Responsibilities: - Search for and attract new affiliate partners in Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs - Communicate with existing affiliates and support daily cooperation - Onboard new partners: provide links, offers, promo materials, and basic product information - Work with SEO affiliates and support campaigns with other traffic types when needed - Monitor partner performance and key metrics: FTD, CPA, deposits, conversion rate, ROI - Track traffic quality and escalate suspicious or low-quality traffic to the team lead / Risk team - Participate in negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals - Prepare basic reports in Excel / Google Sheets - Share partner feedback with internal teams - Attend iGaming / affiliate conferences in Europe when required Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing - Experience in iGaming / betting is required - Experience on the operator side is preferred - Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEOs - Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models - Experience with SEO traffic is required - Experience with other traffic types will be a plus - Basic understanding of affiliate metrics: FTD, CPA, deposits, conversion rate, ROI - English — Upper-Intermediate or higher - Good communication and follow-up skills - Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets - Passport allowing visa-free travel across Europe for conferences - Proactive, organized, and result-oriented personality What we offer: - Office work format - Competitive compensation package - Professional and supportive team - 21 working days of vacation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Affiliate Manager (Russian-speaking) to join our team on-site in Limassol. In this role, you will support the development of our affiliate network for our new product,Affstore, helping to identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners. You will work closely with the team to assist with partner communications, monitor affiliate performance, and contribute to the day-to-day management of affiliate activities. Tasks • Searching, attracting and onboarding new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models in MENA region. • Daily affiliates hunting. • Daily processing of incoming leads. • Manage and develop current Affiliate relations. • Coordinating payouts for/with accounted affiliates. • Fraud monitoring. • Handling inquiries from affiliates and offering them assistance. • Taking new projects for improving affiliate program as a product as an optional initiative. • Participating in internal/international affiliate events remotely and offline (meet-ups, conferences, business trips). • Collecting feedback from affiliates and providing it to Team Lead. Requirements Fluency in both English and Russian. Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies. Nice to have Forex or other financial vertical experience. Previous experience in a client-facing role (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support), or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business.
