Offboard Operations Expert

The role involves overseeing both routine and complex employee offboarding processes, serving as the main liaison for clients and employees. Coordination with various departments such as HR, Legal, Finance, Product, and Customer Service is essential. The position includes managing small-scale offboarding projects with multiple employees and addressing sensitive transitions, complex questions, and escalations. Maintaining precise employee records and documentation is required, along with meeting service delivery goals like SLAs and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have over three years of experience in customer service or operations with a strong background in HR or People Operations, familiarity with managing complex employee lifecycle cases and bulk workflows, and experience supporting employees or clients across different countries. Knowledge of EMEA employment regulations is highly desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities are necessary, as is the capacity to handle multiple cases independently in a remote setting. An interest in AI and workflow automation is also expected. Fluency in English is mandatory.
