Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We're looking for Platform Engineers who treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as its customer. You'll own the infrastructure, tooling and pipelines that let the rest of engineering ship quickly and safely, and you'll be accountable for keeping all of it reliable, fast and cost-effective as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), so every environment is reproducible, version-controlled and auditable.
- Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deploys fast, reliable and secure for every engineer at Attio.
- Own our observability stack - metrics, logging and distributed tracing - as the foundation of an exceptional reliability culture.
- Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay comfortably inside them.
- Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems and ship the fixes as code.
- Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path from writing code to running it in production.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction and blameless post-mortems.
- Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM and managed services.
- Demonstrable deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, covering cluster design, networking, storage and security.
- Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python or Rust, and a track record of writing well-tested automation.
- Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralised logging or APM (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary of £105,000 to £125,000
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Private medical insurance through AXA
- Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown
- Enhanced family leave
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

Location: Russia
Workplace: hybrid
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role can be based remotely in the U.S. Ideally SF, NYC, or Boston.
LangChain is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI applications. Our tools are used by thousands of developers and teams to build, debug, and ship production-grade LLM-powered products.
As our product surface area grows, so does the need for a cohesive, scalable, and high-quality UI foundation. That’s where Design Systems comes in. We’re looking for a Design Systems Engineer to help build, own, and evolve LangChain’s component library—the foundation that our frontend teams rely on to ship fast without sacrificing quality, accessibility, or consistency.
This role sits at the intersection of Design and Engineering. You’ll work closely with designers, product engineers, and platform teams to turn design intent into robust, reusable components and tooling that scale across the product.
You’ll have ownership, influence, and your work will be directly consumed across LangChain’s products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build out LangChain’s component library
- Design and implement reusable, composable React components that are flexible, accessible, and production-ready
- Partner closely with designers to translate design systems, tokens, and interaction patterns into code
- Build reliable UI quality systems
- Develop design system tooling and improve workflows around theming, tokens, versioning, testing, and component discovery (e.g. Storybook)
- Make thoughtful architectural decisions that enable accessibility, performance, consistency, and maintainability across LangChain’s UI stack
- Improve UI build and test workflows
- Optimize build performance, bundling strategy, and package versioning for the component library
- Maintain tooling for testing, dependency management of the UI app
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Extensive experience building modular, composable, and well-documented component libraries and/or design systems
- Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, familiarity with: styling approaches (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Sass, etc.) and design system toolings (Storybook, Chromatic, tokens pipelines, etc.)
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and non-engineering partners
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft and genuine passion for accessibility and inclusive design
- Familiarity with testing UI components and visual regression testing
Annual salary range: $180,000 - $240,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team.
