builders. Expect to spend about a third of your time building. You'll set the standard for how an AI-first team works: coding agents in the daily workflow, evals before scale, and production evidence over demos.
The platform runs on .NET (C#, and increasingly F#), TypeScript, and Python on Azure and AKS, with Cosmos DB, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran underneath.
We're looking for someone who treats AI as a first-class material, both in what we build for customers and in how the engineering team works.
Industry Insight
Freight runs on phone calls, emails, PDFs, and tribal knowledge. The U.S. trucking industry is worth approximately $1 trillion today and is projected to grow by roughly 60% to nearly $1.5 trillion over the next decade.
Yet the work that moves that freight is still largely manual. Nearly 580,000 active U.S. motor carriers operate in a highly fragmented market; 91.5% run 10 or fewer trucks, and 99.3% run 100 or fewer. Few of these businesses will ever build a data team of their own. Every check call answered, rate confirmation read, and exception caught by software is time back for a small team running on thin margins.
Freight data is also structurally messy. A single load spans brokers, carriers, drivers, shippers, and documents, each with its own identifiers, and the truth lives across EDI messages, phone calls, and free text. Generic AI tooling doesn't model any of this. That's why we're building a context graph grounded in how freight actually moves.
Agents can now answer the phone, read documents, query operational data, and take actions inside a TMS. In freight, those actions move trucks and money. They must be correct, auditable, and safe.
About Alvys
Alvys is building the operating system for modern freight. Our AI-powered, cloud-native platform brings dispatch, driver mobile, safety and compliance, billing and settlements, native EDI, reporting, integrations, and automation into one product.
We were founded in 2020 by freight industry insiders who were tired of software built by people who had never moved a load. That combination of deep customer empathy and ambitious technology still defines us. We visit customers, learn how the work actually happens, prototype quickly, debate ideas openly, and turn the best ones into products people rely on.
More than 3,000 trucking and brokerage companies use Alvys today, including larger fleets with increasingly sophisticated operations. We've raised $77M to date, including a $40M Series B. That gives us real momentum and room to make bold bets, while remaining early enough that a great engineering leader can materially shape the product, team, and company.
We are building more than a modern interface for a traditional TMS. Foundry, our agent platform within Alvys, helps freight teams make decisions and complete work, and this team builds it. You'll work with curious, direct, low-ego people who solve hard problems, move quickly from prototype to production, and measure customer impact.
Our Principles
AI makes building cheap. It does not make judgment cheap.
The constraint has moved from writing code to deciding what to build and proving it is right. Agents belong in the middle of the pipeline. People remain accountable at both ends. These principles turn that into how we work every day.
Own the outcome
You own what you ship. "AI wrote it" is not an answer.
Judgment stays human. People decide what matters and whether the result is correct.
Verify independently
Generation and verification are separate. Tests, review, and approval run independently of the agent that did the work.
Autonomy is earned per workflow. Agents advance only on measured precision against human-verified outcomes. No number, no promotion.
Design for control
AI-first means security-first. Customer data stays on approved infrastructure under managed identity.
Cost is an engineering constraint. Every shared workflow has termination conditions and bounded fan-out.
Build durable systems
Knowledge is tool-agnostic. Reviewed intent lives once; vendor-specific machinery is generated from it.
Multiple vendors are a design assumption. Durable workflows don't couple to one model or harness.
Twice is a pattern. Automate repeated work and share it within 48 hours.
The Data & AI Portfolio
The Data & AI portfolio covers Foundry, our embedded automation and agent platform, including a unified agent chat that answers questions and takes actions; Insights, conversational analytics grounded in each customer's own operating data; Intel, proprietary data intelligence drawn from third-party, licensed, and proprietary data sources; and Voice, AI voice and chat agents for load status, driver check calls, and the follow-ups in between. It also includes the shared foundation: the context graph, the data platform that feeds it, and the evals, tracing, guardrails, and model routing behind every agent.
Why This Role
Few engineering leadership roles combine frontier AI work, a proprietary dataset, and an industry this underserved. This one does.
You build at the frontier, in production.
Context graphs, self-learning agents, voice agents, and agentic automation are still being figured out across the industry. Here you ship them to real customers, on live freight operations, not benchmarks.
You work with data no one else has.
More than 3,000 trucking and brokerage companies run on Alvys, and more than $1 billion in funds moves through the platform every month. Combined with third-party and licensed sources, that data is the raw material for intelligence no single fleet or brokerage could build alone.
Your work changes how an industry operates.
With 91.5% of carriers running 10 or fewer trucks, most of our customers will never hire a data team. The agents you build give a small business the leverage of a much larger one.
You own a portfolio, not a feature.
Four products share one platform. You set its architecture, choose its models and vendors, and decide where the team invests as it grows.
