We are growing and have ambitious plans to expand across Europe, employing the best minds and technology to let us do this.
The impact you'll have:
Reporting to the CPO, you will build and own a capability that loveholidays has never had before: a dedicated function that connects market intelligence to proposition development, and proposition development to commercial outcomes.
This is a new role. You will define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon: what we sell, to whom and in which markets. You will own the process of getting new propositions to market, from first validation through to launch. And you will maintain the competitive edge of our existing proposition as we scale across Europe.
You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer insight and platform delivery. Your ability to translate market understanding into clear requirements for product and engineering teams, and to drive cross-functional momentum behind launches, will be central to our growth.
Your day-to-day:
Product proposition pipeline
- Translate company strategy, our vision and competitive intelligence into clear proposition expansion opportunities
- Build a deep understanding of different customer segments: their needs, motivations and the perceived and real value of our proposition to them, getting hands on with research and experiencing the product to create deep empathy and knowledge and share that broadly across the business.
- Track competitor business model and proposition shifts alongside broader market trends, and bring that intelligence into the business in a way that influences decisions
- Build business cases for new products and segments; drive initial validation with user research, platform teams and commercial leads; champion them with the relevant exec and commercial leaders
- Define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon and translate that vision into clear proposition and experience requirements for platform and commercial teams
Go-to-market
- Own go-to-market for new products and segments, coordinating across commercial and platform teams to ensure everything is in place for launch
- Define the value position and segmentation approach for each launch
- Own the assessment of initial launch performance and drive the iterations required to hit product-market fit, before handing over to our core and international operating teams to trade independently
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development or a closely related discipline, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business.
- You are a strong strategic thinker: you can break down complex market dynamics and translate them into a clear, well-reasoned point of view that earns buy-in across the organisation.
- You understand customers at a level that goes beyond research decks. You know how to build real insight and how to apply it to proposition decisions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You can make a complex argument simple and a simple argument compelling.
- You know how to work in a matrixed organisation. You lead through influence and build momentum behind things you don't directly control.
- You have a data-driven mindset. You bring evidence to your thinking and your strategies
- You are hands-on. You can move between setting direction and doing the work, depending on what the moment requires.
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%.
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave.
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.
At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success. Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams. And we value the insight and potential you could bring on our continued journey.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
The role
This is a foundational role on Sierra's Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing and GTM. As Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead, you'll own two things: the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing programs to pipeline and revenue; and the operational processes that make the marketing engine run efficiently and at scale.
What you'll do
- Full-funnel attribution: Design and own Sierra's marketing attribution framework, connecting campaigns, events, content, and demand gen programs to pipeline generation and ultimately LTC conversions.
- Pipeline analytics: Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze pipegen by vertical, region, and segment. Track conversion rates at each stage and surface where marketing programs are—and aren't—generating high-quality opportunities.
- Performance reporting: Build and maintain the marketing team's core performance dashboards—campaign ROI, event pipeline influence, channel mix, lead quality, and funnel velocity.
- ICP & account intelligence: Develop data-driven ICP scoring and account prioritization models to focus marketing investment on segments with the highest win rates and ASPs. Integrate signals from first-party and third-party intent sources to keep targeting sharp.
- Experiment design & optimization: Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across marketing channels. Establish the statistical standards the team uses to evaluate new programs; translate results into clear, actionable recommendations—not just p-values.
- Lead management & routing: Define and maintain lead scoring models, MQL thresholds, and routing logic from first touch to Sales handoff. Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, minimize friction, and continuously improve conversion from MQL to pipeline.
- Campaign operations: Own the operational infrastructure behind campaign execution—email programs, landing page workflows, event lead capture, and list management. Build processes that let the demand gen and events teams move quickly without creating data debt.
- Cross-functional partnership: Serve as the analytical and operational bridge between Marketing, GTM Ops, Finance, and Sales leadership—ensuring marketing metrics are aligned with company PG, POC, and ARR targets; contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning with marketing-specific performance analysis and forecasts
What you'll bring
- 12+ years spanning marketing analytics and marketing operations
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, multi-touch funnel analysis, and pipeline/revenue measurement in long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on martech stack experience—marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce, lead routing, and third-party enrichment tools
- Strong SQL skills; fluency working with large datasets in modern data stacks (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- High attention to detail and a strong point of view on what "good" looks like—you've built this infrastructure before and know where the landmines are
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
You'll own paid acquisition at Vercel across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, with one goal driving the work: scalable, profitable customer acquisition for our self-serve and enterprise motions.
This role is built for an analytical, AI-native growth marketer who cares about results, testing velocity, and scale. We want someone who has already wired AI into how they work, building agents, automations, and workflows that let them operate like a much larger team. You'll bring operational rigor to how we launch and scale campaigns, own the systems that make us faster, and turn our acquisition engine into a compounding growth loop. The work sits between strategy and execution, in close partnership with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Creative, Data, and Marketing Operations, so the right message reaches the right developer or buyer in the right channel.
