Senior People Business Partner

N26 is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to collaborate closely with executive leaders in the Product and Business divisions amid a significant phase of growth and change. The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Product and Business Officer and the leadership team, spearheading organizational design efforts to merge Product and Business into a cohesive, high-performing unit. Responsibilities include managing strategic workforce planning with Finance, overseeing headcount, budgets, and costs, and leading key HR functions such as talent management, succession planning, compensation reviews, and onboarding of senior leaders. The position requires coaching senior executives and managers on leadership, engagement, and organizational issues, handling complex stakeholder dynamics, resolving conflicts, and aligning priorities. Utilizing people analytics and workforce metrics to anticipate talent needs and mitigate risks is also essential. Candidates should have substantial HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments, with a background supporting Product, Commercial, or Technology teams. Proven skills in advising VP and C-level executives, leading organizational transformations or restructurings, and knowledge of European labor laws and Works Councils are required. Experience with international, distributed teams, strong stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, leadership coaching, and comfort with people analytics are important. The role demands independence and the ability to manage ambiguity.
