We are seeking a sharp, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Bilingual Employment Law Paralegal / Intake Specialist
to support a growing U.S.-based employment law firm. In this dual-function role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who are often navigating difficult workplace situations, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, or wage disputes.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough intake screening interviews, gathering critical case facts, qualifying leads, and supporting the attorney with essential pre-litigation paralegal drafting and document organization. If you have a solid background in U.S. plaintiff-side litigation, speak fluent English and Spanish, and possess an empathetic phone presence, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Intake & Screening Management:
Answer inbound calls, web leads, and text inquiries from potential clients using the firm’s screening scripts.
Case Fact Gathering:
Collect detailed case information regarding employers, employment dates, termination reasons, pay issues, and protected class/activity indicators, documenting all data clearly in the CRM.
Initial Case Qualification:
Perform preliminary case evaluations (evaluating statute of limitations, employer size, at-will vs. contract status) and flag high-priority leads to the attorney on the same day.
Client Onboarding & Scheduling:
Send and track retainer agreements and intake forms via e-signature platforms, schedule consultations, and maintain the attorney’s calendar.
Paralegal & Pre-Litigation Support:
Organize client documents, build case chronologies, follow up with clients for additional records, and draft initial demand letters and administrative agency filings (EEOC, CRD, DLSE) using established templates.
Requirements
Experience:
1+ years of direct experience in a U.S. law firm as an Intake Specialist or Paralegal (preference for employment law, personal injury, or plaintiff-side litigation).
Language & Communication:
Exceptional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with an American accent preference. Must possess a calm, compassionate, and professional phone presence.
Written Skills:
Strong written English capabilities; summaries and notes must be clear, complete, and structured enough for the attorney to evaluate without requiring follow-up calls.
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with legal case management platforms (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, Lawmatics, or similar) and e-signature tools.
Ethical Compliance:
Clear understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA/PII protection, and attorney-client privilege.

100% Remote.
Requirements:

Belkins is looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their intake pod, a team that manages new clients through their first three months. The pod includes an Account Strategist, Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. The SDR's focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments across multiple pilot-stage client projects (typically 3-4) using a power dialer and managing replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.
Tasks:
— Run outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple pilot-stage client projects simultaneously.
— Handle objections live during calls, steering conversations toward booked appointments.
— Track connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, reporting performance issues to the Account Strategist.
— Personally manage every reply from automated email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns, responding within 4–8 working hours.
— Schedule appointments and share meeting details with the team via Slack.
— Monitor key metrics (connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate) across projects.
— Provide structured feedback to Research, Content, and Email Deliverability Specialists to improve lead quality and messaging.
— Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and share weekly recaps with the Account Strategist.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of outbound SDR experience with a strong cold calling background.
— Fluent English, both written and spoken, comfortable working across US and European time zones.
— Metrics-driven with the ability to track and improve dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers.
— Strong objection handling skills and consistent success in securing next steps.
— Ability to work with brand-new accounts and manage multiple pilot-stage client projects without losing quality or pace.
— Reliable CRM hygiene and disciplined follow-up.
— Self-starting and proactive, able to maintain pace without external pressure.
Hiring process includes recruiter interview, practical task, hiring manager interview with live cold-call roleplay, and final interview with Managing Director and HR Business Partner.
Conditions:
— Full-time remote work with flexible hours.
— Competitive pay.
— Professional growth opportunities through feedback, internal mobility, and knowledge sharing.
— Mental health support including lectures and well-being focus.
— 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
— Alignment with U.S. holidays for global team synchronization.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.

Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
Demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding
Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role using databricks is a plus
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents
Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
