WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This early-career Notino Experience Program Manager role is for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and turns it into momentum. You’ll wear many hats across the People team, but your core job is to jump in, chart the path, and drive high-impact projects based on business priorities—bringing clarity, aligning cross-functional partners, and executing quickly so the team can deliver meaningful employee experiences across EMEA and APAC.
You’ll succeed here if you’re deeply curious, eager to grow, and excited to hone your craft in People. This is a launchpad opportunity to learn from strong leaders, build expertise across the full spectrum of People work, and help shape moments that matter—bringing energy, optimism, and genuine care for people while helping build a workplace where everyone can do the best work of their careers.
As the regional anchor for how Notion’s global people & environment programs come to life outside the U.S., you’ll sit at the intersection of global vision and local execution. Based in Dublin and reporting to the Notino Experience & Environment Lead for APAC & EMEA, you’ll partner closely with the Global Experience Programs team in AMER and environment teams across Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hyderabad—translating global programs into locally relevant, high-quality experiences and building the operational infrastructure to deliver them consistently at scale.
We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own regional program operations. Take end-to-end ownership of key people programs across EMEA and APAC — from onboarding and performance cycles to engagement surveys and talent retention initiatives. You'll research, plan, launch, and iterate.
- Bridge global and local. Act as the connective layer between the Global Experience Programs team and on-the-ground environment teams. You'll translate global frameworks into locally relevant experiences.
- Build the infrastructure. Create processes, playbooks, and agents that make local execution easier and more consistent across markets. Think onboarding workflows, program calendars, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
- Elevate Affinity Groups. Partner with Affinity Group leads across the region to strengthen their programmes, provide operational support, and help surface retention and engagement insights from within those communities.
- Use data to drive decisions. Build and maintain dashboards that track program health, adoption, and outcomes. Use what you learn to run experiments, course-correct quickly, and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with People Partners, NoE , Recruitment and business leaders to align people programs with organisational goals and ensure an inclusive, well-supported employee experience.
- Champion the Notion Experience. Help craft and bring to life a more distinct Notino Experience brand across EMEA and APAC — reimagining how we work, how we connect, and what it feels like to be a Notino in your region.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Programatic: experience running people programs end-to-end, across multiple markets & time zones.
- AI-native mindset: you’re “AI‑pilled” in the best way: you proactively use AI tools to speed up research, ops, and communication, and you’re excited to build AI agents/playbooks.
- Project management: strong skills and the ability to hold many moving pieces.
- Stakeholder trust: you build trust naturally across levels, from team members to executive partners.
- Bias toward action: you’re resourceful, scrappy when needed, and energised by a fast-moving environment.
- Change management: experience driving change at a high-growth company — you know how to bring people along, not just roll things out.
- Executive presence: you’re comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion
- Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets, with an understanding of cultural nuance in employee experience.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €45,000 - €70,000 per year.

For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
The role
Senior Program Officers are the leaders of GiveWell's grantmaking. In this role, you'll take primary responsibility for a significant grantmaking portfolio, setting its strategy and sifting through the many opportunities we could fund to focus on those that matter most. Your decisions will inform the allocation of hundreds of millions of dollars to dozens of grantees. You'll also communicate externally about our work and mentor and advise other members of the team.
You will build and lead a grantmaking portfolio that brings rigor and creativity to GiveWell's hardest funding problems. You'll combine rigorous review of empirical evidence, cost-effectiveness modeling, strong grantee relationships, ground-truthing of how programs are actually delivered, discussions with subject matter experts, understanding of the broader context, and your own judgment to decide what to fund, how to structure it, and when to build something new. In the course of your work, you might approach questions like these:
How should we balance exploring and seeding new, smaller opportunities with funding cost-effective opportunities at scale today?
When the best opportunity doesn't exist yet, how do we create it, whether through co-design, seeding an implementer, or shaping broader incentives?
What is the best direction for our portfolio, and are we correctly prioritizing the programs and grantees we fund?
Where are the highest-impact opportunities to expand the portfolio while improving its cost-effectiveness?
How can we triangulate empirical evidence against expert opinion and other qualitative features, like a grantee's organizational track record?
Do a grantee's reported outputs reflect real coverage, quality, and adherence to evidence-based practices on the ground?
What research can we fund today that could substantially improve our grantmaking five years from now?
How much uncertainty are we willing to accept before making a grant, and which questions do we need to answer first?
