Trading Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: — Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality — Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time — Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps — Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations — Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth — Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues — Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage) — Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Dealing Desk, or a brokerage environment — Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets — Familiarity with trading platforms — Python scripting skills for automation of monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks — SQL skills including writing queries with joins, aggregations, and window functions for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection — Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure — Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability — Excellent communication skills Benefits: — Fully remote position — Shift-based role aligned with global market hours — Opportunity to work with a multi-asset trading platform and gain hands-on experience with trading infrastructure
