About Bamboo Works
Bamboo Works helps growing companies and ambitious entrepreneurs build global teams without handling recruitment themselves. We place vetted, English-fluent professionals, from service and support staff to accountants, engineers, and marketers, who work as part of our clients' onshore teams. Our services range from single specialist placements to fully managed offshore departments and recruitment-as-a-service. We've served 200+ clients so far and invest in our people through our own AI Academy. We were built remotely on purpose, and we care about the quality of each hire more than the number of hires.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional
Lead Generation Specialist
to fuel our growth by connecting us with the companies that need great offshore teams the most.
If you're passionate about finding opportunities others miss, starting meaningful conversations, and helping businesses grow through great people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a
Lead Generation Specialist
, you'll own the top of our sales funnel, from identifying the right companies through booking qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll build a predictable pipeline from scratch, targeting companies that could realistically hire offshore staff, and find the buying signals that show when a business is ready to build a remote team.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work closely with our sales team and internal leadership to test new channels, refine our ideal customer profile, and hand over opportunities that are warm, qualified, and ready to close.
Your success will be measured not only by the number of qualified meetings you generate, but also by the quality of those opportunities, your creativity in finding new ways to reach prospects, and the long-term clients they turn into.
Role Details
Commitment:
Part-Time/Full-Time
Working Hours:
Flexible with overlap across international clients
Location:
Fully Remote
Engagement:
Independent Contractor
Start Date:
ASAP
Monthly Rate:
Competitive rate based on experience, consisting of base pay + high incentives
What You'll Do
Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies looking to hire offshore staff.
Define and refine the ideal customer profile. Spot buying signals (hiring activity, growth triggers, operational strain) that show when a company is ready to offshore.
Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and less conventional channels. Test, measure, and double down on what converts.
Qualify and warm up prospects so our sales team receives opportunities that are ready to close.
Keep our CRM clean and accurate. Report full-funnel metrics from first touch through closed client, and use them to improve results month over month.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
At least 3 years in B2B lead generation, with a proven record of generating clients for a staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO firm itself (not for one of its clients).
You can share real funnel numbers, including outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, and closed clients, as well as the KPIs you were held to.
You can build targeted lead lists and find buying signals on your own. You're creative with outreach and don't depend on an expensive stack of paid tools.
You have hands-on experience with at least one CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho) and keep detailed, up-to-date prospect and opportunity records.
You write and speak English excellently, and you're comfortable owning targets independently in a fully remote setup.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience running qualification or discovery calls before handing prospects over to sales
Familiarity with the Western SMB market (US, UK, EU, AU) and its offshore hiring needs
Experience with cold calling or appointment-setting software
Experience with corporate markets, such as accounting
Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) to speed up research and personalization
Experience with outreach beyond cold email and LinkedIn, such as partnerships, referrals, events, communities, or content-led prospecting
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for someone who:
Is driven by targets and motivated by seeing the pipeline grow.
Takes ownership of results rather than waiting for leads to come to them.
Spots opportunities and buying signals that others miss.
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you're building from scratch.
Handles rejection with resilience and keeps outreach consistent day after day.
Gets creative with outreach instead of relying on expensive tools or one-size-fits-all templates.
Balances high activity with high-quality, well-qualified opportunities.
Is data-driven, tracking every number in the funnel and using it to improve.
Enjoys starting conversations with business owners and understands how great offshore talent helps companies grow.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.

ABOUT CANTINA
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re working on real-time video generation for interactive characters, spanning realistic humans, stylized characters, and non-human identities. We want these characters to feel present: to speak, react, and express themselves through their face, gestures, and body language.
This brings together a set of closely connected research problems. A character needs a consistent appearance, expressive and coherent motion, and a natural relationship between speech and movement. The model also needs to respond quickly and keep generating reliably as an interaction unfolds. Quality, controllability, and efficiency all matter.
You’ll work across streaming generation, fine-tuning, distillation, inference optimization, and data. Some problems will call for a new training approach; others will come down to better examples, a more useful evaluation, or understanding a bottleneck in the implementation. Part of the job is figuring out which intervention is worth making.
You’ll have substantial freedom to propose directions, investigate unfamiliar ideas, and shape what we work on next. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that freedom and can turn it into a steady sequence of useful experiments.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Real-time and streaming generation. Develop models that support responsive interaction while maintaining visual quality and consistency over time. Investigate latency, continuity, and how model behavior changes during longer generation.
- Character expression and motion. Explore how appearance, facial expression, gesture, and body movement come together into a coherent character. Improve the relationship between speech and motion across different identities and visual styles.
- Fine-tuning and post-training. Adapt video models to new data, behaviors, and capabilities. Investigate training objectives and conditioning methods, and follow promising ideas through implementation and evaluation.
- Distillation and inference optimization. Make generation faster and more efficient. Work across model-level approaches and runtime improvements, measuring their effects on quality, latency, and memory.
- Data development. Spend meaningful time with the actual training examples. Identify missing coverage and recurring failure modes, improve curation and sampling, and develop data that helps models learn the behavior we want.
- Evaluation. Build comparisons that make progress visible and failures understandable. Combine quantitative measurements with careful inspection of generated video and the experience of interacting with the model.
- Research and collaboration. Read relevant work, reproduce and adapt useful ideas, and share early experiments, demos, and findings. Help the team decide what deserves more time and compute.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience training or fine-tuning video or related generative models.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar methods quickly and turn ideas into useful experiments.
- Good experimental judgment, ownership, and clear communication.
You’ll have freedom to explore new approaches. We expect fast iteration and early sharing of results.
COMPENSATION
When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