Senior Program Officers work closely with
Senior Researchers
, an equivalently-leveled, parallel role on our team. Senior Researchers typically set the research agenda for grantmaking areas and tackle the thorniest, most open-ended questions we face, while Senior Program Officers own the grant and portfolio decisions — deciding what we fund and why, and incorporating Senior Researchers' analysis into their decisionmaking. Senior Program Officers have a research mindset, too: they're comfortable digging into a cost-effectiveness model and forming their own view of the evidence.
Team structure
Our research department is currently organized into eight teams:
Five of the teams (Water, Livelihoods, Nutrition, Malaria, and Vaccines) focus on specific areas of grantmaking.
The New Areas team focuses on interventions in domains that are new to GiveWell.
The Cross-Cutting team focuses on methodological issues, research quality, and other big-picture concerns that cut across all of our research work.
The Commons team provides generalized research support to each of the other teams, including landscaping research, vetting, and publishing.
New Senior Program Officers typically begin on our Cross-Cutting team, where they complete a structured onboarding program with one-on-one feedback on core GiveWell skills like evidence review, cost-effectiveness analysis, and clear research writing. Onboarding usually lasts one to two months.
We generally decide which team a new hire will join by the end of onboarding. Most move onto one of our grantmaking teams (for example, Malaria, Nutrition, Vaccines, or New Areas), and some stay on Cross-Cutting. Placement is based mainly on the research team's needs. In most cases, we won't know at the time of the offer which team someone will join, but if a candidate brings specialized expertise, we may settle on a team sooner. Once placed, team members usually stay on that team long-term.
Team values
We think our research team has unique qualities:
We care deeply and centrally about finding and sharing truth.
Truth-seeking is one of our
core values
. We post
our mistakes
and we prize our team members who keep our culture of free-flowing feedback strong.
We are independent.
We focus 100% on finding the most cost-effective opportunities to save and improve lives. Our researchers assist in communicating our research findings to the public and our donors, and on occasion we provide tailored advice to ultra-high-net-worth donors who want to rely on our expertise to direct their giving—but we never ask our researchers to trade off against honesty, or to hide their real beliefs.
We don’t waste time.
Once it’s clear that a particular research question is unlikely to change our bottom-line funding recommendation, we drop it as quickly as possible. We encourage our research staff to constantly re-evaluate their portfolios and only work on the highest-priority questions.
Lean research team = huge personal impact.
In 2026,
our research team of ~80 people is directing close to 1 billion dollars and we expect grantmaking dollars per research team member to increase in the future.
We work well together.
Our research team is lean because we’re able to attract top-tier people, all of whom complete skills-based assessments before joining our staff. We maintain a high-performing, collegial culture and pay our staff accordingly.
About you
The strongest candidates typically have at least 5-10 years of professional experience, a significant portion of which was in similar or closely-related roles. Many of our senior staff have quantitatively-oriented advanced degrees, but there’s no hard academic requirement — what matters to us is that you’ve used empirical tools to make rigorous, evidence-based decisions under uncertainty, whether you’ve done that in graduate training or hands-on experience.
In addition to relevant experience with the responsibilities listed above, we'll be interested in people with strong track records in any of the following areas:
Funding, building or scaling new programs, initiatives, or organizations.
Using rigorous quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness modeling to support decisionmaking
Building relationships with diverse stakeholders (you'll work with other funders, research organizations, NGOs, and more, so it will be important for you to have strong skill in this area)
Owning large budgets and/or grant portfolios
Excellent written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on directness and clarity
Setting and iterating on strategy in complex, fast moving environments
It’s a plus, but not required, if you have experience:
Engaging with global health, development, or related fields
Reviewing randomized controlled trials and impact evaluations
Working with governments or multilateral organizations
Gathering first-hand data to inform program design
Managing a variety of grant types, including advocacy and market-shaping initiatives
You can review our staff bios
here
for more practical insight on the backgrounds and experience of our current team.
We expect that people with the soft qualities below will be the most successful and happy on our team. This isn’t a full list, but hopefully it conveys the gist of our team’s professional personality:
GiveWell’s mission and methods are personally energizing—you like our approach to research and you find personal meaning in our story of impact.
You’re abnormally curious—you ask lots of questions, and you’re willing to interrogate others’ work. Your curiosity also extends to your own work—you aren’t defensive when your research comes under scrutiny.
You get things done, and you'll drop what you're doing when something matters more. You drive work to conclusions efficiently, and when the evidence shifts or a higher-value opportunity appears, you’re eager to pivot.
You're entrepreneurial. When you see a gap, you want to fill it, whether that's designing a new program, finding an implementer, or setting up a new kind of funding mechanism. You make bets under uncertainty.
