What You Can Expect: - Ticket intake and routing: Review new Freshservice tickets for completeness, apply categories and priorities using established guidelines, and route requests to the appropriate technician or team. - Queue maintenance: Identify unassigned, aging, duplicate, or stalled tickets; follow up with ticket owners; and flag uneven workloads for the manager’s review. - Reporting and administrative support: Compile standard reports on ticket volume, backlog, SLA performance, and common request types; prepare summaries for team meetings while leverage AI toolkit. - Collaborating with people across the department like IT Engineering, Enterprise Systems, IT Operations, and the Workplace Technology teams. - User communication and follow-up: Acknowledge requests, collect missing information using approved templates, share status updates, and confirm whether users still need assistance.
