Google Ads Media Buyer for an Agency - (US-based/Remote)

Location: Spain Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located. About the role Come and join the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world, and run real spend on ecommerce accounts where search and shopping mastery decides who wins. Our client is the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world. Led by their founder and CEO, Jem, they manage nine figures in annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce DTC brands, powered by direct relationships with Google's product teams and access to alpha and beta features most agencies never touch. Their strategies are not public, their standards are high, and their results do the talking. They grow fast because the work is that good, and they keep the team senior and selective on purpose. Their average client stays with them well beyond a year, close to unheard of in this industry. Join them and you plug into a team operating at the top of the game, and a founder whose personal brand is becoming the loudest signal in performance marketing. - This is a senior seat for a full stack Google buyer whose core is search and shopping, done at real scale, and who can prove it. You own accounts end to end and run them against real spend, where the numbers are the only thing that matters. Search and shopping are the heart of the role. Get those right and the rest follows. - On the search side, you build a clean, profitable structure, you split brand from non-brand without being told, and you research top of funnel keywords that open a category before a buyer knows the brand, at the category level, the problem level, and the ingredient or mechanism level. You know which demand is worth paying for and which is not. - On shopping, the feed is the account. That is the part most buyers get wrong, and it is where you are strongest. You live in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, and you turn a raw product feed into a shopping and PMax engine: clean attributes, smart custom labels, supplemental feeds, and constant title and image testing at the feed level. You know a title test can move an account more than a bid change, and you run those tests as a discipline, not a one off. - You are full stack, so YouTube and Demand Gen are part of the picture too, but we are happy to teach those if your search and shopping foundation is elite. And you are deep in the data throughout: Triple Whale and Northbeam are where you check your work, and you optimize to profit, not to whatever the Google interface wants to celebrate. Responsibilities: ● Own Google Ads accounts end to end, with search and shopping as the priority ● Build and manage profitable search structure and the brand versus non brand split ● Research and structure top of funnel keywords that open new demand at the category, problem, and mechanism level ● Own the feed as part of the account: build and optimize attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Sheets ● Run continuous title and image testing at the feed level and turn the winners into scale ● Grow into YouTube and Demand Gen, scaling them deliberately as you go ● Scale winners and cut waste quickly against real spend ● Live in Triple Whale and Northbeam and let profit lead every decision ● Partner with the creative team so the right angles and formats get tested against the right traffic ● Keep clients informed with clear, honest reporting on what is working and why Requirements ● Proven experience buying Google Ads for ecommerce at real scale, with a core in search and shopping and results you can point to in hard numbers ● Elite on search: account architecture, the brand versus non brand split, and top of funnel keyword research at the category, problem, and mechanism level ● Elite on shopping and feeds: hands on in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, with real command of attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds ● Runs structured title and image testing at the feed level as a habit, and reads the results honestly ● Full stack across Google, comfortable owning whole accounts. YouTube and Demand Gen experience is a plus, but we will teach it if your search and shopping are strong. ● Deep in the data: Triple Whale, Northbeam, and the Google Ads interface, always optimizing to profit ● A genuine understanding of the whole Google Ads ecosystem, not just the buttons in one campaign type ● Ecommerce or DTC experience Benefits Fully remote.