You routinely think about and surface the value judgments, background knowledge, and strategic commitments that undergird your work. You understand the potential effects of mistaken mental models, so you strive to improve yours and your team’s.
You dislike it when people express strong confidence in views that don’t seem to rely on commensurate evidence. You carefully and legibly communicate about your confidence levels.
You appreciate the value of an excellent reputation and strong relationships. You can moderate your directness and intensity when you’re communicating with external folks.
You love a
gnarly problem
. You figure out the most important questions to answer, go deep on the details where they matter (and move on where they don’t), and reassess your mental models based on what you’ve learned.
The details
Compensation:
We set salaries using a location-based tier system. Our pay for this role:
NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area: $308,000.
All other U.S. locations: $280,000.
International: Similar to the “all other U.S. locations” salary, based on historical exchange rates and delivered in locally-denominated currency.
Benefits
: Our
benefits
include:
Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance (we cover 100% of premiums within the US for you and any dependents)
Four weeks of paid time off per year
16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
Ergonomic home workstations or coworking space memberships
Automatic contribution equal to 5% of your gross salary into your 403(b) retirement plan (for U.S. based staff)
Countries we can hire from:
GiveWell is a remote-first organization. However, for the time being, we can only hire within a select number of countries (US, UK, Canada, Switzerland, and Germany). To be considered for a role with GiveWell, you need to already be based in one of those countries or be willing to move to one of them. We expect to expand the list of locations where we can hire over the course of 2027, and our job descriptions always reflect the current status — so we'd encourage you to check back and apply again for a role you're eligible for.
Visa sponsorship:
The US is the only country where visa sponsorship is possible for a number of roles, and it's assessed on a case by case basis. For all other countries, you need to already have work authorization, we cannot sponsor visas.
Why we work this way:
Focusing on countries where we already have tested onboarding processes lets us move candidates through hiring faster and with fewer surprises. Every additional country brings its own labor laws, EOR requirements, and new processes to work through, which slows things down for hiring teams and new colleagues alike. Concentrating our footprint keeps the experience consistent and supports GiveWell’s wider absorption capacity goals.
Flexibility:
We support and encourage flexible working, including flexible hours, working remotely, and working from the office when you choose. The majority of our staff, including senior management, work flexibly in one way or another.
Travel:
Research team members are sometimes required to attend international site visits and conferences (on average 1-2 per year), with additional travel for those interested in traveling more. Additionally, we strongly encourage staff members to attend annual department retreats and twice-annual whole org visit weeks to bond with other team members and complete in-person work. We'll discuss travel obligations in more detail during late stages of the hiring process, and we’ll accommodate staff who have conflicting obligations.
Start date:
We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, but we’ll offer flexibility for candidates whose personal or professional circumstances require them to moderately delay their start date.
Application deadline:
We don't currently have an application deadline. If that changes, we'll update the posting. We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so we recommend applying as soon as possible.
Miscellaneous details:
Please note that our hiring process relies on some (not all) of the same work trials that we use in our Researcher and Senior Researcher roles (including team-specific Senior Researcher postings). If you applied to one of these roles within the last year, you should hold off on applying to others unless our team reaches out directly. If you're interested in multiple roles, please just apply once and note in your application that you'd like to be considered for the other roles, too.
After application review, our hiring process consists of a short application exercise and up to 15 hours of compensated work trials. You can see more details about our hiring process on our
FAQs page
!
We devote significant staff capacity to initial application review, and we respond to all applications as quickly as possible.
We have a strong preference for full-time applicants, but we sometimes consider applications for part-time work on a case-by-case basis. We aren’t interested in reviewing applications for contract or project-based work at this time.
If we settle on an application deadline, we’ll write it in bold here. If you’re on our website job posting and don’t see a deadline, there is no deadline. If you’re reading this on an external job board and don’t see a deadline, you should double-check on our
website
.
You don't need to submit a cover letter—we rely mainly on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we're making early decisions.
About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.
Additional information
We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway.
GiveWell is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer by choice. At minimum, this means that we comply with all federal, state, and local EEO and employment laws. Beyond the requirements of those laws, we value our team’s diversity in all respects, and we desire to maintain a work environment free of harassment or discrimination—we want our team members to thrive at GiveWell. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, contact us at careers@givewell.org. We will consider employment for qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs. This role will operate across all domains of AI infrastructure, from the GPUs up to the multi-cluster orchestration layer.
This is an execution-first role. The work is less about owning a single system and more about imposing order on ambiguity: standing up the right structures, driving decisions to closure, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of stakeholders. If you take satisfaction in turning a chaotic, half-defined initiative into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own complex migrations end to end. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations across teams and domains. This will involve scoping the work, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving them to completion without surprises.
