We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to own inDrive’s largest cross-team programs end to end. You will work across tens of teams, partner directly with product and engineering leadership, and decide not only how our biggest programs are delivered but which ones we run and in what order.
The role sits between product intent and technical reality. You will work with Product Managers to scope, prioritise and phase what we build, and with engineering to decide how it gets built - then own the dependency picture across the entire surface.
This is a deeply technical role. You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings. We are looking for someone who has built software or led engineers, and who can hold their own with staff engineers and architects.
You will join the Program Management team inside the Product & Technology PMO, alongside Product & Engineering Excellence and CTO/CPO Operations.
Please note that we are looking for a candidate based in
Georgia (the country), not the U.S. state
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of several product teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines
Working closely with Engineering manager and team members to create products and achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Facilitating project or program-level events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
End-to-End Ownership.
Own end-to-end delivery of inDrive’s largest org-wide technical programs, from initiation and scoping through architecture, execution, launch and adoption, against measurable outcomes over multiple quarters
Product Partnership.
Partner with Product Managers across business verticals and platform to scope programs, challenge and sharpen requirements, agree what is in and out, and turn ambiguous product intent into a program with a defensible shape
Prioritisation and Phasing.
Drive prioritisation and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering — what ships first, what can wait, what can be split — so that value lands early and the plan survives contact with reality
Cross-Surface Dependencies.
Identify, map and resolve dependencies across the whole surface, including the ones nobody has noticed yet
Technical Depth.
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to decisions on system design, scalability and reliability
Solution Architecture.
Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions that span multiple services, platforms, vendors and markets, and be accountable for the technical KPIs and SLAs your programs commit to
Technical Judgment.
Use your engineering background to help teams make sound design decisions, identify gaps in proposed solutions and weigh product-versus-technology trade-offs
Portfolio Management.
Own a portfolio of programs: sequence them, resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts, and make the calls on scope, timeline and technical approach
Structure in Ambiguity.
Create structure where none exists by defining program frameworks, decision points, operating cadences and communication models
Systemic Risk.
Detect risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point, and intervene to stabilise at-risk programs anywhere in the portfolio
Execution at Scale.
Identify where the organisation is losing speed, design scalable processes to fix it, and drive adoption across all Prod/Tech teams
Executive Partnership.
Partner directly with Product/Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO and CPO on priorities, goals and trade-offs, and own executive communication so decisions are made quickly and with the right information
Craft Leadership.
Mentor Technical Program Managers and set the craft direction for the program management group
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program.
Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects.
Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow.
Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs.
Final benefits may vary depending on the location.
ГибридTbilisi, Georgia; You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings; Detect risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point, and intervene to stabilise at-risk programs anywhere in the portfolio

Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you'll build and run the ElevenLabs partner academy for systems integrators, hyperscalers and technology partners. You'll create curricula across sales, pre-sales and technical implementation, starting with ElevenAgents and expanding across ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI. You'll work closely with our regional Forward Deployed Engineers, who bring the technical expertise and set the technical quality bar. Your mission is to grow the program to 10,000+ certified partner professionals by the end of 2027, and to make the ElevenLabs certification a credential the tech ecosystem respects.
As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you can expect to:
- Build curricula for partner sellers, pre-sales and implementation engineers: courses, hands-on labs and assessments.
- Turn expert knowledge from our FDEs, sales and product teams into a world-class online academy.
- Run the certification program end to end, from submissions and review workflows to certificates, with FDEs making the technical call.
- Scale the program through automation, from automated agent review to bots and emails that support learners.
- Deliver training online and in person, including sales and technical sessions at our partner hackathons.
- Run program administration: the learning platform, partner onboarding tracks, reporting and learner feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for an enablement builder who is comfortable with both commercial and technical topics. You don't need to be the deepest expert in the room, but you need enough depth to work with senior engineers and sellers as subject matter experts and turn their knowledge into great learning. You'll thrive with us if you:
- Are passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
- Have built enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or technical teams.
- Learn technical products quickly and can explain them to both technical and commercial audiences.
- Can run a program end to end: learning platforms, timelines, stakeholders and reporting.
- Can lead a session or workshop in front of sellers and engineers.
- Have strong instructional design skills: you can turn expert content into clear courses, labs and assessments.
- Enjoy turning repeat work into automations, tools and agents.
- Have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences.
Bonus:
- Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer or in professional services for a frontier AI product.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications or voice and chat agents, and reviewing whether they are ready for production.
- Familiarity with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and common integration patterns.
- Telephony experience, such as SIP, Twilio or contact center platforms.
- Experience at a systems integrator, hyperscaler or technology partner.
- Experience with learning platforms such as WorkRamp.
- Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Leading a partner enablement team as the academy grows.
- Moving into partner program leadership or Solutions Engineering.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in North America, with the ability to operate in Americas timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

THE ROLE
As Baseten scales, our equity program needs to scale with it - more countries, more entities, and more complexity in how we grant, administer, and report on equity. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting to keep the program sound as it scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the operating model for equity administration as the company grows across countries, entities, and increasingly complex transactions.
- Run the recurring equity calendar - including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, terminations, and other participant transactions - with clear ownership, deadlines, and exception management.
- Own the integrity of equity records and establish recurring reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting records.
- Translate compensation and plan decisions into executable workflows, system configurations, approval paths, and employee communications.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on the equity implications of international hiring, employee mobility, acquisitions, liquidity programs, and other corporate events.

