ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.

We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. - Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.

Twoje zadania
Będziesz rozwijać kompetencje swojego zespołu poprzez regularny feedback, coaching i prowadzenie szkoleń. Istotną częścią Twojej roli będzie również własny rozwój liderski i sprzedażowy, ponieważ wierzymy, że skuteczny lider rozwija się razem ze swoim zespołem.
Dużą rolę będzie odgrywać analiza wyników sprzedażowych i KPI.