- Drive process across infrastructure. Establish and run the operating rhythms that keep programs healthy: planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths. Make the process light enough that teams adopt it and rigorous enough that it actually works.
- Help managers build the right structures. Partner with engineering managers and leads to design the team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models a program needs to succeed. Spot gaps in accountability before they become problems.
- Own follow-ups relentlessly. Be the person who tracks every open item, owns the action register, and closes loops. Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution rather than letting them drift.
- Create clarity from ambiguity. Take loosely defined goals and turn them into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with clear owners and measurable milestones.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp status that lets busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering large, cross-team infrastructure or platform programs.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex migrations or comparable multi-domain initiatives from inception through completion.
- Strong execution discipline: you build the structures, cadences, and tracking that keep programs on the rails, and you hold the line on follow-through.
- Comfort operating across multiple infrastructure domains. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one, but you can engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, aligning teams and managers who don't report to you around shared plans and commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex, technical programs legible to any audience.
- A bias toward closure: you're uncomfortable with open loops and you drive things to done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing team structures or operating models alongside engineering leadership.
- Experience with AI models, their use, and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
- Background in or exposure to software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with the tooling that supports program execution at scale (e.g., issue tracking, planning, and reporting systems).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling customer narratives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive action across a range of audiences
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Previous experience with Figma products

At JetBrains, we are passionate about boosting developer productivity. Since our inception, we've been creating tools that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and empower developers to focus on what they do best: creating amazing things with code. JetBrains IDEs enable millions of developers worldwide to achieve their full potential.
As JetBrains continues to grow, so does the amount and complexity of cross-team work. At the same time, AI is increasing both the pace of change and the coordination load across the company. To keep growing while continuing to build great products, we want to strengthen our execution.
We’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us run complex cross-team technical programs, raise execution quality and improve planning, delivery predictability, and escalation discipline for complex work.
In this role, you will:
Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs in your primary domain.
Make sure complex work across the domain is planned, coordinated, and executed to a consistently high standard.
Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early, and drive mitigation or escalation when local coordination is not enough.
Serve as the senior PMO-side escalation point when complex delivery work in the domain gets stuck.
Keep program status accurate by verifying execution rather than only collecting updates.
Work with product, engineering, quality, and service teams to define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
Build workable program plans and coordination cadences, and clarify resourcing needs with the teams involved.
Coach TPMs and other part-time program leads across the domain and, where the setup includes full-time TPMs, manage them directly.
Partner closely with product, engineering, quality, and service teams without taking over their decision-making authority.
Typical programs may include sunsetting a feature or product, rolling out a major feature, driving a large technical refactoring effort, or coordinating the response to a major customer or partner escalation that becomes complex cross-team work.
You’ll work primarily within one domain, such as one of our IDEs, a major functional area in an IntelliJ-based product, or another area with heavy cross-department dependencies, while also contributing to cross-domain priorities as part of the PMO team when needed.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
A proven track record of leading complex software programs or other cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
The ability to influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions constructively, and work effectively across product, engineering, quality, and other functions.
Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
The ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives effectively, prioritize well, and keep execution plans tied to reality.
Experience coaching other program or project managers and improving execution quality beyond your own work.
Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility claims, dependency chains, and delivery risk in a technical environment.
A technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
At least 5 years of program or project management experience in the tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of how complex software programs are structured, planned, and driven through delivery; formal PM training or certification is a plus.
Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products would be a plus.
If selected, we’ll give you the opportunity to:
Work on tools that help developers become better versions of themselves.
Be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and impact.
Enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment designed to help you succeed.
Embrace the opportunity to shape the future of developer productivity.
Why join JetBrains?

Manage R&D-wide initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the preparation, planning, and delivery of engineering updates, events, and R&D-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Drive operational excellence across R&D: spearhead and champion global operational strategies, focusing on optimizing engineering processes to be more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in technical/operations management in the technology/software development industry with technical expertise that enables you to define automation requirements, automate operational workflows, and perform data analysis using query languages and AI.
Ability to work directly with senior leadership on programs, including leading R&D-wide (engineering, product, design, security) initiatives from start to finish.
Proven experience in optimizing operations on an Engineering and R&D scale, creating actionable plans, and managing execution to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across multiple engineering teams and departments, and adhering to various compliance requirements.
You can facilitate discussions with engineering subject matter experts on topics such as System Design, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Management (including cost management), Quality, etc., in the context of engineering operations.