You shape the team from the start.
The group is about eight engineers today. You'll hire the next wave and set the standard for how an AI-first engineering team works at Alvys.
You stay close to the decisions.
You report to the Head of Engineering, work directly with customers and our Forward Deployed Engineering team, and have a direct line into company planning, backed by a $40M Series B.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading and Growing the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of about eight engineers, including senior engineers and tech leads, and grow it as the portfolio expands.
Hire senior and staff engineers, and keep the quality bar high as the team scales.
Run the team AI-first, with coding agents in the daily workflow and clear standards for how AI-written code is reviewed, tested, and shipped.
Owning Technical Strategy
Set technical direction for agents, data, and the context graph, and make the build, buy, and model calls with cost, quality, and speed in view.
Make tradeoffs across four products that share one platform, including what gets built, what gets cut, and where the team invests.
Building Agents That Learn
Own the agent development lifecycle from prototype to production to continuous improvement.
Build self-learning loops so agents improve from outcomes, user corrections, and transcripts, and make that improvement measurable.
Make evals a release gate. No agent ships without tests for quality, safety, latency, and cost.
Data and the Context Graph
Own the context graph that links loads, trips, carriers, drivers, customers, documents, and conversations, and the entity resolution that keeps it trustworthy.
Partner on the data platform that feeds it, including event streams, CDC into Snowflake, data quality, and lineage, so agents and analytics share one source of truth.
Capture decision traces (the inputs gathered, the rule applied, any exception, who approved it, and why) so precedent becomes searchable for agents and people, while rules stay explicit.
Combine third-party, licensed, and proprietary data sources into intelligence customers can act on, with the provenance, licensing terms, and tenant boundaries of each source respected.
Safety, Isolation, and Reliability
Design agents that change data with scoped permissions, human approvals, and audit trails, and defend against prompt injection and tool misuse.
Enforce tenant isolation and least privilege across every agent, tool, and data path.
Own reliability and unit economics. Track cost per task, per call, and per tenant, and keep margins healthy as usage grows.
Staying Hands-On
Spend about a third of your time building: prototype, write evals, read traces, and debug production.
Review your team's designs and code with real depth, and stay current on models and tools, separating what works in production from what demos well.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work as a peer to product and design leadership on direction, architecture, sequencing, and delivery.
Work directly with customers and our Forward Deployed Engineering team, and turn repeated patterns into platform features.
The AI Fluency We Expect
We measure AI fluency by how you verify, not by how much you use AI. More autonomy is not always better. You match the level of autonomy to the risk of the work, and you hold yourself and the team to the same five competencies.
Delegation:
You decide whether to use AI at all, which task to hand off, and how much autonomy it gets.
Description:
You state goals, requirements, and limits clearly, from a single prompt up to project instructions, specs, and policy.
Discernment:
You check output against evidence: diffs, acceptance checks, evals, and production monitoring.
Diligence:
You own the effects, including data access, permissions, memory isolation, budgets, and kill switches.
Systems:
You know how models, context, tools, harnesses, and memory work, and where each one fails.
How You Work With Agents
Design multi-agent systems on paper before you build them. For each step, choose a rule, a small model, a frontier model, or a person, and measure cost per outcome, not cost per token.
Start from code-orchestrated workflows and add model-led autonomy only where the task needs exploration. Keep agent-to-agent handoffs few, and give each agent a contract: inputs, allowed tools, and output schema.
Put limits in code, not in prompts: hooks, sandboxed worktrees, and a stop condition, retry cap, and budget on every loop.
Separate the agent that writes from the agent that checks, and give the checker fresh context.
Work in an explore, plan, execute, verify, and compound rhythm, where every correction becomes a rule, skill, hook, or test.
Move fluently across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and choose an editor-first or agent-first surface based on who should hold the controls for the next step.
Where You Take the Team
Bring every engineer to running goal-based loops, where specs and checks are written first, never weakened to pass, and run by the agent itself.
Move the team from steering every turn to designing the system that steers the agent: its context, its harness, and its loop.
Build toward agents that run continuously in hosted sandboxes, each with its own least-privilege identity, a named owner, a budget, and a tested kill switch, with risk-scaled human review on financial actions, auth, settlements, and customer data.
Close the improvement loop. Capture traces, run error analysis on real failures every week, encode the fixes, and gate every change to rules, memory, or evals behind evals and a human approver. Self-improving never means self-approving.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years building software, including 3+ years managing engineers.
You've grown senior engineers and tech leads and remain a hands-on builder who can prototype, debug production, and review code credibly.
Production LLM systems.
You've shipped LLM-powered products to real users, not demos, and can explain what broke, what you measured, and what you changed.
Agentic engineering in your own work.
