The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements, primarily across Europe.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
📆 APPLICATION DEADLINE: MONDAY SEPT 28TH, 11:59PM EST
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Options Clearing team sits within Brokerage Operations, the group responsible for how Wealthsimple executes on behalf of clients across billions of dollars a day. We own the full options life cycle — reconciliations, settlements, exercises, assignments and expirations — and make sure every position we hold matches what it should. It's precise, deadline-driven work, and we take it seriously because clients are trusting us with their money.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Options Clearing, you'll own the daily execution of reconciliations, settlements, and expirations across our options book. This work protects client assets directly, so accuracy isn't optional — you're the person who catches a break in the data before it becomes a client-facing problem, and who improves the processes that keep pace as the business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and expiration processing across the options book, catching and resolving breaks before they reach clients
- Act as the team's subject matter expert on OCC and CDCC clearing (including SOLA), covering exercises, assignments, and institutional options transfers
- Partner with the Trade Desk, engineering, and other operations teams to resolve trade and position discrepancies and reduce risk
- Use data — pivot tables, lookups, and SQL — to find the cause of inefficiencies and fix them
- Build and improve the tools and workflows that let the team scale as options volume grows
- Develop processes to increase the efficiency of our back-office operations.
SKILLS YOU BRING:
- 2+ years handling back-office reconciliations, settlements, or options clearing (OCC/CDCC) at a broker-dealer or registered investment dealer
- Comfortable with large data sets — you can take a few thousand rows of position data, find the breaks, and explain what caused them
- Working knowledge of SQL, or ready to learn it fast — you'll be querying data daily
- Available to support early and late hours on a rotating basis around market events and settlement cycles
- A clear communicator who can work easily with trading, product, and operations teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Progress toward or completion of CSC, DFOL, or similar industry courses
- Familiarity with CDS or DTCC settlement
- Familiarity with Claude AI or Claude Code
WHO YOU ARE
- Naturally curious — when something looks off, you want to know why
- Someone who builds trust with the people around you by being reliable and clear
- Are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately against tight, non-negotiable deadlines.
- Willing to escalate early when something needs it, rather than sitting on it
- Genuinely interested in how markets and technology intersect

You’re the kind of person who looks at a complex, deeply interconnected system and immediately wants to know how it functions and what would make it break. Focused on finding more than just bugs, you want to untangle dependencies and raise the bar for quality across the board. You're comfortable stepping up to take ownership and lead the charge when things get complicated.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is our cross-platform IDE for databases, and its core functionality powers database tools across other JetBrains IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and PhpStorm. Because of the large size of this ecosystem, which spans many database systems, environments, and integrations, keeping our quality bar high is a complex, strategic challenge. You’ll take ownership of quality across these shared components and release processes. You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to map out expected behaviors, investigate hard-to-reproduce issues, and improve how we build and test. Your work will directly influence the reliability of tools used by millions of developers every day, making sure changes in one area don't unexpectedly break another.
Day to day, you will:
Lead QA activities, set priorities, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and components.
Investigate unclear, poorly reproducible, and cross-component issues to find the root cause.
Analyze logs, test results, and user reports to spot broader quality patterns behind individual failures.
Define test strategies and apply risk-based testing to manage release cycles safely.
Work with developers and product teams to establish expected behavior when detailed specifications aren't available.
Improve our QA processes and guide the team in making confident release decisions.
What you’ll bring
A high degree of independence and technical curiosity.
Comfort taking ownership of complex problems and driving them to resolution.
The ability to see the big picture and understand how changes in one area affect the rest of the system.
A proactive approach to improving processes rather than just following them.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn scattered logs and user reports into clear insights.
The communication skills to bring different teams together and coordinate testing efforts smoothly.
What you’ll need
The proven ability to test complex, multi-component systems and navigate integration and end-to-end testing.
Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience leading QA activities and shaping test strategies for multiple products and release cycles.
Familiarity with reading and debugging code (Java or Kotlin preferred) to troubleshoot deeply embedded issues.
Hands-on experience writing or maintaining automated tests.
The ability to navigate and troubleshoot CI/CD systems, test environments, and infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, or TeamCity).
Experience investigating distributed systems, APIs, and service-to-service integrations using monitoring and logging tools.
What success looks like
Within your first few months, you’ll have a firm grasp of the DataGrip ecosystem and how its components interact across our IDEs. You’ll be independently identifying quality risks, setting clear testing priorities, and helping teams ship reliable releases without bottlenecks. Long-term, you’ll have established smoother QA workflows, making it easier for everyone to understand dependencies and catch cross-product issues before they reach our users.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary.
We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule.
Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off.
More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities.
Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support.
Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks.
Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness.
On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events.
Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.

You turn forecasts into capacity plans, and capacity plans into schedules, so we meet our service levels at a sustainable cost.
CS covers ride-hailing, intercity, delivery and food delivery, across Live Chat, Email, Incident Management, Driver Verification, Review and Appeals, and Insurance. This role gives CS leadership one clear view of hiring needs and service-level risks for the coming months and years. Reports to Director, Customer Support Excellence.