What you'll do
Paid acquisition end to end across Google Search and YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, driving signups, activations, and pipeline
Multi-million-dollar annual paid media spend, where you beat ROAS and CAC targets and lower CAC over time
AI-driven operating leverage, building agents, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that compress campaign turnaround and scale creative production
Creative and audience testing, where you systematically find (and sometimes design) winning creative and audience segments, using AI to generate and iterate variants at high velocity
Measurement and attribution, building funnel reports and cohort analyses with Analytics, and owning event-based tracking, pixels, and conversion APIs so the data stays clean
Performance reporting, where you surface actionable insights and clear recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence
Cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Creative, and Marketing Operations on targeting, messaging, and down-funnel conversion
What you need
5+ years running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2B SaaS, developer tools, or consumer tech companies
Demonstrated AI-native habits, where you reach for AI by default and have built agents, automations, or workflows that changed how you operate (if you've automated parts of your own job, that's a strong signal)
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Search and YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads, with TikTok Ads or programmatic as a bonus
A track record managing $1M to $5M+ in annual paid media budgets and beating ROAS and CAC goals
Fluency in data and analytics, storytelling with campaign data, and testing and evaluating audience performance
Strong copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative, and ability to scale taste with AI
Clear written and verbal communication that lands with both technical developers and enterprise buyers
A bias for action - you can just ship things.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $188,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
Offchain is looking for a VP of Marketing who can lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, shape a distinctive market position for Offchain and its products, and turn the growing adoption of blockchain technology into a clear and compelling narrative.
This leader will own marketing across brand, communications, product marketing, content, social, partner marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations. They will set a high bar for the function, bring energy and clarity to the team, and help build the commercial infrastructure required to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
We are looking for a vigilant, hands-on operator. Someone who sees the market moving, spots the story before it’s obvious, writes and edits with precision, and turns strategy into shipped work quickly.
This person should be as comfortable shaping a founder keynote or editorial thesis as they are reviewing launch copy, assessing funnel performance, coaching a team member, or pushing a cross-functional project over the line.
The right candidate has led and inspired high-performing marketing teams in a high-growth technology environment. They know how to build a brand and narrative that cuts through, develop exceptional talent, and create a measurable growth engine. They understand crypto or are deeply motivated to learn it.
The work must be technically grounded, human in delivery, and anchored in clear business outcomes for the customer segments we serve.
What you'll do:
Marketing leadership and team building
Lead and inspire the marketing function across brand, product marketing, communications, content, social, partnerships, campaigns, and creative.
Set an ambitious vision for marketing and create the energy, clarity, and momentum required to bring the team with you.
Build a high-performing culture that values speed, creativity, ownership, and exceptionally high standards.
Manage and develop a team across multiple workstreams while remaining close enough to the work to improve it directly.
Build the team thoughtfully, knowing when to hire, when to level up existing contributors, and how to create role clarity without slowing execution.
Establish clear priorities, OKRs, operating rhythms, and feedback loops that enable fast execution and strong cross-functional alignment.
Brand, communications, and executive thought leadership
Define and strengthen the market position of Offchain and its products, building brands that are distinctive, credible, and relevant to the audiences we serve.
Establish Offchain and its products as credible voices in the evolution of programmable markets, tokenization, financial infrastructure, and blockchain adoption.
Develop a clear narrative architecture that connects company, product, and ecosystem stories while giving individual products room to build distinct identities.
Partner with founders, executives, PR, product, BD, and ecosystem teams to develop high-quality communications across earned, owned, and partner channels.
Guide founder and executive storytelling across keynotes, op-eds, interviews, panels, social, and strategic announcements.
Build a stronger editorial engine, including essays, reports, partner stories, market commentary, launch narratives, and recurring content franchises.
Ensure external communications are precise, differentiated, defensible, and grounded in real product value.
Demand generation, marketing infrastructure, and revenue impact
Build the marketing capabilities required to translate awareness and engagement into qualified demand, customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and commercial outcomes.
Partner closely with Business Development to understand the evolving needs of customers and identify the marketing materials, programs, and campaigns needed to move opportunities forward.
Establish the measurement and attribution infrastructure required to understand how campaigns, content, events, partnerships, web activity, product engagement, and executive channels contribute to enterprise pipeline, customer adoption, monetizable activity, and revenue.
Understand which marketing programs influence conversion and where investment should increase, decrease, or shift.

Operate with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
Measurement and business impact
Define how marketing success is measured across brand awareness, narrative adoption, developer engagement, partner amplification, qualified demand, enterprise pipeline, launch performance, network growth, monetizable activity, and revenue contribution.
