Design and implement a practical Finance Data Governance operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance forums, workflows, escalation paths, and operating cadences.
Create governance standards, procedures, templates, decision logs, issue-management routines, and approval processes that Finance and Technology teams can use in practice.
Build the Finance Data Inventory and Business Glossary
Identify and inventory priority Finance data domains, systems, tables, reports, interfaces, data products, calculations, mappings, and critical data elements.
Document business definitions, ownership, stewardship, approved usage, security classification, refresh frequency, and downstream dependencies.
Resolve conflicting definitions across Accounting, FP&A, management reporting, statutory reporting, and regional Finance teams.
Prepare metadata for publication in an enterprise data catalog and establish workflows for maintaining, reviewing, approving, and retiring governance documentation.
Document Data Lineage and Finance Transformation Logic
Map data from source systems through integration, transformation, consolidation, reporting, and analytical consumption.
Document business rules, transformation logic, mappings, allocations, eliminations, adjustments, currency translation, and reconciliation points.
Identify manual transformations, uncontrolled spreadsheets, duplicated logic, missing ownership, and lineage gaps, and support impact assessments for upstream changes.
Partner with technical teams to distinguish business lineage from physical and technical lineage.
Establish Data Quality and Financial Data Controls
Define practical Finance data quality standards, rules, thresholds, monitoring requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Build a data quality rule inventory and support issue identification, triage, root-cause analysis, ownership, remediation, escalation, and closure.
Develop data quality scorecards and maintain traceable and auditable evidence for approvals, exceptions, reconciliations, and remediation activities.
Govern Finance Master Data and Hierarchies
Document and govern Finance master data, reference data, mappings, and hierarchies, including accounts, cost centers, profit centers, entities, products, regions, currencies, scenarios, and reporting periods.
Define ownership, approval, versioning, effective dating, and change-control requirements.
Partner with master-data and technology teams on future hierarchy-management and Master Data Management initiatives, including business requirements, process design, testing, and downstream-impact assessment.
Support Priority Finance Data Products

Translate complex Finance and technical concepts into clear documentation and decisions.
Establish a repeatable onboarding approach for new data domains and data products.
Promote governance as an enabler of faster, more reliable reporting and analytics rather than as an administrative exercise.
Develop and maintain a prioritized governance backlog with defined owners, deliverables, dependencies, and completion criteria.
Work independently, identify missing requirements, and move ambiguous work toward resolution.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in data governance, Finance data management, Finance transformation, financial systems, data quality, metadata management, or related consulting roles.
Demonstrated experience establishing or materially improving a data governance and data strategy capability in a complex enterprise.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, including general ledger, management reporting, financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, close, and reconciliation.
Experience documenting financial data definitions, business rules, mappings, hierarchies, lineage, controls, and data quality requirements.
Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, data engineering, business intelligence, security, and enterprise technology teams.
Ability to distinguish business ownership and governance responsibilities from technical platform and engineering responsibilities.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to drive decisions across stakeholders with different priorities.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce both detailed working documentation and executive-level summaries.

Senior Software Quality Engineer
Summary
Do you want to shape how quality is built into PlayStation® peripherals and firmware, not just verify it at the end? Join the team crafting thoughtful test strategies for PlayStation® Link™ devices. Your work will directly support product performance, stability, and the overall player experience!

• Lead test plan walkthroughs with developers, product managers, and other partners ahead of key release milestones
• Run and guide functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing, and close coverage gaps across the product area
• Investigate complex failures using logs, traces, and system metrics, and lead triage and defect prioritization
• Mentor junior and mid-level QEs on test design, tooling, problem-solving, and quality practices
• Improve QE processes, tooling, and documentation, and share what you learn with nearby teams
Qualifications
We'll succeed by working together to learn from bugs and build test coverage with intention.
• Several years of experience in software quality engineering or a related testing role
• Comfortable owning test strategy and planning for complex features, including scope, release criteria, and test boundaries
• Experienced across functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing, with good judgment about which approach fits a situation, plus some experience testing APIs
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or qTest, and open to picking up new tooling as needs change
• Able to explain problems, risks, and trade-offs clearly to engineers, product partners, and leadership
• Organized and detail-minded, with experience mentoring others in Agile development environments
Nice to Have
If you bring any of these, we'd love to hear about them!
• Experience testing consumer electronics, especially peripherals or embedded firmware
• Familiarity with PlayStation® products
• Experience testing on Microsoft Windows platforms
• Passion for gaming
• Experience with telemetry tools, validating event tracking, or performance testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks

Familiarity with modern data and ML ecosystems such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Spark, feature stores, MLOps tools, model monitoring, APIs, and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in gaming, digital commerce, subscription, marketplace, streaming, or consumer technology businesses.
Deep experience with customer intelligence, player lifecycle analytics, personalization, experimentation, audience intelligence, or growth optimization.
Experience defining success metrics and quality standards for data science products, including adoption, reliability, latency, interpretability, fairness, model drift, and business impact.

Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI & Streaming
Aliso Viejo, CA
The vision
We think AI will change what cloud gaming can be. It can make streamed play faster, more personal, and more accessible, and in some ways better than playing locally. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll build agents and inference-backed systems into a real-time streaming platform and ship them to players. You'll work where AI meets performance-sensitive systems, and a lot of the problems here are still being defined.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered capabilities across our streaming platform and player experience.
Apply inference and agents to real-time performance, player engagement, personalization, and accessibility.
Use AI to understand, optimize, and evolve large existing codebases, including our streaming stack.
Build and extend our platform in C++, and help shape the technologies and architecture we use next.
Build what production AI needs: evaluation, telemetry, guardrails, fallbacks, and attention to latency and cost.
Turn ambiguous ideas into demos and experiments, measure what works, and harden it for production.
Work AI-natively every day, using coding agents, automation, and rapid exploration, and help the team do the same.
Work with a small, focused engineering team and with partners across streaming, platform, and cloud.
You're a great fit if you have
A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems end to end.
Strong C++ skills from professional work in production codebases.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agents or AI-powered features in production. You've worked through evals, regressions, latency, cost, and the ways these systems fail.
A strong grasp of how to turn models into products, including context and prompt design, tool use and orchestration, memory and retrieval, model selection, and where inference should run.
Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows.
Product judgment. You can tell when AI makes an experience better and when it's a gimmick.
The ability to work in ambiguity, move quickly, and keep momentum as priorities change.
Clear communication, strong ownership, and a habit of making the people around you better.
Bonus XP
Python, Rust, or other languages used to build and serve AI systems.
Low-latency or on-device inference, model optimization, or GPU experience.
Real-time media, game streaming, graphics, or video experience.
Cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production platform experience.
Experience building conversational or agentic experiences for games or interactive products.
Linux or Windows systems experience.
Japanese language or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
You enjoy playing video games.
Why join us
Work on AI problems most engineers never get to. In real-time systems, every millisecond counts, and so does every inference call.
Help set the direction. Our AI strategy is still taking shape, and you'll help decide what we build, not just how.
Get real ownership. You'll join a small, senior team where ideas go from prototype to production quickly.

Lead performance, capacity, infrastructure modernization and cost optimization for services using AWS, Kubernetes, EKS/UKS, autoscaling and related cloud patterns.

In this role, you will identify new product opportunities, speak directly with users, analyze product behaviour, define new features and initiatives, and manage the product opportunity pipeline from early exploration through launch and iteration.
You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to turn ambiguous ideas into clear product direction. You will represent the voice of the user, establish what success looks like, and help the team decide what to build, why it matters, and how we will know whether it worked.

Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and opportunity pipeline for new mobile and web experiences.
Identify and validate new product opportunities through user interviews, surveys, behavioural data, market research, competitive analysis, and rapid experimentation.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs, motivations, behaviours, and pain points, and represent the voice of the user throughout product development.

Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on user value, strategic alignment, expected impact, confidence, development effort, technical risk, and speed to learning.
Own product planning and the development pipeline, including roadmap prioritization, task creation, sprint planning, progress tracking, and maintaining alignment across the team.
Partner closely with Design and Engineering to take products and features from early concept through prototyping, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement, balancing short-term learning with long-term product quality.

Live directly in the data to analyze acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and other key user behaviours.
Develop hypotheses and lead structured experiments, including prototypes, concept tests, usability studies, A/B tests, and staged product releases.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and recommend whether to iterate, scale, reposition, or stop an initiative.
Partner with Growth Marketing to connect audience insights, acquisition performance, onboarding, engagement, and retention into a cohesive product-growth strategy.
Lead cross-functional product discussions, resolve trade-offs, identify dependencies and risks, and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, progress, results, and recommendations clearly to engineers, design, marketing and leadership.
Establish scalable product-development practices, including discovery methods, opportunity assessment, prioritization frameworks, planning rhythms, decision records, and post-launch reviews.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of consumer-facing mobile, web, social, gaming, marketplace, or other digital product experiences.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of taking new products, features, or major initiatives from early discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
Strong product-discovery skills, including experience planning and conducting user interviews, synthesizing qualitative research, testing concepts, and identifying unmet customer needs.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands-on experience using product analytics and business-intelligence tools to analyze funnels, cohorts, engagement, retention, and product performance.
Ability to work directly with data using SQL or an equivalent analytical workflow, with enough fluency to independently investigate questions and validate hypotheses.
Experience defining product goals, KPIs, instrumentation requirements, experiment plans, and success criteria.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and actionable plans.

Experience working closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality products in an iterative development environment.
Strong understanding of modern consumer product development, including user-centred design, experimentation, agile delivery, and metrics-informed iteration.
Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate independently, create structure, and maintain momentum in an ambiguous, technically complex, and fast-moving zero-to-one environment.
Strong user and customer focus, with the judgement to balance experimentation and speed with trust, privacy, usability, accessibility, and long-term product quality.
Bonus
Experience building social, community, communications, or network-driven consumer products.
Experience in gaming, mobile games, entertainment, or another highly engaged digital consumer category.
Deep knowledge of player behaviours, gaming culture, online communities, and industry trends.
Experience as a founding, first, or sole product manager on an early-stage product team.
Experience with real-time or social product capabilities such as messaging, presence, notifications, activity feeds, groups, identity, discovery, or recommendations.
Experience developing product-led growth loops involving invitations, referrals, sharing, re-engagement, community participation, or network effects.
