Armenian AI Product Evaluator
The Project
Productive Playhouse is building a talent pool of Armenian speakers for an upcoming project testing and evaluating leading AI chatbots. The objective is to enhance response quality through direct user interaction with the various AI models.
Open to freelancers based outside the U.S.
This is more than one job. Apply once, and we'll keep you in mind for this project — and future ones that need your language skills.
The Details
We’re looking for independent contractor engagement (task-based - project-based).
Pay Rate: $15.00 USD per hour
100% remote
You choose which tasks to take, set your own hours, and are free to work with other clients any time. You can stay flexible as the project evolves.
This is an iterative project, work arrives in batches (there may be pauses between them).
What You’ll Do
As an AI Evaluator, you'll play a critical role in shaping and improving the next generation of Generative AI. You'll participate in structured, hands-on evaluations by interacting directly with various AI models to assess their capabilities, safety, and helpfulness. Your insights and data will directly inform model development and optimization.
Exact tasks vary by project and will be spelled out in that project's Statement of Work (SOW) before you start. Depending on the role, your work may include:
Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations, using assigned goals and prompts.
Voice-based interactions with AI models — for projects that involve this, sessions are recorded, and audio may be shared with the client as part of the evaluation deliverable.
Submitting deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) in the format each task specifies.
What We're Looking For
Native or expert-level fluency in Armenian, as spoken in Armenia
Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills - assessment maybe required
18 years of age or older
Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation — and good at asking sharp follow-ups
Your own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools
Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
Responsive communicator — quick replies move you through onboarding faster
Able to start within 48 hours
Why PPH?
Your language skills are the whole point — and this project pays for them
Apply once, get contacted directly when a spot opens — no chasing
Work from anywhere, on your own schedule, alongside any other work you do
Clear task specs, no ongoing oversight, no micromanagement
Real project experience with a global data and language services company
Work that actually improves how AI understands your language

The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into Armenian Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
Project Details
- Location: Remote (based in one of the approved countries below)
- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into Armenian
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Armenian and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools
Additional Key Information
- Successful candidates will be provided with a dedicated device for project work.
- A background check is required as part of onboarding.
- Candidates must be physically located in one of the approved countries.
Approved countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
Why Join Us
This role offers a long-term partnership with global teams on high-visibility products. You will benefit from steady project volume, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing upskilling, and access to established linguistic resources.
If this sounds like the right opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

2. Lead product crews to deliver product enhancements and new features, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization across parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.
3. Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Armenian system benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit the B2G model and local healthcare context.
4. Partner with the local operations team, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.
5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust.
6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.
