Описание вакансии
Коротко о роли
As our Junior IT Administrator, you'll own the full device and access lifecycle, from a new hire's first laptop to an employee's final offboarding, and build the systems that make it repeatable at scale.
Responsibilities:
— Provision and de-provision accounts across the SaaS stack for new hires and departures, ensuring repeatable onboarding and complete offboarding.
— Manage the full device lifecycle including hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance, and responsible recycling.
— Enforce endpoint security policies such as disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance checks in coordination with the Head of Security.
— Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of access, serial numbers, license counts, and access logs to prevent compliance issues.
— Execute end-to-end offboarding by revoking access, coordinating hardware retrieval, and ensuring completeness.
— Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance, including invoice auditing and service forecasting.
— Support employees across time zones with clear and prompt communication regarding IT issues, hardware needs, and access requests.
Requirements:
— Over 2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or technical helpdesk roles, preferably in startups or scaleups with end-to-end process ownership.
— Hands-on experience with device management tools, Google Workspace admin console, and user management.
— Good understanding of endpoint security concepts including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance policies.
— Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
— Clear written communication skills in English and ability to coordinate across time zones.
— Ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets or threads effectively.
Nice to Have:
— Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune.
— Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001-style access review and audit processes.
— Basic scripting skills for automating provisioning or reporting tasks.
— Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Benefits:
— Competitive salary and meaningful equity participation.
— Flexible, remote-first work environment with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich.
— €60/month lifestyle allowance.
— Location-specific benefits.
— Collaborative, fast-moving team culture with a builder mindset.
— Clear path for career growth and development.
— Direct access to founders and leadership.