- Design a control environment that supports accurate financial reporting, efficient audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop reporting that gives Finance and People leadership visibility into dilution, grant activity, vesting, exercises, retention trends, and future program obligations.
- Own the equity platform and its surrounding data flows, including configuration, permissions, integrations, vendor performance, and system improvements.
- Create employee resources that make equity easier to understand at important moments such as onboarding, grant issuance, vesting, exercise, and departure.
- Identify recurring manual work and implement practical automation without compromising review, security, or control.
- As the function grows, help define the team structure and determine which capabilities should be built internally versus supported by outside providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations - not only advisory or program-design experience, and a willingness to remain close to the underlying data and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and the operational requirements of equity plans.
- Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems.
- A strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support.
- Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes where no established playbook exists.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to clarify ownership and drive decisions across Legal, People, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an employee’s equity accurately without giving personal tax or legal advice.
- Strong discretion when handling compensation, ownership, transaction, and employee data.
- Ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams while maintaining accuracy and following issues through resolution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional certification or meaningful progress toward it.
- Experience supporting international equity programs and cross-border employee mobility.
- Experience with significant corporate transactions affecting equity (e.g., acquisitions, tender offers, financings).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting and the data Accounting needs for close, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting.

About the job
As we expand our partner ecosystem to support global growth targets, we are expanding our team to scale responsibly. We are seeking a versatile
Partner Program Manager
to drive an exceptional experience across our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. This balanced role bridges the gap between high-touch partner experience, strategic cross-functional project management, and advanced lifecycle automation. If you have a deep background in partnerships, an AI-forward mindset for process optimization, and hands-on experience with modern ecosystem toolsets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our global network.
In this role, you won't just follow a static blueprint—you will help build it. We are seeking a highly proactive partner program manager to drive exceptional experiences for our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. You will take the lead on optimizing the end-to-end partner journey, managing cross-functional projects, and eliminating operational friction.
This position requires a "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for transforming manual workflows into automated, scalable systems, managing key vendor capabilities, and implementing strategic initiatives that directly unlock ecosystem revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive Program Modernization & Scale:
Act as an operational engine for the team, identifying process bottlenecks and proactively designing new ways to automate existing manual workflows.
Own Problem-Solving:
Step into complex challenges across the partner lifecycle and chart a clear path forward to build repeatable, programmatic solutions.
Optimize the Partner Experience:
Lead and refine core partner onboarding pathways, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows to deliver a seamless, world-class journey for external ecosystems.
Accelerate Partner Revenue Mechanics:
Build and execute operational frameworks that eliminate transaction friction, streamline incentive administration, and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines.
Manage Technology & Vendor Capabilities:
Serve as a strategic owner for key components of our partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring our data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale rather than mere maintenance.
Orchestrate High-Touch Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies, ensuring clear, accessible program documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments.
Lead Cross-Functional Project Execution:
Develop and run end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in partner program or project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
The "Get-Stuff-Done" Mindset:
A proven track record of operating effectively in complex environments, turning ambiguous problems into plans, and delivering results without a rigid instructions script.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an International Finance Program Manager to join our International Accounting team in Dublin at Anthropic. In this role, you will drive execution excellence across a diverse portfolio of international expansion initiatives, standing up new go-to-market and infrastructure entities. You will partner closely with the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll and Finance Systems leads, functional business owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are well-governed, on track, and delivering measurable business value.
This role requires someone who can context-switch across multiple finance domains, establish lightweight but effective program management practices, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will be instrumental in helping Anthropic scale its international footprint so that every new entity is ready to operate and meet its obligations from day one.
Responsibilities
Program Management:
Manage a portfolio of international entity set-ups, ensuring clear prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery accountability across the Finance teams that own the deliverables
Governance & Process Design:
Establish and maintain lightweight governance frameworks appropriate for a fast-paced, engineering-centric culture, including standardized project intake, status reporting, risk management, and decision escalation processes
Status Tracking & Reporting:
Provide clear, consistent visibility into project health, milestones, dependencies, and risks through structured reporting to the Head of International Accounting, functional leads, and Finance leadership, and maintain the inventory of entities and the infrastructure expansion pipeline
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead cross-functional coordination across Finance Operations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Finance Systems, Legal and People Operations teams to drive alignment and remove blockers
Entity Set-up and Go-live Readiness:
Track the finance set-up of each new entity (bank accounts, tax registrations, intercompany agreements, bank mandates, payroll, Workday and the accounting systems) and its go-live readiness, through the first payroll, first month-end close and first payroll tax or VAT filing, in support of the finance owner
Compliance Coordination:
Partner with the Tax, Payroll and Accounting teams and local advisers to support the registrations, filings and compliance calendar of each new entity
Change Management:
Drive user adoption for new entity processes and controls through structured change management, including training, communication plans, and post-go-live support
Vendor Management:
Track and manage vendor delivery timelines, SOW commitments, and partner accountability across the banks and the payroll, tax and accounting providers in each country
AI Initiative Tracking:
Coordinate AI automation initiatives within the international expansion portfolio, tracking progress on Claude-powered use cases and ensuring integration with broader Finance roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
Have 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, with at least 3 years working in finance or accounting
Have hands-on experience managing complex entity set-ups, international expansion programs or multi-country roll-outs
Can manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different finance domains without losing sight of the details or the big picture
Are skilled at building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal and People Operations teams
Have experience designing and implementing governance frameworks that provide accountability without excessive overhead, particularly in fast-paced, agile environments
Possess strong analytical skills and can synthesize complex project data into clear, executive-ready reporting
Are proficient with modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar) and entity management tools and can quickly establish portfolio-level visibility and dashboards
Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex project information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and can navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivery and deadlines
Are passionate about building scalable processes that support rapid organizational growth
Preferred Qualifications
Background in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A with understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance workflows
Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies
Experience working in high-growth technology companies

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
