The job
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help Flo bring its newest features to our 70 million users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you'll bring new products and features to the people who need them, from positioning and launch through to growth
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly between projects, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, this is a rare opportunity to shape how product marketing works at one of the world's leading health apps. You’ll help define the ways of working, standards and tools that make product marketing central to how Flo builds and grows.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy building something from the start, aligning stakeholders from all functions behind a common goal, and working on products that make a real difference to women's health.
Your Experience
Must have:
6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses.
Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn.
The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence.
Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch.
Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls.
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to US consumers.
Experience in healthcare, digital health or another regulated industry.
A background in, or strong interest in, women's health.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Own the go-to-market strategy
for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond.
Define positioning and messaging:
who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it.
Test your thinking
in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments.
Shape the product from the start.
You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly.
Plan and lead launches
with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders.
Brief and partner with all Marketing teams,
including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story.
Make messaging clear, credible and compliant.
You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly.
Measure what works.
You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving.
Help build the function.
You'll shape the templates and ways of working that make product marketing effective across Flo.
Annual Salary Range (range may vary based on skills and experience)
From £88,000

The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat — building a scalable UA engine
Own your strategy and KPIs end-to-end: we provide the resources and the "why," you define the "how." No hand-holding, no micro-management — just results
Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms
Lead creative testing frameworks — build and manage scalable systems for testing high volumes of creatives, identify what wins and why, and replicate success at scale
Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation
Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS
Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, campaign optimization, and other recurring UA workflows
Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams — guide creative focus, forecast asset delivery, and write clear technical requirements
Dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels; when a number moves, you're the first to ask why
Generate insights from performance data, proactively surface opportunities, and produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, evolving privacy regulations, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to performance marketing
Must Have
5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments
Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (incl. DemGen/YT) at scale, with hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads
Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Solid understanding of web attribution principles and experience with tracking/analytics platforms
Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar); comfortable pulling and analyzing data via SQL and/or advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Practical experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing workflows — reporting, creative analysis, campaign optimization, or process automation more broadly
Strong communication and project management skills — able to sell ideas and negotiate priorities cross-functionally with stakeholders who don't report to you
Comfortable with ambiguity: when the roadmap shifts or a problem has no clear playbook, you build the solution rather than wait for one
Direct communicator who gives and welcomes honest feedback; willing to challenge a broken process or a wrong call
You care about how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line — business owner first, media buyer second
Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
Experience in healthtech, wellness, or other strictly regulated verticals is a strong advantage