Build reporting habits that show what is working, what needs to change, and where marketing is creating measurable business impact.
Guide the team in using data to improve campaigns, content, channels, audience strategy, conversion, and resource allocation.
Manage budget, marketing technology, vendors, and agency relationships with discipline.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Lifecycle marketing at OKX is evolving. We're not looking for someone to run campaigns — we're looking for someone to fundamentally rethink how we engage traders across the US market on one of the world's leading crypto platforms.
This is a leadership role for a marketer who thinks in systems, not sends. Someone who is comfortable defining a US-market engagement strategy as well as getting into the work to make it happen. Reporting to the Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll help define the vision, strategy, and output of lifecycle marketing for the US. Your execution layer is AI agents, cross-functional partners, and co-operating with the broader Lifecycle marketing team. That means your ability to train, direct, brief and critique is as important as your ability to set direction.
If your default mode is execution and program management or pure strategy and handoff, this isn't the role for you. If your default mode is leading from the front, and you have the craft and judgment to shape the work through strategic problem-solving, AI-native thinking, and a relentless focus on what quality looks like to actually move users — read on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lifecycle Strategy & Vision
Define how OKX engages US users from acquisition through activation, retention, and reactivation — across segments and products. You'll set the strategic framework for the US market, working in close alignment with the Global Head of Lifecycle to ensure regional strategy ladders into global priorities. This means deeply understanding US crypto user behavior, identifying the highest-leverage moments in the lifecycle, and building programs that compound over time.
AI-Native Ways of Working
You will lead by example in embedding AI into every layer of lifecycle marketing — from ideation and content development to segmentation, testing, and analysis. Critically, this includes building and training agentic AI workflows: multi-step, autonomous systems that execute lifecycle programs at scale. You'll know the outcomes of poorly trained agents. You won't just adopt AI tools; you'll help determine which ones we build, which we leverage for each task, and how we use them to raise the ceiling on what a lean, high-performing team can deliver.
Insight-Led Decision Making
You'll be the person in the room who can translate user behavior data into a point of view — and then into a program. You'll develop a deep understanding of our user segments, their motivations, and the signals that predict engagement, conversion, and churn. Reporting and dashboards are a starting point, not the destination.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lifecycle doesn't work in isolation. You'll build genuine partnerships with Product, PMM, Data, BI, Design, Legal, and regional teams — not just as a stakeholder manager, but as a strategic voice in how OKX grows. You'll influence roadmaps, shape go-to-market planning, and ensure lifecycle has a seat at the table early.
What We Look For In You
Strategic instinct.
You've led lifecycle programs that were defined by a clear strategic thesis. You can articulate why a program is designed the way it is, what user problem it solves, and how it ladders to business outcomes.
Demonstrated AI fluency.
You actively use AI in your day-to-day work, including agentic tools and autonomous workflows. You've built or directed the development of AI-powered systems/processes and can speak specifically to how you've trained agents, trained co-workers to use them, where you've course-corrected poor outputs, and where AI genuinely creates leverage versus where it doesn't. Using AI chat tools is a baseline, not a differentiator.
A user behavior obsession.
You think about users before you think about channels. You can read engagement data and form a hypothesis. You know the difference between a segment and a persona, and you know how to use both.
Ability to execute with speed and excellence:
You can look at a lifecycle program, a campaign brief, a piece of copy, or a targeting strategy and know immediately what's working and what isn't — and articulate why. You can develop these yourself when needed. This isn't primarily an executional role, but you bring enough craft and hands-on judgment to direct AI agents and cross-functional partners with precision, and to close the gap between strategy and output without losing quality.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
OKX moves fast. The crypto landscape moves faster. You'll be expected to make smart decisions with incomplete information, move quickly, and refine as you go — not wait for perfect conditions.
Demonstrated leadership through strategic change.
You've been in situations where direction shifted — market conditions, business priorities, platform constraints — and you didn't just adapt, you led. You can point to specific moments where you reoriented a team or program mid-flight, held quality standards under pressure, and came out with momentum intact.
Global perspective, local instinct.
You've worked across multiple markets and understand that a single lifecycle strategy rarely fits all. You know how to build frameworks that scale globally while giving regional teams the flexibility to be relevant locally.
Nice to Haves
15+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated track record of building lifecycle strategies that drove measurable impact on activation, retention, or LTV — not just engagement metrics
Meaningful AI adoption in your own workflows — you should be able to speak specifically to how you use it and what it's changed
Experience with Marketing Automation tool roll outs is an advantage
Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred
Familiarity with CeFi/DeFi and genuine curiosity about the crypto space
Strong communication skills — you can present a strategy to a CMO and a campaign brief to a designer with equal clarity
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