You build with coding agents every day and can show the multi-agent workflows, contracts, hooks, and loops you put into production, and the checks that kept them honest.
Depth in agent systems.
You've built with tool use, function calling, MCP, orchestration, memory, and retrieval, and you understand where agents fail.
Evaluation discipline.
You've built eval systems that combine offline suites, online metrics, human review, and transcript analysis, and used them to gate releases.
Strong data engineering judgment.
You've worked with event streams, CDC, cloud warehouses, dbt, and data quality, and you know how the shape of the data limits what models can do.
Distributed systems in production.
You've designed and operated production services with real reliability requirements.
Multi-tenant security.
You've secured multi-tenant SaaS and isolated customer data, and you treat agent permissions as a security boundary.
Language fluency.
You write Python or TypeScript fluently and are comfortable reading C#, F#, and .NET. Experience with F# or another functional language is a plus.
Startup-stage fit.
You've operated at Series B/C velocity amid ambiguity, thin support, competing priorities, and a bias toward shipping and learning.
Clear technical communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to an engineer, a customer, and an executive.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge graphs, context graphs, entity resolution, or GraphRAG in production.
Real-time voice agents, including telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, turn-taking, and latency budgets.
Fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from feedback, or prompt optimization against eval sets.
Embedded automation or workflow platforms such as Activepieces, n8n, or Temporal.
SRE experience, or a record of running systems other teams depend on.
Logistics or freight experience, or another vertical where data is deeply entangled with operations.
Founder or early-stage engineering leadership experience.
A history of hiring, growing, and retaining excellent engineers.
Built by people who've moved freight. Come build the intelligence layer with us.

Perplexity's sales organization is growing fast, and our sellers need the right content, tools and AI workflows to win. As our first Sales Enablement Operations Manager, you'll be the strategic partner and builder behind how Perplexity's sales team finds, uses and learns from content.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll work with the Sales Enablement Lead to define our content management strategy, including whether to build on Perplexity's own AI platform or buy a dedicated tool. Then you'll build it, run it and keep improving it. You'll also build AI skills, plugins and workflows that make reps and managers faster and more effective every day.
This is a foundational hire. We're looking for someone who can grow into a leadership role as the enablement function scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help shape content and knowledge strategy
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Lead to define the long-term content management strategy for the sales team, from requirements to the build-vs-buy decision.
- Work alongside the Sales Enablement Lead on the evaluation: gather stakeholder needs, assess options (including Perplexity Computer and third-party platforms), model costs and tradeoffs, and shape a joint recommendation to sales leadership.
- Design the content architecture: taxonomy, ownership, governance, approval workflows and lifecycle (create, review, update, retire).
Help build and run the enablement stack
- Own the implementation and maintenance of the sales content hub, call library and training platform, leveraging Perplexity throughout.
- Help coordinate with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Product and Legal so content is accurate, approved and available where sellers work (Salesforce, Slack, call-recording tools).
- Own enablement reporting: content usage, training completion, certification status and how they relate to ramp and performance.
Build AI tools for the sales team
- Design, build and maintain AI skills, plugins and agent workflows for account executives, BDRs and sales managers, such as account research, call prep, deal reviews, coaching and pipeline hygiene.
- Turn repeated seller and manager tasks into reusable AI workflows, then drive adoption through training, documentation and feedback loops.
- Develop training materials for sellers and managers on using AI tools well, and keep a shared library of best practices.
Lead and scale
- Set the standards for how enablement content and AI tools get built, contributed and maintained across the GTM organization.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to enablement leadership on priorities, operating model and tooling.
- Help shape the enablement operations function as the team grows, with a path to leading it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4–6 years in go-to-market roles, with at least 2 years owning sales enablement operations, revenue operations, GTM systems or sales content strategy.
- Experience owning a sales content or knowledge system end to end, including taxonomy, governance, adoption and measurement.
- A track record of leading or heavily shaping a tooling decision, such as a platform evaluation, migration or in-house build.
- Real, hands-on AI fluency: you've built AI tools or workflows (custom GPTs, Claude or Perplexity skills, MCP connectors, n8n, Zapier, Clay or similar) that other people use regularly, and you can show examples.
- Systems thinking: you understand how content, CRM, call-recording and communication tools connect, and you design for how sellers actually work.
- Strong judgment and the ability to make a clear recommendation and defend it with leadership.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects without formal authority.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and a bias toward shipping, measuring and iterating.
Nice to have
- Experience as the first enablement operations or GTM systems hire, building the function from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Guru, Mindtickle or Showpad.
- Background as an AE, SE or BDR before moving into enablement or operations.
- Experience managing or mentoring contractors, interns or direct reports.
