8+ years of professional experience developing optimizing compilers or JIT compilers
Track record of technical leadership: owning the design of major compiler components or optimization frameworks used in production
Expert C++ skills and experience in large, long lived codebases
Deep expertise in compiler optimization and code generation, with a clear view of the tradeoffs between peak performance, compile time, warmup and code size
Expert performance analysis skills down to the microarchitecture level
Nice to Have
Recognized contributions to LLVM or another major compiler: code owner, maintainer or author of significant upstream work
Deep experience with JIT compilers for managed languages: HotSpot C2, Graal, V8, .NET RyuJIT or similar
Experience working closely with runtime and GC teams on speculation, deoptimization and barrier design

Your work will require intensive research and engineering and will help accelerate a platform securing billions of dollars in value. Experience with crypto is not expected.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work on greenfield performance-oriented projects in a fast-moving startup environment
- Research ideas for accelerating EVM bytecode execution
- Design and implement performant production systems
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven track record in compiler design and system architecture
- Strong background in software engineering principles principles
- Experience with industry-standard compiler technologies
- Good understanding of testing and benchmarking
- Industry and/or academic experience working on compilers for parallel architectures
- Strong C++ programming skills

WHY WORK WITH US
- Challenging problems: You’ll work on extremely challenging problems with massive impact. See our Blogs https://www.category.xyz/blogs and Publications & Talks https://www.category.xyz/papers-talks for a flavor of the problems we are solving in the real world.
- Huge opportunity: The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are very slow. Monad’s core innovations offer developers the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer for mass user adoption in crypto.
- The right team: You’ll be part of a small, exceptional team (engineers and researchers make up 90% of the team).
- Open by default: Our core software is public on GitHub. You’ll build in the open, and your work ships where the whole ecosystem can see it.
- Culture: We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output. As an early member of our team, you’ll help to shape our culture.
- Compensation: You’ll receive a competitive salary and equity package.

We keep a lean team, and this is a rare opportunity to join. You’ll learn a lot and grow as our company scales.
HOW WE USE AI
We’re an AI-native team, and we expect engineers to use coding agents and keep up as the tooling evolves. A few things we believe:
- AI is leverage, not a crutch. Review what it generates with the same scrutiny you’d give a teammate’s PR, and own every line you ship.
- Judgment is what matters, not how long you typed by hand. We won’t ask for “N years of [tool].” The stack turns over every few months, so what matters is that you pick up new tools fast and know where and when they apply.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $250,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range across US locations. It does not include benefits, token, or equity incentives. Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing, Medical Coding, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
If you chose Finance as your MBA specialization because you find budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis genuinely interesting, and not just because it was available, this role is worth reading in full.
As a Management Trainee in our Finance and Accounts team, you will work directly under the Senior Manager, Finance on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-do role. You will not shadow someone else's work. You will contribute to real financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning cycles from your first month, with structured guidance and training built into the role. After six months, on successful completion of the probation period, you transition to Associate.
What is FP&A?
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is the function inside a company that answers three questions: what did we plan to spend and earn, what did we actually spend and earn, and why is there a gap? FP&A teams own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. They are the finance team's link between raw numbers and business decisions. This is the work you will be doing and learning.
Career Path
Management Trainee
First 6 Months (Probation)

Post Probation
Senior Associate & Beyond
Performance-Linked Growth
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Support
Assist in compiling annual and quarterly budget templates by gathering inputs from department heads.
Track budget submissions, flag inconsistencies, and follow up on missing data.
Prepare actuals vs budget comparison reports and highlight key variances for review.
2. Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
Assist in building P&L summaries, cost-centre reports, and expense trackers.
Maintain and update financial reporting templates in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Forecasting & Variance Analysis
Support the rolling forecast process by collecting data inputs and updating financial models.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast) and write clear summaries of key findings.
Help identify cost drivers and revenue trends from operational and financial data.
4. Month-End Close Support
Support the month-end close process: accruals, provisions, and expense reconciliations.
Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to collect required data inputs.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance activities you are involved in.
5. Compliance & Data Management
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across reports and trackers.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal control procedures.
Support internal and external audit requirements as and when needed.
What You Will Learn
This role comes with structured on-the-job training alongside your work. Over your first six months, you will be trained on:
FP&A workflows: how budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis work in a live business environment.
Advanced Excel for finance: pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, formula-based financial models, and data reconciliation techniques.
US healthcare business context: how revenue cycle operations generate financial data and what drives performance.
Professional finance reporting: how to structure numbers into insights that leadership can act on.

Strong academic record. A consistent performance history across 12th and graduation is expected.
Working knowledge of MS Excel. You should be able to build and navigate spreadsheets independently.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. A wrong number in a financial report is not a minor error.
Good written and spoken English. You will be coordinating with internal teams and presenting findings.
Strong Preference
Basic understanding of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Even from coursework.
Any internship or project work involving financial analysis, MIS, budgeting, or accounts.
Familiarity with variance analysis or management reporting concepts.

Who You Are
You chose Finance, not just MBA. This is the field you want to build a career in, and FP&A is where you want to start.
Numbers bother you when they are off. You catch the error before someone else does.
You ask why a number moved, not just what it is. Curiosity about business performance is natural to you.
You are structured in how you think and communicate. Whether it is an Excel sheet or a verbal update, you present clearly.
You take ownership of your work and meet your deadlines without needing to be reminded.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA in Finance (primary specialization) is mandatory. 12th in Commerce stream is mandatory. Both are non-negotiable.

Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, onsite in Gurugram, 5 days a week. Non-negotiable.
Joining: Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
Selection Process
Round 1: HR Screening. Profile review against education gate and eligibility criteria.
Round 2: Finance Assessment. Aptitude and concept test conducted at the Gurugram office, covering financial concepts, numerical reasoning, and Excel basics.

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

Our compensation philosophy is to foster a collaborative community that rewards, attracts and retains the best possible talent. The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business.
The national estimate for the current base range for the position of $176,400 - $242,550.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Culture
At Bugcrowd, we understand that diversity in the workplace is vital to a company’s success and growth. We strive to make sure that people are included and have a sense of being part of making Bugcrowd not only a great product but a great place to work.
We regularly hear from both customers and researchers that Bugcrowd feels like a family, and we strive to maintain that internally as well.
Our team consists of a broad range of people: musicians, adventure sports junkies, nature lovers, parents, cereal enthusiasts, night owls, cyclists, artists—you get the point.
At Bugcrowd, we are solving security threats and vulnerabilities that are relevant to everyone, therefore we believe solving these problems takes all kinds of backgrounds. We value the perspectives and experiences people from underrepresented backgrounds bring.