- Experience at a high-growth AI or SaaS company.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 90 days: You've assessed current content and tools, interviewed sellers and managers, made a build-vs-buy recommendation with the Sales Enablement Lead, and shipped the first AI skills the sales team uses every week.
- First 6 months: A governed content hub and call library are live and adopted, enablement reporting is in place, and a growing library of AI tools is measurably saving time for reps and managers.
- First year: Enablement operations is a scalable function with clear standards, and you're ready to lead it as the team grows.

Growth GTM Engineering sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue generation, data, and automation, turning market intelligence and buyer insight into repeatable growth opportunities for Chainalysis.
Chainalysis is seeking a Growth GTM Engineer to build and scale the workflows, systems, and outbound strategies that help our Sales teams engage the right customers at the right time. This is not a traditional demand generation or marketing operations role. Growth GTM Engineers are hands on builders who own the full lifecycle of a growth play, from identifying an opportunity and developing a hypothesis through workflow creation, experimentation, and measurable commercial impact.
The role combines growth marketing, account based strategy, data enrichment, AI, and sales enablement. You will work directly with Sales to identify promising markets, uncover buying signals, map buying committees, and turn these insights into targeted outbound plays. Using Clay, AI, and connected data workflows, you will give sellers the context and tools they need to engage prospects more effectively.
Success requires strong marketing judgement, technical curiosity, hands on workflow building experience, and the ability to connect automation to real commercial outcomes.
In this role, you’ll:
• Identify promising market segments, buying situations, and account level triggers in partnership with Sales.
• Develop targeted outbound plays, defining the audience, buyer problem, messaging, offer, seller action, and success criteria.
• Build, own, and optimise Clay tables and research workflows, connecting enrichment, signal detection, account research, and contact discovery.
• Use AI to interpret market signals, classify accounts, and generate relevant research and messaging inputs.
• Map key accounts and buying committees, providing sellers with clear, evidence based insights and recommended actions.
• Work directly with Sales teams to test outbound plays, gather feedback, measure performance, and determine what to scale or refine.
• Establish quality controls and source references to ensure research and AI generated outputs are accurate and trustworthy.
• Turn successful experiments into reusable workflows, signals, audience logic, and play templates.
• Connect outbound strategies with ABM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Partner with RevOps on CRM integrations, sales tooling, tracking, and workflow governance.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
• Experience building B2B outbound, growth marketing, demand generation, or account based marketing programmes.
• Strong marketing judgement across segmentation, buyer problems, positioning, and messaging.
• Hands on experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.
• Practical experience using AI for research, classification, personalisation, and decision support.
• A track record of working directly with Sales teams to turn growth ideas into executed outbound plays.
• Experience identifying buying signals, researching accounts, and mapping buying committees.
• The ability to distinguish verified evidence from assumptions and evaluate results critically.
• A commercially minded approach, connecting growth activity to meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
Required Skills:
Growth Marketing and GTM Strategy
• Understanding of B2B go to market strategies, outbound motions, demand generation, and ABM.
• Ability to identify high value segments and translate buyer insight into targeted growth plays.
• Experience developing messaging and value propositions for specific audiences.
Technical and Automation Skills
• Hands on experience with Clay or comparable enrichment and automation platforms.
• Experience connecting data sources, research workflows, and automation tools.
• Practical use of AI for research, personalisation, and interpreting information.
• Ability to structure data, troubleshoot workflows, and maintain data quality.
Sales Partnership and Execution
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams to develop and execute outbound strategies.
• Ability to translate account insights into clear seller context and actionable recommendations.
• Experience gathering feedback, improving adoption, and measuring commercial impact.
Day to Day Activities
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, buyer signals, and Sales feedback.
• Build and maintain Clay tables for account enrichment, contact discovery, research, and prioritisation.
• Develop AI powered workflows that generate accurate account insights and seller context.
• Create and launch targeted outbound plays with Sales teams.
• Analyse performance across engagement, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Refine, scale, or retire workflows based on results and seller feedback.
• Develop reusable research components, signals, and play templates.
• Work with RevOps on Salesforce integrations, tracking, and governance.
• Document workflows and best practices to support adoption across teams and markets.
Personal Attributes
• Builder mentality, enjoys getting hands on with tools, data, workflows, and automation.
• Commercially minded, focused on generating meaningful sales conversations, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Naturally curious about buyer behaviour, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Analytical and evidence driven, with strong attention to research quality and accuracy.
• Experimentation focused, comfortable testing ideas and learning from results.
• Collaborative and confident working directly with Sales and cross functional teams.
• Self starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Excited by the potential of AI, automation, and connected data to transform go to market strategies.
Nice to have experience:
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Goldcast, or Qualified.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and outbound sequencing tools.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, SQL, or data integrations.
• Experience connecting outbound, ABM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing programmes.
